* What does Sheriff Richard Mack think of the war on drugs?

[00:00:00] Yes sir.

[00:00:01] They're calling me Dapper Dan now.

[00:00:07] Anne Van der Steels said I look very dapper.

[00:00:11] Anne's there too now?

[00:00:12] Yeah, well she just left.

[00:00:13] And that's another part of the story, Sam,

[00:00:16] right after I do my quote from the Supreme Court decision.

[00:00:19] I gotta tell you what Anne's doing.

[00:00:22] All right, we'll do it.

[00:00:23] First, the quote, it starts now.

[00:00:25] Okay, Sam, this is kind of longer,

[00:00:27] but please bear with me, everybody,

[00:00:30] because this is too powerful to leave anything out.

[00:00:34] So Scalia explains why he's talking about this.

[00:00:38] So I'll just let him introduce it.

[00:00:41] He goes, finally and most conclusively

[00:00:46] in the present litigation,

[00:00:48] we turn to the prior jurisprudence of this court.

[00:00:52] Federal commandeering of state governments

[00:00:55] is such a novel phenomenon

[00:00:58] that the court's first experience with it

[00:01:01] did not occur until the 1970s.

[00:01:05] All right, let me stop right. Let me stop you.

[00:01:06] Let me stop you.

[00:01:06] This just unequivocally proves we're not engaging in strange,

[00:01:11] unproven political theories.

[00:01:14] The court hasn't seen it in 150 years.

[00:01:17] It's only modern manipulations that have perverted the truth so bad that the

[00:01:22] Supreme Court justice is incensed right now over this very point

[00:01:27] and he highlights it as best he can, right?

[00:01:31] Do not tell Mary McCord because that's really gonna

[00:01:34] just blast her narrative right out of the water.

[00:01:38] So yeah, he said this doesn't happen in America at all

[00:01:43] until the 1970s.

[00:01:49] And then he goes, when the Environmental Protection Agency promulgated regulations requiring states to prescribe

[00:01:55] all these emissions control and retrofit programs

[00:01:58] and on and on and on, and so I'm gonna pass that up.

[00:02:01] Then it goes to this.

[00:02:03] The Courts of Appeals for the fourth and ninth circuits invalidated

[00:02:09] the regulations in order to avoid what they perceived

[00:02:14] to be grave constitutional issues, see Maryland versus EPA.

[00:02:20] And the District of Columbia circuit.

[00:02:22] So when the EPA got shut down over this very supposedly

[00:02:26] narrow situation that the sheriff found himself in.

[00:02:30] No, the EPA got shut down and the government got shut down

[00:02:34] over and over on this, and it was the prior cases, right?

[00:02:38] Exactly.

[00:02:39] So, and the District of Columbia invalidated regulations

[00:02:43] on both constitutional and statutory grounds.

[00:02:48] See District of Columbia versus train.

[00:02:51] After we granted certiorari,

[00:02:53] now raise your hand if you don't know

[00:02:56] what granted certiorari means.

[00:03:00] It means that the Supreme Court agreed to take the case.

[00:03:04] We granted certiorari, that means agreed to take the case. We granted certiorari.

[00:03:06] That means they'll take the case.

[00:03:08] To review the statutory and constitutional validity

[00:03:12] of the EPA regulations.

[00:03:15] The government, however, declined even to defend them

[00:03:21] and instead rescinded some and conceded the invalidity,

[00:03:30] the invalidity of those that remained,

[00:03:34] leading us, the Supreme Court, leading us to vacate the opinions below

[00:03:37] and remand for consideration of mootness.

[00:03:41] Now, last paragraph.

[00:03:43] Although we had no occasion to pass upon the subject in Brown,

[00:03:47] later opinions of ours have made clear,

[00:03:50] don't tell Mary McCord,

[00:03:52] that the federal government may not compel the states

[00:03:56] to implement, by legislation or executive authority,

[00:04:01] federal regulatory programs. the book is closed what part

[00:04:09] of case law don't you understand Mary McCord what part of shutting down the

[00:04:13] EPA shutting down Bill Clinton do you think is so narrow that it's that it's

[00:04:18] speculation and political theory yeah I don't think I don't think Justice Scalia

[00:04:23] was speculating too much there. He pretty much

[00:04:27] Told it like it was and put the hammer down on this

[00:04:31] And I don't see how it gets any more clear. I actually the proper word is clear

[00:04:37] I don't see how it gets any clearer than that

[00:04:39] So I can't wait to debate Mary McCord and share this with her.

[00:04:48] But she won't want to debate because she knows we're on the right.

[00:04:49] It's not gonna happen because she doesn't want

[00:04:50] to really deal with that issue.

[00:04:52] She would be embarrassed by a broadcast journalist

[00:04:55] and a has-been sheriff.

[00:04:58] Oh, whoa, what are we gonna do about that?

[00:05:01] The credentials are in question, aren't they?

[00:05:02] She's not gonna show up, that's what.

[00:05:04] She'll hide.

[00:05:05] All right. Well, I'm working on calling Mary about this as well to where we can set up

[00:05:10] this debate. You know, we'll do it at the national press club. We'll see how many Washington

[00:05:14] critters will come and attend and all that kind of stuff. By the way, Sheriff, it is

[00:05:17] indeed super Tuesday, 2024, 16 states voting for quote, presidential nominees, upi.com with the details.

[00:05:28] What do you think on Super Tuesday, Sheriff?

[00:05:29] Well, my big question is will Trump win every one of them?

[00:05:36] I don't know.

[00:05:36] He'll win most though.

[00:05:38] Yeah, I'm hoping-

[00:05:40] Lost Washington DC, which is really an indictment

[00:05:42] against Nikki Haley is a deep swamp.

[00:05:44] Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

[00:05:46] State.

[00:05:47] She pretends that's a win to me.

[00:05:48] That's the biggest loss you've ever experienced.

[00:05:50] Yeah. The cesspool of corruption supports her.

[00:05:55] To me, that's a huge opportunity for president Trump

[00:05:59] to literally just say, I mean, you're a clown.

[00:06:01] So the deep state supports you.

[00:06:02] Is that what you want us to know?

[00:06:04] Yeah.

[00:06:04] This is wow. You know, I, anyway, we a clown. So the deep state supports you, is that what you want us to know? Yeah, exactly. This is wow.

[00:06:06] You know, anyway, we'll keep an eye on that fall too.

[00:06:08] Yeah, I really think she's out of line.

[00:06:10] I just, I don't, I don't understand what she's doing

[00:06:14] unless she's hoping that Trump somehow gets found guilty

[00:06:18] on a felony and that he really is removed

[00:06:21] from being able to run.

[00:06:22] And she's hoping for that so that she's already right there

[00:06:26] and can step right in.

[00:06:27] So I think that's the only thing she's doing,

[00:06:29] but I really think she's wasting her time.

[00:06:32] And I really don't think she's gonna run as a third party.

[00:06:38] She won't run as a third party.

[00:06:39] Also her goal though is to develop a household

[00:06:42] named stature so that when she runs again, she can soften her approach

[00:06:46] and not be so extreme and possibly win another time.

[00:06:49] So it's about building a household name for her right now

[00:06:51] and the controversy is doing that for her.

[00:06:54] Yeah and the flimsy excuses she's made,

[00:06:57] why she lied or why she didn't keep her word to Trump

[00:07:02] when she promised him, she would never run again.

[00:07:04] Well she lied. Well she lied.

[00:07:05] Yeah she lied.

[00:07:07] And the flimsy excuses, I mean,

[00:07:08] whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, I had to run

[00:07:10] because everything was so horrible.

[00:07:14] The other interesting thing is this,

[00:07:15] now she's being asked clearly

[00:07:17] if Donald Trump becomes the nominee.

[00:07:18] She swore when she went to the debates

[00:07:21] that Donald skipped because he didn't wanna agree to this,

[00:07:23] that she would support the nominee as well.

[00:07:25] So now is she gonna be forced to support the Donald?

[00:07:27] Yeah, wouldn't that be something?

[00:07:29] Yeah, well.

[00:07:30] Yeah, but anyway, I wanted to tell you

[00:07:35] that I don't agree with what Anne Van der Stiehl's doing.

[00:07:39] Okay, let's talk about it.

[00:07:41] She's going to the Darien Gap,

[00:07:44] the Darien Gap between Panama and Columbia,

[00:07:48] where it's kind of an Amazon forest,

[00:07:51] and she's going down there to kind of document

[00:07:55] what's going on with the illegal immigration

[00:07:59] that's going through that area,

[00:08:00] and these people that come in from all over the world and the Chinese

[00:08:07] and the Muslim terrorists and whoever else is coming in

[00:08:11] and go from there up to the United States

[00:08:15] and the native tribes there that they have befriended

[00:08:20] kind of provide them protection because they like them.

[00:08:23] So, man, this is, and I said,

[00:08:26] what do you hope to accomplish?

[00:08:28] And it's just really, they wanna just kinda get in the way

[00:08:31] and bother people and let them know they're being watched.

[00:08:34] And so I was telling Hunter when I got in this morning,

[00:08:38] if I'm gonna risk my life for something,

[00:08:41] I want it to really be something important

[00:08:43] and that it's gonna have meaning

[00:08:44] and it's going to accomplish something.

[00:08:47] And so, I mean, I love Ann and what she's trying to do,

[00:08:53] but that's just far too dangerous.

[00:08:54] And I said, Ann, don't go, it's too dangerous.

[00:08:58] Don't call me to try to come and find you

[00:09:01] if or when you get in trouble down there.

[00:09:03] to try to come and find you if or when you get in trouble down there.

[00:09:06] Because I guarantee ya, my wife's not gonna allow me

[00:09:10] to go down there and man, I'll hire some mercenaries

[00:09:14] to try to go find you but to me it's just too dangerous

[00:09:17] and I wish she wasn't going.

[00:09:21] In other words, we appreciate her intrepid desire

[00:09:24] to report and get the truth and lay it out

[00:09:26] with the American people, that's good.

[00:09:28] At some point though, putting yourself in harm's way

[00:09:30] is only asking for trouble.

[00:09:32] Yeah, and she's, we need her here and.

[00:09:36] Amen to that.

[00:09:37] We just do, we need her, we love the work she's doing.

[00:09:41] And I just, this is far too dangerous.

[00:09:45] I mean, that's right in the middle of the problem.

[00:09:50] Of the, I mean, it's not just right in the middle,

[00:09:54] it's Main Street of the problem.

[00:09:56] And I'll tell you who I'd worry about the most

[00:09:59] to be your enemy, I'd worry about the United States

[00:10:01] government when you're in international territory.

[00:10:03] What the United States government might do to you

[00:10:05] is the biggest concern,

[00:10:06] more than the gangs and all the other problems.

[00:10:09] I worry about the United States.

[00:10:10] You just quoted a line that she and I share in the movie,

[00:10:15] because we talk about the horrible problems

[00:10:18] with all the cartels and international terrorists,

[00:10:22] and then we say, and that's not even mentioning

[00:10:30] The the real problem that we're suffering from our own government That is the lead sponsor of all this and the lead cause of all this

[00:10:35] So yeah, it is and and Sam. I said it last night in my presentation at

[00:10:41] At the Civic Center here in Severeville.

[00:10:45] How do you say it, Hunter?

[00:10:46] Severeville?

[00:10:48] Okay.

[00:10:49] I've never said it right since I've been here.

[00:10:51] So we had a big event at the-

[00:10:54] How do you say it now?

[00:10:55] Hold on.

[00:10:57] Hunter, how do you say it?

[00:10:58] Severeville.

[00:10:59] Severeville.

[00:11:00] Severe county.

[00:11:01] Severeville, Severe county.

[00:11:03] Severeville, right here at the Civic Center.

[00:11:06] And I said it there, and I'll say it again, Sam,

[00:11:08] I've said it on this show,

[00:11:10] and CNN really gets mad at me when I say this,

[00:11:13] but I told them last night, I'm gonna tell the truth.

[00:11:16] The greatest threat to our God-given American liberty

[00:11:20] is our own federal government.

[00:11:23] Lincoln warned us that if we ever lost our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves.

[00:11:30] That is exactly what's happening in our country today, and the greatest perpetrator of that is our own federal government.

[00:11:39] And you can see it.

[00:11:40] Well, and Lincoln helped that along. We lost a lot of state rights with the push of Lincoln with some of his illegal activities as well.

[00:11:46] Yeah, I mean, yeah, he knew it better than anybody.

[00:11:49] But yeah, this is just horrible.

[00:11:52] And notice that the,

[00:11:57] Lincoln Riley that was murdered in Athens, Georgia,

[00:12:04] and nobody, CNN and all of those,

[00:12:09] don't make any mention of it. Biden doesn't apologize for it.

[00:12:12] They go right up marching, and Trump was totally

[00:12:16] within his rights to tell Biden, look, he said,

[00:12:19] President Biden, he was very respectful about it.

[00:12:22] Secure the border today, sir.

[00:12:24] You have the authority very respectful about it. Secure the border today, sir. You have the authority

[00:12:25] because I did it and you can do it too. And that's his, the reason he has the authority because he's

[00:12:33] supposed to be enforcing the immigration laws and there's 26 that he's violating. And so if he would

[00:12:39] just start obeying and enforcing the laws that are on the books. A lot of this wouldn't be happening,

[00:12:46] and many lives in this country would have been saved,

[00:12:52] and this girl would still be going to nursing school.

[00:12:55] And God bless her family.

[00:12:56] And they want us to have those problems, Sheriff.

[00:12:58] They want that to happen.

[00:13:00] Now on Super Tuesday, we want you to remember,

[00:13:02] you guys must vote, it's important.

[00:13:04] I hope Haley doesn't win a single race.

[00:13:06] I think she's a clown deep stator,

[00:13:08] and I think she's a problem to say the least.

[00:13:11] That doesn't mean that I'm super supportive

[00:13:13] of Donald Trump, RFKJ are having trouble

[00:13:15] getting on the ballot in many places as well.

[00:13:17] That's another stumbling block that we gotta keep an eye on,

[00:13:20] but we need election integrity.

[00:13:22] Catherine Engelbrecht, True the Vote,

[00:13:23] came out with a big article yesterday

[00:13:26] talking about how we really need to babysit voter rolls.

[00:13:29] That's one of the great, great keys to success

[00:13:31] is watching those voter rolls.

[00:13:33] And she's got a new program out

[00:13:35] where you can literally go onto a website and check

[00:13:38] if your, I don't know what you want to call it,

[00:13:42] voter profile is in more than one state.

[00:13:44] Are you voting in other states and you don't even know you are kind of it, voter profile is in more than one state. Are you voting in other states

[00:13:45] and you don't even know you are kind of thing?

[00:13:46] And there's ways to vet that now

[00:13:48] with the great work over at True the Vote, Sheriff.

[00:13:50] Yeah, and Catherine and Greg have done a great job there

[00:13:55] and I still say that every case that has gone to court

[00:14:00] regarding voter fraud,

[00:14:02] or that has gone before the US Supreme Court,

[00:14:04] all you have to do is present the evidence

[00:14:06] that true the vote has that they've amassed

[00:14:09] over the last five years.

[00:14:11] Not just recently.

[00:14:12] It's all true.

[00:14:13] And that evidence should be in front of the Supreme Court.

[00:14:16] How could the Supreme Court look at all that

[00:14:19] and deny to even take the case and not grant certuary?

[00:14:24] That is absolutely absurd, Sam.

[00:14:26] The evidence is humongous out there.

[00:14:31] And so that, yep.

[00:14:32] Well it continues to mount daily as well.

[00:14:34] Yeah, and they say there's no evidence.

[00:14:36] Oh, for heaven's sakes, no.

[00:14:38] There you have it.

[00:14:39] That's such a good, obvious one.

[00:14:40] All right, how much snow fell in Northern California

[00:14:43] in the Sierra Nevadas, do you know?

[00:14:45] Well, I've been there before.

[00:14:47] I went to a preparedness show over that,

[00:14:50] what's that pass called, Donner Pass?

[00:14:52] Donner.

[00:14:53] Yeah, and we were taking a truckload

[00:14:54] of freeze-dry foods over the mountain,

[00:14:57] and I've been there through that,

[00:14:58] but I thought that was bad,

[00:15:00] and that was about 15 years ago.

[00:15:03] This one's 10 times worse than that one was

[00:15:06] and we couldn't get through.

[00:15:07] And so what is it, 100 inches?

[00:15:09] 100 inches.

[00:15:10] Seven feet of snow has already fallen.

[00:15:13] Holy moly.

[00:15:15] And they say that it's not about to stop.

[00:15:20] So more snow is expected in the region,

[00:15:22] they say after seven feet, buddy.

[00:15:26] Yeah, well, California's been having a drought, but you don't want, it's like somebody who

[00:15:31] hasn't, who hasn't had a drink of water for three days.

[00:15:35] You don't give them, you don't give them a whole gallon of water.

[00:15:39] You give them just a little bit and then a little bit.

[00:15:42] This is going to hurt.

[00:15:43] I think this is gonna hurt

[00:15:45] more than help the drought because it's just gonna

[00:15:47] cause flooding and I just-

[00:15:49] Oh, no question.

[00:15:50] This doesn't look good, Sam.

[00:15:52] It'll be mudslides everywhere eventually

[00:15:55] if it heats up quickly too.

[00:15:57] So it's serious, serious folks and it's not about to stop.

[00:16:00] I guess all that huge seven plus feet of snow

[00:16:03] and it won't stop as part of global warming, I take it?

[00:16:05] Is that what we're supposed to understand?

[00:16:07] Sam, you don't understand the environmental problems.

[00:16:11] You just don't understand.

[00:16:13] Because they took care of that problem

[00:16:16] when they changed it all.

[00:16:18] Because first, when I was a kid in high school,

[00:16:21] it was global cooling was the problem.

[00:16:24] And it was global warming.

[00:16:26] So in order to take care of everything,

[00:16:29] you know, they said it's climate change.

[00:16:33] So get with the program, Sam.

[00:16:35] All right, glad I got that straightened out.

[00:16:38] Yeah.

[00:16:39] Now, I guess Bitcoin, do you have your Bitcoin,

[00:16:43] Sheriff, still or no?

[00:16:45] I had some, but I got rid of it and I lost my shirt on it, but it wasn't very much, so

[00:16:51] I just stayed out of it and every time I look at Bitcoin, I go, wow, I wish I would have

[00:16:55] put some in or left that in, but it's so volatile and so up and down.

[00:17:02] Yes, it is.

[00:17:03] I can't see anybody wanting to invest in it myself.

[00:17:06] And that's why I say don't dip your toe in the crypto,

[00:17:09] but it turns out that it's almost reached its all time high.

[00:17:13] It topped 67,000, and I guess the highest 69,000.

[00:17:20] So it's almost there, Sheriff.

[00:17:21] And I don't see why, you know, there's another one

[00:17:25] that has been steadily going up, and that's gold.

[00:17:29] Better than silver, and still the experts say

[00:17:31] that silver will outperform gold

[00:17:35] when it really starts hitting.

[00:17:37] Yesterday and today it looked like gold.

[00:17:39] I haven't checked in the last hour,

[00:17:40] but gold this morning and silver were going up again.

[00:17:44] Yesterday it went up quite a bit, both of them.

[00:17:47] And I don't understand why gold would go

[00:17:50] in the negative at all.

[00:17:54] But if you look at silver, well especially gold,

[00:17:58] just 10 years ago, gold was about 1,200 an ounce.

[00:18:05] And today it's over 2,100.

[00:18:07] So that's a pretty good return.

[00:18:09] So I'm gonna stick with gold and silver,

[00:18:13] what little I have, and maybe I'll try to buy some more.

[00:18:16] But to be prepared for the economic collapse that's coming,

[00:18:21] you should have some cash reserves and coin reserves.

[00:18:27] Wait a minute, if you have cash reserves, it just means you're black, it's a black thing,

[00:18:28] Sheriff, don't you know that?

[00:18:29] Well, maybe, but just for some security,

[00:18:35] I recommend some cash reserves under your pillow

[00:18:40] or under your mattress or in your safe,

[00:18:42] and I highly recommend some gold and silver,

[00:18:45] and if you can't afford gold,

[00:18:46] like I really can't too much.

[00:18:49] I can buy 10 ounce of gold or a quarter ounce of gold.

[00:18:53] I do that.

[00:18:54] But buy some silver.

[00:18:56] Silver Eagles are great.

[00:18:58] Buy some junk silver.

[00:19:00] What is junk silver?

[00:19:01] It's the 1964 and before that,

[00:19:05] 50 cent pieces, quarters, and dimes.

[00:19:09] So have some of that on hand.

[00:19:11] I have lots of pennies, dimes, nickels, quarters, 50 cent.

[00:19:15] Our buddy Brian Rust has a ton of nickels

[00:19:17] that are great deal.

[00:19:18] Now you can buy a nickel for like a dollar 40.

[00:19:20] I have Eisenhower dollars too.

[00:19:23] Love them.

[00:19:24] There you go.

[00:19:25] All right, anyway, I just thought I'd bring up that Bitcoin

[00:19:28] because it's kind of interesting as it bumps the high.

[00:19:31] Now there's a video we need to show you people.

[00:19:34] It relates to law enforcement here, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:19:39] I guess a police raid in Colorado went a little south.

[00:19:44] I guess a burglary suspect got caught.

[00:19:47] Here's the details.

[00:20:01] Ready? Please, show me your hands.

[00:20:03] Hands up.

[00:20:04] Hands up.

[00:20:05] Stand up.

[00:20:06] Stand up.

[00:20:07] How'd they know he was here?

[00:20:08] Walk this way.

[00:20:09] Walk towards me.

[00:20:10] Keep your hands up.

[00:20:11] Stop there, hey.

[00:20:12] Stop there.

[00:20:13] Stop right there.

[00:20:14] Dude literally got caught in the potty with his pants down, buddy.

[00:20:17] Man, that was a crock of crap, Sam.

[00:20:20] Man, that was a crock of crap.

[00:20:22] Man, that was a crock of crap.

[00:20:24] That was a crock of crap. I'm gonna get you guys to stop there. Hey, stop there. Stop right there. Dude literally got caught in the potty

[00:20:26] with his pants down, buddy.

[00:20:27] Man, that was a crock of crap, Sam.

[00:20:29] Man, man.

[00:20:30] Oh, man, oh man.

[00:20:32] I didn't hear that.

[00:20:33] Man, no, man.

[00:20:34] And Sam, I've done these,

[00:20:37] actually done one similar ones,

[00:20:39] and yeah, you can't let him finish what he was doing,

[00:20:44] and he's just gotta pull up his pants

[00:20:46] and you gotta grin and bear it and leave.

[00:20:48] So, you know, one of the other uncomfortable problems

[00:20:56] that we face in law enforcement and man oh man,

[00:20:59] God bless those cops.

[00:21:02] Well my question is why don't they arrest Joe just like that?

[00:21:05] Yeah, well, and look, these are cops that are

[00:21:08] trying to clean up the streets and so they're doing it.

[00:21:15] And sometimes it gets messy.

[00:21:17] But, yeah, you know, I keep telling you, Sam,

[00:21:23] they can't arrest Biden.

[00:21:30] And I used to say this as a joke, it's not a joke anymore.

[00:21:31] He's not mentally stable enough,

[00:21:34] he's not mentally capable of standing trial.

[00:21:38] Well then they just put him in a round room.

[00:21:41] Well, maybe arrest-

[00:21:43] For his safety and the rest of our safety.

[00:21:45] Maybe we should arrest the people

[00:21:47] that are really running the country, you know.

[00:21:49] Oh, good point.

[00:21:50] His wife and the deep state that's in his cabinet.

[00:21:54] It certainly is Kamala Harris, I've never seen.

[00:21:56] Now that's a person that needs to be made fun of.

[00:21:59] That lady is one ignorant fool.

[00:22:03] Boy, has anybody been able to understand

[00:22:07] any speech he's ever given?

[00:22:09] My gosh.

[00:22:10] And she used to be a lawyer?

[00:22:12] Man, oh man.

[00:22:14] No, what a joke.

[00:22:16] Amen to that.

[00:22:17] Alright, anyway, I just thought I'd bring that

[00:22:19] kind of funny tidbit to your attention.

[00:22:21] Little tip, you know, don't try that at home, right, Sheriff?

[00:22:23] Yeah.

[00:22:25] Yeah. Yeah.

[00:22:27] I just don't understand how you can literally do a burglary

[00:22:31] and then just run to the restroom and stuff like that.

[00:22:33] I just don't understand the mentality

[00:22:35] of some of these people.

[00:22:36] Well, he thought he was undetected

[00:22:39] and when you have to go, you gotta go, Sam.

[00:22:41] So he said, man, I better.

[00:22:43] He didn't seem like he was in any hurry.

[00:22:47] I guess not.

[00:22:49] The other thing is this is in Colorado too.

[00:22:51] Yeah, but how did they know he was in there?

[00:22:55] I don't know.

[00:22:56] Nevermind, I don't wanna know.

[00:23:02] All right, anyway, we have that.

[00:23:03] I also wanna tell you right now, this is the time to remember preparedness is important

[00:23:07] at your house.

[00:23:08] Get teepee.

[00:23:09] People learn that in the pandemic, right?

[00:23:11] But I also want you to know you need a satellite phone when all calms are down.

[00:23:16] It's sat one, two, three.com or phone one, two, three.com.

[00:23:20] That can get you some great products that will let you communicate with your loved ones when all calms are down

[00:23:26] or when things are kind of in trouble.

[00:23:28] You know, we just had that big cell phone adage recently.

[00:23:30] AT&T claims it was an internal issue.

[00:23:33] I don't believe it for a second.

[00:23:35] That's another topic except for you can get your sat123.com

[00:23:38] phone, mention Mac 50 for a discount code.

[00:23:41] Do it today.

[00:23:42] And Sam, when I was saying goodbye to Ann Vanderstiel,

[00:23:48] I said, you need to make sure you have a satellite phone.

[00:23:51] She goes, we have them.

[00:23:52] And so, folks, it doesn't matter if you're going to Latin America anywhere.

[00:23:57] It doesn't matter if you're going to the mountains local or in the desert,

[00:24:01] hiking or over the Superstition Mountain, where people go all over, come all over the country to over the Superstition Mountain where people come all

[00:24:06] over the country to go to Superstition Mountain, the Lost Dutchman Mine in eastern Maricopa

[00:24:13] County.

[00:24:14] Folks, you've got to have a satellite phone.

[00:24:19] If you ever spray in your ankle or break your leg and you can't and you're out there by

[00:24:25] yourself man that guy that got stuck in the mountain or stuck in the canyon when

[00:24:31] the rock pinned his arm yeah I lost his arm yeah they did that what was the name

[00:24:37] of that movie 36 hours or something like that yeah that's right if he would have

[00:24:41] had a satellite phone he could have called for help.

[00:24:45] So folks, you never know what's going to happen.

[00:24:48] But if you know you're going out on a lake, if you know you're going out at the top of

[00:24:53] the mountain to go fishing, like Riggs Lake and Mount Graham, if you know you're going

[00:24:59] out somewhere, especially, I never recommend you go by yourself.

[00:25:03] But both of you out there at

[00:25:05] least one of you should have a satellite phone folks this is for safety and it's

[00:25:11] for communications guarantee it's the best insurance policy you can have go to

[00:25:17] SAT 123.com and get your money out look folks folks, the phone is free.

[00:25:26] So then you pay a monthly amount,

[00:25:27] I believe it's $89.

[00:25:29] I have two of them and believe me folks, they work.

[00:25:34] And they can save lives.

[00:25:35] But you got to be in Mac 50 to get your phones for free.

[00:25:38] Mac 50.

[00:25:40] Yes.

[00:25:42] All right, also, new man of foods.

[00:25:44] If you go to cspua.org, you can get ahold of new man of foods. If you go to cspoe.org,

[00:25:46] you can get ahold of new man of foods.

[00:25:47] That's a great solution as well.

[00:25:50] There's a lot of food opportunities there available for you.

[00:25:53] And the last thing I wanna say is that

[00:25:55] everybody becomes a member of the CSPOA.

[00:25:57] That's how we fund your travels.

[00:25:59] That's how we allow you to be in this movie

[00:26:01] we're talking about with Bridie on TV

[00:26:03] and Van Der Steele and others.

[00:26:05] It's really the key to the exercise

[00:26:07] when it comes to funding the proper role

[00:26:09] of law enforcement and we the people working

[00:26:12] with our law enforcement, cspaway.org,

[00:26:14] become a member of the posse today, Sheriff.

[00:26:17] Yeah, I really want to stress that.

[00:26:21] Folks, if you think there's a better solution than the one we have here

[00:26:28] at CSPOA, please let me know because I'll join it. I'll join it today, tomorrow, at

[00:26:34] the latest. And I'm not demeaning any of these other organizations. I love Brightty on TV.

[00:26:40] I'm here working Brightty on TV. You can't do this if you don't know what's going on.

[00:26:45] But as far as boots on the ground solutions

[00:26:48] that are both peaceful and effective,

[00:26:53] the county sheriff is America's last hope.

[00:26:56] The constitutional sheriff is America's last hope.

[00:27:01] And working with you, the people,

[00:27:04] who are being trained by us to be on your sheriff's posse America's Last Hope, and working with you, the people,

[00:27:09] who are being trained by us to be on your sheriff's posse,

[00:27:12] and to have a relationship with your sheriff, and to have a valid organization between you and the sheriff

[00:27:17] to make sure that we're erecting the barriers

[00:27:20] against the encroachments of the national authority,

[00:27:23] which is a quote from James Madison,

[00:27:26] we must have you on board.

[00:27:28] We've got to have you.

[00:27:30] And this is how we make the CSPOA and what we're doing,

[00:27:33] taking back America county by county,

[00:27:35] sheriff by sheriff, this is how we maintain

[00:27:39] our financial support.

[00:27:42] It's you.

[00:27:43] So join the CSPOA today as CSPOA.org

[00:27:51] and become a member of our posse.

[00:27:53] Thank you so much.

[00:27:54] There you have it, absolutely.

[00:27:56] Now Tucker Carlson is in the news.

[00:27:58] He makes a bunch of great points about election fraud.

[00:28:01] He says 2020 election was 100% fraudulent. Yeah, stolen from Trump and he explains how. I got a beef with the way he explains how. We election on the basis of covid which had nothing to do in that way

[00:28:27] It was rigged meaning and then manipulated then you censor the information people are allowed to get anyone who complains about covid

[00:28:36] which is like

[00:28:37] By the way, it might have hurt trump

[00:28:39] But I mean it's like whatever. I mean you could play it many different ways

[00:28:43] You can't have censorship in a democracy by definition.

[00:28:47] Here's how it works.

[00:28:49] The people rule.

[00:28:50] They vote for representatives to carry their agenda to the capital city and get an enacted.

[00:28:55] That's how they're in charge.

[00:28:56] And then every few years they get to reassess the performance of those people in an election.

[00:29:00] In order to do that, they need access, unfettered access to information.

[00:29:08] And no one, particularly not people who are already in power, is allowed to tell them what information they can have.

[00:29:14] They have to have all information that they want.

[00:29:17] Whether the people in charge want it or don't want it or think it's true or think it's false, it doesn't matter.

[00:29:22] And the second you don't have that, you don't have a democracy. It's not a free election, period.

[00:29:28] I agree with the general point that he's making that look, this is fraudulent. They censored

[00:29:32] information. They lied. They manipulated. There's election fraud at the highest levels

[00:29:35] of the FBI and the justice department for starters. And it just works its way down from

[00:29:40] there as they manipulated information with social media companies and everything else.

[00:29:44] But he keeps talking about this democracy.

[00:29:46] Look, a democracy, Sheriff, is not where you

[00:29:49] elect a representative and where you lean

[00:29:51] on your representative to represent you

[00:29:52] in the halls of whatever, you know,

[00:29:55] that's not a democracy, okay?

[00:29:57] We don't have a democracy in America.

[00:29:59] Tucker, I hate to break this to you, buddy,

[00:30:01] but we don't have a democracy.

[00:30:02] In fact, the founding fathers were very, very concerned

[00:30:08] about a democracy and they wanted us to know

[00:30:10] we have some democratic principles in our republic.

[00:30:12] I'm not saying there's no elements of it,

[00:30:14] but a pure democracy is demon crazy, it's nuts.

[00:30:17] And so I appreciate what Tucker's talking about,

[00:30:20] but when you have such a big microphone

[00:30:21] and you continue to double down as if democracy

[00:30:23] is your friend, you're deceived, my friend.

[00:30:26] No, and he knows we're a constitutional republic.

[00:30:30] I know he knows.

[00:30:30] He doesn't.

[00:30:31] No, he doesn't.

[00:30:32] But why would he say that if he knows?

[00:30:34] So, yeah.

[00:30:35] Because he doesn't know.

[00:30:36] But he's calling the narrative right out of Fox News,

[00:30:41] you know, the Democracy 2024.

[00:30:44] Two years ago, it was Democracy 22, Democracy 2020.

[00:30:48] You know, and where do they come off with that?

[00:30:50] Because I've heard people on Fox News say

[00:30:53] we're not a democracy, we're a constitutional republic.

[00:30:56] But so I'd be surprised if Tucker doesn't know that.

[00:30:59] However, he's trying to equate

[00:31:02] the word democracy with freedom.

[00:31:09] And Sam, I believe that you're saying, when you were saying that,

[00:31:10] there's democratic things within our republic.

[00:31:14] Those come naturally, that's natural to a republic.

[00:31:18] Because yes, we choose our representatives,

[00:31:22] and in so doing, yes, we vote.

[00:31:24] And the guy who gets the most votes wins.

[00:31:27] But is that a part of a democracy,

[00:31:28] or is that part of a republic?

[00:31:30] And I believe it's just naturally part of a republic.

[00:31:33] Yeah, of course.

[00:31:35] So yeah, the people, and this is another thing

[00:31:37] that's different of a democracy.

[00:31:39] The people in a constitution republic

[00:31:42] bestow and delegate all power and all authority

[00:31:48] to our servants, to our public servants.

[00:31:51] That means we can only delegate what we possess.

[00:31:55] We can't delegate to them what we don't possess.

[00:31:58] And that's a key component of the constitutional republic.

[00:32:02] Because they can't do a lot of things they're doing.

[00:32:06] The other key between a democracy and a republic is this.

[00:32:08] A democracy says if you have the majority,

[00:32:10] you can do something.

[00:32:12] A republic says no, you have moral law that prevents you.

[00:32:15] You have checks and balances that prevent you.

[00:32:18] A democracy runs all over the checks and balances, Sheriff,

[00:32:22] by its very nature.

[00:32:23] Correct, and the rights of the one, of the one individual, are protected in a Constitution republic.

[00:32:33] In a democracy they are not.

[00:32:36] And that's-

[00:32:37] Yeah, so Tucker and Mary McCord and all you clowns, put that in your pipe and smoke it,

[00:32:40] okay?

[00:32:41] You don't know what you're talking about.

[00:32:42] And I don't mean to attack Tucker because he does a lot of good,

[00:32:45] but when you have a big microphone like that,

[00:32:47] you're literally peddling a fatal flaw, Sheriff.

[00:32:51] We believe we have a democracy

[00:32:52] and we embrace these principles.

[00:32:54] We will destroy the country.

[00:32:55] Right, and he was right about one thing.

[00:32:58] There was 100% voter fraud in 22 and 20.

[00:33:02] Amen to that.

[00:33:03] Yeah, there was. And I would have liked

[00:33:06] to have seen him focus just on that because yes, there was. And the talking points with CNN and

[00:33:15] Washington Post, oh, there's no voter fraud. It was the most secure and safe and secure election

[00:33:21] in the history of our country. But yet they never said how that was done.

[00:33:25] And so that's another talking point that's a joke.

[00:33:29] And I can give you case after case after case

[00:33:33] where election fraud has been made known nationwide.

[00:33:38] And I'll say the first one was the Russia hoax.

[00:33:41] That the Trump family was involved with Russia

[00:33:44] and that they were doing

[00:33:46] illegal cooperation with Russia.

[00:33:50] That was a hoax, it was a lie, and you would think that the American people would be going,

[00:33:56] if Adam Schiff and Liz Cheney and others were already lying about that.

[00:34:07] Then what else have they lied about? And the FBI also committed election fraud.

[00:34:10] And we still have election fraud going on

[00:34:13] in the cases that are being filed against Donald Trump.

[00:34:16] And the Democrats came out and said,

[00:34:18] we don't care about your stupid democracy.

[00:34:20] We're gonna remove Donald Trump from the ballots,

[00:34:23] even though he's never been convicted of anything.

[00:34:26] And the Supreme Court had a nine to zero.

[00:34:32] But Sam, why was it nine to zero?

[00:34:36] Because it's so clear that you just can't dispute it.

[00:34:40] Yeah, I think that's one of the reasons.

[00:34:42] The other one is, I think the three leftist radicals on the court don't want it to be

[00:34:50] where the Republicans could reverse that in some of their states.

[00:34:55] So if they allow that to go, then the Republicans will get the Democrats off ballots.

[00:35:00] Yeah, but a democracy would allow that to occur in spades.

[00:35:04] Well, yeah, of course. Yeah, but a democracy would allow that to occur in spades.

[00:35:07] Well, yeah, of course. Yeah.

[00:35:08] So, all right.

[00:35:09] Anyway, I thought I'd bring that to your attention.

[00:35:11] Nine to zero in Donald Trump's favor.

[00:35:14] My only question is, did the court wait too long

[00:35:17] until yesterday to adjudicate that?

[00:35:20] They literally created confusion around the elections

[00:35:22] of who could be on what ballot.

[00:35:24] That alone is that voter fraud did not take action?

[00:35:28] We've known this problem since the people went to Washington in 2020 saying we need you to to deal with this

[00:35:33] We're concerned and the court did nothing except for a day before the election on Super Tuesday

[00:35:38] That alone to me is is tampering

[00:35:40] What do they have more important to do with their time than adjudicate something like that and make sure there's no voter fraud or speculation or uncertainty in the marketplace

[00:35:49] of voting and all that, right? To me, they were criminal in there waiting until the last

[00:35:54] second even though they did the right thing. But why wait so long, Sheriff? What good did

[00:35:59] that do except for breed confusion. Yeah, that's something the Supreme Court needs to remedy.

[00:36:09] But Sam, I got another one,

[00:36:11] and this is an obvious political evidence,

[00:36:18] this is an obvious political evidence of voter fraud,

[00:36:20] and that is that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez AOC

[00:36:26] gets re reelected.

[00:36:29] That Maxine Waters gets reelected every time,

[00:36:32] for the last, what, 25, 30 years?

[00:36:36] And there's, I believe in those districts,

[00:36:39] that people aren't that stupid

[00:36:41] that they would reelect these people.

[00:36:43] And Maxine Waters and AOC are such leftist extremists

[00:36:50] that are completely the antithesis of our constitution.

[00:36:55] And even now, AOC is making it very clear

[00:36:58] that she wants taxpayer dollars to help fund

[00:37:03] illegal immigration

[00:37:08] and that she supports the criminal activity going on in America so that we can take care

[00:37:11] of these people coming into our country

[00:37:14] who now are causing all these crimes.

[00:37:16] She doesn't care, Maxine Waters doesn't care,

[00:37:19] a lot of other Democrats don't care,

[00:37:21] and these Democrats and Republicans

[00:37:23] are being victimized by it.

[00:37:25] People are being murdered, and fentanyl is causing

[00:37:28] so many deaths, the high rate of deaths among 40 and younger

[00:37:34] is fentanyl overdose.

[00:37:37] This is just astonishing, yet these people turn

[00:37:41] to AOC and Maxine Waters and say,

[00:37:43] yes, we will vote for you again.

[00:37:46] And I don't believe that, Sam.

[00:37:48] Well, so I believe it's election fraud.

[00:37:50] Well, AOC thinks now that you're criticizing her

[00:37:53] that you're secretly in love with her,

[00:37:55] and that's the problem.

[00:37:56] You're an old man that just loves the young thing

[00:37:58] and you can't help it.

[00:37:59] That's why you're attacking her, she says.

[00:38:01] How about Maxine Waters?

[00:38:04] Okay, I'm not even going there almost 80 years old and she's not good-looking. I will admit AOC is attractive

[00:38:13] but

[00:38:15] Tell you get to know her butter butts too big, you know

[00:38:19] But but her mouth is really way too big and I can't see anybody supporting her

[00:38:24] Why would you support somebody like that?

[00:38:27] We support candidates,

[00:38:29] and our organization supports civil rights.

[00:38:33] AOC does not support civil rights.

[00:38:36] She's all for big government running roughshod over us,

[00:38:39] having the IRS run roughshod over us,

[00:38:42] oppress people, abuse people,

[00:38:45] put innocent people in prison like Sam Gerad,

[00:38:48] and that's FDA, and we have all of these bullies

[00:38:51] in Washington D.C., and AOC's not against that?

[00:38:55] Maxine Waters not against that?

[00:38:57] Why do we not support what they claim

[00:39:01] Martin Luther King stood for,

[00:39:03] and let people be free in this country.

[00:39:06] Well, it's kinda like the Me Too movement for women.

[00:39:08] For some reason, when it's their favorite people abusing

[00:39:11] women or whatever else,

[00:39:12] then they don't seem to say a word, right?

[00:39:16] And, there you have it.

[00:39:18] Biological men playing in sports,

[00:39:22] completely destroying the lives and dreams of women who have

[00:39:26] Worked their entire lives to go the Olympics or to be a professional athlete in tennis and soccer or whatever and yet they totally support

[00:39:35] these

[00:39:37] transgender men

[00:39:38] Playing sports against these people and it's obvious that you need to challenge AOC to a basketball game.

[00:39:45] What do you think?

[00:39:45] I would do that.

[00:39:50] Yes, I would love to do that.

[00:39:51] All right.

[00:39:52] There you have it.

[00:39:53] All right.

[00:39:54] They say it's a failed experiment in the headline.

[00:39:57] An experiment fails as organ

[00:40:01] is set to recriminalize hard drugs.

[00:40:05] Oregon removed penalties for having hard drugs.

[00:40:10] Yeah.

[00:40:11] But now there's so many overdose deaths

[00:40:13] and stuff like this, overdoses,

[00:40:15] nothing else that they're just absolutely melting down.

[00:40:18] They now voted, Mike Baker with the column on this,

[00:40:22] New York Times basically highlighting this.

[00:40:25] Three years ago when Oregon voted,

[00:40:27] they approved to decriminalize hard drugs.

[00:40:29] They thought they were on the cusp of a revolution

[00:40:33] to help people and to make a difference

[00:40:35] and it didn't work out.

[00:40:37] Now they're melting down because they're saying,

[00:40:39] man, there's just too many people dying,

[00:40:40] too much drug addiction.

[00:40:42] We gotta, now here's the problem, Sheriff.

[00:40:45] You and I have been against the war on drugs forever.

[00:40:49] Yes.

[00:40:50] In my opinion, they did it wrong

[00:40:52] when they said drugs are legal and they promoted it.

[00:40:55] And then now they're doing it wrong

[00:40:57] when they're bringing back the war on drugs.

[00:40:58] It's their faulty legislation or edicts or mandates

[00:41:03] or whatever else that's the problem here

[00:41:12] But Sam do you really do you really think the statistics are gonna change if if they try now to shut the gate?

[00:41:15] No Any I could actually get worse. Yeah, probably so but I don't believe that any laws

[00:41:21] Against drug abuse. I don't care if it's

[00:41:24] these laws against drug abuse, I don't care if it's

[00:41:31] PCP, I don't care what it is. Are you gonna say people are not gonna be able

[00:41:33] to overdose or use these drugs?

[00:41:35] They use them, whoever wants to use them

[00:41:38] is already getting it.

[00:41:39] It's not gonna stop people from getting those drugs.

[00:41:42] And I don't believe-

[00:41:43] Well imagine if I put a program in place that says,

[00:41:45] hey, if you overdose, all you gotta do

[00:41:46] is come to this government center.

[00:41:48] We'll make sure to prescribe whatever reverse drugs for you.

[00:41:52] We got you, we'll make sure you have drugs.

[00:41:54] You can do drugs anywhere.

[00:41:56] All they're doing is fostering drug use, Sheriff.

[00:41:59] It's like the, what's that program in schools

[00:42:02] or whatever the drug program in schools?

[00:42:04] Dare, drug abuse resistance education.

[00:42:07] Yeah, I was a dare instructor.

[00:42:08] All that does, didn't work.

[00:42:09] All that does is get people familiar with drugs

[00:42:11] and get familiar with the Lango and interested in drugs.

[00:42:14] And it's like the more you talk about drugs and sex,

[00:42:16] the more you get involved in drugs and sex, right?

[00:42:18] Yeah, I did it.

[00:42:19] It didn't work, you're right.

[00:42:21] I don't know if it was everything,

[00:42:22] the problem that you just said,

[00:42:24] but whatever it is, it didn't work.

[00:42:26] And I flat out know firsthand it did not work.

[00:42:31] And so my deal is this.

[00:42:35] Has the drug war worked?

[00:42:37] Has the drug war diminished?

[00:42:40] No, absolutely not.

[00:42:41] It's worse than ever.

[00:42:42] The problem.

[00:42:43] And every year it gets worse, and so every year they want more manpower and more money.

[00:42:49] We already spend $100 billion a year to try to stop drugs that our country, really, in all seriousness, has promoted.

[00:42:58] And Maxine Waters accused the CIA of dealing drugs in the ghettos of Los Angeles,

[00:43:08] where she's a congresswoman. And she made that accusation 25, 30 years ago.

[00:43:13] And yet, nobody said she's a right-wing nut,

[00:43:15] because she's a left-wing nut.

[00:43:17] Well, like a broken clock, she's at least right

[00:43:18] once a day, I guess.

[00:43:19] Yeah, yeah.

[00:43:20] No oil on this thing.

[00:43:22] But the drug war has been a huge failure.

[00:43:24] I even talked to Sheriff Songer about this.

[00:43:26] He says, I don't want to legalize them.

[00:43:28] And I said, can you tell me what good the drug war has done, America or your county?

[00:43:34] I'm at.

[00:43:38] And so I don't know what all the answers are, Sam, but I tried, has failed miserably, and we in law enforcement

[00:43:47] need to be honest about it.

[00:43:48] Yeah, go ahead.

[00:43:49] I know the answers.

[00:43:50] You gotta turn people to God,

[00:43:52] you gotta turn people to family.

[00:43:53] If you have a relationship with God, break down.

[00:43:56] You have a relationship with family, break down.

[00:43:58] You don't have society, Sheriff.

[00:44:00] Well, there's a lot of truth to that, Sam.

[00:44:03] And-

[00:44:04] Now, I'm not saying no one will ever do drugs,

[00:44:06] but if parents had the relationship with their children

[00:44:09] and their children, you know, they say that parents

[00:44:10] are the greatest anti-drug of all.

[00:44:12] Yeah.

[00:44:13] And knowing where your children are at,

[00:44:14] not leaving things to chance, making sure that you're,

[00:44:16] you know, but we love drugs, we're promoting drugs,

[00:44:19] even though we claim we have a drug war.

[00:44:21] Yeah.

[00:44:22] Proven the pudding is the first over-the-counter

[00:44:24] birth control pill

[00:44:26] to be made available in stores and pharmacies

[00:44:29] across the country.

[00:44:31] That's according to a press release

[00:44:32] from the folks that make it.

[00:44:34] They say it's an estrogen pill for everyone who needs it.

[00:44:37] So it's for transgenders, it's for society,

[00:44:41] adolescents, everybody.

[00:44:43] They call this thing the Opal or Opal.

[00:44:46] And it's dangerous and they're making that available

[00:44:49] all across the country right now.

[00:44:51] Then we find out that France becomes the only country now

[00:44:56] to enshrine the right to murder or an abortion

[00:45:00] in their quote French constitution.

[00:45:02] It just passed with overwhelming support, Sheriff.

[00:45:02] in their quote French Constitution. It just passed with overwhelming support, Sheriff.

[00:45:05] Wow.

[00:45:06] Well, first of all, that's not what a constitution is for.

[00:45:11] A constitution is to establish the form of government.

[00:45:15] And like our constitution, limit what government

[00:45:18] can do to you.

[00:45:19] To limit government.

[00:45:20] So no, that's again, that's not a government role.

[00:45:24] And I just, I think that's typical, no, that's, again, that's not a government role, and I just, I think that's typical, Sam,

[00:45:29] of the signs of the times of the debauchery

[00:45:33] and debaseness that we're part of.

[00:45:37] And good will be called evil, evil will be called good,

[00:45:40] and we're kicking God out of our society.

[00:45:43] We've already kicked him out of the schools long ago and that's why I really love the home schools and the

[00:45:51] charter schools and the private schools because they don't have to support the

[00:45:57] government agenda for our public schools anymore and the woke schools are part of the destruction

[00:46:06] of the American fabric.

[00:46:10] You got that right.

[00:46:12] That's for sure.

[00:46:13] In fact, there's a guy by the name of Charles Rupaul,

[00:46:16] I think is how you say his name.

[00:46:18] He now shares his quote rainbow bus project,

[00:46:22] giving away books

[00:46:25] and spreading LGBTQ, whatever, plus literature

[00:46:30] throughout the South.

[00:46:31] I don't know if you know, but there's a huge Margaret

[00:46:36] with a Gateway Pundit highlights this piece.

[00:46:39] The organization announced on Instagram,

[00:46:42] we're just one week ago,

[00:46:44] or one week away from the start of our inaugural tour.

[00:46:49] We can't wait to promote queer magic

[00:46:51] and promote our agenda in schools across the South.

[00:46:54] The Rainbow Bus will partner

[00:46:57] with local gay, lesbian, bisexual,

[00:46:59] transgender organizations.

[00:47:01] And they wanna make sure that everybody has the books

[00:47:03] that are banned.

[00:47:06] There you have it, Sheriff, what do you say to that?

[00:47:08] Yeah, well,

[00:47:13] I hope it is successful in waking people up

[00:47:22] to the real problem of this,

[00:47:27] but I don't think it's going to, and I think we need to all stay within the realms of live and let live.

[00:47:34] I don't want to deal with these people.

[00:47:36] I don't want to deal with the Democrats,

[00:47:38] I don't want to deal with Republicans,

[00:47:40] but I should deal with them.

[00:47:42] And I don't want to deal with them. And we need to hurt people. with the Republicans, but I see them and all the people,

[00:47:49] we shouldn't be harming each other physically,

[00:47:53] we shouldn't be lying about our neighbor

[00:47:56] that's happened to you and me extensively

[00:48:00] across the country, and we should be all open to honest,

[00:48:06] honest open debate and the exchange of ideas.

[00:48:09] But all of us should be supporting our Constitution.

[00:48:14] If you take an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution,

[00:48:17] that's exactly what you should do,

[00:48:18] which makes AOC a liar because she does not care

[00:48:22] about our Constitution and most Democrats for

[00:48:25] some reason do not and a good portion of the Republicans do not either.

[00:48:33] We have a bus at Liberty Village for Utah now. Liberty Village is patterned

[00:48:38] after the American Village. Liberty Village United we pledge check it out.

[00:48:41] They've got a bus educating students across the country about the United States of America.

[00:48:46] I was at the unveiling of the bus in Hurkin, Utah,

[00:48:49] just recently, and they've got that going on.

[00:48:52] So now you've got the Battle of the Buses, Sheriff.

[00:48:53] You got one bus that wants to promote God, family,

[00:48:56] and country.

[00:48:57] The other bus wants to promote the rainbow agenda.

[00:49:01] Well, one of my favorite songs is from Kermit the Frog.

[00:49:09] Why are there so many songs about rainbows?

[00:49:12] Was that a song promoting homosexuality?

[00:49:17] I don't know.

[00:49:18] Or was it a song to try to stop it?

[00:49:21] I don't know.

[00:49:22] But my wife and I were listening to it the All I know is rainbow. My wife and I were listening to it the other day

[00:49:26] and we kind of thought, well,

[00:49:28] maybe that's a song for moding LGBTQ.

[00:49:30] So LGBT, they didn't add Q to that bus

[00:49:35] that you're talking about.

[00:49:36] They just, LGBT, so.

[00:49:39] There you have it.

[00:49:40] Anyway, very interesting.

[00:49:41] I think rainbows come from God Almighty.

[00:49:44] Yeah. That's where I stand.

[00:49:46] By the way, become a member of the CSPOA today,

[00:49:48] cspoa.org, get the Supreme Court case

[00:49:51] and a whole lot more books and educational materials.

[00:49:54] And if you become a member of the posse,

[00:49:55] you'll help us save America.

[00:49:57] God save the Republic of the United States of America.

[00:50:01] Thank you, Sheriff.

[00:50:02] of America. Thank you, Sheriff.

[00:50:18] As the United States boldly stepped forward in the glorious light provided by its new Constitution in 1787, the nations of the earth were in awe of the newfound strength and hope of this free land. Today the nation stands at a crossroads, a divergence from the original attempt put forth

[00:52:27] I'm of course in my studio,

[00:52:29] and just great radio and TV, I'll tell you that right now.

[00:52:32] It is indeed Super Tuesday, 2024.

[00:52:36] 16 states voting for their presidential nominees,

[00:52:39] ladies and gentlemen.

[00:52:41] And I had an interesting conversation with a guy yesterday.

[00:52:43] We were talking about presidents and running for office and this and that, and I had an interesting conversation with a guy yesterday. We were talking about presidents and running for office

[00:52:48] and this and that, and he's like,

[00:52:49] hey, should I go vote in the primaries?

[00:52:50] And I said, well, you gotta ask yourself some questions.

[00:52:52] Are you, you know, do you belong to a party, first of all?

[00:52:57] If you don't belong to a party, there's no primary for you.

[00:53:00] And if you belong to some of the smaller parties,

[00:53:01] the Libertarian Party or the Constitution Party

[00:53:04] or Independent American Party or whatever,

[00:53:08] you may not even have a primary.

[00:53:10] And so you've gotta kinda look and it's like,

[00:53:12] yeah, that's sad, you're being disenfranchised,

[00:53:14] but that's what we've allowed parties to do to America.

[00:53:17] Parties divide and destroy.

[00:53:19] Parties become more about the party

[00:53:21] than they do about the person, okay?

[00:53:24] Loyalty to the party bet they do about the person. Okay, loyalty to the party

[00:53:25] betrays loyalty to the United States.

[00:53:27] Loyalty to a party.

[00:53:30] The founding fathers warned us

[00:53:32] it was absolutely dangerous indeed.

[00:53:35] So anyway, I thought I'd bring that to your attention

[00:53:37] as we turn our backs on God and family.

[00:53:40] You know, the snowfall in Nevada and all this kind of stuff,

[00:53:44] they're projecting a huge hurricane season coming up too.

[00:53:48] Look, you're gonna have more and more natural

[00:53:50] man-made disasters.

[00:53:53] If you continue to turn your back on God, you just will.

[00:53:57] Anyway, all I can tell you is our prayers

[00:54:00] are with the Republic.

[00:54:02] Our prayers are with you and your family.

[00:54:04] And our prayers are we can get a handle on election

[00:54:07] and integrity issues so that we can have honest,

[00:54:10] moral elections.

[00:54:12] All right, thanks for being alongside for the ride.
