[00:00:17] The good Sheriff Richard Mack with us. The minimum wage. Congress sells us down the river pre-midterms. Supreme Court doing a good job in some respects. Questions about presidential power? 22 Attorney State Generals oppose new tariff proposals, and then first comes Socialism, then comes Communism, and we go right on down the list.
[00:00:46] Not to mention, Judicial Watch got a bunch, 1,000 Hours of J6 Video we gotta talk about too. We'll do it all and it starts now. Welcome Sheriff. Hey Sam, it's great to be back with you man. Thank you sir. So the minimum wage in California, 20 bucks an hour. Now our buddy Curt Crosby, known as the local honey man, he always used to say, why don't we just pay everybody like 200 bucks an hour? You know, 500 bucks an hour. You know, create thousand dollar bills and pay everybody a thousand dollars an hour, it'd be awesome.
[00:01:15] And he demonstrates the absurd by being absurd. Well, he's proven right as rain, Sheriff. Yeah. As if we didn't see this coming, Sam. History is so clear on this. This has been tried throughout history since the beginning of man. Oh yeah, let's all, let's just make more money. Sam, I said this in my class before. Let's just make everything free.
[00:01:43] No, no grocery charges. Everything's free. Your car's free. Your phones are free. Your clothing is free. Everything is free. Well, sooner or later, uh, actually sooner, uh, it's, it's going, it's not going to work because there has to be a motivation. There has to be something in it for both sides.
[00:02:08] And if one side doesn't receive any benefit to the new program, it will die. And that's what we're seeing stupid Newsom in California. Uh, and, and the, the legislature as well, because they need to be standing up to him and others. But so he, uh, unilaterally, uh, does a, a minimum wage of $20.
[00:02:32] So what's already happening, and this is just barely happened, Sam, but already, uh, Chick-fil-A and In-N-Out Burger and Burger King are already doing what? They're laying people off. Oh yeah, I can't help it. And there's no overtime for anybody that was normally getting overtime.
[00:02:56] So actually the employees are getting paid less and they get so few of hours that they don't even qualify for the company's insurance. So not only are they not making as much money, they're making less. And now they don't even get insurance or other, uh, company benefits. And so not only that, but guess what they're replacing people with?
[00:03:26] Kiosks and robots. Everything's being automized. And so, uh, we saw this in New York, Sam. I failed to tell you after we left, uh, Churchtown. We spent a day and a half in New York City, walking around, taking pictures with police, thanking police for their work and for being out there. And I, I told war stories with them and shared that with, and told them I was, uh, retired LEO.
[00:03:56] And it was fun and it was safe. And I was surprised about how it was just business as usual in downtown Times Square. We really liked it. There was a fight between two African guys. Uh, and, and, and, uh, I went over to try to break it up and Don pulled me back and didn't let me. But, uh, they stopped right then anyway. Thank goodness. But this is the thing, Sam. There was an AMC theater right next to our hotel.
[00:04:24] I mean, 50 feet from it. And I walked in there just to see what they were showing and what was going on. Guess what I did not see? There was not a single employee. Not one. No employees at the counter. People were going to the kiosk, getting their tickets and letting themselves into the movie theater. There you are, Mom Donnie. That is Mom Donnie at his best.
[00:04:53] It is communism and socialism at its best. People cannot afford to stay in business and do everything for free. And the same thing in California. And folks, uh, what else is happening, Sam? People are moving the exodus from these ridiculous socialist states and communist states. They're leaving. And Mom Donnie and Newsom are trying to get them to stay.
[00:05:22] You know, there's just so many ways that you can stab people in the back. I'll, uh, the book, the Democrat murder of America. Before people realize you're stupid and I'm not going along. And that is happening right now. Well, the bottom line is, hey, they can call it unintended consequences, but we predicted the consequences. Sheriff, when you change the $20 minimum wage. Now you got $20 minimum wage plus the overtime.
[00:05:50] You've got all these different things where it's like, hey, all these mandates and guidelines. You know what was sold as a quote victory for workers turned out to be nothing but a fraud. Increasingly now being blamed for higher costs. Automation, fewer jobs. And it just doesn't end is the problem, right? Right. Well, the first thing that actually happened, Sam, is they pass it on to the customers. And they did that. And they did that. And then they started cutting people's time.
[00:06:18] Because it becomes unsustainable when you pass it to the customers and people say, hey, you know what? If McDonald's cost me 80 bucks to go to with my family, I'm going to go sit down somewhere nice. Thank you. Yeah, might as well. And but but it it's all based on the premise, Sam, that there has to be something in it. And this is capitalism. There has to be something in it that benefits both sides.
[00:06:45] And socialism and communism do not take that into consideration. And not even taking it, not even considering, though, how they don't have the right to steal from the rich and give to the poor that no government has that authority. And the local the states and the counties and the sheriffs should be telling them we're not going to allow you to do that here. And and that's just how that's just how it needs to be.
[00:07:14] Amen. But there you have it, ladies and gentlemen, the truth shall make you free. What they're going to do is just move to automation and less people are going to have jobs and less entry jobs for teenagers and for those who don't have skills, et cetera, et cetera. I believe A.I. is the next boom. And those who learn are going to succeed in those who don't are going to start to fall behind. Just my opinion, which I'm entitled and Jeff Bezos agrees with me. He believes that A.I., even though people say they're going to be losing jobs left and right temporarily, that's true when people don't have the skills to fill the vacuum.
[00:07:44] But with this transition, he believes that there'll be more jobs than ever. And I think he's right. Right. Moving right along. Police officer reveals that three hundred and fifty FBI agents were ready to deploy. On January 6th in new released body cam footage, there's a video about it. Jim Hoff over it. What's it called? The Gateway Pundit.
[00:08:12] I'm sorry. Put that together and highlighting it. And I guess Judicial Watch forced a thousand hours of video to be released, Sheriff. This is tremendous. And so we're going to see how that pans out. Here's a little video I want to show that that highlights this. Then we'll talk about it. The bottom line is, you know, they said President Trump didn't prepare for this.
[00:08:43] He created this. The truth is that the Democrats literally blocked any possible chance. For safety and stability in the nation's capital, Sheriff. And now my question is, with more and more evidence coming out, they've known this for how long now? Ever since 2001 or ever since 2021. 2021. So six years, five years, whatever you want. OK, and there's nobody in trouble, really, that I can see. And I don't understand that, Sheriff. I just don't get it.
[00:09:12] But we have the evidence now. Pelosi blocked it. Others prevented it. They intentionally created mayhem on that day. The government did. And the evidence is there. And then put up a big expensive fence around the capital afterwards. Just again, just for show. Spend all that money just for show. But Sam, you'll recall, Tucker Carlson showed a lot of this at the other side. And and who is the first one to come out and say, we don't need the other side.
[00:09:42] We've already seen the truth. That was Mitt Romney. Yeah, we don't want to see any more truth. We don't want to see facts. And we want to support the subterfuge. We want to support the Nancy Pelosi's and others who actually were part of this. We want to support the January six committee that was Jim Crow to the 10th power, putting all of Trump's enemies on a panel to go after him. As if that was fair and honest.
[00:10:10] But Tucker Carlson showed a lot of this. And he proved one that there was no officer killed that day. Not a single one that day. That's right. And yet they've still lied about that. There's some more video over at gateway, the gateway pundit dot com that you might want to check out. Ladies and gentlemen, there's a thousand hours that got released by judicial watch. And it's a thousand hours that we haven't seen before. So how much of it Tucker had versus this and that we're going to see. But you've got different angles and different views and different cams and different. So, for example, this video is 12 minutes long.
[00:10:40] We can't watch it all. But let's just check out the start of it to see what we're talking about here. I don't know. And at first, when we started getting video released and promises by the Republicans that video was going to be released and everything else, then they kind of lied and only gave it to a couple of news services. And I had a lot of hope, Sheriff, that we would get to the bottom of some of this and create accountability for the government for their actions. But now I'm I'm almost so cynical. I don't think they will. It but the one thing that it's obvious that has ever happened since then, it was so one sided.
[00:11:11] You're right. And it just did not allow for the truth. It didn't allow for both sides. And if anything was violent or going on wrong, they put that on there and they never really got into the Ray Epps or the other all the FBI that were in plain clothes and that were part of the problem. They've they know that that happened. But even the FBI refused to say how many.
[00:11:41] And so it this is just so weaponized depending on who's in who's in power. And so, you know, I just this is again bringing back the truth of our book, the Democrat murder of America. And this is what our appeal is, Sam. But you've got to be curious enough to want to know the truth. And that's what this is. There's no question.
[00:12:09] And I look at this stuff and I just go, how how does this happen? And we get so much evidence. And then the government literally, you know, they were on the stand, these people before Congress and they lie. They literally put together a whole department to do TV coverage of the prosecutions and of how evil the J6s were and how this and that. And they literally use the media in bed with Democratic, you know, the Democrat leaders in government to push this false narrative. They lied in Congress. They lied everywhere.
[00:12:37] And now there's just zero accountability. And I'm thinking if Donald wants to gain some traction for the midterms, this is the opportunity. Judicial Watch helped. Gateway Pundit's helping. Tucker Carlson's helping. Revolver News has been helping. There's a lot of information out. Some reporters who have been, you know, Glenn Beck and company over at the blaze has a great reporter that was there on January 6th that got abused and prosecuted. Now, Stuart Rhodes is putting back together oath keepers on the heels of all this.
[00:13:06] We're starting to see more and more. It just goes to show there's more and more evidence. But I don't see any action for accountability, Sheriff. And that's really what I feel like we need to demand and what would really help the Republicans during the midterm. Lay this out and say, guys, you were lied to by the Democrats. You were punked. These people knew better. They claimed, you know, in prosecutions, all kinds of lies. They, you know, etc. They even when they impeached Donald Trump, they, you know, they claimed that a guy was killed.
[00:13:35] And the way they claimed that he was killed wasn't even true. I mean, there's so much evidence. Why aren't Mike Johnson and company and the Republicans and, you know, Donald Trump and everything else pushing hard on this? It would set the stage for the midterms like nobody's business, Sheriff. Well, it probably would. But the other the other thing that they're really pushing him on right now, obviously, is inflation and the price of gasoline.
[00:14:00] And and I think they've got a lot still a lot bigger problems than that associated with the availability of gas and oil. Sure. But and so maybe Trump is preoccupied with all of that. I'm just saying, take the narrative away, shift it to this. Tell everybody gas is coming down, which it is. I totally agree. Hopefully, I can see things better in the economy as we go on. But I would shift the debate to this and just say, listen, these people flat out criminally lied to you. People were under oath lying.
[00:14:30] People were I mean, they literally tried to impeach President Trump claiming I don't even have the facts in front of me, but a police officer died or whatever. And they claim that he was bludgeoned by this other guy. And none of it was even the truth. That was all on the hearing where they impeached President Trump. I'd be calling for the overturning of that impeachment, too. Yeah. Yeah, absolutely, Sam. Absolutely. You guys can't do this. You can't get away with this. You'll never get away. And I would basically make that the order of the day and say these Democrat people are insane.
[00:14:58] They are over the top to the point where, you know, I don't even know how to deal with it. Right. Um, yes. And and Sam, I think, um, maybe there's a chance that the midterm this year won't be as horrific as it looks like it might be. Um, and the Republicans will lose. Uh, Donald's doing something right. And there's an article in the Gateway Pundit about it, too.
[00:15:28] Um, Jen Baker is who wrote the article. And here's what the headline says. First comes socialism. Then comes communism. And your rights go with it. And President Trump now over the 4th of July weekend started talking about these people are socialists, but they're really communist. And Trump is doing a great job articulating that, too. So we all need to pick up that banner and highlight the truth. What did he say? All those roads lead to communism. Yeah. What did he say about communism?
[00:15:56] He said it's the greatest threat America is facing today. And he's right. And he's absolutely correct. Yeah. So anyway, I'm just saying that is another hope. I'm looking for, you know, threads that I can pull on that can change the game for the November elections, Sheriff, because I really believe, hey, it isn't even so much about the Republicans winning as much as it is about the Democrats losing at this point. They are off their rock crazy, sir. Yeah. But now look what's happened in Maine.
[00:16:26] It looks like Plattner is resigning. Yeah, he has to. But, well, he doesn't have to, but the Democrats are telling me he better. But so who's going to take his place? Who is going to be qualified? I don't believe they can do it. How do they now put somebody else on the ballot that never was voted for? Sure. It's going to be tough. That's the problem. I don't know. Are they going to do a write in candidacy?
[00:16:55] I think Kamala is going to go up there and she's going to pinch hit for Joe. Don't you think? Yeah. All right. Anyway, I got a couple of other stories I want to get to, but I'm just telling you first comes socialism, then comes communism, and then the loss of your rights is next. That's a fact that President Trump is promoting that. So as a gateway pundit, I think that's the ball we need to carry for sure because I think it's truthful and important, folks. Now, there's also a nationwide discussion going on.
[00:17:23] Committees are absolutely up in arms. They're called intrusive solar power surveillance systems, Sheriff. And across the United States, they're installing these solar powered surveillance cameras all over the place. Now, they're calling it flock safety devices, but they're nothing but the flock cameras renamed now to safety devices. And so, you know, they want you to believe they're there for safety. But man, people are writing going, wait a minute.
[00:17:53] You know what? It has the makings of a surveillance state. We can't tolerate it. People are actually pulling down the cameras. People are getting really, really mad at this going on because these AI powered cameras capable of reading license plates, tracking devices through wireless signals. They've been placed, they say for public safety, but no one's buying it. People are like, hey, man, these things collect extensive data without warrants.
[00:18:20] And it raises significant Fourth and Fifth Amendment concerns among citizens. They say it's been abused already. We've got wrongful arrests, unauthorized stalking by law enforcement. It's been uniting debates, creating legal fights.
[00:18:36] And this resistance underscores a growing demand for privacy and the upholding of constitutional rights against unwarranted government surveillance and intrusion, Sheriff. Well, it's all happening, Sam. 1984, the book by Orwell. Yeah, it is. It is.
[00:19:06] And it's gotten even worse than what Orwell predicted in his books. And it all boils down to what was his other book? The Farm? Animal Farm? Animal Farm, yeah. Yeah. And all of it, all of it, Animal Farm and 1984 are all based on government takeovers from within as they adhere to communism.
[00:19:32] And they replace freedom and free will with communism. And that's the, that's the, that's the, that's the, that's what folks need to understand, Sam. The Democrats just do not get that. And why, Sam? Why do Democrats not get this? Because they have been inculcated and brainwashed in our public school system for the past.
[00:19:59] Yeah, they believe the party means all and the agenda is greater than themselves. And we got to understand this about individual rights. Folks reject the flock surveillance systems. They're damaging to your God given inalienable constitutional protected rights, folks. You've got to stand against them. I know they say they're for safety, but it's really surveillance of all of us. Final story before the end of the hour that I want you to get a chance to talk about, Sheriff. I said that Congress sold us down the river at the start of the show. And boy howdy.
[00:20:26] Now, Planned Parenthood gets $800 million in Medicaid amid, they call it GOP oversight. And basically, the GOP stopped Planned Parenthood from getting money, but they only did it for a year. And sadly, now as the U.S. marks it's $250,000,000, they let it expire. And so now, Planned Parenthood is getting bunches of cash right before the midterms, buddy. $800 million.
[00:20:55] Sam, I don't think anything epitomizes the corruption of Washington, D.C. more than that. I hear that. This is just absolutely an outrage. And I told you before, Sam, one of these days, I will no longer pay in to that corrupt system. And I'm not. I'm not. Not going to do it anymore.
[00:21:20] I don't believe any Christian in this country should pay another dime in taxation for all the waste, the fraud, the abuse, and supporting murder of Planned Parenthood now being paid. But this has happened for the past two decades that we've all been forced to pay to support murder. Thus, the book, The Democrat Murder of America. And it is so corrupt, Sam. It is so out of line. And no.
[00:21:51] No more. Ladies and gentlemen, we the people need to stand together. We need to rout out those who would deny us our rights. We need to rout out those who would spend us into oblivion. And we need to embrace and put those in authority that are humble, like young George Washington was, like true leaders are, humble, willing to obey their oath of office and uphold the Constitution and protect her from enemies foreign and domestic.
[00:22:18] Those who are willing to stand up and say, we've got to create accountability. It starts now.
