[00:01:18] Good morning to you Sam and good morning to everyone.

[00:01:22] What a way to start another week right and there's so much to talk about I'm absolutely

[00:01:28] confident.

[00:01:29] St Patrick's Day was yesterday, going to give a big shout out to that right?

[00:01:34] Even the English or Irish on that day it seems like he had there's an awful lot of acrimony

[00:01:43] there isn't there.

[00:01:44] Did you have a corn beaven cabbage to celebrate doctor?

[00:01:48] Actually, I didn't have an official meal yesterday the greenest thing I ate was a piece

[00:01:53] of celery.

[00:01:54] I mean we were on the road we were taking some food to I don't know I'd call them I guess

[00:01:59] the poor and the needy and the sick and the afflicted we spent much of the day traveling

[00:02:03] around delivering some food and we didn't have time to stop and have a meal and so I ate

[00:02:10] some celery and apples and some cheese and stuff while we were driving and that's about

[00:02:14] it.

[00:02:15] I guess I should have but yeah, by the way on cabbage my friend come on now.

[00:02:22] No, I mean I'm here to tell you though something and it's kind of like Sinkitamaya.

[00:02:29] St. Paddy's Day in the homeland is not that big a deal.

[00:02:35] I had a fairly good close Irish friend over the years and he says there's no big deal

[00:02:42] or it's kind of like what a St. Patrick oh yeah, yeah, that was today wasn't it you know

[00:02:46] and it's kind of like Sinkitamaya and the Mexican thing we vastly over celebrated here

[00:02:53] you don't go get that tamales or don't get wet.

[00:02:58] Tamales no no I honestly know the fact that the fact of the matter is it's a ethnocentristic

[00:03:09] celebration to build Mexican nationalism in America and St. Paddy's Day is a big celebration

[00:03:20] and oh I don't know you get to Boston it's a pretty big deal I guess but no I guess the

[00:03:26] homelands of the origins of these things are not such a big deal and I almost forgot

[00:03:32] I talked to some grandkids yesterday and they were wondering why I wasn't wearing

[00:03:36] green and I said what's the matter with you.

[00:03:39] Yeah, I know I know I'm just don't you want the luck of the Irish my friend where you

[00:03:43] can have a leprechaun you know come on yeah that too.

[00:03:48] Yeah get into this stuff you know I'd like the gold the gold pot at the end of the rainbow

[00:03:53] or whatever it is I don't know is that an Irish tradition.

[00:03:57] Well speaking of a gold pot at the end of the rainbow looks like there are publicans

[00:04:00] who are against Donald Trump have a golden pot and that's where they're against the

[00:04:03] Donald.

[00:04:04] Headline says this I don't know if you know this but there's a thing called a Republican

[00:04:08] accountability pack.

[00:04:11] It's an anti-Trump political committee they received nearly 75% of its huge donation

[00:04:18] list from just six major Democratic donors the Federal Election Commission records now

[00:04:26] show.

[00:04:27] So now you've got six massive Democrat donors donating to anti-Trump Republicans through

[00:04:33] this Republican accountability pack.

[00:04:36] Sarah Longwell she's the executive director of Republican accountability pack recently

[00:04:41] announced that quote Republican voters against Trump I guess it's a campaign ran by the

[00:04:47] pack.

[00:04:48] I guess they're going to be spending $50 million across six swing states to build what

[00:04:56] they call a quote anti-Trump coalition.

[00:05:01] So now you know where they're getting their money from doctor.

[00:05:04] Well you know shall we be surprised I mean you stop and think about where these packs

[00:05:11] are and they're dark money and all of this provost the era that's going on it really

[00:05:17] is this presidential thing is a multi billion dollar beauty contest and there's a lot at

[00:05:25] stake because everybody thinks that if you get the presidency which means you've captured

[00:05:30] the Senate not the Senate.

[00:05:32] The Supreme Court see if you capture the Supreme Court see they believe most believe that

[00:05:38] the Supreme Court basically completely it's a what it was shall I say a constantly sitting

[00:05:45] Constitution convention it's not can't never has been only two ways to change the Constitution

[00:05:51] they're found in Article 5 that's either through two thirds of both houses and three quarters

[00:05:56] of the state stratifying or the state's applying and Congress calling a convention and

[00:06:02] then ratifying the proposed amendments there the Supreme Court cannot change it but but

[00:06:07] many say that the Supreme Court is the Constitution.

[00:06:12] And so that there it's a beauty contest to change this nation we are completely ignorant

[00:06:18] of the baseline principles that that we are so blessed to live under and consequently we're

[00:06:24] losing them.

[00:06:25] Yeah what would I be surprised there's bazillions of dollars chasing the presidency what

[00:06:30] I'd be surprised I watched it here in Utah where we live in regards to Bob Bennett connection

[00:06:38] he used to be our senator who was ousted in 2010 I think 2010 and they've been blowing

[00:06:46] on embers to try and convince Republicans to go over to the Democrat Party so that they

[00:06:53] can overthrow Trump and and take over the if you will the socialist jogger not that they're

[00:07:02] trying to put over everybody it just happens all the time so no I'm not a bit surprised

[00:07:07] and the money thing big donors okay we just we the people are responsible to do our homework

[00:07:16] Amen to that what I find funny is this pack folks is really funded by six massive democratic

[00:07:23] donors funding Republicans who are against the normal and I find that very interesting because

[00:07:27] in some states you can't even vote as a Republican unless you're a quote registered Republican

[00:07:33] or you can't vote in the primaries etc etc and the amount of rules and money and manipulations

[00:07:38] they have around these elections are just startling every time you think man this thing's

[00:07:43] just an election fraud bananza you find out more this is you know if you're taking Democrat

[00:07:49] money to promote ideals and and agendas that don't relate to it all what you claim to be

[00:07:54] and everything at what point do you get elected on what fake money or dishonest money or you know

[00:08:02] hey the Republicans put up their bed only Republicans in Utah can vote for them but yet Democrats

[00:08:09] can fund their election and take them to the media and encirclement all the caucuses and

[00:08:13] everything else that's what we're seeing right that's probably how many Romney got elected right

[00:08:17] well unquestionably that's how many Romney got elected the Utah Republicans in the leadership

[00:08:24] of the Utah Republicans in the Utah legislature completely overthrew the caucus system in Utah

[00:08:31] after Bob Bennett was ousted by the by the Republican convention now people don't understand

[00:08:38] well everybody ought to be able to select we ought to be able to set a petition petition up

[00:08:43] well here's the deal we are a republic every single step of the way of becoming a republic

[00:08:49] we took that step we have been on that path a republic is a representative form of government

[00:08:54] that acts within the limits and bounds of the constitution and so we choose representatives in

[00:08:59] the in the neighborhood caucuses the the people got together in the neighborhoods they selected

[00:09:05] delegates those people were charged with examining candidates going to the county convention

[00:09:12] then ultimately to the state convention they would get with talk with evaluate and as the

[00:09:18] representatives of their neighborhood and everybody could come to the neighborhood caucus thing

[00:09:22] everybody you could run for a delegate you could be a delegate I mean I don't know I couldn't

[00:09:28] I'll tell you a little story about being a delegate I ran down in my local municipality there

[00:09:33] went into my caucus event in my what do they call the neighborhood the end neighborhood but there's

[00:09:40] a term with my precinct yes and I went there and somebody nominated me to be a delegate

[00:09:46] and I'm telling you the place found out who I was and they all completely melted down

[00:09:50] they literally got on the phone and called some guy in Hawaii and said hey um

[00:09:55] Sam Bushman's about to become a delegate you gotta stop this and they literally let somebody

[00:09:59] who wasn't even there who was in Hawaii over the phone throw their hat in the ring to be a delegate

[00:10:05] and that person beat me it's a long complicated story so I lost the ability to be a delegate even

[00:10:12] though I mean I could have sued over this and probably won but they literally had somebody not

[00:10:15] even there in Hawaii just they just said hey um we you know we know that Sam Bushman and others

[00:10:19] are running to be a delegate we don't want that we've got this guy from Hawaii we're gonna put his

[00:10:23] hat in the ring boom he became the delegate he wasn't even there this is the shenanigans they go to

[00:10:30] absolutely they go ahead and skip the break go ahead doctor they probably have a rule that says

[00:10:36] that someone must be present to be nominated and so just get the break go ahead and point

[00:10:41] to the matter is though that they did not want you as their representative okay now now that's

[00:10:49] right shenanigans they pulled to avoid that problem that you would have presented to them is

[00:10:54] is something we can discuss because they've probably violated their own code of conduct if you

[00:10:59] will but I keep saying we get the kind of government we deserve and we the people have a point is

[00:11:05] there needs if you want Sam Bushman be a delegate they need to be enough Americans there to ensure

[00:11:09] that Sam Bushman is the delegate and if not you know we can complain all day long about it but Sam's

[00:11:14] not a delegate not because Sam's a bad guy but because the people who believe in Sam weren't there

[00:11:19] enough to make that happen now this other guy became the delegate nothing else them but I you know

[00:11:25] I realize that we complain complain complain that it's rigged and to some degree it is but if we

[00:11:30] had enough of our people in place it wouldn't be rigged doctor that's the point we've simply been

[00:11:36] derelict in our duty for so long as citizens to where now we believe the system has been

[00:11:41] Shanghai and to a great degree it has no there's nobody's fault but our own it that's exactly

[00:11:48] the point I try and make if there were carrying Americans that loved liberty they would participate

[00:11:55] in this process from the very bottom grassroots level on up and I have personally been ex-communicated

[00:12:02] I call it it's not the official term from the Republican Party I mean this happened years ago

[00:12:08] and there's a long story to that too but the fact that by the way the next time they got an

[00:12:13] opportunity my local delegation my local precinct voted me in to be not only the county delegate

[00:12:20] the precinct chair a state delegate a central committee member from the for the whole Republican

[00:12:27] party they wanted me there and they did it but the Republican party did not want me there

[00:12:35] and so they ended up expunging me from the party but the fact of the matter is it is the parties

[00:12:40] oftentimes that manipulate this but with enough people we could change this system the party

[00:12:47] we could stop them in their tracks and we could have a constitutional republic operating again

[00:12:53] ready and also and there's again yes we can have this but it takes enough of us though so I

[00:12:58] went there to be a delegate and not enough people believed in me to be the delegate so they put

[00:13:03] the delegate that they want and they're going to have the business as usual plan right because all

[00:13:08] the people that wanted that look they even literally reached out and called this guy in Hawaii

[00:13:12] and said I know you're on vacation buddy but this is about to go south with Sam in here and we

[00:13:17] got to have you and the guy said okay I'll do it and they put him on speakerphone and they said

[00:13:20] are you okay to do it and they literally had a delegate it wasn't even there now just imagine

[00:13:25] if our side did that kind of stuff it's the same I'm here to tell you though it gets worse than

[00:13:30] that in Utah yeah because the Republican convention in Utah said we don't want Bob Bennett there

[00:13:37] anymore he was the quintessential rhino and I there's a lot of other things that could tell let me

[00:13:41] stop you when you say convention the duly elected delegates in other words following the proper

[00:13:45] process wanted to get rid of him right and they did and the Republican establishment in the Utah

[00:13:54] legislature immediately responded and passed a law that said oh there's another path you can take

[00:14:00] to become a candidate all you got to do is get enough signatures on it and you're automatically

[00:14:06] on the Republican primary ballot so what has happened is that they got rid of the Republican form

[00:14:13] that meaning the republic nothing to do with parties ever really they said oh you can go through

[00:14:18] that if you want but we want to be able to have the name brands that we want and that's exactly how

[00:14:24] Mitt Romney got on the ballot Mitt Romney used his bazillions of dollars his vein you know acquire

[00:14:31] because he lost in the caucus people he did absolutely and he went out and got enough signatures

[00:14:38] and then they put on a media blitz and we the people not me not you sold our souls

[00:14:45] and said oh he's he's a member of the predominant church he's a party and party and he's got

[00:14:54] a nice haircut whatever they used yeah and he was the hero that saved the Olympics from absolute

[00:15:00] ruin and I could tell you spack stories on that too and they told all kinds of lies to get in there

[00:15:05] and the reality is that most Americans don't even realize that the caucus system voted him down

[00:15:10] that our delegates said no that our legal appropriate representations said absolutely not

[00:15:16] most Americans don't even realize that happened before the media blitz though they just thought

[00:15:20] Mitt got on the ballot and I guess if that's my choice I'm going to vote for him so that's election

[00:15:24] fraud doctor it is and everything he started this big campaign about him being a

[00:15:29] quote-unquote conservative again a co-opted term but I'm going people people people he was the

[00:15:35] governor of Massachusetts do they elect quote-unquote conservatives there knew they do not

[00:15:41] that he became the godfather of Obamacare when he started Romney care there he became the godfather

[00:15:48] of same sex marriage by his executive decree it was the first state in the union

[00:15:54] the by executive decree no legislative enactment the courts didn't order it or anything

[00:15:59] Romney said were Mary and same sex he was against second amendment rights he was the bailout

[00:16:06] king for a lot of the 2008 things for for big federal money being put into big banks all of

[00:16:14] these things all of these things republic knowledge and the people said nice haircut good looking guy

[00:16:21] their public knowledge to folks like you and I who dig but they're not public knowledge to the

[00:16:25] average american and I say that because you know I've talked to people about this and people all

[00:16:29] across the country are like how on earth did you guys in Utah elect Mitt Romney and I said well he

[00:16:33] got elected by fraud you know that right they're like no what's the story on that people from Utah

[00:16:38] don't even know any better either but Sam that one little simple question do they elect conservatives

[00:16:46] in Massachusetts one question okay if anybody had had two brain cells to rub together on this thing

[00:16:55] and had asked that question in their mind they would have said just what you said of course not

[00:17:02] and that's what they need to do and they don't and that's the whole reason to really focus on this

[00:17:06] ladies and gentlemen look this republican accountability PAC they're literally spending 50

[00:17:11] million dollars against Donald it's Republicans taking Democrat money for that agenda

[00:17:17] Sarah Longwell leading the pack if you will on this thing what a disgrace that is I thought I'd

[00:17:22] bring that to your attention the next piece I want to bring to your attention is that you're John

[00:17:25] Stockton fan you know what I am and I am too yes sir and most people don't even know who the heck he

[00:17:34] is you know most people if they listen to this radio program for more than about an annual second

[00:17:39] they find that I am not a sports fan or a groupie of any kind other than I'm looking for proper

[00:17:45] government and I want to serve God family and country but the fact of the matter John Stockton

[00:17:50] some decades ago played basketball for the Utah Jazz talked into Malone kind of was the

[00:17:55] the run and gun kind of methodology and everything like that and all of that basketball fame

[00:18:00] notwithstanding John Stockton is a stand-up guy when it comes to principles yes he is

[00:18:06] stand against the covid stuff and he has been vocal about things now maybe everything he said

[00:18:14] was focused more towards this particular aspect or venue of the covid thing but he was willing

[00:18:20] to take the heat he was not one of these bought and paid for celebrity drones he took a lot of

[00:18:27] heat for it but you know what he did it anyway he was a knock-around guy in the basketball court

[00:18:34] he took a lot of elbows and he threw more I think but so they really really I mean he's a tough

[00:18:41] cookie and he was fast as a kid. He wasn't even in the NBA days he wasn't interested in the limelight

[00:18:47] he just simply give a polite interview and humbly walk off the guys humble the guys Christian

[00:18:53] the guy in my opinion is one of the American heroes but headline this you'll like this NBA legend

[00:19:00] John Stockton sues government officials over quote covid persecution western drill.com with this piece

[00:19:10] he just sued them he said look you guys are persecuting people because they don't agree with you

[00:19:13] and this is got to stop he's got money and he's suing doctor you know what like you say I mean

[00:19:20] he's a I think he's got a baseline read religiosity that he doesn't wear on his cuff for color

[00:19:28] I personally think he's a Catholic boy but I don't know that he is I know he's okay but here's

[00:19:33] the point he doesn't go around you know trumpeting his Catholicism now he just lives a good standard

[00:19:40] solid like he's a family man I mean he's not even he's not even into to the fact that he's famous

[00:19:46] he's just like whatever you know rich and famous I mean come on for sure but no and the fact is

[00:19:53] that he's I mean he's putting his money where his mouth is I take my hat off to him and I hope

[00:19:58] he's somewhere in this censorship deal that's going on the Supreme Court today I don't know

[00:20:04] I don't know if he's there not we're gonna get into that as the broadcast unfold but I'm telling you

[00:20:07] NBA legend and I don't really like to refer to anybody as a legend because I believe that we're all

[00:20:12] God's children and if you look at our godly and our American heritage we're all pretty much equal

[00:20:17] however it's interesting when somebody is rich and famous and they kind of I wouldn't say he's rejected

[00:20:22] his wealth and fame by any means but he takes it humbly and appropriately as I wish more would

[00:20:28] the guy stand up the guy spends his time with God family and country and good on him for doing it

[00:20:34] our prayers are with him in the lawsuit and we'll keep you up to date on that as it unfolds

[00:20:39] now the most important case on censorship

[00:20:43] is to be heard today by the Supreme Court it's the biggest case in over 50 years advocates for free

[00:20:54] speech will be descending on Washington today for a historic rally I've got a sound bite to play

[00:21:00] nobody of mine his name is Lance Milley Ocho does a radio program on my syndicated radio network

[00:22:21] Court steps we are protesting when they're hearing the Murphy versus Missouri case and you know

[00:22:28] that's a case about the Biden administration centering the speech of Americans in relation to

[00:22:34] vaccines and mass mandates early treatments the election and the heart of that case the heart of

[00:22:40] that case is not whether the Biden administration infringed on tech on the tech companies first men and

[00:22:45] rights it's actually the government effectively turned social media companies into pro censorship

[00:22:52] proxies by directing them to remove certain content and threatening them with consequences if they

[00:22:58] didn't so this is America I mean we were founded on our on certain principles and free speech is

[00:23:06] so central to everything that we believe in in in America in our society and literally we're in 2020

[00:23:14] you know in this century and we have our government you know wickedly censoring speech of Americans

[00:23:22] using private corporations threatening them and coercing them and and we're protesting I mean

[00:23:28] listen how was this country founded right it was protesting against the the British tax ace and

[00:23:32] we we protested against tyranny and we're living in a tyrannical time and if people

[00:23:38] will rise up and and show up and try to protest then who are we what are we what what's happening

[00:23:43] to our country there you have it there's a rally it started an hour before our show started we're

[00:23:50] gonna have a guest next hour for sure um Mickey Willis will be with us uh this hour uh I've got a guy

[00:23:57] working on guests at the rally now it's a little crazy they're in Washington DC the Supreme Court

[00:24:02] kicks off this discussion they're going to deal with this issue at 10 a.m. this morning so they've

[00:24:07] just started the hearings but the point is there's hearings in Washington DC at the Supreme Court

[00:24:13] over free speech and there's a big rally uh at the same time doctor relating to this uh it's

[00:24:19] the most important case on censorship it to be heard in the last 50 years the Supreme Court scotus

[00:24:26] will be hearing arguments uh in this huge free speech deal today at stake is whether the government

[00:24:34] can direct social media companies to censor speech we'll talk about it in seconds with Dr. Bradley

[00:25:48] 6.2 marriages per 1000 people at the highest levels since 2018 well numbers seem to have recovered

[00:25:55] from the pandemic the last two decades have seen an overall downward trend in marriage rates

[00:26:46] minister of Israel we respect the sovereignty of the Israeli people Kirby referring to Israeli

[00:26:50] Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu following Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer's speech calling for

[00:30:38] speech issued today there's a big rally right now happening that i want to make sure you're aware of

[00:30:45] concurrent with the scotus hearing this morning beginning at 9 a.m. EST so it started about an hour

[00:30:51] and a half ago or whatever an hour ago children's health defense will be having their rally outside

[00:31:00] of the supreme court today for those unable to attend in person the event will also be streamed

[00:31:06] live on several different platforms including CHDTVX or twitter if you will rumble it's all over the

[00:31:17] place where people can watch it if you can't attend in person. Mondays rally becomes more urgent

[00:31:23] given president Biden's strong support of legislation to ban tiktok now some people believe tiktok

[00:31:30] should be banned i'm one that does does not believe that if we really think that the communist

[00:31:35] Chinese are as big as threat as they make it sound then let's not be their most favored nation

[00:31:39] trading partner and let's not have them make every product under the sun including our military

[00:31:44] hardware right but the strong support to ban tiktok is a problem it's like young people use tiktok

[00:31:52] in america big time to exchange information ideas art and culture information and so it's a serious

[00:32:02] serious deal now organizers want all america's to demonstrate their outrage

[00:32:08] in defense of the first amendment by raising their voices in the heart of Washington DC

[00:33:05] decided to stand up for truth now they say he's just into conspiracy theories and whacked out and

[00:33:10] lost all of his credibility and uh however that's the mainstream presses view and bed with your

[00:35:27] people uh at this event and all those censorship information on covid-19 for medical doctors

[00:35:48] phase has so many facets of violating free speech is not even funny they started out with a certain

[00:35:53] focus but because of the government's belligerent abuse of the first amendment violation of the

[00:35:59] first amendment this thing is grown into a massive massive free speech covid only being part of

[00:36:05] the discussion doctor absolutely uh many things that need to be discussed in regards to this the one

[00:36:13] of the things however that i'll point out up front is that the children health defense group was

[00:36:19] co-founded by bobby kennedy jr who is currently running for president and this tells you something i

[00:36:26] mean the you have read you've read off a list of pantheon of people that are going to be involved in

[00:36:33] this and people may say some of these this list excludes certain individuals every single person

[00:36:44] is an independent thinker that is not part of the establishment i do not believe there's a single

[00:36:50] major political party media organization entertainment group anything that's involved in trying

[00:36:57] to preserve the blessings of liberty and the first amendment you might say well why isn't so

[00:37:03] it's all there why isn't such and such there why isn't this political party or that political

[00:37:08] party or this interest group whatever they are not there sam and i think by exclusion we can see

[00:37:15] where most people stand on this thing yeah i wish i was there and that's why we're doing so much

[00:43:51] et cetera and so the we've exposed this in multiple states but the problem is

[00:43:55] even though we expose the truth there's not enough americans and sensitive about

[00:43:58] it to do anything to get anything done to make any changes that go

[00:44:01] i guess it was bad but man the ends justifies the means no one knew what's

[00:44:04] going on it was crazy at that time and no harm no foul let's move on is what

[00:44:12] when we got the first amendment it would have nothing to do with with new

[00:44:16] dancing or mood conversations and had everything to do with preserve in our

[00:44:24] that a clarion call could be made when things were happening to destroy our
