[00:00:14] From atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West, you are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show.
[00:00:24] Happy to have you along, my fellow Americans, Sam Bushman live on your radio.
[00:00:29] Hard-hitting news the network refused to use, no doubt starts now.
[00:00:33] This, my fellow Americans, is the broadcast for November the 13th in the year of our Lord 2024.
[00:00:40] This is our one of two, and the goal always is to protect life, liberty, and property, to promote God, family, and country,
[00:00:46] to do so on your radio in the traditions of our founding fathers,
[00:00:49] using the supreme law that lay on the Constitution for the United States of America as our guide,
[00:00:54] rejecting revolution, unless it's a Jesus revolution, then we're in because we follow the Prince of Peace,
[00:00:59] and using the checks and balances brilliantly put in place by the founding fathers,
[00:01:03] what are the peaceful, restorative solutions that we have at our fingertips?
[00:01:06] Now, I know a lot of people are saying to me, Sam, why do you always repeat yourself?
[00:01:09] Every hour, every half hour of the show, you're always telling people that.
[00:01:13] We know that already. Would you just shut up and move on with the show?
[00:01:17] Let me explain why I do this, folks. I've been into radio for 30 years, okay?
[00:01:21] And I know it's redundant. I know it's redundant. I know it's...
[00:01:24] Am I doing that on purpose? Yes, I am.
[00:01:26] To make the point, you know what? I listen to talk show hosts, believe it or not,
[00:01:30] a new host that I've never heard of.
[00:01:32] I tune in, listen to all kinds of people around the Internet to see what's going on.
[00:01:35] New media taking center stage. I love it. It's great.
[00:01:38] But I'll listen to a host for a half hour.
[00:01:41] Now, I don't even know where they stand on a given issue.
[00:01:43] They're talking about an issue for 30 minutes, and at the end of it,
[00:01:47] I don't even know where they stand.
[00:01:49] I don't even know what side they're on.
[00:01:52] And that, to me, is insane.
[00:01:54] Or if I connect, and it's like, you know what?
[00:01:56] I've listened to this thing for 20 minutes, and I don't know who the guest is.
[00:01:59] This guest is great.
[00:02:01] I want to learn about them. I want to go to their website.
[00:02:03] I want to support them.
[00:02:04] But I don't even know who the crap it is.
[00:02:07] Okay?
[00:02:07] These broadcasters have got to learn who, what, when, where, why.
[00:02:12] Okay?
[00:02:13] You've got to do that.
[00:02:14] And I know it's redundant, and I know it's frustrating, and I get it.
[00:02:17] But, man, people tune in and tune out all the time.
[00:02:20] Okay?
[00:02:20] If you go study ratings in radio, you'll find it's based on quarter hour.
[00:02:26] Okay?
[00:02:26] You've got to tell people stuff over and over and over.
[00:02:29] You think, hey, I'm going to promote prepstartsnow.com.
[00:02:32] Incredible site if you want to get involved in preparedness.
[00:02:35] Prepstartsnow.com is your site.
[00:02:37] Well, if I repeat that one time, the guy driving down the road hears it,
[00:02:39] thinks it's cool, does nothing with it.
[00:02:42] Nothing.
[00:02:42] Nothing.
[00:02:44] So you've got to understand, in radio, it's about frequency.
[00:02:47] Okay?
[00:02:48] It's about repetition.
[00:02:49] And I know if you listen all the time, it's a little bit boring.
[00:02:52] I get it.
[00:02:52] But you don't ever question where Sam Bushman stands, right?
[00:02:56] You know that I promote God, family, and country, and protect life, liberty,
[00:02:59] and property.
[00:02:59] That's the key to the show.
[00:03:01] You know that I'm fair and kind to those who I even disagree with.
[00:03:04] If you come on the radio with me, I will not just use my debating skills
[00:03:08] or whatever else just to bring you on for a slaughter job.
[00:03:10] I don't do that.
[00:03:11] Even if I disagree and think you're off your rock crazy,
[00:03:14] I'll at least let you make your point to the American people.
[00:03:16] And, hey, the people can decide for themselves what they think.
[00:03:19] They don't have to be dictated to by me.
[00:03:21] Okay?
[00:03:22] You also know that I don't believe in revolution.
[00:03:23] It's violent.
[00:03:24] It's crazy.
[00:03:25] It rarely, rarely, rarely goes well.
[00:03:27] But if we have a restitution of the greatest country on the face of the earth
[00:03:31] or a Jesus revolution following the Prince of Peace,
[00:03:33] I mean, see, you learn all those things about me.
[00:03:36] And so you can pretty much say, man, if this guy follows the supreme law of the land,
[00:03:39] that's his goal.
[00:03:40] To promote God, man, I know where he stands on almost every issue.
[00:03:44] And if there's a little bit of an issue that seems vague,
[00:03:46] I can listen for a little bit and get caught up to speed.
[00:03:49] You also don't wonder, when am I doing news?
[00:03:52] When am I doing commentary?
[00:03:53] It's very easy to know.
[00:03:55] When it's facts-based, it's news.
[00:03:56] When it's my opinion, it's commentary.
[00:03:59] But understand, that opinion will follow the founding fathers.
[00:04:02] That opinion will be God-family country-based.
[00:04:04] You can count on that.
[00:04:05] But anyway, I digress, except I really want to hammer that home.
[00:04:09] Because people are just saying, quit saying that all the time.
[00:04:12] You've got to.
[00:04:14] Or else people will listen to you and your guest for a half hour,
[00:04:16] and they won't have a clue where you stand or who your guest is.
[00:04:20] And it's nuts.
[00:04:21] It's crazy.
[00:04:21] You've got to do this, folks.
[00:04:23] Okay?
[00:04:24] Anyway, a little lesson in radio for you.
[00:04:27] Back to yesterday's show.
[00:04:28] Speaking of that, we had on two people.
[00:04:30] The good Sheriff Richard Mack, who's a frequent guest, as you know.
[00:04:33] But we had an incredible guest on yesterday.
[00:04:35] One of the greatest wins in the election, besides Donald Trump winning, of course,
[00:04:40] is this incredible constitutional sheriff win.
[00:04:44] The guy's name is Jerry Sheridan.
[00:04:46] He's in the fourth largest county in the country, Maricopa County, Arizona.
[00:04:50] He's an absolute constitutional sheriff.
[00:04:52] He asked for Richard Mack's endorsement.
[00:04:54] Richard said, hey, go check with your campaign staff and your wife and everybody else.
[00:04:57] If I give it to you, it's going to be a lightning rod.
[00:04:59] Are you sure you want it?
[00:04:59] He doubled down and said, I checked with all my staff.
[00:05:02] Absolutely, I want it.
[00:05:03] And he ran as a constitutional sheriff, completely tied to Sam Bushman, Richard Mack, CSPOA, the whole bit.
[00:05:11] Well, folks, you would think it would damage his prospects.
[00:05:15] No, he won.
[00:05:17] Yes, indeed.
[00:05:18] He had Maricopa County Sheriff-elect Jerry Sheridan.
[00:05:22] Sheridan, four, that's the number, sheriff, 2024.com to learn about him.
[00:05:27] But he came on yesterday.
[00:05:28] And we talked about some incredible things.
[00:05:30] The first thing he's going to do is he's going to crank up the sheriff's posse once again.
[00:05:36] See, Joe Arpaio had a big posse.
[00:05:38] Well, the current thug sheriff got rid of it all.
[00:05:41] But he's going to reinstate the sheriff's posse.
[00:05:43] Here's what he says.
[00:05:44] The sheriff's posse is just as much a part of the sheriff's office as the sheriff himself.
[00:05:53] Wow.
[00:05:54] He says that not only does the posse save the taxpayers millions upon millions of dollars every year by donating countless hours,
[00:06:03] but its members also work alongside deputies in all facets of their duties.
[00:06:12] I will reinstate the posse to its full strength, ladies and gentlemen.
[00:06:16] He also said on the radio he's got a 3,000 to 4,000 employee count at the sheriff's office over there in Maricopa County.
[00:06:23] And he said, yeah, I'm going to have all of them take the constitutional chairs and peace officers association training
[00:06:28] so they understand how to protect rights, understand due process, understand their oaths of office.
[00:06:35] It's incredible.
[00:06:36] He's going to focus on ending drug smuggling and shutting down the cartels and dealing with illegal aliens.
[00:06:42] He says children are going to be protected.
[00:06:44] They're the most vulnerable in our society.
[00:06:45] We're going to get that done.
[00:06:47] He says we're going to rebuild the office of a constitutional sheriff.
[00:06:51] He's going to deal with mental illness.
[00:06:55] He's going to rebuild a low-level detention facility, kind of like Joe Arpaio had.
[00:06:59] He said he won't do pink underwear like Joe, but other than that, it's going to be very similar.
[00:07:04] Anyway, there you have that.
[00:07:05] I just thought I'd bring that to your attention because, man, what an incredible deal there.
[00:07:10] Anyway, without further ado, the brothers, the Big Mig brothers on your radio.
[00:07:15] George Ballantyne, Lance Miliacho, TheBigMig.com, The Big Mig on Rumble, Twitter, just about everywhere.
[00:07:22] Welcome to the broadcast, Lance.
[00:07:25] Hey, good morning, Sam.
[00:07:26] Happy to be here on Liberty Roundtable Live.
[00:07:28] Excited as always.
[00:07:30] Tons and tons of stuff going on in the news cycle.
[00:07:32] It's just not, obviously, Trump winning the election.
[00:07:34] I feel like I'm watching the NFL draft with all these appointments.
[00:07:38] No doubt.
[00:07:39] What do you think of Jerry Sheridan win, though?
[00:07:41] That's a huge win.
[00:07:42] This guy quadrupled down on what we're doing.
[00:07:46] You know, I'm sorry to say I didn't know who Jerry Sheridan was until you just talked about him.
[00:07:50] So would be excited to have him on the show.
[00:07:52] I think it's great.
[00:07:54] But I'd also love to see him add to that list election integrity because it looks like Maricopa is still up to shenanigans.
[00:08:01] I don't like what's going on in Arizona.
[00:08:04] They're still counting ballots right now.
[00:08:06] They are.
[00:08:07] It's clown showing.
[00:08:08] Carrie Lake lost by razor margins from what we understand once again, right?
[00:08:13] Seems suspicious to me.
[00:08:15] I'm not sure I'm buying it.
[00:08:16] But, of course, I guess we'll get to the bottom of it at some point.
[00:08:18] But I hope that sheriff is paying attention to that also because I like to see some of those people that are cheating pay for the consequences of their actions.
[00:08:26] Amen.
[00:08:27] It's a valuable point.
[00:08:28] Speaking of that, George Ballantyne, welcome back, sir.
[00:08:31] Thank you, Sam.
[00:08:32] Good morning to everybody.
[00:08:33] Always a pleasure to be here.
[00:08:34] Excited.
[00:08:35] It's been exciting last week, and it's just getting more exciting.
[00:08:38] Like Lance just said, it's better than an NFL draft.
[00:08:43] Yeah, it is.
[00:08:43] With more important consequences for you and your family, George.
[00:08:44] Because everybody's going to a winning positive team.
[00:08:48] NFL, you know, you have different teams.
[00:08:50] Some we don't like, some we like.
[00:08:51] You know how it goes.
[00:08:52] But this is the number one team.
[00:08:54] America.
[00:08:55] First.
[00:08:56] America.
[00:08:56] Right.
[00:08:57] And as far as the sheriff, I too, like Lance.
[00:08:59] I didn't know who he is, but it sounds like it's great.
[00:09:03] Love to get him on the show.
[00:09:05] And, you know, as far as election for Lance, yeah, we'd love to see that.
[00:09:09] But he's going to need to get real evidence to actually do something.
[00:09:12] So hopefully they bring it to him.
[00:09:13] Because we all know that there's some shenanigans going on in Maricopa.
[00:09:18] We know things went on in Nevada right next door.
[00:09:22] So we'll see what happens with Carrie Lake.
[00:09:25] Hopefully she fights this one and we come on top.
[00:09:28] Because, you know, when you take the money from the border, the drug money, that's what this is all about.
[00:09:38] Why they don't want her in the Senate.
[00:09:39] They don't want her involved in Arizona.
[00:09:41] Because you've got the cartel money involved in these elections for the Democrats.
[00:09:44] It's plain and simple.
[00:09:45] I believe you're right as rain about that.
[00:09:47] It's true as all get out.
[00:09:49] But, ladies and gentlemen, there's so many topics to discuss.
[00:09:52] I want to jump right to them.
[00:09:53] The first one, Donald Trump names Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy to what they is going to have a new government department.
[00:10:03] Except it's not really government.
[00:10:05] I'll explain it in a minute.
[00:10:06] But it's called the Efficiency Department.
[00:10:11] I guess they're going to reduce the size of government, deal with waste, all kinds of stuff.
[00:10:16] They have a goal to get it all done by July 2026.
[00:10:20] So basically, what, a year and a half away, I guess you could say.
[00:10:24] And we'll see how that kind of pans out.
[00:10:28] But two unique people to get that done.
[00:10:30] Coming from very different but very similar in a way.
[00:10:34] Backgrounds, you say.
[00:10:34] How do you say different but similar?
[00:10:36] Well, they're both kind of into tech.
[00:10:37] They're just into way different sides of the tech world.
[00:10:40] Go ahead and skip the break.
[00:10:41] And so this is interesting.
[00:10:44] Because it isn't government, really.
[00:10:47] It's an efficiency department.
[00:10:49] But it's supposed to be outside of government.
[00:10:52] Right, Lance?
[00:10:54] Yeah.
[00:10:54] I mean, obviously, this agency doesn't exist yet.
[00:10:57] They're calling it actually the Department of Government Efficiency.
[00:11:01] And it's supposed to be a federal bureau of efficiency.
[00:11:03] I don't know how they're going to – statutorily, I don't know what their budget's going to be.
[00:11:07] We don't know any of that.
[00:11:08] But what we do know is that Elon Musk is really good at firing people.
[00:11:11] So his plan – right now, I think he commented the fact that there's an existence at the moment.
[00:11:19] And most of us wouldn't even know the names of it.
[00:11:21] There are 400-plus government agencies.
[00:11:24] He believes that they can reduce the budget by $2 trillion.
[00:11:30] And they can take the number of agencies down to only 99, which he believes right now there's just so much waste and so much inefficiency.
[00:11:39] And I've got to tell you, he did it at X, which was Twitter before.
[00:11:43] He took the staff down to less than 20% of its original.
[00:11:47] And here it's about running at about 16% of original staff, which is incredible when you think about it because, you know, X is still running just as well as Twitter did.
[00:11:56] I don't know.
[00:11:56] I feel good about it.
[00:11:57] And I think, you know, Vivek Ramaswamy, another good, you know, really sharp business guy that knows how to keep costs low, profits high.
[00:12:05] And if we don't do this, I think we're in serious trouble, George.
[00:12:08] I think with the amount of debt we've accumulated, we are really in a bad, bad place right now.
[00:12:14] Yeah, we are, Lance.
[00:12:15] And, you know, one way to do it is definitely cut a lot of government wasteful spending departments.
[00:12:21] It's just – it's out of control.
[00:12:23] You know, one thing, if any department has a budget, if they don't use that budget, then they lessen the budget next year.
[00:12:32] So they'll want to use that budget, waste it at the end.
[00:12:35] This way they can still get the same amount, if not more.
[00:12:37] And that's just insane crazy.
[00:12:39] One thing about this department, though, that Trump is making, is it going to be an official government department?
[00:12:48] No.
[00:12:49] It's not, right?
[00:12:50] Because – all right.
[00:12:51] So then you don't have a secretary of that department and all that, yada, yada.
[00:12:54] Because I would see Elon Musk and Vivek not even accepting pay, you know, or donating it back, which would be awesome.
[00:13:04] You know they probably would, but they're going to, you know, la fuera, la fuera, la fuera, like Mila used to do, like cut all those wasteful departments.
[00:13:12] That's a – you know, let's get to it.
[00:13:14] A lot of people are hurting.
[00:13:17] I agree with the point that this is necessary to do some external auditing, create accountability, reject government waste, right?
[00:13:26] I get cutting $2 trillion from the budget or more.
[00:13:30] I get – shrink the government, reduce the waste, improve efficiency.
[00:13:34] I support the general idea.
[00:13:36] Here's my concern, though.
[00:13:38] Number one, I don't want to create a new government agency.
[00:13:41] And number two, I'm concerned about an external agency as well.
[00:13:46] Do you guys know the difference between socialism, fascism, and communism, Lance?
[00:13:51] Sure.
[00:13:53] So, fascism would be private sector and government in bed together, right?
[00:13:58] Yeah.
[00:13:58] I mean, there's no doubt.
[00:14:00] Okay.
[00:14:00] So, if we got this private sector agency that the leader of government launches, it's kind of like a quasi-government where if you're not very careful, there's less accountability for this outside agency than it might be general government.
[00:14:14] And so, at some point, you might end up with this fascist behemoth that sounds good at first, but then eventually there's no accountability for.
[00:14:21] And at first, you might say, well, we don't need accountability for this thing.
[00:14:24] It depends on what power it eventually assumes for itself.
[00:14:28] And I'll give you the comparison.
[00:14:29] The Federal Reserve is exactly like that, right?
[00:14:33] Lance, isn't it?
[00:14:34] No, 100%.
[00:14:35] The Federal Reserve is not federal.
[00:14:36] Correct.
[00:14:37] It's not a federal agency.
[00:14:38] It's mandated by statute.
[00:14:39] It's an external organization that's got some quasi-government permission to exist and run, but supposedly this independence that's separate, but yet Congress can't rein it in.
[00:14:49] Nobody can control it.
[00:14:51] Are we going to just create a behemoth like that?
[00:14:53] That's my concern.
[00:14:55] I think that's a fair concern, Sam.
[00:14:57] But at the end of the day, when you start looking at the government programs that are in existence, right?
[00:15:03] One of the programs that obviously Ron Paul outed was talking about how they were feeding quail cocaine to see if it would make them more sexually active.
[00:15:14] You start thinking of things like that.
[00:15:16] Isn't that cool, man?
[00:15:17] Yeah.
[00:15:17] It's nuts.
[00:15:18] Crazy.
[00:15:19] I know.
[00:15:19] And then sexual transitions.
[00:15:23] By the way, if you give that to the Middle East, it does.
[00:15:24] They invested money in the Middle East on sexual transitions.
[00:15:27] I mean, this is crazy.
[00:15:28] And to be honest with you, the concern you brought up isn't a concern for me.
[00:15:34] I want to see all these departments chopped.
[00:15:36] I want more efficiency in these agencies.
[00:15:39] And some of their targets include the FBI, which I am not happy at all about how the way they've been operating over the last 20 years.
[00:15:46] The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.
[00:15:49] The ATF.
[00:15:50] Another agency that's really gone beyond their charter in going after regular Americans.
[00:15:55] The Board of Education, another completely screwed up department that since its existence, our numbers across the board, when you test students in schools, have dropped into the basement.
[00:16:06] We're the low man on the totem pole internationally now.
[00:16:09] We used to be at the top of the chain.
[00:16:11] Of course, they've done nothing but ruin it.
[00:16:12] I believe they're going to stop all that DEI, you know, crazy pronoun rhetoric, which I'm happy about.
[00:16:20] The Nuclear Regulatory Commission they're going to go after and the Food and Nutrition Service Agricultural Department.
[00:16:25] I mean, there's a lot of government issues, not only in spending, but how much, you know, complicated processes are in there.
[00:16:35] I don't care whether it's licensing or, you know, telling a farmer that he can only grow wheat for so long or he can't grow any this year.
[00:16:42] Then they pay him not to grow.
[00:16:44] There's so many bad programs in place that I have to be honest with you, I don't have any concern about Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, you know, chopping heads and doing what needs to be done.
[00:16:55] This is what they have to happen.
[00:16:56] George?
[00:16:58] Listen, I agree with Lance and he brought up the Department of Education.
[00:17:00] I believe it was created in 1979 by Carter.
[00:17:05] And we went from like being the first in education to like around probably 24th.
[00:17:10] That's how bad it is.
[00:17:11] And why?
[00:17:13] Because if you create a dumber society, then they sneak in there.
[00:17:17] What Sam was saying earlier, socialism, communism.
[00:17:19] That's how the fall of communism came in Russia.
[00:17:22] He educated the people and they became smart.
[00:17:25] And that's how they overthrew that.
[00:17:27] So there you go.
[00:17:29] It's just we need to stop the wasteful spending.
[00:17:33] We need to come to reality that we can't keep funding things overseas without taking care of ourselves first.
[00:17:41] We're too much in debt.
[00:17:43] It's skyrocketing.
[00:17:44] That's a good question.
[00:17:45] And that needs to be controlled.
[00:17:46] Gentlemen, that this needs to happen.
[00:17:48] Vivek on the campaign trail called for mass layoffs at government agencies, a tactic that could sidestep legal protections that otherwise insulate civil servants from targeted, quote, political cuts.
[00:18:05] And so you can't just shut down government agencies.
[00:18:07] There's the equivalent of like tenure and all this other kind of garbage.
[00:18:10] But Vivek found a way by saying, look, let's just lay these people off.
[00:18:14] And he's right.
[00:18:15] That's a great way to do it.
[00:18:16] My concern isn't reducing the size and scope of government.
[00:18:19] I'm all for shutting down the FBI, shutting down the BATF, shutting down the education department, shutting down.
[00:18:26] But I'm a little bit concerned to how they want to kind of go about it.
[00:18:31] Now, maybe Vivek and Elon Musk can explain more detail and it might be fine.
[00:18:37] But, for example, Trump says the department would exist outside of government, giving advice to those in the White House about overhauling government agencies.
[00:18:47] The arrangement would also allow Musk and Vivek to work outside in the private sector without needing Senate approval.
[00:19:02] So we're already starting out by saying, hey, we're going to put these guys in place to get a lot more control over government.
[00:19:08] But yet they're still in the private sector.
[00:19:10] They're still.
[00:19:11] I don't know, man, if it's Vivek.
[00:19:14] Right.
[00:19:15] And if it's Musk, I'm not super worried about it.
[00:19:19] But imagine if that was, say, Pelosi and.
[00:19:23] Oh, AOC or something or Obama and Clinton or.
[00:19:28] Well, Sam, do you think those people are going to take those jobs without getting paid?
[00:19:33] Probably not.
[00:19:33] But here's here's something.
[00:19:35] Well, here's an example.
[00:19:36] So Elon Musk, he's calling for the defunding of the national public radio.
[00:19:41] So we're funding a radio through our tax dollars.
[00:19:44] That is all left and bias.
[00:19:47] We're a lot of people politicized.
[00:19:49] More than half the country is against that.
[00:19:51] So why are we funding them?
[00:19:54] Get rid of them.
[00:19:56] Defund them.
[00:19:58] No, I'm going to go elsewhere.
[00:20:00] Look at the U.N.
[00:20:01] You know, in 2022, I think we donated or paid or whatever, however we're billed for it.
[00:20:08] 18 billion.
[00:20:09] I think it's enough for the U.N.
[00:20:11] I think it's enough for the World Health Organization.
[00:20:13] You know, I wouldn't participate in the U.N. either.
[00:20:15] I'd tell them to move out of New York.
[00:20:17] They're down there funding our border invasion.
[00:20:19] And these agencies, these programs that we're in globally, let's face it.
[00:20:24] If there's a world war, many countries would align with the U.S.
[00:20:27] We don't need NATO.
[00:20:28] I don't want to be part of that anymore.
[00:20:30] At the end of the day, NATO is not good for us.
[00:20:32] The U.N. is not good for us.
[00:20:33] The World Economic Forum is not good for us.
[00:20:35] So we're all talking about shutting down government agencies and shutting down our spending of money and involvement in these foreign entanglements, which I agree we need to get rid of.
[00:20:41] Now, he gave a deadline of July 4th, 2026, he says, for the department to conclude its work, which I find that interesting in and of itself as well.
[00:20:54] And my concern with this, again, is if you can just spawn up a government agency like this that's not government, so there's not any accountability really.
[00:21:02] But yet, okay, when it's our guys in power, it's easy to think, oh, this might not be bad.
[00:21:06] But what happens when the other guys do it?
[00:21:08] What happens when a Kamala Harris of kind, you know, puts thugs in charge, spins up a government agency that doesn't really have any accountability based on the normal checks and balances and everything else?
[00:21:18] This could be a serious concern.
[00:21:20] Now, one more point to make.
[00:21:22] If we're going to make law, who makes law in this country?
[00:21:27] George?
[00:21:28] Who makes law in this country?
[00:21:30] Unfortunately, the people we elected.
[00:21:35] Who's supposed to make law, George?
[00:21:36] George?
[00:21:37] I mean, it's a good question.
[00:21:41] Congress.
[00:21:41] Congress, yeah, but they don't.
[00:21:43] They're taking their money from big interest.
[00:21:45] I understand, and that's a problem, and we the people need to demand that they make law.
[00:21:48] But if President Trump does this by himself, and he creates an outside government agency without accountability, he just basically created a law.
[00:21:56] And he's not even in the right branch of government to do so.
[00:22:28] And he's going to have to make some brutally tough decisions.
[00:22:30] And to be honest with you, you'd have more concern if it was me as President of the United States.
[00:22:34] Because I can tell you something.
[00:22:35] Heads would roll when I rolled in there.
[00:22:37] There wouldn't be any more of these shenanigans.
[00:22:39] I would put an end to every single program.
[00:22:41] All this garbage that's in there, because I'm tired of it.
[00:22:44] I'm tired of us.
[00:22:45] Look at the debt.
[00:22:47] Thirty six trillion dollars in debt.
[00:22:49] And for what?
[00:22:51] To analyze whether or not we should be paying for transition surgeries in the Middle East for people?
[00:22:56] I mean, some of these programs, studying bovine flatulence and its impact on global warming.
[00:23:04] I mean, these programs, when you go through them, they're so ridiculous.
[00:23:06] So I don't disagree one bit with this stuff being off the rails, and we've got to reduce the size and scope of spending and budget and demand accountability.
[00:23:13] And I agree with that 100%.
[00:23:16] But I would look to the supreme law of the land as a way to reduce this.
[00:23:21] I would not look at external sources and things that could potentially be abused and violate the checks and balances idea that America is built on.
[00:23:31] And that's really where kind of the rub for me is.
[00:23:34] But that's impossible.
[00:23:35] And I'll tell you why it's impossible.
[00:23:37] Because if we present to Congress a Department of Government Efficiency that needs to be voted in, they will take the next three or four years talking about it, discussing it, having committee meetings,
[00:23:49] deciding whether or not they should have another group, another committee get together to discuss why this committee didn't do their job to stop the rest of it.
[00:23:57] Waste of time.
[00:23:58] I'm done with that.
[00:23:58] I'm ready to drop the hammer.
[00:24:00] It's hammer time.
[00:24:01] Uh-oh.
[00:24:01] Uh-oh.
[00:24:02] It's hammer time.
[00:24:03] All right, George, we're going to get to your response when we get back.
[00:24:05] And I'll make a point or two.
[00:24:07] Then I want to move to the JFK.
[00:24:10] Well, not JFK.
[00:24:11] Well, we'll talk about JFK.
[00:24:12] Then we'll talk about RFK.
[00:24:13] How's that?
[00:24:14] Quick point on JFK.
[00:24:15] That sounds good.
[00:24:15] To make my point.
[00:24:17] Ladies and gentlemen, we've got a lot to cover on the radio.
[00:24:20] And these issues are weighty.
[00:24:22] And I'm not here to argue that I'm right.
[00:24:23] You guys think through it and decide where you stand on the issue.
[00:24:26] But I'm saying there is a way back if you use the supreme law of the land.
[00:24:30] There really is.
[00:24:32] But it's going to take one component, which I'll get to after the break.
[00:24:36] You might not like it.
[00:24:37] Hang tight.

[00:26:00] Iranian human rights activists say a man has been hanged for a second time.
[00:26:05] His previous planned execution was halted 30 seconds after the victim's family forgave him.
[00:26:11] One word saved the life of Ahmad Ali Zadeh the first time he was being executed in April this year.
[00:26:17] Forgiveness shouted the victim's family as he was being hanged.
[00:26:21] The 26-year-old was brought down from the gallows and resuscitated.
[00:26:25] But it was to prove a short respite.
[00:26:28] It seems that Ali Zadeh, who denied the charge of murder, was unable to pay the blood money, which under traditional Islamic law, the victim's family could demand instead of his life.
[00:26:39] And so his execution went ahead for a second time.
[00:26:42] And this time, there was to be no last-minute reprieve.

[00:30:44] Gotta love it.
[00:30:45] It's available every weekend on your radio.
[00:30:48] We're talking about this big government agency that we're going to create.
[00:30:53] Donald's going to create it.
[00:30:54] It's not really a government agency, so we didn't have to have any permission.
[00:30:56] It's outside, led by Vivek Ramaswami and Elon Musk.
[00:31:03] And at first, it sounds great, and I love the point.
[00:31:07] I love the people involved, because I think they'll really get the job done.
[00:31:10] I do agree with Musk wanting to cut $2 billion, I mean, I'm sorry, $2 trillion, $2 trillion from the budget.
[00:31:16] But Vivek Ramaswami has called for mass layoffs, sidestepping all the protections where you can't get rid of government employees.
[00:31:22] I love that, too.
[00:31:23] So I think they're off to a great start.
[00:31:25] My concern, though, is that Trump has no authority to create government agencies.
[00:31:28] He's not in the right branch of government.
[00:31:30] I agree Congress is derelict in their duty.
[00:31:32] I get all that, too.
[00:31:33] But there's ways back using the supreme law of the land.
[00:31:36] And what we want to do oftentimes, the reason we're off the rails in the first place is because we violated and ignored the Constitution.
[00:31:42] And what we want to do to fix it, supposedly, is ignore it even more.
[00:31:46] I don't think it's a great plan.
[00:31:47] That's just my opinion.
[00:31:49] George, your thoughts?
[00:31:53] I don't know.
[00:31:54] Maybe he can make an executive order and do it that way.
[00:31:57] He doesn't have authority to.
[00:31:59] Presidents don't have authority to make executive orders.
[00:32:01] I know they do it all the time.
[00:32:02] Okay, so.
[00:32:03] But he doesn't have authority.
[00:32:04] Right now, he's addressing the GOP this morning.
[00:32:09] So we're going to see if the GOP can come together this time.
[00:32:12] God knows.
[00:32:13] I mean, the Senate, forget it.
[00:32:14] Mitch McConnell is doing that secret vote to get another Senate leader.
[00:32:18] You know, no transparency there.
[00:32:20] So, gee, I wonder why.
[00:32:21] But they say he just endorsed Johnson, you know, to be the Speaker of the House.
[00:32:26] So they're saying there's going to be some running.
[00:32:28] But you know what?
[00:32:28] I've got to bring something up.
[00:32:30] He said to the House GOP, and I'm quoting Trump,
[00:32:33] I suspect that won't be running again unless you say he's so good we got to figure something else out.
[00:32:38] I can just see the headlines now.
[00:32:41] You know, here he goes, the fascist president, dictator, wants another term.
[00:32:45] My frank opinion, we got gypped in the first term of President Trump.
[00:32:50] They came at him with the Russia hoax, all these hoaxes, impeachments,
[00:32:55] wasting government money, I may add, on all this.
[00:32:58] Our taxpayer money on all this great stuff.
[00:33:01] And every bit that you say is right.
[00:33:03] And he didn't get really a fair term with all that for four years.
[00:33:08] That's right.
[00:33:09] So he should be granted a do-over, I think.
[00:33:12] Hold on.
[00:33:12] Why not?
[00:33:12] Whose fault's that, by the way?
[00:33:16] I mean, ultimately our fault because we allowed it to happen.
[00:33:19] So here's the component that's missing in America when you say Congress will never do this.
[00:33:23] Congress can't do that.
[00:33:24] We can't use the Constitution to get this done.
[00:33:26] We can't.
[00:33:28] Unless the American people get involved.
[00:33:32] Hold on.
[00:33:33] Unless they demand this change, it won't happen.
[00:33:37] But that's exactly as our government's designed.
[00:33:39] The Founding Fathers said, you have a constitutional republic if you can keep it.
[00:33:44] And it was never designed for the American people to check out of the game
[00:33:47] and be completely ignorant of what's going on and vote largesque from the Treasury
[00:33:51] and so on and so on and so on.
[00:33:53] And look, we can replace a third of Congress.
[00:33:56] I mean, I'm sorry, a third of the Senate every two years and the whole House every two years if we chose to.
[00:34:01] And every four years we could replace the president.
[00:34:03] Literally in a six-year window, right?
[00:34:06] You could literally replace everyone.
[00:34:10] Everyone.
[00:34:11] That's if they fix our voting system.
[00:34:16] But right now the people have been speaking out.
[00:34:20] Hold on.
[00:34:21] The people have been speaking out about McConnell, about doing this secret meeting,
[00:34:26] and how the people want Rick Scott to be the Senate leader.
[00:34:29] So let's see how that plays out.
[00:34:31] Let's see if people, all these, they all called all the senators,
[00:34:35] senators, voicing their concerns and what the people, what they want.
[00:34:39] I mean, it was so full.
[00:34:40] The voicemails were full.
[00:34:41] And then they were coming to their aides and saying, oh, we're being bullied.
[00:34:44] No, you're not being bullied.
[00:34:46] We're voicing our opinions.
[00:34:48] We elected you.
[00:34:49] You work for us.
[00:34:50] We're redressing our grievances.
[00:34:52] And here's what we're looking at.
[00:34:53] We're looking at a doctrine, Sam, of monarchical absolutism, you know?
[00:34:58] And that's been inserted by kings that derive their authority from God.
[00:35:01] It's just like absolute immunity.
[00:35:03] We've got congressional members that we've allowed to do this,
[00:35:06] but the American people have sat by the sideline doing nothing in most cases.
[00:35:11] The only reason that this landslide victory happened is because people are tired of
[00:35:15] getting killed at the gas pumps.
[00:35:17] They're tired of going to the grocery stores and buying one-third of what they bought for
[00:35:21] more.
[00:35:21] They're tired of working two, three jobs because of what's happened with inflation
[00:35:25] and interest rates and the rest of it.
[00:35:27] I mean, and that's really what happened.
[00:35:28] They spoke in the elections, but at the end of the day,
[00:35:30] do I think they're prepared to make the tough choices that it isn't necessary to maybe bend
[00:35:35] the rules?
[00:35:36] And I know what you're saying.
[00:35:37] If you bend the rules now, what stops bending the rules later?
[00:35:40] But let's face it.
[00:35:41] Our congressional members and the administrations, including the Biden-Harris administration,
[00:35:45] have been bending the rules and operating unconstitutionally, non-constitutionally,
[00:35:50] and ignoring the supreme law of the land for a very long time.
[00:35:53] This is going to be an administration that's going to have to make tough choices that may
[00:35:56] not be popular and may even be marginally unconstitutional at this point.
[00:36:01] But we can't keep going forward with the way we are, and we can't hope, you know, hope
[00:36:05] and pray, you know, wish canish gefilte fish, that somebody is going to step up from the American
[00:36:10] public and make sure this goes the right way.
[00:36:13] And I sure as hell don't want the Congress, the members of Congress being the ones that
[00:36:17] are going to bend the rules to vote and sit there with committees, and they're going to
[00:36:21] have, they're going to discuss it.
[00:36:23] And one side is going to take decisive, not good action for the country, and the other
[00:36:27] one's going to sit there and do nothing.
[00:36:29] It's time for enough is enough and to drop the hammer.
[00:36:32] And now it's hammer time.
[00:36:33] Like I said before, and I'll say it again, this is the only solution at this point, in
[00:36:37] my opinion.
[00:36:39] Yeah, I understand.
[00:36:40] A lot of people are saying the only solution is to secede from the union, right?
[00:36:44] They're just like, hey, we're done with you clowns.
[00:36:46] You will never work for us properly.
[00:36:47] You'll never do your job.
[00:36:48] You'll never obey the law.
[00:36:49] Therefore, we got to jettison.
[00:36:50] We got to bail.
[00:36:52] But again, the American public won't do that.
[00:36:56] We'll never get that to be done because people don't understand the real level of what's going
[00:37:01] on here.
[00:37:02] The majority of it, you understand, Sam.
[00:37:04] George understands, and I understand.
[00:37:05] But expecting that we're going to go through the normal processes when they've created these
[00:37:09] processes to be so complicated and so difficult.
[00:37:12] And even when the American public calls all this, just like George said, a secret vote,
[00:37:17] who the hell are they to have a secret vote?
[00:37:19] Who are they to have absolute immunity?
[00:37:21] Who are they to have qualified immunity?
[00:37:23] Who are they to make decisions when the American public clearly doesn't want those decisions?
[00:37:27] Let's face it.
[00:37:28] They've been installing politicians for decades now.
[00:37:31] Decades.
[00:37:32] We finally have a chance to fix this.
[00:37:34] And I think this choices that Trump is making are spot on.
[00:37:38] If the American people said to the senators, you need to tell us who you voted for, for
[00:37:45] this round of, you know, is it going to be who?
[00:37:48] Going to be the majority leader of the Senate.
[00:37:51] And if you don't tell me who you're going to vote for, since you represent me and you're
[00:37:54] going to keep it a secret, then you are fired next term.
[00:37:58] And if enough people got behind that and made that happen.
[00:38:01] But Sam, where do you get the, where do you get any agency?
[00:38:04] I don't care whether it's the DOJ, the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security, name any
[00:38:08] alphabet agency.
[00:38:09] Where do you ever get these agencies to do their jobs?
[00:38:12] Because the American people say, we don't accept this.
[00:38:15] They don't because there's no accountability and there's no consequences because the American
[00:38:21] people have nobody to turn to that they can trust.
[00:38:24] Because let's face it, we've been watching this FBI and this DOJ violate the laws of the
[00:38:28] United States for years now, bringing cases against people.
[00:38:33] Listen, shall not be infringed.
[00:38:35] What doesn't the ATF understand about that?
[00:38:37] Shall not be infringed.
[00:38:39] Even felons now.
[00:38:40] I'm not saying violent felons.
[00:38:41] Hold on.
[00:38:42] They understand they're an unconstitutional agency.
[00:38:44] And they understand they don't have to obey the Constitution unless somebody makes them.
[00:38:48] And the only people that can make them is we the people.
[00:38:51] And so, for example, look, Steve King's out of office.
[00:38:55] Right?
[00:38:58] Steve Stockman is out of office.
[00:39:00] Okay?
[00:39:01] Every sheriff that has stood tall for the Constitution is out of office.
[00:39:07] Okay?
[00:39:07] So, for example, Richard Mack.
[00:39:09] Hey, he beat Bill Clinton at the Supreme Court and protected your gun rights.
[00:39:14] And did so so boldly, so nobly, so independently that that protection has lasted over 25 years now.
[00:39:20] But you know what they did to him?
[00:39:21] How long did that take, Sam?
[00:39:22] How many years did it take him to win that case?
[00:39:26] Three.
[00:39:27] Three years.
[00:39:29] We don't have three years, Sam.
[00:39:31] If we don't fix this now, we won't have a constitutional republic.
[00:39:34] We won't even have a country.
[00:39:35] If we don't go after this viciously and aggressively with true accountability and true consequences,
[00:39:41] we don't have three years to go through the legal system that's so bloated and so festering and pus-filled with liars and treasonous traitors.
[00:39:50] We don't have time for that.
[00:39:52] What we have time for is to take decisive action.
[00:39:55] Because let me tell you something.
[00:39:57] Speedy decisions are needed right now.
[00:40:00] All the time we had to go in and go through the court system and hope that there isn't some corrupted judge that was installed by the Democrats
[00:40:07] or that maybe some Soros-controlled Secretary of State isn't going to turn against us or an AG or an OIG that literally doesn't do their job ever
[00:40:16] because there's no accountability.
[00:40:17] Because let's face it, the DOJ, you can't get any accountability in there.
[00:40:21] The OPR, Office of Professional Responsibility, a DOJ department that won't go after anybody.
[00:40:27] The OIG, Office of Inspector General, DOJ department won't go after anybody.
[00:40:32] Office of Professional Responsibility, I mean, I'm sorry, PIN, Public Integrity Division.
[00:40:36] DOJ department, civil rights event, DOJ department, they won't go after anybody.
[00:40:41] None of those people ever face consequences.
[00:40:43] None of them ever face the consequences of their crimes.
[00:40:45] And it doesn't matter whether it's destroying evidence, giggly old material, breaking old material, violating people's civil rights.
[00:40:51] Lance is right 100%, ladies and gentlemen.
[00:40:52] He's right on the points that he's making all the way through.
[00:40:53] Enough is enough.
[00:40:54] We don't have an agency to turn to.
[00:40:56] And we sure as hell don't have three years to hopefully vote on something where all they're going to do is sit there
[00:41:01] and they're just going to take their time and hoping that Trump's campaign will run out while we're trying to go through the normal system.
[00:41:07] Like I said a minute ago, they're lucky it's not me in there.
[00:41:10] People can replace the whole House in two years?
[00:41:13] Every bit of them.
[00:41:14] All 435 of them.
[00:41:15] And that's if you had a legal voting system, if you didn't have the machines involved.
[00:41:19] But that's not possible because we have the machines involved.
[00:41:21] And let's face it, when you're counting votes days after election like Arizona is and many of the other states did,
[00:41:27] all the shenanigans come out of the woodwork.
[00:41:29] We're already seeing them getting caught in all kinds of stuff in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Nevada.
[00:41:35] All kinds of stuff is coming out.
[00:41:37] But is anybody going to do anything about it?
[00:41:39] My answer to that, I'll answer it for the audience, is no.
[00:41:42] Nobody's going to do anything about it.
[00:41:45] But for decades now, at the end of the day, we sit here, the American people,
[00:41:49] and the truth of the matter is when you sit down a liberal, a libertarian, and a Republican,
[00:41:54] a conservative at the same table, and you ask them what their top 10 or 11 or 12 priorities are,
[00:41:59] you'd be surprised how much of it we agree on.
[00:42:01] But the division and chaos is caused by D.C.
[00:42:05] and the narratives that are being propelled there and passed through mainstream media.
[00:42:08] Because let's face it, the only people that are telling the truth, Sam,
[00:42:10] are Sam Bushman on Liberty Roundtable Live and the guys at the Big MIG show
[00:42:14] and the other alt-media companies.
[00:42:16] Because you know what?
[00:42:17] Even the press pool.
[00:42:18] Sam, when was the last time they asked you to be at the press pool?
[00:42:21] Oh, they've never asked me to be at the press pool.
[00:42:23] Yeah.
[00:42:23] George, they ever asked you to be at the press pool?
[00:42:25] George, have they ever invited you to be at the press pool?
[00:42:26] They're not even asking me to be on any of the polls they take either.
[00:42:29] No.
[00:42:29] And that's my point.
[00:42:30] We never get polled.
[00:42:32] George has never been asked to be at the press pool.
[00:42:33] I've never been asked there.
[00:42:34] But sure, MSNBC will be there.
[00:42:36] CBS will be there.
[00:42:37] ABC, CNN will be there.
[00:42:39] The Communist News Network.
[00:42:40] My point is, Sam...
[00:42:42] You know what?
[00:42:44] At this point, tough decisions have to be made.
[00:42:47] And if Trump's going to drop the hammer by creating an agency
[00:42:50] that's going to be run by two extremely bright guys
[00:42:53] to get us to a position in this country
[00:42:56] where we can change things,
[00:42:57] then God bless him for it.
[00:42:59] Yeah, George?
[00:43:01] Listen, I agree with everything.
[00:43:04] Listen, we don't need any more stupid wasted time
[00:43:08] with Congress having their clown show meetings
[00:43:13] and nothing ever getting done.
[00:43:14] They all hold these Senate hearings,
[00:43:17] congressional hearings,
[00:43:19] and nothing ever gets done.
[00:43:22] Right.
[00:43:23] We just, you know, it's time.
[00:43:25] How come we, the people,
[00:43:28] put in a new government
[00:43:29] or elect people that we want in there
[00:43:31] when they're making it very difficult
[00:43:33] for us to do so,
[00:43:34] like Lance said,
[00:43:35] with the machines and this and that.
[00:43:37] Our biggest thing right now is,
[00:43:38] is our GOP going to actually come together?
[00:43:41] We first have to get over this hump.
[00:43:43] And you think that they would actually
[00:43:45] pull together like the Democrats do.
[00:43:47] They all vote together.
[00:43:49] And this is where we're at right now today.
[00:43:52] We have to get that done first.
[00:43:53] And then, like Lance said,
[00:43:55] we have less than two years
[00:43:58] to get a lot of stuff done
[00:43:59] because we don't know what's going to happen
[00:44:00] in 2026 with voting.
[00:44:03] Yeah, if you believe in what Steve Stockman,
[00:44:05] former congressman, has to say,
[00:44:06] he said this on our big five-hour election coverage.
[00:44:09] He basically said you have one year to get it done.
[00:44:11] And the reason he said you have one year
[00:44:13] is because the second year,
[00:44:14] they're in election mode
[00:44:15] and they're going to have to defend their record
[00:44:16] for the first year.
[00:44:17] And so we've even got shorter time than that.
[00:44:20] We've got basically a year,
[00:44:21] according to a Steve Stockman analysis.
[00:44:24] And I think all your points are right.
[00:44:26] It's right.
[00:44:27] The only question is,
[00:44:28] so we agree on the problems,
[00:44:30] we just maybe disagree on the tactics
[00:44:32] of how to solve the problem.
[00:44:33] And I believe the Constitution...
[00:44:36] I'm done voting.
[00:44:37] The way back.
[00:44:38] I am done allowing Congress
[00:44:40] or any member of any government,
[00:44:42] federal, or state agency
[00:44:44] determining what's right for the American people
[00:44:46] at the way they've been doing it.
[00:44:48] Because the pattern of abuse
[00:44:50] has been completely allowed to continue
[00:44:53] and it's consistent.
[00:44:54] It never fixes itself
[00:44:56] because of this installed political environment.
[00:44:59] And we're in a situation now
[00:45:00] where we don't have that opportunity.
[00:45:02] We've been funding, you know,
[00:45:03] these kinetic events all around the globe.
[00:45:05] We've been spending money
[00:45:07] analyzing things we shouldn't be spending.
[00:45:08] There's too many behind-the-scenes deals
[00:45:11] getting made with lobbyists
[00:45:12] and with foreign money
[00:45:14] and book deals
[00:45:14] and insider trading,
[00:45:16] you name it.
[00:45:16] And these people have been doing it
[00:45:18] on and on and on.
[00:45:18] And the point is, Sam,
[00:45:19] that any of us did any of those things,
[00:45:21] we'd all be in jail right now.
[00:45:23] Oh, for sure.
[00:45:24] They would come after us decisively.
[00:45:25] You'd have half a dozen flashbangs
[00:45:27] thrown into your house.
[00:45:28] They would frighten every household
[00:45:29] and you'd be on your way
[00:45:30] to a full-scale indictment
[00:45:32] and you would never be released, Sam,
[00:45:33] if they decided to do that to you.
[00:45:35] We're done with that.
[00:45:37] Donald talked about abolishing the IRS.
[00:45:39] Do you think he'll get it done?
[00:45:40] You know, it depends.
[00:45:42] He's got to make a decision
[00:45:43] because along with the IRS
[00:45:44] comes the Federal Reserve.
[00:45:46] And let's face it,
[00:45:47] when you have an institution
[00:45:48] like the Federal Reserve,
[00:45:49] the IRS is a collection arm
[00:45:51] for the interest on the Federal Reserve.
[00:45:52] The Federal Reserve
[00:45:53] is literally charging us
[00:45:54] to print money
[00:45:55] and charging us interest on the money
[00:45:57] when in fact it's a fiat currency.
[00:45:59] A dollar bill.
[00:46:01] A hundred dollar bill
[00:46:02] that we create for two and a half cents,
[00:46:03] pretend it's worth a hundred bucks,
[00:46:04] and then charge interest on it.
[00:46:06] It's the biggest fake news out there.
[00:46:08] Okay, and then the IRS
[00:46:09] is their collection arm for that.
[00:46:11] That's right.
[00:46:11] The point of the matter is
[00:46:12] what runs this country
[00:46:13] is the duties, tariffs,
[00:46:15] and all the fees
[00:46:16] that come in through the ports.
[00:46:17] So that's what runs the country.
[00:46:19] People are confused
[00:46:20] because once again,
[00:46:21] our government has lied to us.
[00:46:23] And why?
[00:46:24] Because they're controlled.
[00:46:25] Like I said, Sam,
[00:46:26] if I rolled in there as president,
[00:46:28] I'd probably roll in
[00:46:29] with about 120 executive orders day one.
[00:46:31] And I would put together agencies right away.
[00:46:34] I would immediately go after people
[00:46:36] that are enemies of the United States
[00:46:37] like George Soros
[00:46:38] and Alexander Soros,
[00:46:39] Yuval, you know,
[00:46:40] Noah Harari, Mark Zuckerberg,
[00:46:43] all these people
[00:46:44] that did things
[00:46:45] that I believe
[00:46:46] were treason
[00:46:47] and seditious conspiracy
[00:46:48] and were enemies
[00:46:49] of the United States,
[00:46:50] they'd be on a military list
[00:46:51] right away.
[00:46:52] They'd be on an international
[00:46:53] terrorist watch list
[00:46:54] from day one
[00:46:55] which would allow me
[00:46:56] to take military action.
[00:46:57] And when the bad guys get in,
[00:46:58] they'll take a page
[00:46:59] from your playbook
[00:46:59] and do the exact same thing
[00:47:01] with their agenda.
[00:47:02] And the pendulum
[00:47:03] will just swing.
[00:47:04] The damage that could be done
[00:47:05] to them in four years, Sam,
[00:47:06] I think you could put
[00:47:07] the fear of God in them.
[00:47:08] And the American public
[00:47:09] when I got done,
[00:47:10] I would tell them
[00:47:10] I would expose everything.
[00:47:12] The Epstein files,
[00:47:13] 9-11,
[00:47:14] the JFK files,
[00:47:16] Seth Rich laptop story.
[00:47:17] Let's go right there
[00:47:18] because that was the teaser
[00:47:19] right before the break.
[00:47:20] Donald Trump had the opportunity
[00:47:21] to release the JFK files,
[00:47:23] didn't do it.
[00:47:24] And then Joe Rogan
[00:47:25] asked him about it
[00:47:26] and he basically
[00:47:26] didn't say it like this
[00:47:28] but here's what he said.
[00:47:28] The Deep State told me not to
[00:47:29] so I didn't.
[00:47:33] He got bad advice,
[00:47:34] there's no doubt.
[00:47:35] But I'll say this.
[00:47:37] I think this time
[00:47:38] is different.
[00:47:38] I've talked to a lot of people
[00:47:40] that are going to be
[00:47:40] cabinet members.
[00:47:41] So has George.
[00:47:42] We've gotten a lot
[00:47:43] of inside information
[00:47:44] and it appears this time
[00:47:45] that Trump is going to run it
[00:47:47] like the businessman
[00:47:48] and he is.
[00:47:48] And this advice
[00:47:49] that came from
[00:47:50] Deep State members
[00:47:51] like the Bill Bars,
[00:47:53] like the Mike Pences,
[00:47:55] even some of his own
[00:47:56] family members
[00:47:57] that I won't name on here
[00:47:58] just to be fair.
[00:47:59] The point of the matter
[00:48:00] is he's got a lot
[00:48:00] of bad advice.
[00:48:02] Well there was a lot
[00:48:02] of people that told him
[00:48:03] what to do
[00:48:04] because number one
[00:48:05] they wanted to make money
[00:48:05] number two
[00:48:06] they didn't want to get caught
[00:48:07] with their hand in the cookie jar.
[00:48:08] Look at for example
[00:48:09] look at what's going on
[00:48:10] with Clapper, Comey
[00:48:11] look at these guys.
[00:48:12] Look at what they did
[00:48:13] and they faced no consequences.
[00:48:15] All those people
[00:48:16] should be brought to task
[00:48:17] because the American people
[00:48:18] but Donald saved Hillary.
[00:48:20] He sat on Joe Rogan.
[00:48:21] He saved and protected Hillary.
[00:48:24] I agree that that was a mistake.
[00:48:27] So we go right on down the list
[00:48:28] and if you think
[00:48:29] that a man
[00:48:31] violating the Constitution
[00:48:33] is going to be your savior
[00:48:34] I think you're sadly
[00:48:36] mistaken on that note.
[00:48:37] George do you want
[00:48:37] to chime in here?
[00:48:38] And then I'll tell you
[00:48:39] what I think we need to do.
[00:48:42] Listen, I think
[00:48:44] we need to put the hammer down.
[00:48:46] All right, Trump, whatever.
[00:48:47] He said he gave a pass
[00:48:48] to Hillary
[00:48:48] but it's not really his decision
[00:48:51] as Attorney General
[00:48:51] and you've seen
[00:48:53] what the Attorney General
[00:48:53] is we had so.
[00:48:55] I appreciate it
[00:48:55] protecting my wife.
[00:48:57] I like that.
[00:48:59] Yeah, exactly.
[00:49:02] I just think
[00:49:03] you ought to take Hillary
[00:49:04] as his running mate
[00:49:04] and then I could go ahead
[00:49:05] and have White House parties
[00:49:07] with the wives
[00:49:08] of the Senate.
[00:49:08] I think, you know what,
[00:49:09] I think Bill Clinton
[00:49:10] wanted his wife
[00:49:12] indicted and taken away
[00:49:13] so he could have fun.
[00:49:14] He would have been able
[00:49:15] to molest more women.
[00:49:16] I mean, it would have been great.
[00:49:18] All I'm telling you
[00:49:19] is I understand
[00:49:20] the hammer down.
[00:49:20] I get it.
[00:49:21] I get the frustration.
[00:49:22] I get all that.
[00:49:23] I'm just telling you right now
[00:49:24] that the best way
[00:49:25] to solve the problems
[00:49:26] in America
[00:49:27] is to turn to God Almighty
[00:49:28] and repent as a people
[00:49:29] and until we do that
[00:49:31] nothing will save us
[00:49:32] and if we get our acts
[00:49:34] individually
[00:49:35] and as families
[00:49:36] right with God
[00:49:38] and then we basically
[00:49:39] use the supreme law
[00:49:40] of the land
[00:49:41] there's checks and balances
[00:49:42] that can stop all this
[00:49:43] if we apply them properly, folks
[00:49:46] then I think we can make
[00:49:47] significant progress
[00:49:48] but you cannot
[00:49:50] the people have the ultimate
[00:49:52] look, we all have God
[00:49:53] given inalienable rights
[00:49:54] and those rights
[00:49:55] are delegated to government
[00:49:57] by two contracts
[00:49:58] your state contract
[00:49:59] whatever state you're in
[00:50:00] the state constitution
[00:50:01] and the general contract
[00:50:03] the general constitution
[00:50:05] those two documents govern
[00:50:07] where we've delegated authority
[00:50:08] to whom, for what, how, etc.
[00:50:11] and we in states
[00:50:13] and we in local municipalities
[00:50:15] can take back the power
[00:50:17] and the authority
[00:50:18] and I know you think
[00:50:18] we don't have time
[00:50:19] but for my whole life
[00:50:21] and I'm 57 years old
[00:50:22] so, you know, 47, 37
[00:50:23] I've been at it
[00:50:24] almost 40 years
[00:50:25] as an adult
[00:50:26] in the election cycles
[00:50:27] and every election cycle
[00:50:28] people tell me
[00:50:29] this is the last one
[00:50:30] by golly
[00:50:30] this one's the critical one
[00:50:31] if we don't get this one right
[00:50:32] man, it's curtains
[00:50:33] for the country
[00:50:34] and then they get them wrong
[00:50:35] over and over and over
[00:50:36] and they say that every time
[00:50:36] and then they're like
[00:50:37] no, this one, Sam
[00:50:37] this one's the quintessential
[00:50:39] this one
[00:50:39] Sam, I know we said this before
[00:50:41] but I'm telling you right now
[00:50:42] this one
[00:50:43] and they go on and on and on
[00:50:45] and what we got to do
[00:50:47] is realize that
[00:50:48] the Constitution was built
[00:50:50] for emergency situations
[00:50:52] it's not designed to be used
[00:50:54] in peacetime
[00:50:54] when the world is just great
[00:50:55] and the Constitution is secondary
[00:50:57] the Constitution is the key
[00:50:59] the guideposts
[00:51:02] the stabilizing factor
[00:51:04] between us
[00:51:05] and despot-led countries
[00:51:08] and so we need to look to God
[00:51:10] and look to the supreme law of the land
[00:51:12] as the solution
[00:51:13] and I know you say
[00:51:15] we don't have time
[00:51:15] but look, in two years
[00:51:16] we can literally replace
[00:51:18] all 435 members of Congress
[00:51:21] in less than that
[00:51:23] states could start
[00:51:24] to demand accountability
[00:51:25] and say, listen
[00:51:27] Richard Mack single-handedly
[00:51:29] stopped Bill Clinton
[00:51:29] from stealing your guns
[00:51:31] okay
[00:51:32] if a state said
[00:51:34] we're not going to take
[00:51:34] federal money
[00:51:36] if a state said
[00:51:37] we're going to stand
[00:51:38] and be independent
[00:51:40] we're going to be
[00:51:41] a constitutional republic
[00:51:42] as the Constitution calls for
[00:51:44] we demand
[00:51:45] the federal government
[00:51:45] get out of our state
[00:51:47] we're going to
[00:51:49] assert our sovereignty
[00:51:50] okay
[00:51:52] so one last point
[00:51:53] to make on this
[00:51:54] the voting
[00:51:54] you know, we talk about this
[00:51:55] how many Americans
[00:51:56] are demanding
[00:51:57] that we deal with
[00:51:57] everything at the precinct level
[00:51:59] if there was a precinct level
[00:52:01] there would be no mail-in
[00:52:02] balloting at all
[00:52:04] right
[00:52:04] I mean, how many precincts
[00:52:06] are in America?
[00:52:06] well, there's about
[00:52:07] a thousand voters
[00:52:08] in a given precinct
[00:52:09] on average
[00:52:09] to make it simple for math
[00:52:12] so you've got literally
[00:52:13] like, what?
[00:52:14] a thousand voters
[00:52:15] 330 million people
[00:52:17] what's 330 million
[00:52:19] divided by a thousand?
[00:52:20] that's how many precincts
[00:52:21] in America you've got
[00:52:22] right?
[00:52:24] and if we dealt with
[00:52:26] everything at the precinct level
[00:52:27] we wouldn't have
[00:52:29] all this fraud
[00:52:31] that we're talking about
[00:52:33] 330 million
[00:52:34] divided by one thousand
[00:52:37] so you've got like
[00:52:38] 330 million
[00:52:40] or 330,000
[00:52:42] you've got about
[00:52:42] 330,000 precincts
[00:52:44] it's a valid point
[00:52:44] but I don't think
[00:52:45] we have the luxury
[00:52:47] and if we want to stick with
[00:52:47] those precincts
[00:52:47] hold on
[00:52:48] if you stick with
[00:52:48] those precincts though
[00:52:49] you pretty much know
[00:52:51] everybody in your precinct
[00:52:51] where it would be easy
[00:52:52] to vet illegals
[00:52:53] it would be easy
[00:52:54] to stop people from voting
[00:52:55] it would be easy
[00:52:56] to demand
[00:52:57] same day voting
[00:52:59] paper ballots
[00:53:01] okay
[00:53:01] what if you had
[00:53:02] 330,000 precinct lawsuits
[00:53:05] at the state level
[00:53:06] and the fed level
[00:53:07] and say we're not doing
[00:53:08] mail-in voting
[00:53:10] take the IRS
[00:53:11] I hope Trump abolishes it
[00:53:12] but
[00:53:13] all it would take is
[00:53:14] you know
[00:53:15] 10 million Americans
[00:53:16] to say we're not going
[00:53:16] to file our taxes
[00:53:17] this year together
[00:53:18] and we're going to
[00:53:19] send in a postcard
[00:53:19] every single day
[00:53:20] to the IRS
[00:53:21] saying we demand
[00:53:22] you shut down
[00:53:23] you'd have three
[00:53:24] or you'd have
[00:53:25] 10 million postcards
[00:53:26] every single day
[00:53:27] going to the IRS
[00:53:28] it only costs you
[00:53:29] like 50 cents a day
[00:53:30] you know Sam
[00:53:31] 10 million postcards
[00:53:32] every day
[00:53:32] how many is that a year
[00:53:33] you'd shut down
[00:53:34] the whole government
[00:53:35] I hear everything
[00:53:36] you're saying
[00:53:37] and I know
[00:53:38] it's accurate
[00:53:39] but the American people
[00:53:41] are tired
[00:53:42] they're tired
[00:53:43] of the rhetoric
[00:53:43] they're tired
[00:53:44] of the system
[00:53:44] that's in place
[00:53:46] and the truth
[00:53:47] of the matter
[00:53:47] is nobody
[00:53:48] will lose their country
[00:53:50] and they may very well
[00:53:52] we're going to lose
[00:53:53] our country right now
[00:53:54] if we don't do something
[00:53:54] and I don't think
[00:53:55] we have the time
[00:53:56] to vote
[00:53:56] and send postcards
[00:53:58] you know
[00:53:58] in my opinion
[00:53:59] and again
[00:54:00] I know this isn't
[00:54:00] a popular opinion
[00:54:02] you know
[00:54:02] God will judge
[00:54:03] our enemies
[00:54:04] we'll arrange
[00:54:04] the meeting
[00:54:07] 10 million Americans
[00:54:09] what percent
[00:54:09] of the country
[00:54:10] is that
[00:54:14] 3.1
[00:54:17] .5
[00:54:17] I don't even know
[00:54:18] well there's
[00:54:19] 300 plus million
[00:54:21] Americans
[00:54:21] and probably
[00:54:22] 30 million
[00:54:23] illegal immigrants
[00:54:23] so
[00:54:24] 30 million
[00:54:25] would be 10
[00:54:25] 30 million
[00:54:26] would be 10%
[00:54:27] so 3 million
[00:54:28] is about
[00:54:28] a little over 3%
[00:54:30] right
[00:54:31] hang tight
[00:54:32] we can continue
[00:54:33] this discussion
[00:54:34] then we'll get
[00:54:34] to the RFK
[00:54:36] news as well
[00:54:37] and I think
[00:54:38] there's some
[00:54:38] critical things
[00:54:39] there that can be
[00:54:39] done that really
[00:54:40] have some merit
[00:54:41] we'll talk about it
[00:54:42] hour one of the
[00:54:42] can two coming up
[00:54:43] the big mig
[00:54:44] and liberty round
[00:54:45] table live
