The Responders Film: First Responders Who Heard Bombs on 9/11 Finally Speak | 10-27-26

Sam Bushman and Lance Migliaccio host the director and stars of The Responders: Breaking the Silence, a new 9/11 documentary. The show opens with the DOJ's third criminal case against James Comey called out as midterm theater, Comey's daughter getting back pay after being unlawfully fired, and Microsoft laying off 60,000 employees to save money for AI while their Copilot product fails. Then the main event: filmmaker John Kirby and first responder Chris Gioia join the show to break down what they witnessed on 9/11. Chris saw the explosions from across the river through surveying equipment. John reveals Captain Patterson saw men with black rifles outside Building 7 and a man in brand-new gear announcing it would fall at 5 PM. The Bobby McIlvaine story: a father who forensically investigated his own son's death and proved he was killed by a bomb in the lobby before the first plane hit. First responders told the 9/11 Commission about explosions and were told it was fax machines blowing up. Lance draws on his military demolition background to confirm Building 7's collapse was impossible without explosives. 25 years later, no one has been prosecuted, and the truth is still buried. [00:00:18] The Responders Breaking the Silence. 9-11, the truth shall be told. Happy to have you along my fellow Americans. I'm Sam Bushman with Hard Hitting News The Network Refused To Use. Lance Migliaccio with me to break down the news today. Welcome sir. Hey good morning Sam. Happy to be here as always. Excited. Lots going on and I'm happy to be part of this show today man.

[00:00:42] If liberty means anything at all, it means the right to tell people what they don't want to hear. And boy howdy with this guest, these guests coming up I should say. It couldn't be more true now than ever Lance. Yeah you know that is the truth. I wish the administration was exposing more of it. You know I was kind of hoping that they would finally drop the truth on 9-11. I also thought they were going to go after the Russian collusion hoax people. But I guess hope for the best, expect the worst.

[00:01:10] They're just going to talk about Nikki's booty instead. That's all they're going to do ladies and gentlemen. That's kind of the truth. Yeah. But there's the president's agenda. And there you have it. And he's also talking about men's booties too. I don't even know how to, I don't even want to go there, but let's talk about James Comey. Justice Department brings third criminal case against James Comey. And they say court documents and da da da da da. Lance, they're not going to do a single thing with James.

[00:01:38] This is a waste of time. I'm not trying to be rude, but they're not going after who they could go after. This James Comey, these are top attorneys that have, you know, they've got 96 ways to protect themselves. This is just a clown show, sir. You know, it's a little confusing for me. The new indictment isn't being called a superseding indictment. And in normal cases, Sam, you know the process. They indict somebody, they threaten you, your family members, they seize all your assets. They make it on play games with witnesses. Yeah.

[00:02:07] Right. And then the next thing you know, here comes the threat of the superseding indictment. If you don't accept the first round of plea negotiations. No, we're on the third round, buddy. Well, and that's my point. How is it that it's not a superseding indictment? I'm confused because it doesn't matter whether it's a new crime. I told you, don't be confused. It's clown show. So it's theater. You don't need technical terms for theaters or you just need to make it sound really good. So before the midterms, we've got to release third round, my friend.

[00:02:33] You know, maybe they ought to restart having Ethel Merman replay that. There's no business like show business. Yeah, that's all. I'm just telling you, that's all that's happening here. Yeah, I'm not trying to be rude. I'm just telling you they've had literally what four years, the first go round. And now what? Two years? Almost. And we haven't seen a single statement about not going after Biden, not going after Obama, not going after Hillary. Yeah, don't go after Hillary because the presidency, it's that important, Lance.

[00:03:01] Yeah. I don't remember. I guess maybe I must have missed that period. Hillary was president, I guess. I guess I maybe his first round was just a Hillary. Hillary. What do you call it? Channeling? Don't know. Channeling. And now let's talk about his daughter, James Comey's daughter. Judge ruled that the Justice Department unlawfully fired Maureen Comey. So now they're going to have to pay her back pay and all that kind of stuff. See, this is what I mean by clown show stuff. So, you know, you indict her basically no harm, no foul.

[00:03:30] Now pay her back. Make her a rock star. That launched her into virtual stardom now, right? You know, I guess. I guess, you know, that may be the mistake, Sam. Maybe we needed to be in, you know, in government and then do some criminal activity, you know, steal some taxpayers' funds or do some FARA violations, then get fired for it, and then get told by a judge that we never should have been fired. And, of course, we get back pay, become a rock star. We write a book. We get hired on TV. It just comes together, baby.

[00:04:00] That's how you do it, you know what I mean? But if you're working for Microsoft, it might not be as fun, though. I guess they're giving, what do they call these? Buyouts? Yeah. They call them voluntary buyouts, and I don't know how voluntary it is, but 60,000 Microsoft employees, they say that it's a quarter of their employees. They want to save money for AI. I'm going to say I told you so on this one, not necessarily on your show,

[00:04:29] but I've been saying it from the rooftops. Anybody think that AI is going to protect your job? It's going to create this period of affluence, like Elon Musk and these other CEOs are saying? Forget about it. You better be prepared. You better go. Maybe it's time to go back to plumbing school or maybe electrical school, maybe become an apprentice at this point, because the only people I think that are protected for a while are the service people. Everybody else, your job's at risk. You better get ready.

[00:04:56] It's at risk unless you seize the day, ladies and gentlemen, though. I submit to you that if you understand AI and you become a clear-cut AI rock star and use AI and become a decision maker and you learn that reality check, then I think you can have a job well into the future. Now, the problem is Microsoft has been falling way behind. Nobody likes Copilot. Nobody likes the way Microsoft forces all their products on everybody. And so what they need to do is just say, we've got the best AI in the business. Try it. If you like it, keep it.

[00:05:26] Instead of just forcing it down my throat and making me say, no, no, no, disable, uninstall, whatever, to try to get rid of it, I've compared Copilot to a bunch of other AIs. It just doesn't cut the mustard, buddy. And they've got the most expensive AI on the planet. Everybody else is $20, $25. Copilot's $30 and potentially more. And they don't even really have super tasks happening like the other guys, a.k.a. Grok, et cetera. They don't have any of the different things that they really need to deliver AI solidly. Oh, okay.

[00:05:56] It can do Outlook or whatever. But other than that, they're falling so far behind. They failed with the phone and they have failed with AI now. And this is their hope to leapfrog. Will they be successful, Lance? I don't think so. You never see it ranked in the top AIs. And as you know, I do a ton of work with AI. And I agree with you. You've got to become an expert. But at the end of the day, no. Because I also had the same experience with Copilot. I don't really use it.

[00:06:22] But yet I use ChatGBT and Grok and Claude and DeepSeek, all for different reasons. Gemini, because you have to have access, this sort of thing. But again, I agree with you. I think Microsoft, I think that ship has sailed. And I think they have a major problem at this point. Because to me, you're right. I don't like people cramming products down my throat. Not only that, they think instead of this big, they don't have to innovate anymore. What you've got to do is get the Sams of the world, the Lances of the world, people that are on the ground hungry and innovative.

[00:06:52] You've got to employ those people to bring the truth to the table. You can't just have a bunch of old, fat, happy old Microsoft clowns that don't really want to, you know, they just want to coast to the next, we're Microsoft. Who do you think? That kind of thing. Anyway, Claude having a big old IPO. We're going to see that rock and roll. Time will tell what that brings. Meanwhile, though, we need to talk about the responders, ladies and gentlemen. They are doing something incredible. We're talking about first responders. We're talking about 9-11.

[00:07:18] And we're talking about the Breaking the Silence movie that just came out. In seconds, we'll have the guests for this. But I want to tell you that I covered 9-11 live on the air when it happened. And man, it was gnarly. And right from the start, I didn't believe what we were being told. And I've interviewed people over the years by the dozens. I mean, I've interviewed, you know, 9-11 truthers. I've interviewed people from the, you know, what do they call them? Experts from the 9-11, you know, groups. Architecture of the world.

[00:07:48] Architecture, you know, all kinds of groups. And every one of them really virtually says, hey, you know, we've been punked on this thing. We've been lied to. And it's a problem. And I always wondered why. How could they contain such a big conspiracy as that when so many people knew the truth? And this really, this movie answers that question in a very productive, very simple way. Many of them didn't really realize. Many of them had to get their lives back together.

[00:08:18] Many of them just couldn't understand the big picture. And they didn't want to be, you know, they just wanted to keep their heads down. They just wanted to stay alive and keep their families and, you know, all that. And so with that, let's show this trailer. Then we'll talk to the people who made it. Here it is. Are you aware that you have just made the most dangerous movie ever made in this country?

[00:08:48] Things just kept going and blowing. What happened? It was an explosion. It was in the lobby. The third explosion, the whole lobby collapsed on us. I watched the movie this afternoon. Yeah. The responders. Was it good? It was great. I thought it was really brilliantly made. And it's totally compelling and convincing. I swore I thought I heard three explosions. We heard three small explosions. The next thing I hear...

[00:09:20] I heard one explosion. Not boom, boom, boom, boom. I heard boom. I watched the movie, The Responder. You are uncovering new information. I had never heard of Bobby McElveen. I'd never heard of him. On 9-11, Bobby, I know for sure, died before the towers were hit. I'd never heard of the evidence where he was murdered before the first plane hit. I think a bomb went off in the lobby first, then a plane hit the building.

[00:09:49] The bomb hit the lobby first, and a couple of seconds in the first plane hit. I'd never seen or heard of those witnesses that Graham McQueen was interviewing as part of that. I'd never heard of those women. Her testimony is there. It's part of the historical record. Like you said, 150 other people said it too, so that's not so much a relief, but at least I know I'm not crazy. It was going around the tower, and then it went to the next one on the bottom. But now, it was bright red.

[00:10:19] The bottom line here is that the American public has not been told the complete truth about the events of that fateful autumn morning. Watch this 9-11 movie. This isn't like anything you've ever seen before, and it's all true.

[00:10:34] I absolutely think that if more people see this film, that there's going to be a huge awakening. RespondersFilm.com

[00:11:03] The RespondersFilm.com They knew what they saw. They kept it inside until now. The question is why, how? Let's break it down. Let's start out with our first guest, John Kirby. Welcome to the show. You're a filmmaker. What made you decide to do this one? Well, like you, Sam, I've been involved. I understood that 9-11 was not what it appeared to be from the beginning.

[00:11:31] Early on, I got involved with architects and engineers for 9-11 Truth, helping them make videos and ads and things like that. And this project naturally came out of that. We've always been looking for first responders who were eyewitnesses that day to come out and speak. And, you know, it's been a tough process for them. We just did a podcast yesterday with the highest-ranking whistleblower on all this, a guy named Richard Patterson, Captain Richard Patterson,

[00:11:59] who basically saw guys with black rifles standing outside Building 7, preventing people from going in. He also saw a guy in a brand-new Carhartt, brand-new hard hat, brand-new shoes kind of come out of the dust and tell everybody that Building 7 was going to fall at 5 o'clock that day. I mean, you know, he had, as he put it, he says he hated to use a manby-pamby word like cognitive dissonance, a phrase like that. But that's what he was going through, you know.

[00:12:29] So lots of these guys were. I mean, so many of them, I mean, you see on camera two of our responders, C Building 7, which if people don't know was the third building that fell that day, 47 stories, had the mayor's command center, the CIA, the SEC, a number of other government agencies, and it comes straight down in its own footprint at 5.20 in the afternoon. Why did that happen? It wasn't hit by a plane.

[00:12:54] It's a classic-looking controlled demolition, whereas the other ones, when you realize they're getting blown up, you can, you know, they're getting blown up a little differently than in a typical controlled demolition. But these guys, you know, ran towards the disaster, and they saw what they saw. Some of them got blown across the room. Many of our responders had military experience. They come out to the 9-11 Commission. They tell them, you know, I experienced explosions.

[00:13:23] And, you know, one of our, you know, responders who is Port Authority Police, had spent all this time in the Army in these hide-and-survive units around Pershing missiles, understood, was in the first Gulf War. She understands what an explosion is because they would blow things up around her to, you know, make sure that they could hang on to the missiles while they were having stuff blown up around them. They tell her it's fax machines blowing up, copy machines. So she knew at, you know, some level.

[00:13:52] And this woman was literally a Girl Scout. She loved her country, as all of these people do. They couldn't imagine that, you know, that they would be, that they were being lied to like this. It just somehow fractured their minds. And in the movie, they go through six facts relating to what an explosion of this type really looks like. And she pegs all six of them with her testimony before they're even brought up and matched to the statements that she's made.

[00:14:22] It's incredible to watch in the movie. Chris Gioia out with us as well. Chris, you were there. Tell us about it. Yes, sir. I was walking, working across the river on 9-11. I do heavy construction for a living. I'm a volunteer fireman. I'm not FDNY, but I am in the town of Franklin Square, which is 20 miles to the east of Manhattan. So I was working construction that day.

[00:14:51] And I had heard we were working and I had heard a big explosion. And me and my friends, one of my friends turned to me and he was like, is somebody blasting around here? And then everybody was like, look at the towers. I was on the east side of the river, the east river, and just north of the Williamsburg Bridge. So we had a spectacular view of the twin towers.

[00:15:17] And then after that building got hit, everybody, we gathered around the surveying equipment. So I could see everything close up through the instrument. I saw people waving for help. I saw people jumping. I saw the outline of the plane in the north tower. You know, I could look right into the building. We were just like in shock. And then the other plane hit.

[00:15:47] So from our vantage point, the second plane, we couldn't see it, but we saw the building explode. And then all hell broke loose. Somebody came outside. They said the Pentagon was hit. And the boss, you know, we were like, listen, we got to get back to our families. And I jumped in my truck. And I went home. And by the time I had gotten home, both the towers had collapsed. And I burst into the house. My wife was sitting on the couch watching the TV.

[00:16:17] And she's like, the second tower just came down. And I didn't even know because I didn't have the radio on. And I was like, what happened to the first one? And she goes, that one collapsed too. So we just both sat there on the couch. And we were like totally flabbergasted and in shock. Since then, ladies and gentlemen, it's been an incredible ride. It's been, what, 25 years this year. And the fact is, folks, we've just been punked and lied to.

[00:16:46] And I prayed Donald Trump would be the one to take off the gloves and get to the bottom of this thing. I guess no cigar, Lance? Yeah, you know, it doesn't seem like that. I had hoped the same thing you'd hoped. Of course, you know, I had a background in, you know, tactical and combat demolition. So, you know, I'd use RDX and C4 and other bulk explosives at different times for different uses. It was clear to me that Building 7, no way. I just didn't see it.

[00:17:13] And I thought for sure that Donald Trump was going to be the one that was going to pull back the curtain. We were going to get to the bottom of this and we'd go after the culprits. You know, for the first time now, we know that the CIA is capable of killing a sitting president. What else are they capable of? And what really happened here? I don't like the story that's been crammed down our throats. And I think it's really a breath of fresh air that Chris and John and everybody else in the film came forward because it's time. It's time to stop. Let the American public heal. Tell the truth.

[00:17:43] And if it's government that's involved, we'll let the chips fall where they may, Sam. Well, and that's the only way we're going to ever have trust in government restored because, you know, I covered the Oklahoma City bombing live, ladies and gentlemen. I, you know, the reporting of it, I wasn't there live. I'm just saying 9-11 live. I mean, I've been through the ringer with this stuff. And the bottom line is we just don't trust government. Therespondersfilm.com is the website. Right. John Kirby is the director and with us now.

[00:18:12] So, John, I, you know, it's what's interesting to me is you can study about 9-11. You can cover it live and you can interview expert after expert after expert for 25 years, which I've done. But believe it or not, in your film, there's a few things I didn't know. Bobby is one of them. You want to start there, John? Sure. Yeah. I mean, first of all, this film, I think, represents the first time that responders as a group have come together to talk about what they actually heard.

[00:18:39] And we include Bobby McIlvain in that listing of responder because Bob McIlvain Sr. responded immediately by saying, not in my son's name. Don't take us to war in my son's name. He wouldn't have wanted that. Then he started looking deeply. And can you imagine doing forensic investigation of your own child's death? And he did that so bravely. And what he discovered about this, and I worked with him over the years. We made ads and different little short movies.

[00:19:09] And he started coming in and saying, my son was killed before the first plane hit. He was, I know that because of the pattern of the explosives. I know because they had his body before the first plane, before the building collapsed. So we had, you know, basically he got blown out of his shoes and socks. The top of his head was gone. But they had his jaw so that they could, you know, identify him. They used his teeth to identify him, right? They used his teeth to identify him.

[00:19:39] And what he started saying, he was hit by an explosion before the first plane hit. And at first, even though I was right there on board with this was an inside job from day one, I didn't, I thought, oh God, poor Bob McIlvain. He's, he's. Yeah, but that's too hard of evidence. Even for guys like us, we're going, wait a minute. Are you sure? And the answer is yes, right? Yes. And it turns out he's totally backed up by so much other testimony and so many other reports.

[00:20:06] William Rodriguez down in the sub basement who felt the deep explode, the powerful explosion from below him. And then here's the plane hit. People are coming out of the sub basement with their skin hanging off. There are ladies that you see in the film coming, they're in the lobby. They're like, a bomb hit the lobby first and then a plane hit the building like six or seven seconds later. So they got their timing a little bit off on that one, right? The guys who must have done this, that, you know, the top level national security state people

[00:20:34] who must have organized this had to be the ones to call off the air support, to get inside those buildings, to plant all those explosives. They had their timing a little bit off. And, you know, Bob McIlvain, Bobby Jr., was walking through the lobby. And obviously the bombs in the sub basement went off. And, you know, he was probably by an elevator. And, you know, it blew the top of his head off and blew him out of his shoes and socks.

[00:20:59] So this poor father going through all of this evidence and speaking out relentlessly, he responded to this. And as have so many others, Chris hasn't given himself enough credit. He's down right as soon as he can get there. You know, they're called in to help support people from where he is, kind of near Queens, the Queens border. He comes in to help support other firefighters for other emergencies. Then the next day he's on the pile looking for his friends.

[00:21:28] He lost three friends that day. He's there searching for them. And, of course, you can't find anybody because they're blown to smithereens. If people hear the stories years later about finding a bone fragment on the top of the next building, well, why is that? That's not because the building's floors collapsed and crushed people. And got hit by a plane, right? I mean, how does it? Well, but the point is they're exploded. Everybody in the building is blown to bits. Some people they never find.

[00:21:57] That's the thing. They even say they didn't even find any large electronics. They found a piece of a phone. That's right. It was only part of it, right? Little pieces of a keyboard. Everything is blown to bits. Look at all that concrete. And you should have Chris talk about, you know, he's in construction. He knows that this is like, I mean, what's the PSI on that concrete, Chris? Like over 5,000 PSI? Yeah, it's right, like 4,500, 5,000 PSI. It's structural concrete.

[00:22:25] This is not concrete that you put on your sidewalk or your driveway. And it's turned to powder. We see a pyroclastic flow throughout lower Manhattan, right? How do steel beams eject out hundreds of feet? You know, that's explosive power. Massive amounts of explosions, okay, of explosive must have been used in those twin towers.

[00:22:51] And then, of course, Building 7 is just an obvious free fall controlled demolition. So, which, of course, they take, you know, years and years to come out with a report where they say one column failed and the whole thing came down. I mean, it's nonsense. They're gaslighting us. It's loud, out of pure propaganda, ladies and gentlemen. That's the bottom line. Lance, jump in here. Well, look, there's no, I mean, the witnesses, the witnesses and the rest of it that we've seen coming out over the years, and we've had the architects on our show. We've covered lots of things to do with this.

[00:23:21] But listen, you know, blasts have a consistent pattern. You've got heat waves and shock waves. And the way the material is ejected, there's a blast pattern. An atomized material is part of it. If you're close to, you know, an explosion, it's going to powder it. It isn't going to. And if a building just fell, the material wouldn't be ejected like it is because that material, when you're close to a blast, is ejected. It actually becomes a projectile. It's dangerous.

[00:23:47] So, of course, those people in the bottom floors, they dealt with the consequences of that. You've got some testimony in this documentary that is so compelling. And yet, here we are, crickets. 25 years later, ladies and gentlemen, crickets. And they really haven't even prosecuted anybody in any real accountable sense. We don't have the truth. Even the people that ran the commission admit that it's virtually bogus.

[00:24:14] Folks, we have the smoking guns in so many ways. The problem is, how do we move the needle to take action and prosecute flat-out criminal thugs? That's my question. We're talking to John Kirby, Chris Joya. We're talking about this incredible film, therespondersfilm.com. You've got to watch it because even if you think you know about 9-11, I'm telling you, you ain't seen nothing yet. Lance Migliaccio with me. God save our constitutional republic.
