[00:00:06] 15 years sheriff. So she comes

[00:00:08] out of government for this

[00:00:10] narrative as well.

[00:00:12] So the government and this

[00:00:14] narrative are tied together. That's

[00:00:16] one of the things I didn't really

[00:00:18] realize at first.

[00:00:20] Yeah, and so you could honestly

[00:00:22] call her a fed. She is a

[00:00:24] fed and she defends the fed

[00:00:26] and and

[00:00:28] she supports it and she

[00:00:30] misrepresents the Constitution.

[00:00:32] She lies about who we are

[00:00:34] and what we represent and then

[00:00:36] so we had this

[00:00:38] resist the temptation that comes right

[00:00:40] from the Supreme Court decision

[00:00:42] that we resist the temptation to be

[00:00:44] corrupt, that we resist the temptation

[00:00:46] to destroy the Constitution

[00:00:48] to find solutions

[00:00:50] for whatever

[00:00:52] crisis of the day is going

[00:00:54] on. And the crisis of

[00:00:56] the day is very significant

[00:00:58] when it comes to government

[00:01:00] because government

[00:01:02] has no authority whatsoever

[00:01:04] to

[00:01:06] diminish the Constitution

[00:01:10] subvert the Constitution

[00:01:14] all in the name of taking care of us

[00:01:16] and Sam, that

[00:01:18] is why we named

[00:01:20] the title

[00:01:22] of our conference, Resist the Temptation

[00:01:24] because we didn't believe

[00:01:26] that the media

[00:01:28] could ignore that because they would have to

[00:01:30] explain it.

[00:01:32] Well, this lady did. She still ignored it.

[00:01:34] Say that again.

[00:01:36] What we're going to be able to do is show

[00:01:38] what we said versus her lies

[00:01:40] side by side now because we have recorded

[00:01:42] for example, she asked

[00:01:44] me if the CSPA was dangerous and if

[00:01:46] Sam Bushman and Sheriff Mack were dangerous

[00:01:48] and it was a dangerous organization

[00:01:50] and I responded by getting on stage

[00:01:52] and offering $1,000

[00:01:54] of my own money to anybody

[00:01:56] in the media that could show any act of violence

[00:01:58] attributed to Sam Bushman or Richard Mack

[00:02:00] in our 25 plus

[00:02:02] year careers, both of us on the national

[00:02:04] stage in the spotlight

[00:02:06] etc. And I offered the media $1,000

[00:02:08] for anybody that could come up with anything

[00:02:10] and so far the cricket

[00:02:12] sir. So we're going to go ahead and take

[00:02:14] them on boldly

[00:02:16] and that's how we're doing it.

[00:02:18] Well, Sam, you could offer

[00:02:20] all your children and your home

[00:02:22] and I could offer mine the same

[00:02:24] because

[00:02:26] you know, I guess they could try to fabricate it

[00:02:28] which would

[00:02:30] concern me a little bit

[00:02:32] so they could get the money from us and we

[00:02:34] could offer a million dollars. We're going to see if they're going to go that far

[00:02:36] that's kind of the point is let's see what kind

[00:02:38] of lengths they go to. If they

[00:02:40] don't though then it becomes this whipping post

[00:02:42] that I can use. Pardon the phrase that's figurative

[00:02:44] but I can simply say I've already offered

[00:02:46] $1,000 do I need to make it five

[00:02:48] and we'll see what happens with that.

[00:03:40] conference and Richard Mack

[00:03:42] was our featured speaker

[00:03:44] and we had a great attendance

[00:03:46] and a great event.

[00:03:50] All right, we've got two topics we want to talk

[00:03:52] about both of them has to do with saving

[00:03:54] the country Mike.

[00:04:14] we all know that

[00:04:16] one of the greatest challenges

[00:04:18] facing our nation and also

[00:04:20] a campaign platform

[00:04:22] for particularly

[00:04:24] the conservative candidate in the presidential

[00:04:26] race is the border

[00:04:28] crisis and what I do want to point out

[00:04:30] is that this border

[00:04:32] crisis is not just

[00:04:34] where you guys are at along the southwest

[00:04:36] border it's a 50

[00:04:38] state border crisis

[00:04:40] so I hope that we can

[00:04:42] cover as much of this as possible during that time.

[00:04:46] Yep, so you've got a whole slide

[00:04:48] show put together that you're going to kind of break

[00:04:50] this thing down for folks there's a lot

[00:04:52] of questions about this how do we handle

[00:04:54] this how do we shut the border to illegal

[00:04:56] trafficking how do we

[00:04:58] basically use the 287G program

[00:05:00] let's drill into it straight away Mike

[00:05:08] illegal immigration

[00:05:10] is a crime what part of

[00:05:12] illegal do they don't understand yes

[00:05:14] Richard and I and you we often

[00:05:16] refer to the Constitution particularly

[00:05:18] the Bill of Rights and 10th amendment

[00:05:20] states rights so we have

[00:05:22] to be

[00:05:24] cognizant of that

[00:05:26] and I have

[00:05:28] been doing a lot of praying I have referred to acts

[00:05:30] 529

[00:05:32] we must obey God rather than man

[00:05:34] and right now we just have

[00:05:36] a bad mal administration

[00:05:38] that is trying to

[00:05:40] steal the vote amongst

[00:05:42] many other things

[00:05:44] destroying the fabric of our country

[00:05:46] so the save America

[00:05:48] from illegal immigration program that we

[00:05:50] have is an awareness

[00:05:52] to try and make sure that all the citizens

[00:05:54] in particular the voters know that they

[00:05:56] have a lot more answers

[00:05:58] an opportunity to make a difference

[00:06:00] rather than just waiting on some

[00:06:02] politicians in

[00:06:04] Washington DC or maybe in their

[00:06:06] state capitol because we are trying

[00:06:08] to make them all aware

[00:06:10] that they are share us

[00:06:12] have a constitutional

[00:06:14] right to help make a difference and one

[00:06:16] of the programs is the

[00:06:18] ICE 287G program

[00:06:20] ICE 287G

[00:06:22] ICE immigration custom enforcement

[00:06:24] I want to try and talk to you about this program

[00:06:26] can I tell you some more

[00:06:28] Please yep, tell us all

[00:06:30] about it

[00:06:32] you guys know a lot

[00:06:34] about it but basically

[00:06:36] it's a federal program to deport

[00:06:38] illegal aliens these illegal

[00:06:40] aliens will first

[00:06:42] break the law coming across our

[00:06:44] border whether they

[00:06:46] register and receive all of their

[00:06:48] taxpayer funded benefits

[00:06:50] or they are a got away

[00:06:52] it's still illegal so then now

[00:06:54] they are being shipped off

[00:06:56] particularly to

[00:06:58] red districts

[00:07:00] quite often that

[00:07:02] they are trying to take

[00:07:04] areas where conservative

[00:07:06] and constitutional values are foremost

[00:07:08] and they are trying to still the vote

[00:07:10] right from underneath our nose by putting

[00:07:12] these people in there

[00:07:14] trying to set them up to

[00:07:16] possibly be able to vote

[00:07:18] and whether it's legally

[00:07:20] or not and

[00:07:22] what we are trying to do is make awareness

[00:07:24] that it's your share us that can

[00:07:26] make a difference in this program

[00:07:28] so you don't have to wait for

[00:07:30] Washington or your state capitol

[00:07:32] you can get your county sheriff

[00:07:34] by accountability and transparency

[00:07:36] you can go to the ICE website

[00:07:38] ice.gov and you can click

[00:07:40] and check on your local state

[00:07:42] and see if your sheriff is enforcing

[00:07:44] this ICE 2-A-G program

[00:07:46] and basically what it is

[00:07:48] it is being eligible once you sign

[00:07:50] a memorandum of agreement

[00:07:52] MOA memorandum agreement

[00:07:54] and it's a contract or it's an agreement

[00:07:56] at least and we are trying to see

[00:07:58] if there is any kind of fees in

[00:08:00] so our breach of contract but basically

[00:08:02] the federal government will pay

[00:08:04] your sheriff an additional $50

[00:08:06] a day to hold them

[00:08:08] up to 48 hours so that ICE

[00:08:10] can pick them up and deport

[00:08:12] them. Strike one

[00:08:14] if the legal alien come across

[00:08:16] the border they are criminals. Strike two

[00:08:18] now they are in your county jail

[00:08:20] well guess what? Strike three shame

[00:08:22] if we are not letting our sheriff

[00:08:24] be empowered

[00:08:26] to stop the revolving door

[00:08:28] policy of catch and release

[00:08:30] of the legal aliens back into

[00:08:32] our community. I want to make

[00:08:34] sure I emphasize that

[00:08:36] stop the revolving door

[00:08:38] policy of the catch and release of the legal

[00:08:40] aliens back into our community. Your

[00:08:42] sheriff can help us with that

[00:08:44] I am sure that Richard will say

[00:08:46] that there is a

[00:08:48] that helps better empower the sheriff

[00:08:52] to do that.

[00:08:54] Yeah it does and

[00:08:56] more than a constitutional right

[00:08:58] that you mentioned

[00:09:00] I think maybe you used the wrong

[00:09:02] term it is a constitutional obligation

[00:09:04] and responsibility that the

[00:09:06] sheriffs take hold of this because

[00:09:08] once the federal government has

[00:09:10] proved to everyone that they

[00:09:12] will not do their job

[00:09:14] and that they are playing politics

[00:09:16] actually with the illegal

[00:09:18] immigration that is destroying

[00:09:20] the country once we know

[00:09:22] that they have committed this

[00:09:24] type of treason to the American

[00:09:26] people and they do not care

[00:09:28] about national security

[00:09:30] because they have an agenda

[00:09:32] in mind a political agenda

[00:09:34] in getting these people on

[00:09:36] to the voter rolls across America

[00:09:38] to where no matter what

[00:09:40] the democrats do they will

[00:09:42] be protected by judges

[00:09:44] and other democrats all

[00:09:46] across the country so that

[00:09:48] we can get away with this

[00:09:50] and it is really

[00:09:52] the biggest disaster

[00:09:54] and devastation that we have

[00:09:56] ever had as a country

[00:09:58] because our own politicians

[00:10:00] our own leaders are doing

[00:10:02] this intentionally

[00:10:04] and so yes it is up to the

[00:10:06] sheriffs and the states

[00:10:08] to enforce these rules

[00:10:10] and as you point out 287G

[00:10:12] this is absolutely vital

[00:10:14] that we get moving on this

[00:10:16] alright so I have a few questions

[00:10:18] for everybody about this

[00:10:20] save America from illegal immigration

[00:10:22] dot com I know that is a little bit

[00:10:24] of a long domain but just it is simple

[00:10:26] save America

[00:10:28] from illegal immigration dot com

[00:10:30] is the website to learn more and get involved

[00:10:32] and so the 287G program

[00:10:34] is a federal program is that right

[00:10:36] yes it is

[00:10:38] but it is your local

[00:10:40] sheriffs that can use it

[00:10:42] and again they will pay

[00:10:44] $50 a day

[00:10:46] up to 48 hours

[00:10:48] to hold the illegal

[00:10:50] alien what quite what happens

[00:10:52] is that in your

[00:10:54] local

[00:10:56] system your

[00:10:58] sheriff would not only run

[00:11:00] uniform patrol but would also run

[00:11:02] the jailed and the courts

[00:11:04] and what we want to do is stop

[00:11:06] that revolving door policy of the catch and release

[00:11:08] putting them back into the community

[00:11:10] announce a prevention is worth

[00:11:12] a ton of cure so I created

[00:11:14] a map I am going to refer

[00:11:16] to someone else's map

[00:11:18] hunter number four if you look at number four

[00:11:20] we will see that there is over

[00:11:22] 3000

[00:11:24] sheriffs office throughout

[00:11:26] our county throughout our nation

[00:11:28] there is over 3000 counties

[00:11:30] there is over 3000 sheriffs

[00:11:32] each one of them have

[00:11:34] unique responsibility and

[00:11:36] you will see that these areas that are

[00:11:38] plotted out there is only approximately

[00:11:40] 130

[00:11:42] less than 0.01%

[00:11:44] of the sheriffs

[00:11:46] throughout our nation that are

[00:11:48] enforcing 287G

[00:11:50] you would think this would be

[00:11:52] very prevalent throughout the southwest region

[00:11:54] where you guys are at there in

[00:11:56] Utah and Texas but unfortunately

[00:11:58] it is not we are seeing these

[00:12:00] districts

[00:12:02] turn purple and blue

[00:12:04] and it does not matter

[00:12:06] red or blue two sides of the same

[00:12:08] bad coin it is just that

[00:12:10] what part of the legal do they not understand

[00:12:12] what part are they

[00:12:14] not doing to enforce these laws

[00:12:16] this map shows you that Florida

[00:12:18] leads the nation and that

[00:12:20] over 70%

[00:12:22] of their counties are enforcing

[00:12:24] 287G great

[00:12:26] good job free state of Florida

[00:12:28] but we still have 20 counties

[00:12:30] that are not those are run by

[00:12:32] liberal socialist

[00:12:34] officers or it could be

[00:12:36] that ICE is

[00:12:38] delaying their

[00:12:40] application because that is what I am learning

[00:12:42] that the

[00:12:44] POTUS mal-administration

[00:12:46] is trying to defeat us

[00:12:48] internally it is not just that

[00:12:50] the border crisis

[00:12:52] is right there along the southwest

[00:12:54] border they are even

[00:12:56] doing it internally in trying to stop

[00:12:58] these sheriffs from

[00:13:00] deporting and when I talk about

[00:13:02] the border crisis is more than just

[00:13:04] the seven border states

[00:13:06] in the southwest where you are at

[00:13:08] here in Florida we have got

[00:13:10] people coming into the beaches

[00:13:12] right there on the boats in fact

[00:13:14] during the dry tortigas

[00:13:16] they had to shut down on national park

[00:13:18] during the initial

[00:13:20] wave of illegal

[00:13:22] immigrants coming here there has been a crisis

[00:13:24] in

[00:13:26] Haiti and

[00:13:28] for months they had

[00:13:30] national park shut down

[00:13:32] as a staging area for the coast

[00:13:34] guard to process

[00:13:36] people and what happens

[00:13:40] in American waters

[00:13:42] it is very difficult

[00:13:44] to just tell people to go back 90 miles

[00:13:46] across the streets of Florida

[00:13:48] wherever they come because

[00:13:50] often times they are on

[00:13:52] their last leg they are

[00:13:54] running out of food running out of water

[00:13:56] they are in a dangerous situation

[00:13:58] and

[00:14:00] it turns into a

[00:14:02] rescue and what happens is that

[00:14:04] they start to get registered

[00:14:06] and we need

[00:14:08] to deter this and we need to get our

[00:14:10] sheriffs help protecting

[00:14:12] us with this.

[00:14:14] I understand so the 287

[00:14:16] G program is a federal

[00:14:18] program but it can be used by the local

[00:14:20] sheriffs to deal with illegal immigration

[00:14:22] can you please share

[00:14:24] some specific examples of how sheriffs

[00:14:26] are dealing with this program

[00:14:28] are they using it what is the relationship

[00:14:30] between the sheriffs and the federal government

[00:14:32] the reason I ask this question is because the federal

[00:14:34] government has been hostile to the state of Arizona

[00:14:36] and the state of Texas when they have tried to

[00:14:38] stop the illegal immigration at their borders

[00:14:40] and take advantage of this and they had nothing but

[00:14:42] lawsuits and fights from

[00:14:44] Joe Biden and the administration

[00:14:46] so I am wondering how this 287 G

[00:14:48] has changed in the game are the sheriffs finding

[00:14:50] it acceptable easily understandable and getting

[00:14:52] support from the feds on this tell me about

[00:14:54] the relationship and examples of how well it

[00:14:56] works.

[00:14:58] It is not working

[00:15:00] well

[00:15:02] I brag about the state

[00:15:04] of Florida and still not perfect I give

[00:15:06] example of where you are at Sam there in

[00:15:08] Utah you have 29 counties

[00:15:10] and this many

[00:15:12] those 29 counties

[00:15:14] are using the 287 G

[00:15:16] program zero and let me

[00:15:18] explain that Richard has already

[00:15:20] heard from me because I did

[00:15:22] the data mining and he is well

[00:15:24] aware of his own situation there in Arizona

[00:15:26] they have 15

[00:15:28] counties well you would think

[00:15:30] at a border state that all 15 counties

[00:15:32] would be using this ice 287

[00:15:34] G program no

[00:15:36] they are not only five

[00:15:38] of the 15 counties are currently enrolled

[00:15:40] in the ice 287

[00:15:42] G program and that doesn't

[00:15:44] mean that each one of those sheriffs are bad

[00:15:46] because it could be that some of their

[00:15:48] applications are being delayed but that's

[00:15:50] where this program is to try

[00:15:52] to educate so we can have accountability

[00:15:54] and transparency so you can

[00:15:56] know whether your sheriff is or

[00:15:58] is not supporting this program

[00:16:00] to stop the catch and release

[00:16:02] of the illegal aliens back into

[00:16:04] our community. You mentioned

[00:16:06] Texas, Texas has 256

[00:16:08] counties and you would think the border

[00:16:10] state of Texas and the great governor

[00:16:12] Abbott there who has state

[00:16:14] troops faced off against federal

[00:16:16] troops in trying to

[00:16:18] build the wall and

[00:16:20] founding his hill

[00:16:22] that he is willing to die on

[00:16:24] and planning the flag and saying this is

[00:16:26] America and it's illegal

[00:16:28] only 26

[00:16:30] of the 256 counties

[00:16:32] in Texas that's 10%

[00:16:34] only 10%

[00:16:36] are enforcing 287

[00:16:38] G currently less than

[00:16:40] 10% Florida is turning

[00:16:42] from conservative

[00:16:44] I mean Texas is turning from

[00:16:46] red to purple

[00:16:48] and blue from having conservative

[00:16:50] constitutional values to liberal

[00:16:52] socialist values and again

[00:16:54] Florida leaves the nation

[00:16:56] it's much like a toll hold

[00:16:58] we're out here in a unique position being

[00:17:00] in the southeast corner and

[00:17:02] you know on a peninsula

[00:17:04] so maybe we're

[00:17:06] highly favored because of

[00:17:08] the geographical situation

[00:17:10] God bless you guys

[00:17:14] to be most acute but what we're

[00:17:16] trying to do is make sure that all

[00:17:18] 50 states

[00:17:20] inform their citizens and their voters

[00:17:22] to check with their sheriff and see

[00:17:24] are they enrolled in

[00:17:26] the ice 287 G program I

[00:17:28] want to make sure that for instance

[00:17:30] case you guys did know

[00:17:32] it there in Arizona

[00:17:34] the only counties that are

[00:17:36] enforcing this in fact

[00:17:38] if we could get Hunter to go

[00:17:40] to map number 500

[00:17:42] map number five you can see

[00:17:44] and if you focus towards

[00:17:46] Utah

[00:17:48] their DOC is using the program

[00:17:50] La Paz County

[00:17:52] is using it Mesa County

[00:17:54] Piedle County and I hope I pronounce

[00:17:56] this right Yabba Pi

[00:17:58] Yabba Pi County but only

[00:18:00] this is in Arizona though right

[00:18:02] yes sir Arizona as you

[00:18:04] can see there in

[00:18:06] Arizona there is much like

[00:18:08] a constitutional

[00:18:10] area that is red

[00:18:12] and those red counties

[00:18:14] to note that geographical

[00:18:16] area in Arizona where those

[00:18:18] sheriffs are doing a good job

[00:18:20] and they are enforcing 287 G

[00:18:22] but if you look at the remaining

[00:18:24] balance of the 70%

[00:18:26] of the Arizona states they are blue

[00:18:28] they are not enforcing it right next

[00:18:30] door to the east there is Utah

[00:18:32] you see it's all blue

[00:18:34] they're not enforcing it moving further

[00:18:36] to the east we're looking at Texas

[00:18:38] 256 counties you can see

[00:18:40] red counties there's the ones that are

[00:18:42] enforcing it if we go to

[00:18:44] slide number six slide

[00:18:46] number six we can see that

[00:18:48] Florida still

[00:18:50] a foothold where we want

[00:18:52] to turn back the tide and take

[00:18:54] America back has 70%

[00:18:56] that's 47 of these

[00:18:58] counties are enforcing

[00:19:00] it but those 20 that are

[00:19:02] listed those that are

[00:19:04] listed on the website now

[00:19:06] not enforcing it we're trying to educate

[00:19:08] the voters here we're

[00:19:10] in another unique situation we have

[00:19:12] two Florida residents

[00:19:14] both wanted to be the president one

[00:19:16] was the 45th president

[00:19:18] and the other one wants to be the 47th

[00:19:20] president also so we have

[00:19:22] some really great competition that's healthy

[00:19:24] and we're trying to make sure

[00:19:26] that our law Florida

[00:19:28] statute 908.11

[00:19:30] is enforced

[00:19:32] which basically states that since

[00:19:34] January of 2023

[00:19:36] all 67 counties are

[00:19:38] supposed to have already been enforcing

[00:19:40] their law and they're not we're trying

[00:19:42] to raise a public awareness so that those

[00:19:44] counties that are not using this

[00:19:46] may be subject to possible

[00:19:48] defunding

[00:19:50] because at least they if

[00:19:52] they're if their sheriff's come back up

[00:19:54] for vote that the voters know

[00:19:56] that their sheriff is not

[00:19:58] enforcing that law there's a misperception

[00:20:00] often time well there it's

[00:20:02] the law and the government

[00:20:04] and our sheriff is often do the best job

[00:20:06] well you know what that's what

[00:20:08] CSPOA is about

[00:20:10] is recognizing that

[00:20:12] there are good sheriffs

[00:20:14] but there's often times there's other law

[00:20:16] enforcement people that could do their job a whole lot

[00:20:18] better so it's up to us we the

[00:20:20] people to help educate them about

[00:20:22] you know who are the sheriffs

[00:20:24] who are the chiefs of police

[00:20:26] who are the mayors that could do a lot

[00:20:28] better job of protecting their city and their community

[00:20:30] that's why we're seeing

[00:20:32] what used to be liberal socialist cities

[00:20:34] and counties now pushing back

[00:20:36] and saying stop the sanctuaries

[00:20:38] Chicago and New York City

[00:20:40] the people are now realizing this is not

[00:20:42] safe it's not healthy and so there's a

[00:20:44] pushback

[00:20:46] amen to that you have three

[00:20:48] general initiatives that you want we the

[00:20:50] people to work hard

[00:20:52] to focus on and and to work on

[00:20:54] solving these problems right

[00:20:58] well three initiatives I'm trying to

[00:21:00] tell you about the red counties

[00:21:02] are they getting a hundred percent

[00:21:04] benefit and cooperation from

[00:21:06] the ICE program is that

[00:21:08] what is happening

[00:21:10] the other counties that are blue that

[00:21:12] do not have it are their

[00:21:14] applications if they even applied

[00:21:16] are they being

[00:21:18] properly processed in a timely

[00:21:20] manner or is the

[00:21:22] Biden mal administration

[00:21:24] not only

[00:21:26] the red counties

[00:21:28] are they doing it

[00:21:30] in-house

[00:21:32] and

[00:21:34] the other program is again this part

[00:21:36] about

[00:21:38] awareness of making sure

[00:21:40] that the voters know whether

[00:22:24] throughout our nation to also do this

[00:22:26] and that's good news for sure

[00:22:28] we need to shut the border down

[00:22:30] to this human trafficking debacle

[00:22:32] and then increase

[00:22:34] interior support for doing the same

[00:22:36] right yes sir

[00:22:44] amazed to see

[00:22:46] the state of Arizona because it

[00:22:48] did not appear that even

[00:22:50] sheriff Nannels in Cochise County

[00:22:56] I thought he would be the first one in Arizona

[00:22:58] to be enforcing this

[00:23:00] and using this as a tool because

[00:23:02] he probably needs it as much

[00:23:04] more than anybody

[00:23:10] he's in the top 20

[00:23:12] of all the counties that

[00:23:14] need it so I'm really surprised

[00:23:16] that sheriff Nannels isn't

[00:23:24] being delayed is the Biden

[00:23:26] mal-administration

[00:23:28] are they intentionally delaying

[00:23:32] well that would be

[00:23:38] line with what he has done so

[00:37:54] medals of valor and one of them

[00:38:02] they literally shot in the back

[00:38:04] and riddled a boy

[00:38:06] and a dog

[00:38:08] with machine guns

[00:38:16] was shot in the back and killed

[00:38:32] for trespassing

[00:38:38] and he was promoted

[00:38:40] he was never brought to justice

[00:38:44] a legitimate shooting

[00:38:46] and you and I both know

[00:38:48] of our law enforcement experience

[00:38:50] that shooting someone for trespassing

[00:38:54] that's not a justified shooting

[00:38:56] she was not armed

[00:38:58] the penalty is a little bit

[00:39:04] that he feared for his safety

[00:42:48] morning and then maybe they're making that cursory knock on the door it's

[00:42:52] the police we have a warrant and then they're banging through the door and

[00:43:15] constitutional sheriff may want to protect life and property and maybe more

[00:43:20] interested in in the safety and security of his constituents than what

[00:43:25] we're seeing with this federal government overreach the multi-jurisdictional

[00:43:29] fact task force is where now these other agencies are called in to support these

[00:43:35] actions and many of these sheriff's and chiefs police are having a hard time

[00:43:40] saying no and they shouldn't because they don't want to they want to

[00:43:44] continue to receive that free military surplus there's a lot of a military

[00:43:50] equipment that is given to law enforcement that's why you see the

[00:43:53] armored personnel ahead and stop that you can go ahead and stop that hunter all

[00:44:00] right keep going right

[00:44:16] damn it's really the multi-jurisdictional task force it takes away the

[00:44:22] accountability and transparency because if your local sheriff and your chief of

[00:44:27] police are going to be told that because they're part of this task force and

[00:44:31] they're not going to be able to get the FOIA Freedom of Information Act public

[00:44:34] records then there's a problem there about the safety and security of your

[00:44:39] constituents yeah for sure there you have it there's so much to this ladies

[00:44:46] and gentlemen but no matter what the issue I submit to you that without the

[00:44:50] numbers from the American people getting engaged in this government literally is

[00:44:55] continuing to run amok they have found out that they can seize power that they

[00:45:00] can literally violate the checks and balances that made America great that

[00:45:03] they can literally thumb their nose at the people and that they're above the law

[00:45:06] and unless we the people in our greater numbers demand accountability

[00:45:10] nothing's going to change so for example there's this headline about

[00:45:16] January the 6th and about saying hey a lot of these turn a lot of these cases

[00:45:22] are going to be overturned bill bar reverses course we're starting to see

[00:45:28] that hey they're gonna have a seat change on this thing we're gonna have a

[00:45:33] shocking twist of irony bill bar came out in support of Trump and so we're

[00:45:40] starting to realize that you know what people are starting to get the

[00:45:44] truth now that the other side of the January 6th story is being told and so I

[00:45:50] really think that we the people need to press our advantage sign the petition

[00:45:54] save America from illegal immigration save America from the US Capitol police

[00:46:01] these are two initiatives that we the people can get involved in a lot of

[00:46:05] people are like man I feel like I'm just in franchise there's nothing that I

[00:46:08] can do don't fall for that lie they're still afraid of we the people in our

[00:46:12] greater numbers Mike

[00:46:20] slide 14 we will see that the Capitol police is trying to increase their

[00:46:27] budget increase their manpowering and increase their federal government

[00:46:30] over each that's number 14 if you look at 14 we can see a graph we can see

[00:46:35] how they're trying to increase their

[00:46:42] and doesn't have 14

[00:46:46] and he said he didn't have 14

[00:46:49] doesn't have 14 well they're trying to increase their budget we talked about

[00:46:54] the multi-jerk's digital task force why I want to point out on our website

[00:47:03] you want to take that to your rack or to your local organization and have

[00:47:08] a vote on that and get that passed you can send that to your governor we did

[00:47:13] that here in Florida at our Hillsborough County Tampa wreck and it

[00:47:19] passed unanimously let me say that again unanimously and that was to

[00:47:24] petition our local sheriff who is against our wishes allowed the Capitol

[00:47:31] police to set up an office here not only in our city and county but on

[00:47:36] Sheriff's Office property that you let me repeat that the US Capitol police is

[00:47:41] set up a office on the sheriff's property where I used to work and and they

[00:47:47] don't want that to put this closed because they don't put on their website

[00:47:51] that's it too too too for North Falkenberg Road Tampa Florida let me repeat

[00:47:56] that for your viewers too too too for Tampa Florida Hillsborough County

[00:48:01] Sheriff's Office property has a US Capitol police on there and we

[00:48:05] believe that's a violation of our rights is as citizens and also the state of

[00:48:11] Florida. Yeah because just a little bit outside your jurisdiction what the

[00:48:15] Constitution designates what the general government can have land for based on

[00:48:19] the permission of the state etc. That's a violation there is nothing

[00:48:23] delegated in that enumerated list that would justify such action what

[00:48:27] they're trying to do is make all police force national that's what they're

[00:48:32] trying to do that's right. And your local county sheriff your local police of

[00:48:35] any kind your state police or whatever and they want federal federal is I

[00:48:40] guess is what I would say literally across the country with unlimited

[00:48:44] power and no checks and balances Mike that's what they're going for and if

[00:48:47] we want to save America from the US Capitol police we got to save America

[00:48:50] from federal law enforcement all together Mike. Yeah Richard had

[00:48:55] something go ahead Richard. No I was just agreeing with that it was it

[00:48:59] was absolutely ridiculous that they think that their jurisdiction would

[00:49:04] extend to Florida or any place outside Washington DC and I question

[00:49:12] doubling good grief that's that's just a farce but they never let a good

[00:49:17] crisis go to waste. And so of course they're going to try to double their

[00:49:21] budget because of what happened on January 6 3 years ago it's this is

[00:49:28] just government at its worst and this is a government run amuck for sure.

[00:49:59] have a problem if there is use of force continuum and someone gets hurt or

[00:50:04] maybe someone path is killed or there's a breaking of the door seizure of

[00:50:13] your property all the time we hear the stories about what they took their

[00:50:17] your your money because they said that the dog hit on it and it was

[00:50:23] drug money well money is goes through so many different hands who knows the

[00:50:28] different possibilities.
