[00:00:13] Broadcasting live from atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West.

[00:00:18] You are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show.

[00:00:24] All right.

[00:00:25] Happy to have you along, my fellow Americans.

[00:00:28] Sam Bushman live on your radio.

[00:00:31] Hard-hitting news the network refused to use, no doubt, kicks off now.

[00:00:35] This is the broadcast for January the 7th in the year of our Lord, 2025.

[00:00:40] This is Hour 1 of 2, the goal always to protect life, liberty, and property.

[00:00:44] To promote God, family, and country using the supreme law of the land,

[00:00:47] the Constitution for the United States of America in the traditions of our founding fathers.

[00:00:52] We reject revolution unless it's Jesus' revolution.

[00:00:54] Then we're in because we follow the Prince of Peace.

[00:00:57] We're all God's children.

[00:00:58] Let's act like it.

[00:00:59] Get along.

[00:01:00] Make a difference.

[00:01:01] Sheriff Richard Maxx with me, CSPO8.org.

[00:01:05] Welcome back, sir.

[00:01:07] Thank you, Sam.

[00:01:08] It's a pleasure to be with you on this beautiful Tuesday morning.

[00:01:13] All right.

[00:01:13] There's so much to discuss.

[00:01:15] So little time.

[00:01:15] First of all, Kamala.

[00:01:17] I mean, talk about defeat.

[00:01:21] Landslide against her.

[00:01:23] Then she had to go certify the election yesterday.

[00:01:28] Brutal.

[00:01:29] Sheriff.

[00:01:31] Yeah, I thought she handled it pretty well for her anyway.

[00:01:35] But, yeah, I kind of felt for her.

[00:01:41] When I lost the sheriff race, I lost in the primary, and the local news station asked me to come and give commentary on the other two candidates who finally won.

[00:01:56] One was the Democrat over the Republican, which is why I was a Democrat there, because the Republicans back then could never win.

[00:02:05] And it was pretty hard for me to sit there and comment on the job that I loved more than anything.

[00:02:15] And watching the deputy win, who was the only deputy I ever fired for corruption.

[00:02:23] So it was a tough time for me.

[00:02:27] And I kind of felt for her because of that.

[00:02:29] I've been kind of through it.

[00:02:30] Yeah, it makes it real in a hurry, doesn't it?

[00:02:33] Yeah, it did.

[00:02:34] Anyway, I don't.

[00:02:36] And this is the other thing that I find interesting.

[00:02:37] A lot of times, you know, when people have political opponents, they want to just gloat over their enemy and everything.

[00:02:42] I don't want to do that.

[00:02:43] I don't think that Kamala should have been president.

[00:02:45] I think there's a lot of, you know, personal disagreements I have with her.

[00:02:49] There's a lot of policy concerns I have with her.

[00:02:51] But I don't wish any harm on her or anybody else.

[00:02:53] And I feel for her in that.

[00:02:55] And, you know, I also feel bad for what Nancy Pelosi falling on those marble stairs and getting hurt.

[00:03:01] And now she's, you know, been seen around Washington with a walker.

[00:03:04] And people are making fun of her for that.

[00:03:05] And, you know, I think we need to stop a lot of that kind of stuff.

[00:03:08] And it's like, you know what?

[00:03:08] I disagree with her entirely.

[00:03:10] But I don't want her in pain.

[00:03:12] Yeah, sometimes the politics gets beyond the cruelty.

[00:03:16] And it lessens us as human beings.

[00:03:21] And, yeah, I don't wish her any harm.

[00:03:26] Like with Sarah Brady, she got sick or cancer when we were still in the fight for the Brady Biddy.

[00:03:31] And both Larry Pratt and I said, I don't wish her any harm, but I wish her cause a lot of harm.

[00:03:40] And there's a way to make a distinction between the two.

[00:03:45] And I'm sure that I would have enjoyed sitting down and talking with Bill Clinton.

[00:03:52] I think he's a personable guy and has some charisma.

[00:03:57] But I will criticize him for the things he did.

[00:04:01] But I still leave it at that, you know.

[00:04:06] And, yeah, I still make fun of him a little bit with the stuff that he did.

[00:04:10] And, you know, some of those are just jokes.

[00:04:12] Like I sued the Clintons and lived to tell about it.

[00:04:15] And I'm the only person that sued him.

[00:04:17] Well, it's kind of a joke.

[00:04:18] There's a lot of Arkansas around Bill Clinton, though.

[00:04:20] Two strange deaths where you've got to kind of go, hmm.

[00:04:23] There's a little truth where that's found.

[00:04:25] The reason that I bring this up is we're going to have more and more of a –

[00:04:30] I'm trying to think of the right words for this.

[00:04:33] Polarized republic.

[00:04:34] Let me just put it that way.

[00:04:35] On so many fronts, it's not even funny.

[00:04:37] And I want to dig into some of those.

[00:04:39] And I want to really plead for civility.

[00:04:41] I mean, I literally wrote a whole website about civility, callforcivility.com.

[00:04:46] Right.

[00:04:46] So people can learn about it.

[00:04:48] I've been working on this since 2015 when I saw things just get so divided that it wasn't even funny.

[00:04:55] I mean, it's just wow.

[00:04:57] And we've gone beyond, you know, we disagree on things.

[00:05:00] And, you know, we need to realize we're all God's children.

[00:05:02] We need to behave like it.

[00:05:04] And all these fault lines being created, they're really Satan's tools to destroy what we hold dear.

[00:05:10] And we can be smart enough to disagree on politics.

[00:05:13] We can agree to disagree agreeably.

[00:05:15] Or put another way, we can have respect for the person, maybe not for the issue at hand.

[00:05:20] And you bring that up very well.

[00:05:21] But there are several things that are kind of interesting.

[00:05:24] I'll give you an example to make the point.

[00:05:25] Biden just awarded, quote, presidential medals of freedom to George Soros, Hillary Clinton,

[00:05:33] and Bill Nye.

[00:05:35] Now, Trump was ready, at least the first go around, to lock up Hillary.

[00:05:39] So one guy say lock her up, the other guy's giving her a medal.

[00:05:43] I mean, doesn't that typify the divide?

[00:05:46] Well, it does, except Biden has done this to quite a few other people.

[00:05:53] In fact, some LDS legislators out here in Arizona.

[00:05:57] And I call him LDS because I just want everyone to know that they're very conservative,

[00:06:04] supposed to be upholding principles of freedom and justice.

[00:06:09] And they kind of didn't do that, Jeff Flake being one of them.

[00:06:15] Yeah, he turned out to be a Flake, didn't he?

[00:06:18] Yeah, he sure did, big time.

[00:06:20] And he was awarded stuff.

[00:06:22] I don't know if he got this award, but he was ambassador to Japan for breaking ranks and crossing the aisle.

[00:06:30] It's mostly, Sam, just political rancor and positioning.

[00:06:37] Because that's all Biden is doing, is honoring people who sustain him politically.

[00:06:44] That's it.

[00:06:44] And it's really an embarrassment because if you really wanted to honor people with an award that is really sincere,

[00:06:57] they would be going after a complete opposite group of people.

[00:07:03] People who are humble, honorable, and really did something for America.

[00:07:08] These people did not.

[00:07:10] All Soros has done is give money to Democrats.

[00:07:13] That's all he's done.

[00:07:13] And he has the money to do it.

[00:07:15] And he has really paid people off.

[00:07:20] And he was the one that bought the Alvin Braggs and the others across the country who have brought chaos to America.

[00:07:31] And so...

[00:07:32] Well, and that's the problem that I'm having with this.

[00:07:35] That's the problem that I'm having with this.

[00:07:37] It's one thing to say, you know what, we disagree on who deserves medals of freedom,

[00:07:40] who deserves to be locked up.

[00:07:42] Right.

[00:07:42] But we need to unite on this idea when you've broken laws, there's serious problems and consequences.

[00:07:48] George Soros is not an American citizen, right?

[00:07:52] I don't believe so, no.

[00:07:53] Okay.

[00:07:54] And this guy's literally put money into elections left and right.

[00:07:57] Hillary Clinton literally broke the law with her email servers, violated the law by, you know,

[00:08:02] using hammers to destroy evidence, using, I can't remember what they call it, bit bleach, I think it is, to delete, you know, information.

[00:08:10] Okay.

[00:08:11] When we start giving these people medals, we've gone beyond the differences of opinion here.

[00:08:18] Right.

[00:08:19] And he's done that just to kind of put it in Trump's face right before he gets out of office.

[00:08:23] The next headline to do the similar issue is this.

[00:08:28] Biden bans offshore drilling while Trump vows drill baby drill in 2025.

[00:08:37] Yeah.

[00:08:38] What are we going to do here?

[00:08:39] On one hand, one president says in the lame duck session, I can do all that I can to lock the hands or tie down in some way the next president of the United States.

[00:08:51] That's not a peaceful transfer of power.

[00:08:53] That's a game playing.

[00:08:54] We're going to pretend we're peaceful and, you know, mock Kamala.

[00:08:59] But yet at the same time, we're going to end your face to Donald.

[00:09:02] It seems like we're beyond differences.

[00:09:07] Your thoughts?

[00:09:09] Well, we're using taxpayer dollars to do all of this and much more.

[00:09:14] Taxpayer dollars go to the most ridiculous things.

[00:09:18] Planned Parenthood probably being the most ridiculous and unconstitutional and illegal.

[00:09:23] There's funneling money to these NGOs and private organizations that provide no government service whatsoever.

[00:09:33] And yet they still funnel money to them, give them awards, whatever.

[00:09:39] It's it's just the epitome of political corruption in this country.

[00:09:45] And I have told you this before and I'll say it again.

[00:09:48] It is the greatest enemy to our God given American Republic.

[00:09:53] And and Joe Biden is flaunting it, releasing murderers back into the community, releasing pedophiles back into the community.

[00:10:02] And this is what his presidency has been doing, bringing in criminals into our country to do us all harm that he's never apologized for, that he's never had any accountability for.

[00:10:15] And I really hope that Kash Patel and this administration, Pam Bondi, go after these political criminals.

[00:10:24] We cannot allow them to get away with all of this.

[00:10:28] And some of it reaches the level of murder.

[00:10:30] I couldn't agree more.

[00:10:34] We're going to take a quick break.

[00:10:35] When we come back, there's more where this comes from.

[00:10:40] Donald Trump said that Barack Obama was the founder of ISIS.

[00:10:46] The co-founder of ISIS was Hillary Clinton.

[00:10:50] We'll play that sound bite coming up in a second.

[00:10:52] But the question becomes, didn't this guy go murder everybody over ISIS?

[00:13:02] All right, so here's what I'm saying, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:13:05] The FBI has identified the guy who carried out the attack in New Orleans, said he was an ISIS

[00:13:12] guy, acted alone, but backed by and converted to ISIS.

[00:13:18] Okay, so a bunch of people are dead directly from this guy that domestically converted to ISIS.

[00:13:24] But Donald Trump says Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are the founders of ISIS.

[00:13:28] Here's the soundbite.

[00:13:32] ISIS is honoring President Obama.

[00:13:36] He is the founder of ISIS.

[00:13:39] He's the founder of ISIS.

[00:13:40] Okay?

[00:13:41] He's the founder.

[00:13:42] He founded ISIS.

[00:13:48] And I would say the co-founder would be crooked Hillary Clinton.

[00:13:55] All right, he didn't just say it once.

[00:13:57] He doubled down and said it four times.

[00:14:00] So, Sheriff Mack, the question for you is this.

[00:14:02] We just have 15 people dead and like 30 people injured because this domestic guy converted to

[00:14:09] ISIS.

[00:14:09] He converted to Barack Obama's creation.

[00:14:13] Hillary Clinton's creation, domestically speaking.

[00:14:17] Don't we need to arrest Barack and Hillary immediately?

[00:14:23] Well, if there was actually evidence of what he is saying.

[00:14:28] Well, hold on.

[00:14:29] This is a former president, a guy on the campaign trail, a guy that's president for a second time

[00:14:34] claiming this to the nation.

[00:14:35] I get that.

[00:14:36] But I also think that he's referring more to the money that has been funneled to ISIS

[00:14:42] from these two people.

[00:14:43] But even if you fund terrorist organizations and then you've got a domestic guy go psychotic

[00:14:48] and murder people, at what point are you responsible?

[00:14:51] Yeah, exactly.

[00:14:52] But we know that first, huge billions and billions of dollars of military equipment was left behind for the terrorist groups to use.

[00:15:08] Okay.

[00:15:09] When we left Afghanistan.

[00:15:10] That's a fact.

[00:15:12] We also know that Obama has had a huge impact on running the Biden administration since Biden came in because Biden is incompetent and couldn't do it anyway.

[00:15:24] We also know that his wife did, that she handled a lot of his meetings and took care of his appointments.

[00:15:33] And that his staff has been telling him what to do and say.

[00:15:39] And they do everything to make sure that he gets in front of his teleprompter.

[00:15:46] So that's another issue.

[00:15:48] But we do know that Obama had a huge hand in a lot of that, leading him off the stage and talking for him and blah, blah, blah.

[00:15:56] But you're talking about something much bigger.

[00:15:59] And I think Trump was given a little bit of a political thing because he knew that these people, and he should have probably explained it.

[00:16:09] He knew Obama had connections there.

[00:16:11] He knew Obama is a Muslim.

[00:16:15] He knew that Obama was a communist.

[00:16:18] He probably could come up with enough right there just to say this.

[00:16:22] But he was used it.

[00:16:22] First off, you've got to find out what Barack Obama's birth certificate is all about to determine he might be the leader of ISIS.

[00:16:28] It might be more than that, right?

[00:16:30] You and I already know the truth behind that.

[00:16:33] We saw the evidence.

[00:16:34] But Hillary, in getting her Clinton Foundation funded, where did that money come from?

[00:16:41] And a lot of it came from Middle Eastern donations.

[00:16:44] And it came from our enemies.

[00:16:47] Well, then you got Joe Biden through Hunter.

[00:16:51] Okay.

[00:16:52] Who has done the same.

[00:16:53] And we were basically told, hey, that there was no link there.

[00:16:56] Now there's a photo of Joe Biden leaked, which he's literally involved with Hunter.

[00:17:02] A newly released photograph collaborates the House Oversight Committee's findings, which, you know what?

[00:17:10] Joe was involved with Hunter, clearly.

[00:17:14] Right?

[00:17:15] However, the point is, if Trump really has some evidence of that, there should be huge, big time investigations for treason.

[00:17:26] And, yeah, his acquiescence of Hillary being charged with anything after he won probably has become a Frankenstein, a monster that we've allowed to keep going and has been very detrimental to America.

[00:17:50] Well, here's another reason it's so critical.

[00:17:53] There should have been criminal investigations.

[00:17:55] Here's another reason that it's so critical.

[00:17:57] Headline says this.

[00:17:58] The number of U.S. troops in Syria has doubled.

[00:18:05] Pentagon discloses that the Defense Department sent over 2,000 troops to fight ISIS.

[00:18:13] Now, the government lied and said there was only half that amount there until they got caught and had to admit it.

[00:18:19] Pentagon admits brazen lies about troops deployments is the next headline.

[00:18:26] So then the U.S. has ramped up airstrikes on ISIS strongholds seeking to prevent the terrorist groups insurgents when there's a vacuum of power over there.

[00:18:41] And, okay, so I look at that and I go, okay, wait a minute.

[00:18:44] Now you're putting our children in harm's way, doubling the troops, lying about it for years.

[00:18:49] We're literally in a war without congressional approval overseas now because we do have people on the ground.

[00:18:54] Double the amount of people we're told.

[00:18:56] Domestically we have a terrorist act on our soil.

[00:18:59] And Barack founded the organization.

[00:19:02] Either he did or he didn't.

[00:19:03] If he did, we've got to have serious, serious action on this.

[00:19:07] If he didn't, then Trump needs to quit lying and using this for political purposes.

[00:19:11] You can't do that.

[00:19:13] Loose lips sink ships and kill people, Sheriff.

[00:19:19] Well, yes.

[00:19:23] I don't know.

[00:19:24] See, how long ago did he make the statement?

[00:19:29] I'd have to look it up when he made the statement.

[00:19:32] But the question is, is he going to continue with that statement or is he going to back away from it, right?

[00:19:36] And is it an offhand comment?

[00:19:38] Now here's the next question.

[00:19:39] What if you made a statement like that, Sheriff?

[00:19:44] What happened to you?

[00:19:44] I've made huge derogatory comments about Hillary and Bill, you know, and like I said, those jokes I've told, you know.

[00:19:57] All right.

[00:19:58] So this was done, I think, in 2019.

[00:20:01] 10, 20, 2019, I think is where the statement was made.

[00:20:03] So right before, during his campaign for his second term then.

[00:20:08] Yeah.

[00:20:09] Yeah.

[00:20:10] But that's after you're already president and you should have facts on the matter at that point.

[00:20:13] If you're the president, you've had daily briefings for four years and everything else.

[00:20:16] I mean, this isn't just an offhanded comment, I wouldn't think.

[00:20:21] Yeah, you would.

[00:20:23] That's that's the offhanded comment that you want to go.

[00:20:27] Well, if this is true, I better be doing some follow up on it.

[00:20:31] But even now, this is something you and I have complained about Trump for a long time.

[00:20:36] And that is that he he does not represent your call for civility at all.

[00:20:44] I would really like him to pull all that back.

[00:20:51] Just because somebody hits you, you don't need to hit back.

[00:20:54] And I've said that term in describing his personality for a long time.

[00:20:59] I do like that he's brash.

[00:21:01] I do like that he stands.

[00:21:03] And I do like that he calls it out like it is.

[00:21:05] I remember way back when I was very young, I think a teenager, and I saw Governor Ronald Reagan in a news clip.

[00:21:16] And he was it was a kind of a press conference going on.

[00:21:22] And he pointed his finger at somebody in the back.

[00:21:26] And he said, you, sir, are a liar.

[00:21:31] And I really like that.

[00:21:33] I actually like someone standing up and saying what he really felt.

[00:21:42] And I feel like saying that sometimes.

[00:21:44] And I have actually used that a couple of times in the people that have lied about you and me.

[00:21:50] Well, the truth shall set you free is the point on that, right?

[00:21:53] Well, maybe, but still being discreet and tactful and and and what?

[00:22:02] Christian is to me.

[00:22:04] To me, you don't want to attack a person and their, quote, personage.

[00:22:09] But you can forcefully disagree with dishonesty and lies and slander and libel and bearing false witness and these kinds of things.

[00:22:17] We can stand up boldly against that and not attack people.

[00:22:20] Yeah.

[00:22:20] Yeah.

[00:22:21] OK, so so look, Barack.

[00:22:24] Hey, maybe a nice guy to eat lunch with.

[00:22:25] Don't know.

[00:22:26] Don't know him.

[00:22:26] But you know what?

[00:22:27] He's got some charisma.

[00:22:28] He became president of the United States.

[00:22:30] People believed in his idea for change.

[00:22:32] Fine.

[00:22:33] Here's the question.

[00:22:34] Is he really the founder of ISIS?

[00:22:35] And what evidence is there for that fact?

[00:22:37] And if he is, he needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

[00:22:40] If he's not, we need to quit saying it.

[00:22:42] Correct.

[00:22:43] Which which maybe Trump has stopped saying it, you know, because it was 2019.

[00:22:47] I haven't heard him say it much lately.

[00:22:49] But I believe there's some I believe that the corruption of Barack Obama is huge.

[00:22:56] And it could very well be that he had ties to some of these Middle Eastern groups.

[00:23:04] He certainly has not cared one iota that they have infiltrated America.

[00:23:09] Al Qaeda, ISIS.

[00:23:11] Well, and that alone is a serious problem for the president of the free world, the commander in chief of the greatest army of the world.

[00:23:17] Oh, no, it hasn't been a problem.

[00:23:18] That's crazy.

[00:23:19] It hasn't been a problem for Biden at all.

[00:23:23] He loves every bit of it.

[00:23:25] And so obviously there's treason going on.

[00:23:29] I believe that Hillary Clinton is a traitor.

[00:23:31] I believe that she knows a lot more about the death of Vince Foster than has been let out.

[00:23:40] I believe that Bill knows more about it.

[00:23:43] I believe that the 116 people or so that were close to the Clintons that just, you know, strangely kept dying.

[00:23:52] I believe there's something to that.

[00:23:54] So we need to dig in.

[00:23:58] Donald Jr., who's been on this program, by the way, on Super Tuesday, I might add, when President Trump won the first time.

[00:24:06] Don J.R.'s headed to Greenland today.

[00:24:10] Townhall.com says here's why.

[00:24:13] Because they want to, you know, see if they can work out a deal to buy Greenland.

[00:24:17] There's a big appeal from a Greenland citizen saying, hey, we want to be bought.

[00:24:22] They are declaring their independence from Denmark.

[00:24:24] What does all this mean?

[00:24:25] Will Trump really buy Greenland?

[00:24:27] It's a big divide because at what point does a president be considered fascist?

[00:24:34] Hang tight.

[00:24:35] Sheriff Richard Mack, CSPOA.org on your radio.

[00:24:53] Across the land.

[00:24:55] You're listening to Liberty News Radio.

[00:24:57] News this hour from townhall.com.

[00:25:03] I'm Jason Walker.

[00:25:04] If you had any doubts about it being winter, well, think again.

[00:25:08] Temperatures this morning, international falls 14 degrees below zero.

[00:25:12] Chicago is a little warmer.

[00:25:13] Temperatures are only in the lower teens.

[00:25:15] Minneapolis, temperatures are right around zero.

[00:25:17] So very cold air across parts of the Dakotas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa.

[00:25:21] Pretty typical temperatures for a very cold air mass at the moment.

[00:25:26] Not a lot of records though.

[00:25:27] Bob Orovac, lead forecaster with the National Weather Service.

[00:25:30] A lot of cold air in place across the country.

[00:25:32] It's really setting up the potential for a pretty, very impactful storm.

[00:25:36] Anywhere from the plains into the lower Missouri Valley, Mississippi Valley, Ohio Valley,

[00:25:41] and eventually into the east United States over the next several days.

[00:25:44] And late today, parts of eastern Kansas and Missouri up to 8 to 12 inches of snow in bitterly cold conditions.

[00:25:52] Also at townhall.com, Congress notified by the Biden administration of a planned $8 billion weapon sale to Israel.

[00:26:03] The sale includes medium-range air-to-air missiles to help Israel defend against airborne threats,

[00:26:09] 155-millimeter projectile artillery shells for long-range targeting,

[00:26:15] Hellfire AGM-114 missiles, 500-pound bombs, and more.

[00:26:20] It would add to a record of around $18 billion in military aid that the U.S. has provided Israel since the war began more than a year ago.

[00:26:30] I'm Julie Walker.

[00:26:31] Police in Denmark are investigating a report of some 20 drones over the port of Kij, just southwest of Copenhagen.

[00:26:40] Police had been called to the site by a witness who claimed to have seen the drones that later disappeared at a very high rate of speed.

[00:26:48] Police were trying to determine who owns the drones, as no permission had been issued for the drone flights in that area.

[00:26:55] More on these stories at townhall.com.

[00:28:29] This is a battle.

[00:28:30] A battle between truth and deceit.

[00:28:33] A battle between forces that would enslave this country in darkness.

[00:28:37] And between a media that wants to present you with the truth.

[00:28:40] We are being censored.

[00:28:59] You know where the solution can be found, Mr. President?

[00:29:03] In churches.

[00:29:04] In wedding chapels.

[00:29:06] In maternity wards across the country and around the world.

[00:29:10] More babies will mean forward-looking adults.

[00:29:12] The sort we need to tackle long-term, large-scale problems.

[00:29:16] American babies in particular are likely going to be wealthier, better educated, and more conservation-minded

[00:29:24] than children raised in still industrializing countries.

[00:29:27] As economist Tyler Cowen recently wrote, quote,

[00:29:31] By having more children, you're making your nation more populous, thus boosting its capacity to solve climate change.

[00:29:37] The planet does not need for us to think globally and act locally so much as it needs us to think family and act personally.

[00:29:48] The solution to so many of our problems at all times and in all places is to fall in love, get married, and have some kids.

[00:29:59] Casting live from atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West.

[00:30:18] You are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show.

[00:30:24] Live hard-hitting talk.

[00:30:26] Sheriff Richard Mack with me.

[00:30:28] Constitutional Sheriff's and Peace Officers Association become a member of the Posse today.

[00:30:32] CSPOA.org to get that done.

[00:30:35] That's how you can participate in the solutions.

[00:30:37] The county sheriff, America's last hope, backed by we the people.

[00:30:40] Let's get her done.

[00:30:41] Local level, local action, national impact.

[00:30:45] We got to make it happen, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:30:47] All right, so Don Jr. is in Greenland today.

[00:30:51] They say because it's a national security interest, we got to buy it.

[00:30:54] They're declaring their independence from Denmark, and now there's a guy online, basically he's a citizen of Greenland, saying,

[00:31:01] Hey, man, let's become part of the United States.

[00:31:03] So which one will become part of the United States first?

[00:31:06] Canada, Trudeau just bailed.

[00:31:07] Canada, 51st state or Greenland, 51st state?

[00:31:10] Sheriff?

[00:31:13] I don't see how Canada could ever be just another state.

[00:31:19] That doesn't make sense.

[00:31:20] Too big is your point?

[00:31:21] I really don't know why we need to buy Greenland.

[00:31:25] Just say, you know what?

[00:31:26] You can join the union.

[00:31:28] You can become a United States territory.

[00:31:31] Why do we have to buy it?

[00:31:33] Because then it can become a full state.

[00:31:34] Otherwise, it's a territory and they don't have full voting rights and all that kind of stuff.

[00:31:38] They're kind of a second class situation like Puerto Rico and all these places.

[00:31:42] We didn't buy Arizona.

[00:31:44] Arizona wasn't paid money when we became the 48th state.

[00:31:48] Utah wasn't bought.

[00:31:50] We joined the union just like everybody owns.

[00:31:53] Louisiana purchased, though.

[00:31:54] So, you know.

[00:31:55] Well, yeah.

[00:31:56] But that's just buying up basically empty land that France owned.

[00:32:01] You know.

[00:32:02] So, yeah.

[00:32:03] We bought land from Spain and the others.

[00:32:06] So, would I recommend buying it?

[00:32:08] I probably would.

[00:32:10] But if they're going to be a state, just tell them to come in and join the union like all the others.

[00:32:17] Yeah.

[00:32:17] So, it's a very interesting dynamic.

[00:32:19] I don't know about Greenland.

[00:32:20] I agree that it's a national security concern.

[00:32:22] I understand the Canadian idea.

[00:32:24] You know.

[00:32:24] They talked about a North American union for quite some time back in the Bush times.

[00:32:27] Maybe buying Canada or, you know, having Canada join or whatever else would, you know, move us more towards that, which is of great concern in many ways.

[00:32:35] What about taking back the Panama Canal?

[00:32:37] The problem is, if you're not very careful, though, you look like a fascist.

[00:32:41] We're just trying to gobble up the world if you're not very careful, Sheriff.

[00:32:45] Well, we should have never given the canal back to them.

[00:32:48] We – America paid for that.

[00:32:50] America – many Americans died working on that.

[00:32:55] It was ours to begin with.

[00:32:59] And we should have never just, oh, okay, we're just going to give it to you now.

[00:33:04] That should have never happened.

[00:33:05] And it is too much of a strategic issue here and geographically placed very advantageous for whoever does own it.

[00:33:18] And, of course, we said that China would take it over, and in some ways they have.

[00:33:23] It still technically belongs to Panama.

[00:33:28] But if we can take it back, but I believe also that that was a fight that Trump kind of started that didn't need to happen until he got into office, until he could use some diplomacy in discussing that with the president of Panama.

[00:33:43] That guy's already mad.

[00:33:45] And so I – you know, I don't – I think it was ill-timed, the comments, to come out for that.

[00:33:52] And as far as a fascist goes, maybe we need to define fascism because I think it gets thrown around a lot.

[00:34:00] Is a fascist just another name for a dictator?

[00:34:04] No.

[00:34:05] A fascist is a specific type of governmental control.

[00:34:11] Okay.

[00:34:12] Okay, so just take a socialist, which, you know, would be everything kind of in common by choice kind of a thing.

[00:34:22] Communism would be harder than socialism will do it by force.

[00:34:25] Fascism would be government-controlled, privately owned, right?

[00:34:33] Perhaps.

[00:34:35] I'm not sure I know the true meaning of fascism.

[00:34:40] Is it a form of government?

[00:34:43] Because I've never heard that it is.

[00:34:46] But I've heard it used very derogatorily towards Trump before.

[00:34:51] And I'm going, what are they really trying to say?

[00:34:54] You know, they call him a dictator.

[00:34:56] So is that fascist?

[00:34:59] But, you know, I think we throw around some of those too often.

[00:35:04] And I know some people on the left do for a fact.

[00:35:08] But I'm just, first of all, I am not going to get into it.

[00:35:13] I'm not saying that's what we're doing.

[00:35:14] But I am not going to get into criticizing Trump until he gets in.

[00:35:21] And if he doesn't keep his promises, I'm going to criticize him.

[00:35:24] But I think he's going to.

[00:35:25] And I think he's going to really try to do all the things that he said because he did the first time.

[00:35:30] He did.

[00:35:30] He actually did what he said he was going to do.

[00:35:35] And so the Biden administration trying to shove it in his face and say, oh, I'm going to shut down all these things that you want to do.

[00:35:44] You know, I have no reason to do it except, you know, I'm just going to shove it in your face.

[00:35:49] It was illegal, completely 100% illegal for Biden.

[00:35:54] Who doesn't care?

[00:35:55] You can do anything in Washington, D.C. that you want and not have to worry about it.

[00:36:00] You can't steal, murder, whatever.

[00:36:01] It doesn't matter.

[00:36:04] But for him to sell the equipment or the actual fences along the border, to sell that equipment to private companies, he had no business doing that.

[00:36:18] Where did the money go that people paid?

[00:36:21] And they were paying huge discounts.

[00:36:24] All of this.

[00:36:25] Well, and where was the authority to do that in the first place for that matter?

[00:36:28] Well, but the whole thing, Sam, here is everything he does has been one big farce criminal activity.

[00:36:38] Everything he has done.

[00:36:40] And then he goes, look at what we've done.

[00:36:42] Every time he says that, I said, yes, let's look at what you've done.

[00:36:47] You're nothing but a crook and a liar.

[00:36:50] But he's going to get away with it, isn't he?

[00:36:52] Oh, yeah, he has.

[00:36:54] Because the mainstream press, Sam, how many times have I told you?

[00:36:58] I remember when you and I were talking about Obama administration.

[00:37:01] You can get away with anything, including murder, as long as the national media supports you.

[00:37:08] And he had.

[00:37:09] But reality, that's true for sure.

[00:37:11] There's no doubt about it.

[00:37:12] And the reason that I bring up the fascism discussion is because I believe it'll be one of the big discussions in 2025.

[00:37:18] Let me give you some examples to make the point.

[00:37:22] Attorney for Proud Boys leader Enrique Terrio is asking Trump for a pardon right now.

[00:37:30] James Myers with the story.

[00:37:32] So the Proud Boys leader asking for a pardon from Donald right now through his attorney.

[00:37:41] Yeah, I'm glad he should be.

[00:37:43] All right.

[00:37:43] Well, I don't necessarily disagree.

[00:37:46] But here's the next headline.

[00:37:47] And this is from USA Today.

[00:37:50] And I'm not really fond of USA Today because I think they're very liberal.

[00:37:55] Will Carlos writes the piece.

[00:37:57] But the headline says this.

[00:37:59] Far left Antifa activists waiting to see Trump's action.

[00:38:05] How will, quote, anti-fascists respond is the question.

[00:38:10] It's a huge, huge article.

[00:38:12] And it talks about this.

[00:38:15] The anti-fascist movement.

[00:38:17] Trump is a fascist.

[00:38:20] And, hey, they're sitting on the sidelines to decide if they're going to remain peaceful.

[00:38:26] They say in Philadelphia, they're preparing to wait until the anti-fascist leader gets out of prison for his role in January 6th.

[00:38:40] Then they say he'll be released by a presidential pardon only to return to Chicago, the city of brotherly love in Miami.

[00:38:48] Self-professed Antifa say they're embracing for an immigration crackdown, which they'll stand against.

[00:38:58] And they say we hope Trump's biggest promises don't come to fruition.

[00:39:03] So at battle is this great deportation thing.

[00:39:07] And they say if civil rights are violated, we will have to act.

[00:39:11] The deportation is the greatest issue that will unleash Antifa, Proud Boys, Black Lives Matter, et cetera.

[00:39:21] They say in Ohio, the heart of the Antifa coalition, they're waiting to see what's going to happen.

[00:39:29] Antifa, fascist organizers and volunteers say they're gearing up in case there's another George Floyd moment that might make them act.

[00:39:37] It's the same in California where they're waiting to see what Trump will do and whether they need to don their signature of all black clothing and hit the streets.

[00:39:48] If the she's is bad enough, then we'll take care of business, said Mr. Jenkins, a well-known fascist and one of the people's projects organizers.

[00:39:58] As we say in the black community, quote, don't start nothing and there won't be nothing.

[00:40:04] Antifa is always a wild card, they say.

[00:40:07] Very few experts on domestic extremism understand the movement, which the people that believe in it call it a political philosophy.

[00:40:15] But critics decry it as everything from a menace to an evil army trying to destroy America.

[00:40:24] Anyway, they go on and say Trump's rhetoric and Trump's leadership will determine how they act.

[00:40:29] Right now they're sitting on the sidelines.

[00:40:31] They're peacefully organizing.

[00:40:34] But what will happen?

[00:40:35] Go ahead and skip the break.

[00:40:37] Now, as Trump enters his second term, anti-fascists find themselves facing a completely different paradigm in which they say,

[00:40:47] hey, the far right is already flexing their muscle and it's out of control.

[00:40:52] And so now the USA Today team is saying they've interviewed a bunch of people, experts, collegiates, Antifa members, Black Lives Matter, everybody.

[00:41:03] More than a dozen self-proclaimed anti-fascist experts and academics who study the movement.

[00:41:11] It goes on.

[00:41:12] And they say this.

[00:41:14] What emerged is an attempt for active resistance, simpering anger and readiness for battle if and when the time comes, Sheriff.

[00:41:26] And I look at that and I go, they're already preparing, Sheriff.

[00:41:33] Yeah, and it kind of is weird, Sam, what they're really preparing for.

[00:41:38] Agreed.

[00:41:39] Yeah.

[00:41:41] That's really kind of weird how they're putting that, Sam.

[00:41:48] But I don't know.

[00:41:49] I don't trust any of it.

[00:41:51] I guess BLM and Antifa, if you wrong them, then they're going to start burning Chicago down or whatever else they can do.

[00:41:59] And Portland and hit us like they did in Portland and Seattle.

[00:42:03] And then you get these ridiculous, woke mayors and governors that double down and make it all worse and lie about what's going on.

[00:42:15] I like the reporter who saw a huge fire in the background and says, this is mostly peaceful, but there's a little bit.

[00:42:23] And the whole thing's burning to the ground.

[00:42:25] It's crazy.

[00:42:28] Yeah, no kidding.

[00:42:29] So I don't know, Sam.

[00:42:33] I don't trust any of it.

[00:42:35] And, of course, I've never trusted BLM.

[00:42:39] And their whole movement said, you know, was anti-family.

[00:42:43] And their website even said they were anti-family.

[00:42:48] So if they're anti-family, they're anti-American.

[00:42:53] And that gets us back.

[00:42:55] We kind of circle back to the discussion.

[00:42:57] So here's the statement from the anti-fascist Antifa.

[00:43:01] Anti-fascists universally despise Trump.

[00:43:07] Because they say he's a full-blown fascist.

[00:43:09] And they were worrying that he will act authoritarian with draconian policies that violate, quote, civil rights and the rule of law.

[00:43:20] Then they say if he does, they're ready to take action.

[00:43:22] And they say that Trump will target three groups.

[00:43:28] And if he does, they're taking off the gloves is the bottom line from the article.

[00:43:33] Immigrants, the transgender community, and women.

[00:43:39] Anyway, it goes on and on.

[00:43:41] A huge article.

[00:43:42] But they then quote all these professors that have written books praising Antifa.

[00:43:47] You've got the universities in bed with Antifa.

[00:43:51] And you've got this whole scenario where you've got these governors.

[00:43:55] You've got these states like California.

[00:43:57] You've got this huge opposition ready to rise up against mass deportation.

[00:44:03] Of all things, that's their biggest issue, Sheriff.

[00:44:08] That's pretty amazing, Sam.

[00:44:10] Because wouldn't national security and safety and reducing crime be on people's minds right now?

[00:44:19] Reducing inflation?

[00:44:21] You know, restoring peace to our country.

[00:44:24] You would think that that's what we would really want to be happening.

[00:44:27] But no, their whole thing is to oppose Trump no matter what he does.

[00:44:32] Yes.

[00:44:33] So let me give you one more phrase from this article before you can continue on this discussion.

[00:44:37] Because I think this is really interesting.

[00:44:38] Here's what it says.

[00:44:40] Anti-fascists, so Antifa, et cetera, say if that happens, meaning if Trump violates rights and attacks these three groups of people or whatever, as they perceive it,

[00:44:50] they will protect their neighborhoods from their, quote, sworn enemies fighting on the streets again if necessary.

[00:44:58] Do you want to respond to that, Sheriff?

[00:45:01] Sam, if you and I had said that, we would be in jail.

[00:45:04] But we would never say such a thing.

[00:45:07] I know.

[00:45:08] We wouldn't.

[00:45:09] But these people get away with it.

[00:45:11] That's the whole point.

[00:45:12] I'm not saying they should go to jail for that, but you and I would.

[00:45:15] We would be finished.

[00:45:17] We would have riots at our doorsteps.

[00:45:19] We would be investigated by the FBI.

[00:45:23] And they would be coming after you and me.

[00:45:26] And the national press would have a field day with you and me if we ever said anything like that.

[00:45:32] And we have told them over and over that we have never advocated violence and we never would.

[00:45:38] This is way advocating violence.

[00:45:41] And yet, where's the national press going after them as they would you and me?

[00:45:46] Yeah.

[00:45:47] I don't trust any of this, Sam, and that's why I believe that a lot of this is going to be to the extreme.

[00:45:58] And I'll tell you why.

[00:45:59] And you already know why.

[00:46:00] Because they're going to make it as bad for Trump as they possibly can.

[00:46:05] And if it means violence and burning cities down, they'll do it.

[00:46:09] And if it means allowing the international terrorists and jihadists to stay in America, they'll do it.

[00:46:15] They'll find with that.

[00:46:16] Because they don't think they're going to be attacked.

[00:46:18] They don't think it's ever going to be that they're going to come after them.

[00:46:22] And the thing of it is, none of these groups that are here that have been brought in by the Biden administration,

[00:46:28] none of them care who gets in their way or if it's just an innocent home or innocent people.

[00:46:34] They do not care.

[00:46:35] And so when they attack a church, it's going to be all political parties.

[00:46:41] And when they attack a stadium, whatever they do.

[00:46:45] And Sam, I've said this on several shows, and I'll say it in this one.

[00:46:48] I don't think I've said it on yours yet, but I have felt this way for the last several months.

[00:46:54] Since Trump won, I have been very concerned about his safety for obvious reasons and that of his family.

[00:47:01] Amen.

[00:47:02] And that beautiful little granddaughter of his that spoke.

[00:47:06] So cute, by the way.

[00:47:08] Great, great lady.

[00:47:09] Yeah.

[00:47:10] She was very classy.

[00:47:12] I will tell you this.

[00:47:13] He should cancel the inauguration, pomp and circumstance.

[00:47:18] He should not have an open air swearing in ceremony.

[00:47:24] Now he's already raised $200 million for it, and he's going like gusto, buddy.

[00:47:28] He should not do it.

[00:47:29] And guess who agrees with me?

[00:47:31] General Flynn.

[00:47:33] And Sam Bushman.

[00:47:34] Yes.

[00:47:35] And it's unnecessary.

[00:47:38] It's a huge expense that doesn't need to happen, and it is a security nightmare.

[00:47:46] And I would not want to.

[00:47:47] And it puts the win in everybody's face in an unnecessary way, and this is kind of what I'm talking about.

[00:47:52] You know, Joe Biden trying to put his, you know, hey, stamp on.

[00:47:56] I've got to have a legacy, so I'm going to end Donald's face, and then end Donald's face, and this and that.

[00:48:00] And it just seems like this has got to stop.

[00:48:03] We've got to stop and bring people together.

[00:48:04] And less pomp, more appropriate, a humble swearing in would be good, George Washington style kind of an idea.

[00:48:11] But in the article, they continue, and they say don't panic but organize.

[00:48:15] And they talk about how Antifa right now is peacefully organizing in every city across America.

[00:48:21] They say bring the energy from the streets back home.

[00:48:27] Organize.

[00:48:27] Build power in every institution in life.

[00:48:31] This might mean organizing a union at work, a tenant union at your apartment complex, an assembly in your neighborhood, or a student organization at school.

[00:48:43] Anyway, they go on and they say, you know, while many people have a stereotype of Antifa, black-clad protesters breaking windows and violence,

[00:48:52] the reality of the anti-fascist movement is far more mundane.

[00:48:57] And they go on and they talk about these professors that have written books about it and everything else.

[00:49:01] These people are ready to go to the streets if necessary, but they're also in every institution across the country and embraced, Sheriff.

[00:49:09] So if this is a terrorist organization, what do we do when they have such clout and they're not separate where you can single them out?

[00:49:17] They're part of every other organization, collegians, colleges, et cetera.

[00:49:22] And then they say that, listen, they spend most of their time organizing, raising money, and researching and exposing white supremacists.

[00:49:33] Yeah, sure.

[00:49:36] Exposing white supremacists, what a lie.

[00:49:38] I mean.

[00:49:39] Yeah, for sure.

[00:49:41] That includes you and me.

[00:49:42] And I know neither one of us have ever been even close to such, but they still accuse us of it all the time.

[00:49:51] Absolutely absurd.

[00:49:53] So I bring this up because it's a huge article, and I think that it has wings.

[00:49:57] They're preparing us for something.

[00:49:59] And I think that the tip of the spear in this discussion is something that we've written a press release to say will help Trump.

[00:50:06] And that is, hey, if we work on a mass deportation, will Antifor come out of the woodwork and riot in the streets?

[00:50:12] Do you think they will?

[00:50:18] Wouldn't surprise me.

[00:50:19] But I'm still so concerned that Trump and his entire family and his entire administration will all be in one place at the same time.

[00:50:32] And I just don't think there's any way that with the sophistication of weaponry that's out there,

[00:50:41] that we could stop an attack on January 20th.

[00:50:49] You know, to some extent, yes.

[00:50:51] But to the reality of the situation, no.

[00:50:56] There's always ways to get around that.

[00:51:00] From two to ten miles away, somebody could set something up that security is not even aware of.

[00:51:07] You know?

[00:51:08] Yes, so here's what I find fascinating about this whole discussion, Sheriff, before the program ends.

[00:51:15] This guy of the Proud Boys, which is, you know, it's hard to say who's who because the Proud Boys is different than Antifa.

[00:51:24] But yet, you know, they all kind of have this violent streak.

[00:51:27] He's waiting to get out so that he can go back and work on things again, waiting for Donald to pardon him.

[00:51:32] But yet the fascists are like, hey, or the anti-fascists, I'm sorry, like, hey, Trump's a fascist.

[00:51:38] We got to go after all that he stands for and everything else.

[00:51:41] I just find the idea fascinating.

[00:51:45] Well, I want to.

[00:51:46] What are we going to do here?

[00:51:49] Yeah.

[00:51:51] I let me read real quickly.

[00:51:53] I'll do this quickly.

[00:51:54] I won't even.

[00:51:54] But this is the definition on the Internet for fascist.

[00:52:00] Fascism.

[00:52:01] Fascism is a far right form of government characterized by a dictatorial leader.

[00:52:07] So so fascist is kind of a dictator, but it goes on.

[00:52:11] Centralized autocracy.

[00:52:13] OK, so we're now talking about an oligarchy, militarism, suppression of opposition and promotion of nationalism and often racism.

[00:52:24] So they give an example of Nazis marching.

[00:52:29] And so, you know, to me, that's just stupid.

[00:52:35] And it's just more propaganda from the media and from the.

[00:52:40] Well, Trump was really a fascist.

[00:52:42] He would have never left office the first time.

[00:52:44] He would have just gave everybody the finger.

[00:52:46] Of course, he would have declared the election null and void.

[00:52:50] And he would have stayed in.

[00:52:52] And he there is some absolutely legitimacy to the power to do that.

[00:53:00] I'm not giving it.

[00:53:01] I'm not saying he should have.

[00:53:03] But there is some legitimate law that says that would could possibly happen.

[00:53:11] So he obviously didn't.

[00:53:13] And he obviously has not been as bad as any of the recent Democrat presidents.

[00:53:20] I mean, you could make that argument.

[00:53:22] They also made claims of how bad he would be.

[00:53:24] And every time they've made those claims, they've fallen flat from the economy on down.

[00:53:28] Right.

[00:53:28] We never locked up Hillary.

[00:53:30] They tried to lock up him, though.

[00:53:32] Right.

[00:53:32] Yeah, they have.

[00:53:33] Which president have really pushed going after the opposition?

[00:53:39] I mean, look what they did.

[00:53:41] Yeah.

[00:53:41] I mean, Obama did it.

[00:53:43] And going after Trump, that was all political bull from the Democrats.

[00:53:52] And who helped with that?

[00:53:53] No, Liz Cheney.

[00:53:55] And of course, she got an award for it.

[00:53:56] Well, my response is this.

[00:53:58] That's exactly why sheriffs need to be involved in this mass deportation and the keeping of the peace in their counties.

[00:54:05] We don't need the military to do it.

[00:54:06] But the sheriffs can have their peaceful citizens' posses.

[00:54:09] And we can get it done in a very peaceful way.

[00:54:12] We need a seat at this table is the whole point, Sheriff.

[00:54:14] More than ever with this article released by USA Today.

[00:54:21] Well, thank you, Dan.

[00:54:23] Another show.

[00:54:23] I wish I could stay the next hour.

[00:54:25] That sounds great.

[00:54:25] No worry.

[00:54:26] Thank you so much.

[00:54:27] There's other people asking for pardons in addition to the Proud Boys leader.

[00:54:31] This one's a dear former congressional member and a dear friend asking for a pardon.

[00:54:37] He's in Washington.

[00:54:38] We'll get an update next hour.

[00:54:40] Hour one of the can with the good Sheriff Richard Mack.

[00:54:42] CSPOA.org.

[00:54:43] Become a member of the posse today.

[00:54:45] God save the republic.

[00:54:47] Have a look.
