[00:00:13] Broadcasting live from atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West.

[00:00:18] You are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show.

[00:00:26] All right, back with you live, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:00:28] Hard-hitting news that I wish refused to use continues now.

[00:00:32] This is the broadcast for October the 25th in the year of our Lord, 2024.

[00:00:37] Promoting God, family, and country.

[00:00:38] Protecting life, liberty, and property.

[00:00:40] Rejecting revolution and lessons to Jesus' revolution

[00:00:42] as we promote the U.S. Supreme Law of the Land, the Constitution for the United States of America as our guide.

[00:00:47] It is all about protecting life, liberty, and property.

[00:00:51] Promoting God, family, and country.

[00:00:53] And that's what we do on your radio as we follow the Prince of Peace.

[00:00:57] Dr. Scott Bradley with me, freedomsrisingsun.com.

[00:01:00] We're talking last hour about the fact that China has the power to take Taiwan.

[00:01:06] We're talking about China will have 1,000 nukes by 2030.

[00:01:09] And we're talking about the U.S. currently struggles under an economic communist invasion.

[00:01:15] There's no doubt about it.

[00:01:16] Now, this next headline I really got to drill in, Dr. Bradley.

[00:01:19] It's from the Gateway Pundit.

[00:01:24] Peter McKilvina, I think is how you say his name, wrote the article.

[00:01:27] But this is scary indeed.

[00:01:29] And I want to pick your brain and see what you know about this.

[00:01:31] Here's the headline.

[00:01:33] Small business owners are branded terrorists by federal government.

[00:01:41] You say, what?

[00:01:42] That's right.

[00:01:43] In just over two months.

[00:01:45] In other words, 2025.

[00:01:48] Every small business owner in America is required to register with the federal government's financial crimes enforcement network.

[00:02:00] What do they call that thing?

[00:02:00] FinCEN or whatever it is, right?

[00:02:04] The Biden-Harris administration rolled out this unconstitutional edict.

[00:02:11] Notice the Corporate Transparency Act, CPA, on January 1st, 2024.

[00:02:20] But it kicks in.

[00:02:21] The CPA requires all small business owners in the United States with revenue under $5 million annually and with less than 20 employees to self-report to the CPN.

[00:02:39] Anyway, I guess it's FinCEN.

[00:02:43] F-I-N-C-E-N.

[00:02:46] Just so people understand, it's FinCEN or whatever it is called.

[00:02:50] And it's a serious deal.

[00:02:52] That's all happening now.

[00:02:54] And there's several questions to be asked about this.

[00:02:55] Why is this not being talked about for the 2024 election?

[00:02:58] Trump stood against this back in his day.

[00:03:00] Good for him.

[00:03:01] But now it's coming on us like a freight train.

[00:03:04] There's been no lawmakers involved in this thing necessarily.

[00:03:08] It's just kind of a manipulation behind the scenes of what's happening here.

[00:03:11] According to the website, you got to kind of wonder what the heck.

[00:03:18] Just so you know, they say, according to the website, your failure to report.

[00:03:22] To this, quote, terrorism and intelligence database by January 1st, 2025 means.

[00:03:30] That you will be subject of fines of up to $591 a day.

[00:03:36] And you can face a penalty about the two years in federal prison.

[00:03:40] Do you know about this, doctor?

[00:03:42] And what do you want to say on this thing?

[00:03:45] I don't know about it.

[00:03:47] But it sounds like a complete power grab, unconstitutional, as you mentioned.

[00:03:53] There is absolutely zero, zero authority for the United States government to require small

[00:04:00] business owners to register anything with them and to do anything.

[00:04:04] Now, they may claim it through some perverse reading of the USA Patriot Act or some National

[00:04:11] Defense Authorization Act or some Bravo Sierra like that.

[00:04:14] But the Constitution is void of all authority to do that by the general government.

[00:04:20] Now, here's, I'm going to ratchet this a little bit.

[00:04:23] In my opinion, this sounds to me like a replay of the kulaks in Soviet Russia in the 1930s.

[00:04:35] There was an effort by Stalin to collectivize all the farms of these kulaks.

[00:04:39] They were landed peasantry.

[00:04:41] And, you know, they had their own farms and they grew their own wheat and whatever.

[00:04:45] And they were self-sufficient and ran their own trade and blah, blah, blah.

[00:04:50] Stalin decided he was going to take over this thing and collectivize the farms so that the

[00:04:57] government could have its, you know, special needs taken care of, whatever.

[00:05:01] And the kulaks resisted.

[00:05:04] They got either starved out or bombed out.

[00:05:09] They tried to put storm and storm and bomb, you know.

[00:05:12] Anyway, he either hit them with artillery and tanks or he actually put them under siege and

[00:05:20] starved them out.

[00:05:21] And it's a tragic.

[00:05:23] Millions of kulaks died.

[00:05:25] And now, what's the difference?

[00:05:28] I mean, this kind of thing where basically they're seizing control of different portions

[00:05:35] of the United States.

[00:05:36] You know, yeah, they could take over the automotive business.

[00:05:39] Unconstitutionally.

[00:05:40] They could take over the farm of business.

[00:05:43] Unconstitutionally.

[00:05:43] They could take over the banking business.

[00:05:46] Unconstitutionally.

[00:05:46] And to greater and lesser degree, they've already done that.

[00:05:49] But here they are making assault on the very backbone of American society where people are out

[00:05:55] there trying to support their families and do what needs to be done.

[00:05:59] Again, it's reminiscent of another Stalinistic kind of move that happened in the 1930s.

[00:06:04] This one is in America with Franklin Delano Roosevelt.

[00:06:08] He actually, with his administration and the Congress was complicit.

[00:06:13] They basically wanted to make sure that they controlled the agricultural markets, for example.

[00:06:18] And they went into little chicken coops around the nation, in cities, towns, countries, wherever.

[00:06:25] And if you had more than your allotment of chickens, they took them and killed them.

[00:06:29] Now, right now in my little community, we're putting to death at 1.8 million chickens.

[00:06:36] 1.8 million chickens in my little community.

[00:06:40] Because the government has decided they're a risk to somebody.

[00:06:44] This kind of Bravo Sierra is happening all over.

[00:06:48] And this one happens to be being done by a health decree.

[00:06:54] You know, a deal about bird flu.

[00:06:58] Of course, we're anticipating a bird flu invasion one of these days too.

[00:07:02] But the fact of the matter, all of these things overstep absolutely the constitutionality of anything the general government should be involved in.

[00:07:11] I do not know, and I'm hoping and praying, that if Trump gets involved after he's elected and pulls the plug on this thing that you're talking about,

[00:07:23] I just can't imagine what they're asking for small businesses to self-report on.

[00:07:30] I mean, do you have to tell, you know, I mean, did anybody come in with a box of access?

[00:07:35] Well, understand that they kind of kicked this off in this vague idea where small business owners could be jailed for up to two years from committing no crime,

[00:07:47] failing to turn over their personal private data to Big Brother.

[00:07:51] Now, at first, they're not going to have a lot of, you know, details about what you've got to turn over.

[00:07:57] What they usually do is they leave that to regulation later.

[00:08:00] So at first, hey, signing up, there's no real – I mean, you've got to sign up, of course.

[00:08:04] It's like the draft. You're going to jail if you don't.

[00:08:06] But, you know, there's not really any big thing that happens when you sign up.

[00:08:10] And at first, it'll be fairly inert because they want everybody to, hey, just sign up.

[00:08:14] But eventually is when they start to put the teeth into it.

[00:08:17] Now, if you don't do this, if you do do that, and if you – pretty soon, a small business like mine that runs Liberty News Radio,

[00:08:22] they're going to say, hey, Sam, if you don't self-report, you're going to pay $591 a day plus go to jail for two years.

[00:08:31] So Sam, sign up.

[00:08:32] Once I sign up, at first, it'll be mellow.

[00:08:33] But over the next several years, if they have their way, then they'll start to add teeth.

[00:08:36] They'll be like, you know what?

[00:08:37] You can't deny climate change.

[00:08:40] You can't criticize Joe or Kamala.

[00:08:43] How dare you say that Kamala needs to take a drug test?

[00:08:46] I mean, what – you're a criminal, Sam.

[00:08:48] You're a terrorist.

[00:08:49] And that's what this is because every small business will be required.

[00:08:56] You're branded as a terrorist.

[00:08:58] And so then what happens is just like they did this with the Hammonds back in the day and we fought against this,

[00:09:04] they will basically say your acts are – you're under the terrorism guidelines,

[00:09:08] and therefore you're a domestic threat or you're a – okay, and now all the gloves for your constitution are gone

[00:09:14] because you're a terrorist.

[00:09:16] So under wartime or under some of these changes that we've made in America today,

[00:09:21] you won't be given constitutional protections because you'll be under a different kind of militant under a –

[00:09:29] oh, what's the word I'm looking for?

[00:09:31] Under kind of a wartime domestic threat situation where it's like, hey, because of a crisis or because of –

[00:09:40] the normal rules don't apply to you and me.

[00:09:43] In fact, not only that, you own a business.

[00:09:45] You signed up for this thing willingly.

[00:09:47] Now, I know it was forced to go to jail and pay a fight, but, you know, it was volunteer, just like the income tax.

[00:09:53] It's one of those forced volunteerism deals.

[00:09:55] And so they're not going to have teeth at first, Dr. Bradley.

[00:09:59] They're just going to get you aboard the Titanic and make you feel like it's all, you know, having a great time in the sun at first, aren't they?

[00:10:10] Well, you know, there's so many different aspects to this.

[00:10:13] Again, there is absolutely zero authority to do what they're saying.

[00:10:18] Well, what are you going to do?

[00:10:19] You're going to have every kid that sells chocolate chip cookies and lemonade on the street corner on summer.

[00:10:25] I mean, they're certainly within the guidelines that they're talking about.

[00:10:28] Tarn right.

[00:10:28] Are you talking about somebody who, you know, maybe has a multi-level marketing business that they're selling?

[00:10:38] I don't know what exceptions there are at this point because nobody's really fighting against it.

[00:10:42] In fact, most people don't even know that it's coming like a freight train.

[00:10:47] Hang tight.

[00:10:48] We'll talk about this more.

[00:10:49] There's a lot going on in the country.

[00:10:50] I'm telling you right now.

[00:10:51] While they battle about getting a Big Mac, y'all are getting sold under the bridge.

[00:10:57] I'll tell you that right now.

[00:10:58] Hang tight.

[00:12:57] All right, back with you live, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:13:15] Sam Bushman on your radio, hard-hitting talk at your fingertips.

[00:13:18] So we're talking about this serious issue where the government's literally requiring all small business.

[00:13:26] All business owners basically branded terrorists because in just over two months,

[00:13:32] every small business owner in America is required to be registered with the, quote,

[00:13:38] federal government's financial crimes enforcement network, VINCEN,

[00:13:45] and they put together the Corporate Transparency Act of 2024, and there you go.

[00:13:50] Now, the Transparency Act was put together by Congress, you see.

[00:13:54] So we can't let Congress off the hook.

[00:13:56] We can blame the Harris-Biden administration when they're guilty of sin on this.

[00:13:59] It's unconstitutional.

[00:14:01] But the CPA or CTA, I'm sorry, requires all small business owners in the United States

[00:14:12] with revenue under $5 million and less than 20 full-time employees to self-report to VINCEN,

[00:14:25] housed under the Department of the Treasury.

[00:14:28] So this is serious.

[00:14:29] I don't even know how to respond to this, Dr. Bradley.

[00:14:32] I don't really know how to deal with this because I don't know if I want to just shut down my business,

[00:14:37] but you're going to be basically forced to go live like a homeless person

[00:14:41] or let your business be controlled.

[00:14:43] But the problem is when you register for this thing,

[00:14:47] what teeth are going to be put in this over time?

[00:14:50] And we can say it's unconstitutional, and it is, but what do you do?

[00:14:54] Do you not sign up for it?

[00:14:56] Well, if you don't, you're just going to be fined.

[00:15:00] It's the only way to shut down your business.

[00:15:01] Do I got too much to shut down all my businesses?

[00:15:04] What do you say on this thing?

[00:15:06] Well, there's so many aspects to it.

[00:15:09] I don't know as we know enough to even be dangerous on it,

[00:15:12] but the fact of the matter is stuff sneaks up on you.

[00:15:15] We had something.

[00:15:16] Know enough or not?

[00:15:16] You got too much to know and to decide what you're going to do.

[00:15:19] Well, that's the problem is in our little community,

[00:15:22] this thing showed up, not exactly this thing,

[00:15:25] but they decided they were going to tax all business-related property that you might have.

[00:15:36] Some years ago, I had a little sales tax license to be able to,

[00:15:44] as I was selling books and so on out of my home,

[00:15:48] I'd collect sales tax on that,

[00:15:50] and I'd have to turn that sales tax money in to the state,

[00:15:54] you know, quarterly.

[00:15:56] And so because I'd registered as a home business,

[00:16:00] my local community decided,

[00:16:02] oh, well, here's a business here that,

[00:16:05] you know, they're not a Main Street bricks and mortar place.

[00:16:08] So here a few years ago,

[00:16:10] I started getting an annual assessment of anything,

[00:16:18] desks, chairs, computers, you know, paper, printers,

[00:16:22] anything that you had in your home that you were supposed to pay a tariff,

[00:16:28] a charge on the tax.

[00:16:31] And it's like, oh, come on, you got to be kidding me.

[00:16:33] So I ignored it.

[00:16:35] You know,

[00:16:36] you don't ever ignore City Hall because they have these tax paid individuals

[00:16:41] that are going to chase you down.

[00:16:43] Well, the fact of the matter is,

[00:16:44] they decided they were going to assess a minimum tax on me

[00:16:48] because I had not been sending in my reports telling them that I had a laptop

[00:16:54] that sometimes I used for this purpose.

[00:16:57] What percentage it was is very questionable.

[00:17:00] At any rate,

[00:17:01] they said, well,

[00:17:02] we've set a minimum fee for this

[00:17:04] because anybody that's got a business has obviously got to be able to,

[00:17:09] you know,

[00:17:10] yeah,

[00:17:10] they're making money.

[00:17:11] So yeah,

[00:17:12] they'll have to pay this minimum amount annually

[00:17:15] for tax on these business properties.

[00:17:20] Well,

[00:17:20] we pushed back on it and,

[00:17:22] you know,

[00:17:22] resisted and all this kind of stuff.

[00:17:24] And finally,

[00:17:25] they made a decision that,

[00:17:26] well,

[00:17:27] if you have under $20,000,

[00:17:31] I don't remember the number exactly,

[00:17:32] but it's something like that,

[00:17:33] $20,000 worth of property being used in your business,

[00:17:37] that's in your home,

[00:17:39] then there'll be no fee.

[00:17:41] So anyway,

[00:17:42] it was kind of a running gun battle,

[00:17:44] if you will,

[00:17:44] for a period of time.

[00:17:46] But in every instance,

[00:17:47] government is just looking for another opportunity to overstep its bounds.

[00:17:51] People have got to push back on this thing.

[00:17:54] It's got to be something that is just absolutely asinine,

[00:17:58] which it is.

[00:17:58] If you look at the 10th Amendment,

[00:18:00] it says,

[00:18:00] if we didn't give you the general government,

[00:18:02] a power authority delegated to you,

[00:18:05] you don't have it.

[00:18:06] You simply do not have it.

[00:18:09] And there is nothing in there that would say

[00:18:11] they can intrude in everybody's home.

[00:18:14] Well,

[00:18:14] we might look at the 16th Amendment for a taxing thing.

[00:18:18] Or we might look at a,

[00:18:21] you know,

[00:18:22] some kind of interstate commerce thing out of Article 1, Section 8.

[00:18:26] I mean,

[00:18:27] they will look at everything they possibly can.

[00:18:31] But Jefferson said,

[00:18:32] this is not the way it was written.

[00:18:34] It's a plain English understanding of things.

[00:18:37] And,

[00:18:38] and really,

[00:18:39] we,

[00:18:39] we don't owe this.

[00:18:41] We don't,

[00:18:41] we don't owe them anything.

[00:18:43] Oh,

[00:18:43] by the way,

[00:18:44] it just is a secondary thought that's come to mind.

[00:18:46] I really believe that they're looking for,

[00:18:50] they're looking for job security.

[00:18:53] When they came up with this Bravo Sierra,

[00:18:56] after the 9-11 stuff,

[00:18:58] and said they were going to have domestic terrorism on their radar.

[00:19:01] And,

[00:19:02] oh,

[00:19:03] what,

[00:19:03] wait a minute.

[00:19:04] There's no domestic terrorism.

[00:19:06] It's like this Wicked Witch of the,

[00:19:08] of the,

[00:19:09] of Michigan thing that was going to do the,

[00:19:13] kidnapping of the governor.

[00:19:14] That this was a fully funded,

[00:19:17] fully organized,

[00:19:19] fully carried out federal agency,

[00:19:21] false flag kind of operation that they got some guys involved.

[00:19:26] Okay.

[00:19:27] So,

[00:19:27] so,

[00:19:27] but they're looking for terrorism in this country.

[00:19:30] You don't have it.

[00:19:32] I don't know if they really have a true bonafide terrorist group in the United States.

[00:19:38] I mean,

[00:19:39] even when they had some that were like Antifa and some of these Black Lives Matter,

[00:19:44] and,

[00:19:45] and Black Panthers,

[00:19:46] and,

[00:19:47] and Klu Klux Klan,

[00:19:48] some of those things,

[00:19:50] they were so few and far between in comparison to just everyday regular Americans that are selling lemonade and chocolate chip cookies on the corner.

[00:20:00] I mean,

[00:20:01] these guys are looking for,

[00:20:03] they're looking for a fire to put out.

[00:20:05] And if they can't find any,

[00:20:06] they go start the fire.

[00:20:08] You know,

[00:20:08] I mean,

[00:20:09] it's just absurd.

[00:20:11] So yeah,

[00:20:11] it's got to be pushed back.

[00:20:12] And if Donald Trump gets in,

[00:20:14] I hope he pulls a plug on this.

[00:20:17] Was it a,

[00:20:17] was it an executive or no Congress,

[00:20:19] you say,

[00:20:20] enacted something.

[00:20:21] And now they're creating an agency.

[00:20:23] I don't really know.

[00:20:24] I don't really know the answer to your question on this.

[00:20:26] Um,

[00:20:27] because they say,

[00:20:29] and this is what's weird about this.

[00:20:31] Okay.

[00:20:32] So you've got FinCEN that was created by your government,

[00:20:36] right?

[00:20:38] And now the CPA requires,

[00:20:41] or CTA,

[00:20:42] I'm sorry,

[00:20:43] requires all.

[00:20:46] What's the CTA for crying out loud?

[00:20:50] Well,

[00:20:51] that's what the consumer transportation agency.

[00:20:54] I mean,

[00:20:54] what is it?

[00:20:55] I mean,

[00:20:55] it's also nine is this intelligence database thing.

[00:21:01] Well,

[00:21:01] they already know everything.

[00:21:03] The NSA is collecting information on this phone call on our emails,

[00:21:08] on our text messages,

[00:21:09] on our everything power.

[00:21:11] They need more information to monitor you more.

[00:21:13] That way,

[00:21:14] if you lie,

[00:21:14] they can catch you.

[00:21:16] Right.

[00:21:18] But the Gestapo and the Stasi and the KGB never had this kind of power to

[00:21:24] collect everything on everybody.

[00:21:26] We don't free countries do not build dossiers on their people.

[00:21:30] That's a truism.

[00:21:32] The corporate transparency act is what CTA stands for.

[00:21:36] Oh,

[00:21:37] it's Bravo Sierra.

[00:21:38] Okay.

[00:21:40] Well,

[00:21:41] so you know what?

[00:21:42] When did the,

[00:21:45] the pass,

[00:21:46] right?

[00:21:48] That's what you got to ask.

[00:21:49] When did this transparency thing pass?

[00:21:53] It passed for the veto proof majority on December 11th,

[00:21:57] 2020.

[00:21:59] While y'all were gearing up for Christmas,

[00:22:01] they'd done the deed.

[00:22:03] And so now the question becomes,

[00:22:05] is it really into the act that was passed?

[00:22:07] Or now are we basically saying,

[00:22:08] well,

[00:22:08] we have this general law that was passed and now we're given these FinCEN

[00:22:12] agencies or the treasury department,

[00:22:13] this ability to,

[00:22:14] to put forth all these regulations that were never really,

[00:22:17] you know,

[00:22:17] created by a lot.

[00:22:18] You know,

[00:22:18] that's where the minutiae is on this thing or the hard part to understand.

[00:22:22] Doctor.

[00:22:27] Okay.

[00:22:27] Here's the deal.

[00:22:28] Article one,

[00:22:29] section one says that all legislative polarity is in the legislature,

[00:22:34] the house and the Senate.

[00:22:36] Okay.

[00:22:36] Okay.

[00:22:37] So this idea that they can create a body that then goes out and creates law is unconstitutional.

[00:22:44] See,

[00:22:45] the problem is it's,

[00:22:48] and I'm just looking up by the way,

[00:22:50] on the internet,

[00:22:51] here's an organization that wants to take care of filing my report.

[00:22:55] So I don't have to worry about it.

[00:22:57] All companies are now required to report their beneficial ownership information,

[00:23:02] BOI.

[00:23:03] Oh yeah.

[00:23:03] It gets deeper all the time.

[00:23:05] They got another acronym for you.

[00:23:07] It's absolutely absurd.

[00:23:10] It needs to complete first report before filing deadline.

[00:23:14] You need to update information that's previously been reported.

[00:23:17] You need to correct a mistake on a previous reported file.

[00:23:20] Your company's recently become exempt.

[00:23:22] Well,

[00:23:23] how do we know we've become exempt?

[00:23:25] You know,

[00:23:26] all of this,

[00:23:27] like I say,

[00:23:28] you know,

[00:23:29] this phonetic alphabet comes in handy because.

[00:23:31] Yeah.

[00:23:32] You go there for two years and pay $591 a day to determine if you're exempt or not,

[00:23:36] my friend.

[00:23:38] Okay.

[00:23:39] When,

[00:23:40] what is an applicant?

[00:23:41] This,

[00:23:41] this is,

[00:23:42] this is a new cottage business in and of itself.

[00:23:45] Somebody's going to file a report.

[00:23:47] And Congress passed this act in 2020 or whatever overwhelmingly.

[00:23:50] But then,

[00:23:51] Hey,

[00:23:51] four years later,

[00:23:52] it kind of,

[00:23:52] or in 2024,

[00:23:53] it rolls out by the Biden Harris thing.

[00:23:56] And how much of it's really,

[00:23:57] truly law by government.

[00:23:59] I don't think they have the right to pass those kind of laws in the first place,

[00:24:01] but even so,

[00:24:03] I think most of it is basically put together by regulations.

[00:24:07] In other words,

[00:24:07] these agencies kind of put together their own plans and their own details on it and everything else.

[00:24:13] And I mean,

[00:24:14] there was a court case one to reject all that.

[00:24:16] So,

[00:24:17] you know,

[00:24:17] it's all up in the air,

[00:24:18] but what are you going to do?

[00:24:18] Be the individual that fights it and goes to prison?

[00:24:23] Folks,

[00:24:23] we've got a serious problem on our hands here.

[00:24:25] All right.

[00:24:25] When we come back,

[00:24:26] we issued a press release about all this lawlessness at the Constitutional Cherish and Peace Officers Association.

[00:24:31] Yes,

[00:24:31] indeed we did.

[00:24:33] Urgent communication is what it says.

[00:24:34] I'll tell you about the details in seconds,

[00:24:36] but I'm telling you,

[00:24:37] we've got a serious problem on our hands.

[00:24:38] We need all sheriffs,

[00:24:40] attorneys,

[00:24:40] generals,

[00:24:41] and governors to stand together and stop this criminal activity by your federal government.

[00:24:45] Hang tight.

[00:24:46] Across the land.

[00:24:55] You're listening to Liberty News Radio.

[00:24:59] Those who want to move into the White House have a lot of plans for your money.

[00:25:03] One of them is to control the price of food.

[00:25:06] And this is just the start.

[00:25:08] Could 401ks and IRAs be next on their agenda?

[00:25:11] It might sound far-fetched,

[00:25:13] but so did price fixing just months ago.

[00:25:15] Hi,

[00:25:16] Donald Trump Jr. here.

[00:25:17] If you've spent decades building your nest egg,

[00:25:19] you can act now to stop your savings from falling into the hands of the socialists.

[00:26:00] If re-elected, Donald Trump says he would fire special counsel Jack Smith right away.

[00:26:05] In an interview with the Salem Radio Network Thursday morning,

[00:26:08] the former president was asked what he would do if he had to choose on his first day in office

[00:26:12] between firing Smith or pardoning himself.

[00:26:14] It's so easy.

[00:26:15] I would fire him within two seconds.

[00:26:19] Hunter Biden.

[00:26:20] I wouldn't take it off the books.

[00:26:22] Mr. Trump interviewed by Salem Radio Network talk show host Hugh Hewitt.

[00:26:26] Trump was indicted by a federal grand jury last year on four counts in the election investigation,

[00:26:30] but the case won't go to trial before the 2024 election.

[00:26:34] If Trump wins, the Merrick Garland-appointed Smith probably will not get the chance to bring the criminal case against him.

[00:26:40] And though the classified documents case has been dismissed, Smith is appealing.

[00:26:44] Bernie Bennett in Washington.

[00:26:46] Early trading on Wall Street has the Nasdaq ahead by 256 points.

[00:26:51] The Dow is also pushing higher.

[00:26:59] Russia's central bank has raised its key interest rate by two percentage points,

[00:27:04] hitting a record high 21 percent.

[00:27:07] It's an attempt to combat growing inflation as government spending on the military strains the economy's capacity

[00:27:13] to produce goods and services and drives up workers' wages.

[00:27:18] The central bank said, quote,

[00:27:20] growth in domestic demand is still significantly outstripping the capabilities to expand the supply of goods and services.

[00:27:27] The bank noted inflation is running considerably above the Bank of Russia's July forecast,

[00:27:33] and inflation expectations continue to increase.

[00:27:37] It held out the prospect of more rate increases in December.

[00:27:41] Jeremy House reporting.

[00:27:43] The owner and manager of the cargo ship that caused the Baltimore Bridge collapse

[00:30:12] Broadcasting live from atop the Rocky Mountains,

[00:30:16] the crossroads of the West,

[00:30:18] you are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show.

[00:30:23] All right, back with you live, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:30:26] Hard-hitting talk at your fingertips always.

[00:30:29] LibertyRoundtable.com,

[00:30:30] LovingLiberty.net,

[00:30:31] spread the word, share the love.

[00:30:32] I'm with Dr. Scott Bradley,

[00:30:34] freedomsrisingsun.com.

[00:30:36] LRT, that's Liberty Roundtable Live,

[00:30:39] openly calls for Kamala to take both a DNA and a drug test.

[00:30:44] Who the heck is she, number one?

[00:30:45] And number two, is she on drugs?

[00:30:47] Her word salad seems to believe,

[00:30:49] you know, there's all kinds of prescription drugs

[00:30:52] that create that kind of fuzziness in the head.

[00:30:56] There's alcohol that she's being accused of being an alcoholic.

[00:30:59] There's cocaine in the White House that nobody can trace it to,

[00:31:02] at least because they're not willing to.

[00:31:04] You know, is it her cocaine?

[00:31:06] I don't know all the answers to any of that.

[00:31:07] All I'm telling you is that we need to know,

[00:31:10] DNA test, who the heck is she?

[00:31:12] Is it Pocahontas all over again?

[00:31:15] Or, you know, is she really Indian and black?

[00:31:17] I don't even know.

[00:31:18] And I'm not saying that I know.

[00:31:19] I'm saying we need to know.

[00:31:20] And those who claim yes and those who claim no

[00:31:23] are doing so right now without hard evidence.

[00:31:25] Let's get the evidence, okay?

[00:31:26] When it comes to drug tests, we've got to do it.

[00:31:28] I mean, most jobs in America,

[00:31:30] you've got to go take a drug test

[00:31:31] and see if you can even work at their company.

[00:31:32] And if you don't pass the drug test, you're done.

[00:31:35] And that's not true for the highest office in the land, though,

[00:31:37] or the lowest office, whatever you want to call it.

[00:31:40] Anyway, I digress.

[00:31:41] Small business owners are branded as terrorists

[00:31:43] under this new strange law.

[00:31:48] CPA requires all small business owners in the United States.

[00:31:52] Yeah, to go ahead.

[00:31:53] If you have under 5 million in revenue

[00:31:55] and under 20 employees,

[00:31:57] you've got to go ahead and register.

[00:31:59] According to FinCEN's website,

[00:32:02] hey, you got to report.

[00:32:06] Your failure to report into this, quote,

[00:32:08] terrorism and intelligence database

[00:32:10] released by January 1st, 2024 means

[00:32:12] that you will be subject to fines

[00:32:15] of $591 per day

[00:32:18] and you could go to jail for up to two years

[00:32:20] for that.

[00:32:22] Committee no crime,

[00:32:24] just failing to turn over your personal private data

[00:32:26] to your government.

[00:32:26] There you go.

[00:32:27] It's crazy.

[00:32:29] Now we're talking about this press release

[00:32:30] from the Constitutional Sheriff's

[00:32:32] and Peace Officers Association.

[00:32:33] It's signed by Sam Bushman and Sheriff Richard Mack.

[00:32:38] Sheriff Richard Mack, the founder and CEO.

[00:32:40] I'm sorry.

[00:32:41] He's the founder and president.

[00:32:42] I, Sam Bushman, and the CEO.

[00:32:44] And our headline for our press release says this,

[00:32:48] urgent communication for the attention and action

[00:32:51] of all sheriffs, attorneys general,

[00:32:56] and governors.

[00:32:58] CSPOA press release,

[00:32:59] cspoa.org.

[00:33:01] And we had a hard time.

[00:33:03] A lot of the press release companies

[00:33:04] wouldn't even distribute it.

[00:33:05] They're like, this is too opinionated.

[00:33:06] We won't print it.

[00:33:07] Well, Christian Newswire printed it.

[00:33:10] Good for them.

[00:33:10] And now we're getting it published

[00:33:12] on major websites.

[00:33:13] Yournews.com published it.

[00:33:16] Thegatewaypundit.com published it.

[00:33:18] Thegatewaypundit already has 680 comments

[00:33:22] alone related to it.

[00:33:23] So this thing is going viral now.

[00:33:26] We've submitted it to many other news services.

[00:33:28] We'll let you know what happens

[00:33:29] with those submissions soon.

[00:33:31] In the meantime, though, Dr. Bradley,

[00:33:33] this press release basically documents

[00:33:35] that, you know what, in America,

[00:33:36] you've got the government aiding

[00:33:38] and abetting criminal activity everywhere

[00:33:39] from the border to the IRS

[00:33:44] to now this forcing all small businesses

[00:33:47] to register to, I mean,

[00:33:49] you've got an out-of-control government.

[00:33:51] They're breaking laws at every turn.

[00:33:52] It's so bad they even said,

[00:33:53] oh, Joe Biden broke the law.

[00:33:55] He should have been impeached,

[00:33:56] but we let it go.

[00:33:57] And that's Jim Jordan,

[00:33:58] the guy that's supposed to be standing up

[00:33:59] and getting to the bottom of this for us, right?

[00:34:01] Okay, and so at the end of the day,

[00:34:03] we're saying there's so much corruption.

[00:34:04] We need all 3,000 sheriffs in the country,

[00:34:07] so every county.

[00:34:08] We need all attorneys generals

[00:34:10] of every state of the union, 50,

[00:34:12] and all governors, 50,

[00:34:13] to start investigating on a local level

[00:34:15] all these criminal activities,

[00:34:18] many with the federal government's involvement,

[00:34:22] promotion, backing, funding, enabling.

[00:34:25] As you mentioned, this FBI sting

[00:34:28] where they basically,

[00:34:29] the FBI led this charge against the governor,

[00:34:32] and then, hey, they took them all down,

[00:34:34] and wow, the government stopped it,

[00:34:35] but really the government funded it

[00:34:37] and fueled it,

[00:34:37] and it wouldn't have happened

[00:34:38] without the government is the point.

[00:34:40] That kind of criminal activity

[00:34:41] is what we're talking about.

[00:34:42] Operation Gunwalker

[00:34:43] is what it used to be called.

[00:34:46] That was a government operation.

[00:34:47] I mean, we just see it everywhere

[00:34:49] where the government's involved

[00:34:49] in all these false flag operations

[00:34:51] and everything else,

[00:34:53] and criminal activity.

[00:34:54] I mean, we're literally

[00:34:55] the Biden administration

[00:34:57] suing the state of Arizona

[00:34:58] because the state of Arizona

[00:34:59] doesn't want illegals to vote.

[00:35:01] They don't want illegal aliens to vote,

[00:35:03] so they tried to stop

[00:35:04] the illegal alien vote count,

[00:35:05] and they got sued by the government,

[00:35:07] the federal government,

[00:35:08] that wants illegal aliens to vote, you see.

[00:35:09] This is the kind of corruption

[00:35:11] we're talking about.

[00:35:11] Anyway, the press release documents

[00:35:13] that in sad but excruciating detail

[00:35:16] and then calls upon all these people,

[00:35:19] the sheriffs, the attorneys generals,

[00:35:21] and the governors,

[00:35:22] to take action, investigate,

[00:35:24] and then start to prosecute

[00:35:27] transparently these criminal activities

[00:35:29] everywhere.

[00:35:29] If we don't start doing that right now,

[00:35:31] we're going to lose our country

[00:35:32] is the general point.

[00:35:33] Well, we not only created this

[00:35:36] as the Constitutional Sheriff's

[00:35:37] and Peace Officers Association,

[00:35:38] but we got General Flynn

[00:35:40] and America's Future to join.

[00:35:43] We got several other different groups

[00:35:48] to become part of it,

[00:35:50] including the John Birch Society

[00:35:52] and others.

[00:35:54] And so it's available at cspo.org

[00:35:56] if you all want to check it out

[00:35:57] or on thegatewaypundit.com,

[00:35:59] yournews.com,

[00:36:00] many other places.

[00:36:01] Check out that press release.

[00:36:02] Dr. Bradley,

[00:36:03] as you read the press release,

[00:36:04] number one,

[00:36:05] what do you think?

[00:36:07] Well, I think that the concept

[00:36:09] is absolutely essential.

[00:36:11] Here's the problem.

[00:36:12] A lot of people will say,

[00:36:13] oh, the sheriffs have got to go investigate

[00:36:15] what's happening in Washington, D.C.

[00:36:17] or, you know,

[00:36:19] some, you know,

[00:36:20] thing that some agency's doing

[00:36:22] in the U.S. government

[00:36:23] at that, you know, headquarters.

[00:36:26] And it's not asking for that.

[00:36:28] It's saying,

[00:36:29] on your local level,

[00:36:31] if you see this gang

[00:36:35] kind of mentality

[00:36:36] that's going on,

[00:36:37] like in Colorado,

[00:36:37] where they've seized,

[00:36:39] you know,

[00:36:40] apartment buildings

[00:36:41] and they're doing gangster

[00:36:42] kinds of things

[00:36:43] that are strong-arming

[00:36:45] those citizens in the area,

[00:36:47] taking hush money

[00:36:48] or some kind of,

[00:36:50] you know,

[00:36:50] bribes or whatever,

[00:36:52] if you see those kinds of things,

[00:36:54] it's your duty

[00:36:56] as a sheriff

[00:36:57] to investigate that

[00:36:59] and take appropriate action.

[00:37:01] Attorney generals

[00:37:02] have the responsibility

[00:37:03] in their state

[00:37:04] to do that.

[00:37:05] Governors,

[00:37:06] look,

[00:37:06] the governor

[00:37:07] is the executive

[00:37:08] of the state

[00:37:09] and the attorney general

[00:37:11] is the chief law enforcement officer,

[00:37:12] if you will,

[00:37:13] of the whole state.

[00:37:14] And they have a duty

[00:37:15] to go out

[00:37:16] and stop things

[00:37:17] that they,

[00:37:18] you know,

[00:37:18] hey,

[00:37:19] if there's human trafficking,

[00:37:20] you know,

[00:37:21] if there's something

[00:37:22] where there's

[00:37:23] these gangster things,

[00:37:25] I mean,

[00:37:26] you know,

[00:37:26] maybe your sheriff

[00:37:28] in your local county

[00:37:30] won't be able

[00:37:32] to go clean up

[00:37:32] the FBI

[00:37:33] in Washington,

[00:37:33] D.C.

[00:37:34] But they can bring this

[00:37:37] to criminal investigations

[00:37:38] about what's happening

[00:37:40] in their own community.

[00:37:41] Now, for example,

[00:37:42] you have in this,

[00:37:43] in your press release,

[00:37:45] Sheriff Mark Lamb,

[00:37:46] one of the nation's

[00:37:47] most dedicated sheriffs

[00:37:48] he's noted as,

[00:37:49] has already completed

[00:37:50] a criminal investigation

[00:37:52] on Homeland Security

[00:37:53] Director

[00:37:54] Mayorkas,

[00:37:55] okay?

[00:37:56] So,

[00:37:57] so he's saying,

[00:37:58] look,

[00:37:59] Homeland Security

[00:38:00] in my county

[00:38:03] is absolutely

[00:38:04] adversely affected

[00:38:05] and I tie this

[00:38:07] to the individual

[00:38:08] that's not fulfilling

[00:38:09] their assigned role,

[00:38:11] their job description

[00:38:12] is being not carried out.

[00:38:14] So we've got,

[00:38:15] you know,

[00:38:16] human trafficking

[00:38:16] or we've got drug use

[00:38:18] or we've got criminal activity

[00:38:19] of some sort

[00:38:20] that's going on

[00:38:21] on our streets

[00:38:22] of our county.

[00:38:22] I'm investigating this

[00:38:24] and if you had

[00:38:26] 3,000 sheriffs

[00:38:27] investigating this

[00:38:28] and each one of them

[00:38:29] came up with

[00:38:30] 10 instances,

[00:38:31] holy cow,

[00:38:32] that would be

[00:38:32] a pretty good

[00:38:33] indication

[00:38:34] of how blatantly

[00:38:36] those people

[00:38:37] at the head

[00:38:38] of the government

[00:38:38] are actually facilitating

[00:38:40] the destruction

[00:38:41] of the nation.

[00:38:42] See,

[00:38:43] you talk about

[00:38:44] the concerns

[00:38:46] over the devastation

[00:38:47] open borders,

[00:38:48] illegal alien invasions

[00:38:49] and this cycle

[00:38:51] of unbridled lawlessness.

[00:38:53] All of it's a problem.

[00:38:58] Now,

[00:38:58] what I find interesting

[00:38:59] about this too,

[00:39:00] ladies and gentlemen,

[00:39:01] is what the mainstream

[00:39:03] press says to us

[00:39:04] in bed with all these

[00:39:06] collegiate so-called

[00:39:07] experts on the Constitution.

[00:39:09] They say,

[00:39:09] Sam,

[00:39:10] sheriffs don't have authority

[00:39:11] to investigate election fraud

[00:39:13] or how dare them,

[00:39:14] they don't have authority,

[00:39:15] leave it to the election

[00:39:16] commissions,

[00:39:17] leave it to this,

[00:39:18] leave it to that.

[00:39:18] It's all completely bogus.

[00:39:20] I say any criminal activity

[00:39:21] in a sheriff's jurisdiction

[00:39:22] is his responsibility

[00:39:25] to investigate,

[00:39:26] run to ground

[00:39:26] and hold accountable

[00:39:28] the truth,

[00:39:29] okay?

[00:39:30] So,

[00:39:30] but that's what we claim

[00:39:31] but there's an argument

[00:39:32] constitutionally about this.

[00:39:33] Now,

[00:39:33] here's what's interesting.

[00:39:35] Meanwhile,

[00:39:35] there's a question,

[00:39:36] is Kamala's DOJ

[00:39:39] sending FBI agents

[00:39:41] to the voting booths?

[00:39:41] And the answer is

[00:39:42] a resounding yes.

[00:39:43] Did you know that,

[00:39:44] doctor?

[00:39:44] Turns out that,

[00:39:45] are you familiar with

[00:39:47] the Elections Threat Task Force?

[00:39:50] There is now

[00:39:51] an Elections Threat Task Force

[00:39:52] that got created in 2021.

[00:39:53] Again,

[00:39:54] same way this

[00:39:55] FinCEN thing got created.

[00:39:56] It's,

[00:39:56] you know,

[00:39:57] partially backed by Congress

[00:39:58] but half put together

[00:39:59] by regulation

[00:40:00] and not by really lawmakers

[00:40:01] or anything else

[00:40:02] by these government agencies

[00:40:03] and now you've got

[00:40:04] this basically election task force

[00:40:06] where the FBI

[00:40:08] can be called in

[00:40:09] to investigate

[00:40:10] an election question

[00:40:11] or issue

[00:40:11] so that if you go

[00:40:12] to the government's

[00:40:13] website on this,

[00:40:14] they've got a form

[00:40:15] you fill out.

[00:40:15] If you believe

[00:40:16] there's an election issue,

[00:40:18] send in the rat

[00:40:19] on your neighbor

[00:40:20] kind of thing

[00:40:20] and boom,

[00:40:21] the FBI will be down there,

[00:40:22] Justice Department

[00:40:23] will be down there,

[00:40:23] go ahead and look at it for you.

[00:40:25] They're saying

[00:40:25] sheriffs can't do that

[00:40:26] but somehow

[00:40:26] the Justice Department can.

[00:40:28] Now,

[00:40:28] elections have traditionally

[00:40:29] been state and local issues

[00:40:31] based on precinct,

[00:40:32] not on federal government,

[00:40:34] Justice Department

[00:40:34] or FBI.

[00:40:36] What is a,

[00:40:37] for example,

[00:40:37] if we're battling

[00:40:38] for the,

[00:40:38] go ahead and skip the break,

[00:40:40] if we're battling

[00:40:43] for governorship

[00:40:44] in the state of Utah

[00:40:45] where Cox did not make

[00:40:46] the number of signatures,

[00:40:47] Phil Lyman suing

[00:40:48] going to the Supreme Court

[00:40:49] saying this is a sham

[00:40:51] and it's election fraud.

[00:40:52] Okay,

[00:40:53] now it's not a federal

[00:40:54] government issue at all.

[00:40:55] Now,

[00:40:56] 29 sheriffs in America

[00:40:57] in the state of Utah

[00:40:59] have jurisdiction

[00:41:00] and they should take action.

[00:41:02] The attorney general

[00:41:02] of the state of Utah

[00:41:03] should take action.

[00:41:04] The governor won't

[00:41:05] because he's compromised.

[00:41:06] He's the incumbent

[00:41:07] and he didn't get enough

[00:41:08] signatures to be on the ballot

[00:41:09] so he's out.

[00:41:10] But we've got to look into this.

[00:41:12] I don't see how

[00:41:14] the Kamala Harris team

[00:41:15] can call in the FBI

[00:41:16] to research this deal

[00:41:18] but yet we can't have

[00:41:19] our sheriffs look at it.

[00:41:20] See,

[00:41:20] we've got a jurisdictional

[00:41:22] turf war

[00:41:23] going on right now

[00:41:24] in America.

[00:41:25] Doctor?

[00:41:26] Well,

[00:41:27] absolutely.

[00:41:28] Article 1,

[00:41:29] Section 4

[00:41:29] of the United States Constitution

[00:41:32] says,

[00:41:32] okay,

[00:41:32] who's in charge

[00:41:33] of the elections?

[00:41:34] It's locally.

[00:41:37] Now,

[00:41:37] everything that's happened

[00:41:39] after that point

[00:41:40] has been an effort

[00:41:41] to seize control,

[00:41:44] usurp power,

[00:41:45] whatever you want to call it

[00:41:46] at the federal level.

[00:41:48] This latest thing

[00:41:49] from 2021

[00:41:50] that you bring up

[00:41:51] is another example

[00:41:52] of stuff that we have,

[00:41:54] I mean,

[00:41:54] you talk about this

[00:41:57] reporting requirement

[00:41:58] that came out

[00:41:59] in December of 2020

[00:42:00] when we were getting ready

[00:42:01] for Christmas.

[00:42:02] Even more beyond that,

[00:42:03] it was we're all

[00:42:05] distracted by the

[00:42:06] COVID con

[00:42:07] that was going on

[00:42:08] and the election nonsense

[00:42:10] that was a-brewin'.

[00:42:12] And so they slipped

[00:42:13] through this thing

[00:42:13] that says everybody

[00:42:14] that owns a lemonade stand

[00:42:16] has got to register

[00:42:17] with the federal government.

[00:42:18] It's unconstitutional.

[00:42:20] It's untrue.

[00:42:21] It's false.

[00:42:22] And it needs to be taken

[00:42:24] to the mat.

[00:42:24] This thing that Kamala's started,

[00:42:26] well,

[00:42:27] Kamala Harris,

[00:42:28] I mean,

[00:42:29] Biden-Harris deal

[00:42:30] that happened in 2021

[00:42:32] with this election team

[00:42:35] that goes out,

[00:42:37] they're seizing power.

[00:42:38] The local people

[00:42:40] have responsibility

[00:42:41] constitutionally

[00:42:42] for their voting.

[00:42:44] Now,

[00:42:45] the 1965

[00:42:46] Voter Act

[00:42:48] has seized

[00:42:48] a whole bunch

[00:42:49] of power

[00:42:49] and they keep

[00:42:51] trying to do that

[00:42:51] and there's

[00:42:52] been several amendments

[00:42:53] that keep intervening

[00:42:56] on these things

[00:42:57] but the original intent

[00:42:58] was the local.

[00:43:00] Your sheriff,

[00:43:01] your attorney general

[00:43:02] should be doing that.

[00:43:04] Now,

[00:43:04] in Utah,

[00:43:05] we've got a really

[00:43:05] screwy thing.

[00:43:06] You bring up

[00:43:07] the Spencer Cox

[00:43:11] election fraud.

[00:43:13] That's basically

[00:43:13] what it is.

[00:43:14] There's very

[00:43:15] strong evidence

[00:43:16] they did not get

[00:43:17] enough signatures

[00:43:19] to get on the ballot.

[00:43:21] It's a moot question.

[00:43:22] They're done.

[00:43:23] They're toast.

[00:43:23] There is nothing there.

[00:43:25] Their votes

[00:43:25] should not be counted

[00:43:26] even though

[00:43:27] they're printed

[00:43:28] on the ballot.

[00:43:29] But the fact

[00:43:30] of the matter

[00:43:31] is in Utah,

[00:43:32] the lieutenant governor

[00:43:35] who was a running mate

[00:43:37] of Spencer Cox,

[00:43:38] it's like Biden-Harris

[00:43:41] running mate thing.

[00:43:42] Their vice president,

[00:43:44] president,

[00:43:45] they're on the same ballot.

[00:43:48] The lieutenant governor

[00:43:49] is complicit

[00:43:51] and is basically

[00:43:53] as compromised

[00:43:55] as anybody

[00:43:55] is on this thing

[00:43:56] because she

[00:43:58] is supposed

[00:43:58] to be

[00:43:59] the one that does

[00:44:01] oversight of elections.

[00:44:02] But she's overseeing

[00:44:03] her own election

[00:44:04] and the election

[00:44:06] of her running mate,

[00:44:06] Spencer Cox.

[00:44:08] Yeah,

[00:44:08] there needs to be

[00:44:09] absolutely.

[00:44:10] The attorney general

[00:44:10] should step right in

[00:44:12] and say,

[00:44:12] listen folks,

[00:44:13] we got a big problem here.

[00:44:14] Now here's part

[00:44:15] of the problem though.

[00:44:16] The Utah Supreme Court

[00:44:18] in this particular case

[00:44:19] refused to hear it.

[00:44:22] The Utah Supreme Court

[00:44:23] is a good old boy group

[00:44:24] that gets appointed

[00:44:25] by the governor.

[00:44:26] Yeah,

[00:44:26] they said it was frivolous

[00:44:27] and no need.

[00:44:28] But now the audit committee

[00:44:30] internally says,

[00:44:31] hey,

[00:44:31] he didn't get enough signatures.

[00:44:33] So now what?

[00:44:34] Is it frivolous

[00:44:34] if the audit committee says

[00:44:36] and Phil Lyman says

[00:44:36] there's not enough signatures?

[00:44:38] It needs to go

[00:44:39] to the Supreme Court

[00:44:39] but the Supreme Court

[00:44:40] will never even hear it

[00:44:41] much less adjudicated

[00:44:42] in any timely fashion

[00:44:44] at all.

[00:44:44] So we have a constitutional

[00:44:46] jurisdictional turf war

[00:44:47] on our hands,

[00:44:48] doctor.

[00:44:49] We do

[00:44:50] and it's interesting

[00:44:51] that they're trying

[00:44:52] to unravel this thing.

[00:44:53] There's many levels

[00:44:55] of safety in this nation.

[00:44:57] That's the reason

[00:44:58] we're still here

[00:44:59] because there's been

[00:45:00] so many centralized attacks.

[00:45:02] But literally

[00:45:03] from the lowest level

[00:45:04] to the highest

[00:45:05] there's different

[00:45:06] safety valves

[00:45:07] if you will.

[00:45:08] The county sheriff

[00:45:10] is the safety valve

[00:45:11] in the county

[00:45:12] and the county sheriff

[00:45:14] has jurisdictional

[00:45:15] responsibility

[00:45:16] to look at violations

[00:45:17] of the law

[00:45:18] within his or her county.

[00:45:20] And the attorney general

[00:45:22] should look

[00:45:23] at everything

[00:45:23] in the state.

[00:45:25] We need to recognize

[00:45:27] that these people

[00:45:28] are just

[00:45:28] basically

[00:45:29] they're

[00:45:30] they're sitting there

[00:45:32] in the catbird seat

[00:45:33] taking a big salary

[00:45:34] and they're

[00:45:35] I honestly

[00:45:37] well

[00:45:37] sheriffs do a lot of things

[00:45:39] there's no question.

[00:45:40] I'm not casting stones there

[00:45:42] but I wonder sometimes

[00:45:43] what the heck

[00:45:43] the attorney general

[00:45:44] is doing

[00:45:45] other than

[00:45:46] collecting a big salary.

[00:45:48] These people

[00:45:49] need to be called out

[00:45:50] and I think

[00:45:50] that's what

[00:45:51] has been done

[00:45:52] by the CSPO

[00:45:55] communication

[00:45:56] that's been sent out

[00:45:57] calling them

[00:45:58] to action

[00:45:59] and saying

[00:45:59] look

[00:46:00] it's in your jurisdiction

[00:46:01] there's criminal activity

[00:46:03] going on.

[00:46:04] Step in

[00:46:05] do an investigation

[00:46:06] let's get some indictments

[00:46:07] let's move forward.

[00:46:09] The good old boys club

[00:46:10] can't be just

[00:46:11] ah

[00:46:12] you know

[00:46:13] they're one of us

[00:46:14] I mean

[00:46:15] we have a case

[00:46:16] that I've been following

[00:46:17] a little bit lately

[00:46:18] it really goes back

[00:46:19] to 1968

[00:46:21] where

[00:46:21] a young woman

[00:46:23] was raped

[00:46:24] by people

[00:46:24] including a police officer

[00:46:26] he was a

[00:46:28] U.S.

[00:46:28] I mean

[00:46:28] a Utah

[00:46:29] trooper

[00:46:30] a

[00:46:32] state trooper

[00:46:33] and

[00:46:34] he

[00:46:34] became

[00:46:35] very prominent

[00:46:36] in their community

[00:46:36] and in their church

[00:46:38] and everything else

[00:46:39] like that

[00:46:39] and

[00:46:40] they

[00:46:41] in 1990

[00:46:43] an investigation

[00:46:44] was requested

[00:46:45] the highest police officers

[00:46:47] the Department of Public Safety

[00:46:49] in Utah

[00:46:50] says

[00:46:51] no

[00:46:52] no problem here

[00:46:53] move along folks

[00:46:54] and did not do

[00:46:56] an investigation

[00:46:56] and I mean

[00:46:58] this was absolutely

[00:46:59] criminal

[00:46:59] because they

[00:47:00] closed ranks

[00:47:01] or protected

[00:47:02] their own

[00:47:02] and somebody's

[00:47:04] got to have

[00:47:04] enough courage

[00:47:05] enough backbone

[00:47:06] to say

[00:47:06] no

[00:47:07] this is not

[00:47:09] where are the

[00:47:10] where's that

[00:47:11] standing tall guy

[00:47:12] the Buford

[00:47:13] what's his name

[00:47:14] the guy down

[00:47:14] in the south

[00:47:15] that was

[00:47:16] cleaning up

[00:47:17] organized crime

[00:47:18] somebody's got to

[00:47:19] step in the gap

[00:47:20] so you've got

[00:47:21] your CSPOA group

[00:47:23] you've got

[00:47:24] the American Police Officers

[00:47:25] Alliance

[00:47:25] signed this with you

[00:47:26] the JBS

[00:47:27] John Birch Society

[00:47:28] did

[00:47:28] I mean

[00:47:29] you've got

[00:47:30] some others

[00:47:30] moms for America

[00:47:31] and stuff like that

[00:47:32] but

[00:47:32] to tell you the truth

[00:47:33] there's police agencies

[00:47:35] that

[00:47:36] that really have

[00:47:37] responsibility

[00:47:38] and need to step in

[00:47:39] and say

[00:47:39] wait a minute

[00:47:41] there appears to be

[00:47:42] some crimes going on

[00:47:43] in my jurisdiction

[00:47:44] I'm going to get

[00:47:45] to the bottom of this

[00:47:46] I mean

[00:47:47] they'd look into

[00:47:48] a liquor

[00:47:49] license violation

[00:47:50] or a stolen vehicle

[00:47:52] why won't they look

[00:47:54] at people stealing

[00:47:55] our freedom

[00:47:55] our government

[00:47:56] they'll look into

[00:47:57] the FBI

[00:47:58] mom going down

[00:47:59] to the school board

[00:48:00] meeting there

[00:48:00] and saying

[00:48:01] I don't want

[00:48:01] Johnny to think

[00:48:02] he's a chick

[00:48:03] and then

[00:48:04] mom's a terrorist

[00:48:04] and the FBI

[00:48:05] goes after him

[00:48:06] and the sheriff

[00:48:06] stands aside

[00:48:07] and says

[00:48:08] by all means

[00:48:08] what the heck's

[00:48:09] going on

[00:48:09] with old

[00:48:10] Johnny's mom

[00:48:10] she's crazy now

[00:48:12] okay

[00:48:12] what on earth

[00:48:13] is happening

[00:48:13] doctor

[00:48:14] so this press release

[00:48:15] really in my opinion

[00:48:16] hits on it

[00:48:17] there's a few comments

[00:48:18] there's over 680 comments

[00:48:19] on the gateway pundit

[00:48:20] alone

[00:48:21] regarding this

[00:48:23] a couple of the comments

[00:48:24] make some sense though

[00:48:26] well they do

[00:48:28] I mean

[00:48:28] some people

[00:48:29] are kind of

[00:48:30] suggesting

[00:48:30] the second amendment

[00:48:32] needs to be called

[00:48:32] to order

[00:48:33] and some are saying

[00:48:34] the tenth amendment

[00:48:34] and let me stop you

[00:48:35] there for a second

[00:48:36] and highlight the reason

[00:48:37] we put out the press

[00:48:38] release as we did

[00:48:38] there's a lot of people

[00:48:40] pushing for us

[00:48:41] to take this

[00:48:42] and go to war

[00:48:43] you know

[00:48:43] use the second amendment

[00:48:45] arrest people

[00:48:46] you know

[00:48:46] get crazy

[00:48:47] there's a lot of people

[00:48:48] saying hey

[00:48:48] I'm the retribution man

[00:48:50] or I'm this

[00:48:50] or I'm that

[00:48:52] that's not the way

[00:48:53] America works folks

[00:48:54] we don't want to

[00:48:55] stoop to their level

[00:48:56] we need to hold

[00:48:57] the moral high ground here

[00:48:58] and we need to realize

[00:48:59] that yes we need to

[00:49:00] rein this in

[00:49:00] and yes it's out of control

[00:49:02] but there are ways

[00:49:03] to functionally restore

[00:49:05] jurisdictional boundaries

[00:49:06] and restore the supreme

[00:49:07] law of the land

[00:49:08] with its checks and balances

[00:49:09] peacefully

[00:49:10] and so our goal

[00:49:11] is to head off

[00:49:12] those extreme calls

[00:49:13] with this

[00:49:14] which is pretty bold

[00:49:15] in and of itself

[00:49:16] but it goes down

[00:49:18] the rule of law

[00:49:19] way of solutions

[00:49:20] and the moral high ground here

[00:49:21] so this is not only

[00:49:22] an attempt to rein

[00:49:23] in unconstitutional

[00:49:26] jurisdictional turf wars

[00:49:27] and battles

[00:49:27] and create transparency

[00:49:29] and accountability

[00:49:30] for criminals

[00:49:30] even in the government

[00:49:32] but it's also an effort

[00:49:33] to stop those

[00:49:34] who want to

[00:49:35] secede from the union

[00:49:36] or go to war

[00:49:38] or whatever

[00:49:39] those extreme measures

[00:49:40] aren't helpful

[00:49:40] either doctor

[00:49:41] and our goal

[00:49:42] is to walk

[00:49:43] the moral high ground here

[00:49:45] yeah nobody's

[00:49:46] the destroying angel

[00:49:47] nobody's tapped you

[00:49:48] on the shoulder

[00:49:49] and said

[00:49:50] you gotta take

[00:49:51] your Molotov cocktail

[00:49:52] downstairs

[00:49:53] and break a window

[00:49:54] and throw it out

[00:49:55] or whatever

[00:49:55] okay

[00:49:56] none of that

[00:49:57] there is a process

[00:49:58] it's well established

[00:50:00] it will work

[00:50:01] if we will just

[00:50:03] have enough courage

[00:50:04] to do it

[00:50:04] now by the way

[00:50:05] you know

[00:50:06] like I say

[00:50:06] as I was looking

[00:50:07] through these

[00:50:07] 680 something

[00:50:09] comments

[00:50:10] on this particular feed

[00:50:12] you know

[00:50:13] the second amendment

[00:50:14] is referred to

[00:50:15] in the tenth amendment

[00:50:16] one I would throw

[00:50:17] in there too

[00:50:17] and it has to do

[00:50:18] with this reporting

[00:50:19] process

[00:50:20] you know

[00:50:21] the fourth amendment

[00:50:22] is that

[00:50:23] you know

[00:50:24] we don't have to

[00:50:25] have our

[00:50:26] internal audit

[00:50:27] every time

[00:50:28] by our own

[00:50:29] you know

[00:50:30] self-reporting

[00:50:31] kind of thing

[00:50:32] we're protected

[00:50:34] in our papers

[00:50:35] and our property

[00:50:37] and everything else

[00:50:37] like that

[00:50:38] we can have

[00:50:39] opinions

[00:50:39] we can have

[00:50:41] things that are

[00:50:42] not exposed

[00:50:43] to a government

[00:50:45] oversight

[00:50:45] on every single

[00:50:46] thing you turn

[00:50:46] around on

[00:50:47] they're

[00:50:48] creating

[00:50:49] their own

[00:50:50] if you will

[00:50:52] job security

[00:50:54] by saying

[00:50:54] oh yeah

[00:50:55] we gotta have

[00:50:55] somebody

[00:50:56] no no no

[00:50:57] read the fourth

[00:50:58] amendment

[00:50:59] persons

[00:51:00] houses

[00:51:01] papers

[00:51:02] effects

[00:51:02] against unreasonable

[00:51:04] searches and seizures

[00:51:05] shall not be

[00:51:06] violated

[00:51:06] and no warrant

[00:51:08] shall issue

[00:51:08] but upon

[00:51:09] probable cause

[00:51:10] supported by

[00:51:12] oath or affirmation

[00:51:13] and that's why

[00:51:14] we're calling for

[00:51:15] sheriffs and

[00:51:16] attorney generals

[00:51:16] and governors

[00:51:17] to develop

[00:51:18] if there's probable

[00:51:19] cause let's

[00:51:20] investigate

[00:51:20] if there's

[00:51:21] criminal activity

[00:51:21] let's go ahead

[00:51:22] and prosecute

[00:51:23] the fullest

[00:51:24] extent of the

[00:51:24] law

[00:51:25] and when

[00:51:26] warranted

[00:51:26] put people

[00:51:27] in prison

[00:51:27] but we've

[00:51:28] got to

[00:51:28] clean this up

[00:51:29] if we want

[00:51:29] to have

[00:51:30] any trust

[00:51:30] in confidence

[00:51:31] in the united

[00:51:32] states

[00:51:32] whether it's

[00:51:33] elections

[00:51:33] the border

[00:51:34] any issue

[00:51:35] we're talking

[00:51:36] about

[00:51:36] the answer

[00:51:36] is transparency

[00:51:37] and accountability

[00:51:38] without it

[00:51:39] we're doomed

[00:51:39] doctor

[00:51:42] we've got to

[00:51:43] learn to

[00:51:43] use the process

[00:51:44] though

[00:51:44] and the process

[00:51:46] does include

[00:51:47] sheriffs

[00:51:47] in many instances

[00:51:49] and I think

[00:51:50] about when

[00:51:50] Sheriff Mack

[00:51:52] and they took

[00:51:53] on Bill Clinton

[00:51:54] with this thing

[00:51:55] about they were

[00:51:56] instructed by

[00:51:57] the general

[00:51:57] government

[00:51:58] that you have

[00:51:59] to be the

[00:52:00] gatekeeper

[00:52:01] for the people

[00:52:02] that are

[00:52:02] buying a firearm

[00:52:03] and they said

[00:52:04] the heck you say

[00:52:05] that isn't

[00:52:06] our job

[00:52:07] Carrie Lake

[00:52:08] I was up on the

[00:52:08] stage and I saw

[00:52:09] Carrie

[00:52:09] she's looking

[00:52:10] pretty sexy

[00:52:10] lately

[00:52:11] I'm just saying

[00:52:11] okay that's

[00:52:12] what Bill Clinton

[00:52:13] just did

[00:52:14] he got all

[00:52:14] distracted

[00:52:15] when he was

[00:52:15] speaking for

[00:52:16] Kamala

[00:52:16] and he started

[00:52:17] you know

[00:52:17] calling out

[00:52:18] how beautiful

[00:52:18] ladies are

[00:52:19] and stuff like

[00:52:19] that

[00:52:19] he went all

[00:52:20] derailed

[00:52:20] and everything

[00:52:22] this is what

[00:52:22] we've gone to

[00:52:23] in America

[00:52:23] we've got to

[00:52:24] turn to God's

[00:52:25] moral law

[00:52:26] on these issues

[00:52:27] and we've got

[00:52:27] to do it fast

[00:52:28] or America's

[00:52:29] in trouble folks

[00:52:30] and I you know

[00:52:31] I'm not downing

[00:52:32] America

[00:52:32] or speaking

[00:52:33] negative of her

[00:52:33] but we the

[00:52:34] people have got

[00:52:35] to get involved

[00:52:35] and demand

[00:52:36] accountability

[00:52:36] by those who

[00:52:37] serve us

[00:52:38] and this

[00:52:39] press release

[00:52:40] is designed

[00:52:41] to point out

[00:52:42] the proper role

[00:52:43] of government

[00:52:43] and the solutions

[00:52:44] there within

[00:52:45] doctor

[00:52:45] well the Matt

[00:52:47] Prince Supreme

[00:52:48] Court ruling

[00:52:49] said

[00:52:49] that these

[00:52:52] local agencies

[00:52:54] cannot be

[00:52:55] commandeered by

[00:52:56] the general

[00:52:56] government

[00:52:56] that's everything

[00:52:58] that isn't just

[00:52:59] a sheriff

[00:52:59] on a gun

[00:53:00] approval process

[00:53:02] it's everything

[00:53:04] this I think

[00:53:06] that Supreme

[00:53:07] Court ruling

[00:53:07] could be applied

[00:53:08] actually on this

[00:53:11] this recommendation

[00:53:12] you're making

[00:53:13] right now

[00:53:13] this deal

[00:53:15] about the

[00:53:15] FBI coming

[00:53:17] in and looking

[00:53:17] in on our

[00:53:18] voting precincts

[00:53:19] this this

[00:53:20] ruling has a

[00:53:21] very broad

[00:53:22] perspective

[00:53:23] and if an FBI

[00:53:25] agent comes

[00:53:25] into local

[00:53:26] elections and

[00:53:27] starts trying

[00:53:27] to you know

[00:53:28] deal with that

[00:53:28] the sheriff

[00:53:29] flat out needs

[00:53:30] to toss the

[00:53:30] FBI agent

[00:53:31] in the clink

[00:53:31] my friend

[00:53:33] well they

[00:53:34] need to at

[00:53:34] least defang

[00:53:36] them or

[00:53:36] dehorn them

[00:53:36] and say

[00:53:37] it's not

[00:53:37] your jurisdiction

[00:53:38] I'm sorry

[00:53:39] we'll see you

[00:53:40] in court

[00:53:40] I mean I

[00:53:41] don't think

[00:53:42] we need a

[00:53:42] shootout

[00:53:42] with the

[00:53:43] FBI

[00:53:43] and the

[00:53:44] and the

[00:53:45] sheriff

[00:53:46] outside the

[00:53:46] voting precinct

[00:53:47] and I think

[00:53:48] that some

[00:53:49] people would

[00:53:49] recommend that

[00:53:50] and it's

[00:53:51] not what it

[00:53:51] is

[00:53:52] there's

[00:53:52] there's a

[00:53:53] peaceful

[00:53:54] transfer of

[00:53:55] power

[00:53:55] that has

[00:53:56] worked

[00:53:56] I would just say

[00:53:56] we arrest the

[00:53:57] FBI agent

[00:53:57] he awaits his

[00:53:59] trial like

[00:53:59] everybody else

[00:54:00] that's grand

[00:54:01] I like that

[00:54:02] idea

[00:54:02] and then

[00:54:03] another FBI

[00:54:04] agent will

[00:54:05] come in

[00:54:05] pretty soon

[00:54:05] we'll have a

[00:54:06] drunk tank

[00:54:06] full of

[00:54:07] FBI agents

[00:54:07] I guess

[00:54:08] but the fact

[00:54:09] of the matter

[00:54:09] is

[00:54:10] at least they're

[00:54:10] not down in

[00:54:11] Panama doing

[00:54:11] the prostitute

[00:54:13] thing like they

[00:54:14] were doing

[00:54:14] before

[00:54:14] that there was

[00:54:15] no accountability

[00:54:16] for right

[00:54:17] that's right

[00:54:18] I think it was

[00:54:19] the secret

[00:54:19] service thing

[00:54:20] that was doing

[00:54:20] that though

[00:54:21] I thought it

[00:54:22] was in some

[00:54:22] place in South

[00:54:23] America

[00:54:23] anyway

[00:54:24] all I can tell

[00:54:25] you is this

[00:54:26] is what I'm

[00:54:26] talking about

[00:54:26] folks we've got

[00:54:27] a serious

[00:54:28] serious problem

[00:54:29] in America

[00:54:29] it starts

[00:54:30] with morality

[00:54:31] and integrity

[00:54:31] and it starts

[00:54:32] with jurisdictional

[00:54:33] boundaries

[00:54:33] we don't need

[00:54:34] a constitutional

[00:54:35] jurisdictional

[00:54:35] turf war here

[00:54:36] we need people

[00:54:37] to stand up

[00:54:37] and be counted

[00:54:38] for the rule of

[00:54:39] law and for

[00:54:39] morality in

[00:54:40] America

[00:54:40] and until we

[00:54:41] do it's

[00:54:42] going to get

[00:54:42] worse

[00:54:42] when we do

[00:54:43] we can turn

[00:54:44] to God

[00:54:44] almighty

[00:54:44] and it gets

[00:54:45] better quickly

[00:54:45] God save

[00:54:46] the republic
