[00:00:13] Broadcasting live from atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West.

[00:00:18] You are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show.

[00:00:24] All right. Happy to have you along, my fellow Americans.

[00:00:27] Sam Bushman live on your radio.

[00:00:29] Hard-hitting news the network refused to use, no doubt, kicks off now.

[00:00:34] This, my fellow Americans, is the broadcast for December 31st in the year of our Lord, 2024.

[00:00:41] Yes, indeed. This is Hour 1 of 2 and the goal always to protect life, liberty, and property,

[00:00:46] to promote God, family, and country through so on your radio in the traditions of our founding fathers.

[00:00:51] Yes, indeed. We use the blueprint for liberty, the supreme law of the land,

[00:00:54] the constitution for the United States of America as our guide.

[00:00:58] We love the checks and balances brilliantly put in place by the founding fathers.

[00:01:01] That is one of the peaceful solutions we have at our fingertips.

[00:01:04] We reject revolution unless it's a Jesus revolution.

[00:01:07] Then we're in because we follow the Prince of Peace.

[00:01:10] Today I've got Sheriff Richard Mack with me, CSPOA.org president and founder.

[00:01:17] And man, has he been running a serious, serious, I don't know what you want to call it,

[00:01:23] travel around the country campaign to promote all things moral, all things good,

[00:01:29] all things we're going to serve, protect, defend, all things constitutional.

[00:01:33] I don't even know how many venues he appeared at in 2024, but it was a groundbreaking pace, to say the least.

[00:01:41] Sheriff Mack, welcome back, sir.

[00:01:44] Thank you very much, Sam. It's great to be with you this beautiful Tuesday morning.

[00:01:49] By the way, 24 was just a crazy event for us.

[00:01:53] We'll get into that later in the show, but I just want to say you appeared in so many places, it's not even funny.

[00:01:59] Yeah, this was a big year, but it still hasn't surpassed 21.

[00:02:06] Yeah, I don't know that that's possible.

[00:02:08] I know, 21 was crazy.

[00:02:09] I did 77 events in person.

[00:02:14] That's not talking about podcasts.

[00:02:15] But this year has been the year of the webinars and podcasts.

[00:02:20] Nothing has ever come close to the interviews that I've done this year on Zoom or StreamYard or Skype or the phone like we're doing right now.

[00:02:33] So 2024 has been the year that I didn't quite travel as much, but I did 10 times more interviews this year.

[00:02:43] And hopefully the goal is to reach more people, and we're getting that done big time.

[00:02:48] There were two CSPOA conferences in 2024 as well, one in Florida, one in Vegas.

[00:02:54] We can get to those later on the broadcast as well.

[00:02:57] But we've got great news to break, Sheriff.

[00:03:01] Yes, we do.

[00:03:04] Are you talking about our guest?

[00:03:06] Yes, sir.

[00:03:08] Yes, we have constitutional sheriff.

[00:03:11] Well, tomorrow will be his first day in office.

[00:03:19] He is being sworn in tomorrow morning.

[00:03:22] He didn't do it like Jerry Sheridan did.

[00:03:25] Jerry Sheridan did his about 10 days ago, and I was there for that.

[00:03:29] But I would really love to be there tomorrow for Sheriff Kerry Malema.

[00:03:35] And I'm not sure I'm saying his last name right because I speak Spanish and I kind of look at it a Spanish way.

[00:03:41] That would be Mayema, actually.

[00:03:43] But we have tomorrow's sheriff of Wise County, Kerry Malema.

[00:03:50] And he is so dedicated to that which CSPOA has been promoting for over 15 years.

[00:04:02] He's just dedicated to a simple process called we will defend, uphold, and preserve the United States Constitution, and we will protect the God-given rights of the citizens in Wise County.

[00:04:17] He is dedicated to that.

[00:04:19] I endorsed him during his campaign.

[00:04:22] I endorse him even more now.

[00:04:25] And Sheriff Malema?

[00:04:28] Welcome.

[00:04:29] Malema.

[00:04:30] Malema.

[00:04:30] I've got the air in the wrong place.

[00:04:34] I'm very proud.

[00:04:35] Well, Sheriff, thank you so much.

[00:04:36] You think as many times as I've heard you say your name and you were at our conference in Florida.

[00:04:44] And we probably should have had you on the speakers list there because you are a great speaker and your message resonates throughout the country.

[00:04:53] And we're just really proud to be associated with you.

[00:04:56] And thank you so much for being on Liberty Roundtable this morning.

[00:04:59] And really quick, just so people know, if you don't know where Wise County is and you're not wise enough to know that, which I wasn't until I researched it back in the day.

[00:05:08] It's in Texas, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:05:10] So you have that.

[00:05:11] And Sheriff, what do you think of the conference in Florida?

[00:05:13] Oh, it was fantastic.

[00:05:16] What a great time to be around like-minded constitutional thinking individuals.

[00:05:25] And finally to getting to shake Sheriff Mack's hand and Mark Lamb.

[00:05:31] What a pleasure it was to meet with him and have dinner with him.

[00:05:35] And it was great.

[00:05:38] And I'm looking forward to another one.

[00:05:41] Well, we're working on that, by the way, too.

[00:05:44] A little teaser there is.

[00:05:45] One coming up in 2025.

[00:05:47] Details really are, you know, hey, the more people can put in the CSPOA.org coffers, the greater chance it'll happen and the bigger it'll get.

[00:05:54] And we're looking forward to that.

[00:05:55] So before the end of the year, hey, start with a positive number.

[00:06:00] Add zeros.

[00:06:01] CSPOA.org would be grateful for that.

[00:06:03] So, Sheriff, tell me about your campaign.

[00:06:05] Was it rough?

[00:06:06] Was the media fair?

[00:06:06] How'd that all go?

[00:06:08] Oh, it was, I would say, very interesting, to say the least.

[00:06:14] I've done a lot of things in my life.

[00:06:16] And I can honestly say politics was not something that I was really aiming for.

[00:06:25] But there was a four-man race.

[00:06:28] It was myself, a former chief of police, another gentleman, and the chief deputy from the current administration.

[00:06:37] So the current sheriff is retiring.

[00:06:39] And I actually retired from the corporate world and decided to put my hat in the ring.

[00:06:49] And for the love of law enforcement that I've been doing since the 90s as a volunteer, I won pretty handily.

[00:07:00] So I'm very excited about that.

[00:07:01] When he says he won pretty handily, ladies and gentlemen, what was it, 62% of the vote you got?

[00:07:08] I won't add another percent there.

[00:07:11] But, yeah, 63%.

[00:07:12] All right.

[00:07:13] Anyway, I know it depends on which conservative or which media you look at, 62%, 63%.

[00:07:18] The point is it was an overwhelming, I would call it a mandate for your agenda.

[00:07:24] Yeah.

[00:07:25] Sounds kind of familiar, doesn't it?

[00:07:29] What do you think of that, Sheriff Mack?

[00:07:30] It's kind of like Trump style.

[00:07:32] It was a mandate.

[00:07:33] Right.

[00:07:34] Yeah.

[00:07:35] Yeah.

[00:07:35] I remember he won quite easily.

[00:07:40] And it was a landslide, obviously.

[00:07:43] And with his message, that made it even more meaningful because he was not holding back on letting people know he was going to intervene on the deportation of illegals.

[00:08:01] He's made that clear.

[00:08:03] But his message was extremely clear on standing for the Constitution, protecting people's rights.

[00:08:11] And as anyone knows who's ever heard the word CSPOA or the acronym CSPOA or constitutional sheriff term, that's what we've been standing for.

[00:08:24] And it fell right in line with Sheriff Malema.

[00:08:31] And we're proud to be associated with him and can't wait to start working with him and helping with what he has to do.

[00:08:41] And he's dedicated to backing Tom Homan in the deportation plan.

[00:08:50] Any lawman who is enforcing the law seriously and protecting the people has got to side with what he's doing.

[00:08:59] And that is protecting the people of his county from the criminals that have infiltrated America, infiltrated Texas since Biden and Harris took over the Oval Office.

[00:09:13] And this is something that we never anticipated.

[00:09:17] We never wanted.

[00:09:18] But it is that's the life of a law enforcement officer.

[00:09:23] That's the life of a sheriff.

[00:09:25] He never knows what's coming necessarily, but he will take care of it when it comes.

[00:09:31] And that is exactly what Sheriff Kerry Malema is about.

[00:09:35] Now, let's talk a little bit about who the good sheriff is, by the way.

[00:09:40] He will be sworn in tomorrow morning.

[00:09:42] He will take an oath of office, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:09:46] And I want to just kind of let you know who he is.

[00:09:48] He says this is a military veteran and deputy constable.

[00:09:53] I swore an oath to defend your constitutional rights as your, quote, wise county sheriff.

[00:10:00] I promise to protect this county from the ongoing border invasion and to ensure that the constitutional rights of the citizens of Wise County are never infringed.

[00:10:16] I mean, in one sentence, Sheriff Mack, he sets up a whole campaign and nails it and wins by an overwhelming majority.

[00:10:27] Sheriff, what do you say to that?

[00:10:28] That's got to feel good.

[00:10:32] I would like to hear from Sheriff on that.

[00:10:36] Kerry, what do you think really resonated with the people the most?

[00:10:43] Several things.

[00:10:46] When I raised my hand to defend our country and the Constitution as a young man in the military,

[00:10:55] as I'm knocking doors and letting people know who I am, looking people in the eye,

[00:11:00] coming to my background, my business background, the military background, my law enforcement,

[00:11:04] love and passion for law enforcement.

[00:11:06] I think that's what really resonated.

[00:11:08] And to be honest, while I was campaigning, you know, it was a lot of stuff was going on with Trump and everybody was was people were scared.

[00:11:23] I mean, they were nervous that if what's her name won?

[00:11:29] And I don't want to say their name.

[00:11:30] If she would have won, what what would have happened?

[00:11:35] What how far would the feds have gone to come and disarm us and and to move forward with their with their with their agenda?

[00:11:44] And people people, people knew I guess they felt it in their heart and my passion that this sheriff would not allow the federal government to come in here and violate our Second Amendment without a fight.

[00:12:01] So there's that. I think that resonated very well with these with these folks.

[00:12:06] Now, I'm not saying that the folks that I ran against are are against Second Amendment.

[00:12:14] I'm sure they're not. We're Texans.

[00:12:16] We we love we love our pow pow.

[00:12:18] And but I think truly getting out there and looking people in the eye and shaking their hand that that's what really pulled it over.

[00:12:32] You got an incredible endorsement from Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton as well for Wise County Sheriff.

[00:12:40] He says of the highest law enforcement officer in Texas.

[00:12:43] I am proud to endorse Kerry Melanema or Melanema for Wise County Sheriff.

[00:12:51] Kerry is an undisputed conservative Republican fighter with a passion for service and a commitment to stand against an encroaching left wing culture of lawlessness.

[00:13:07] Man, we got a lawman swearing in tomorrow morning, Sheriff Mack.

[00:13:13] Well, that's right. And and I really wish that all sheriffs had the same attitude as Sheriff Melanema does.

[00:13:21] And that is just simply this. I took an oath and I have to keep it.

[00:13:27] And and that is so significant to the message of CSPOA, to his campaign and to the people of his county.

[00:13:35] We just want our country back and we want the foundation known as the Constitution to be restored to this great land.

[00:13:46] And he's absolutely correct in expressing the concerns of the citizens of his county.

[00:13:52] There were people all over the country, including me, that believed that it was going to be Harris as president of the United States.

[00:14:02] And she was going to put the final nails in the coffin of our Constitution and Second Amendment.

[00:14:08] And it would have been and I was already saying it, that the sheriffs are going to be the only solution to her candidacy, to her presidency.

[00:14:16] And sheriffs were really going to have a lot on their hands to actually counter what she was going to do, not only to the Second Amendment, but to the entire Constitution.

[00:14:27] And so now we're faced with undoing all the horrible things that Harrison Biden did.

[00:14:34] And that's where this good sheriff stands.

[00:14:38] And we, CSPOA, stand with him in trying to make this happen and working to restore our country and restore security to our to our country and our borders.

[00:14:51] So I'd like to speak to you, speaking of security on the borders, as you all know.

[00:14:57] Tom Holman got brought forward.

[00:15:00] He's got credentials beyond imagination.

[00:15:04] And the battle is raging.

[00:15:07] Tom says, look, if you get in the way, you're going to get arrested.

[00:15:10] You're going to have problems.

[00:15:11] You will be defunded as a sanctuary city.

[00:15:14] If you participate in protecting these criminals, you will be considered a criminal as well.

[00:15:20] And he's going to take care of business.

[00:15:22] Now, that's Donald Trump and Holman.

[00:15:23] Well, we wrote a press release at the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association and said, listen, we're calling on all sheriffs to help with this cause to get this done.

[00:15:35] Two articles primarily were written, believe it or not, about our press release.

[00:15:40] Two critical articles.

[00:15:41] One was from Wired Magazine, this David guy, a clown from overseas, literally attacks us and kind of says, hey, the sheriffs have no real involvement here.

[00:15:51] They claim they're constitutional sheriffs and can do something.

[00:15:53] But they really have no teeth, no authority, no whatsoever.

[00:15:57] And he kind of just downed it all.

[00:16:00] In contrast, the Epoch Times wrote an article.

[00:16:03] Miss Sanchez wrote an article.

[00:16:05] And she said, hey, sheriffs are offering to help and they can do a wonderful job.

[00:16:08] And here's all the wonderful things they can do.

[00:16:10] Two completely different stories.

[00:16:14] It's like the difference of some of these whacked out city mayors.

[00:16:17] And they're saying we're not going to help.

[00:16:19] We're going to impede the efforts against Tom Holman.

[00:16:22] The news is that divided on the topic as well.

[00:16:26] So we're simply saying sheriffs can coordinate with their governors, that can coordinate with the president and Tom Holman and whoever he designates.

[00:16:33] And we can create a trifecta of solutions here, Sheriff.

[00:16:39] Melanema, Melanema.

[00:16:40] And I want to get your take on this.

[00:16:41] What do you think of that big debate?

[00:16:43] That's what's happening in the country.

[00:16:46] There's no debate in the state of Texas.

[00:16:49] We, I tell you what, if that man calls me, I'm going to be there.

[00:16:53] Every time I watch him on television, I just get more and more excited about how we're going to reverse what the Biden administration has done.

[00:17:07] And the, you know, Texas is quite large.

[00:17:11] Everybody knows that.

[00:17:12] And Wyeth County is a county just north.

[00:17:17] It's the north county, 1,000 square miles, just north of Fort Worth.

[00:17:22] And we have a major corridor.

[00:17:24] We have several corridors that come through here.

[00:17:26] And we will do whatever it takes to help Mr. Holman out.

[00:17:35] And all he has to do is call, and Wyeth County Sheriff's Office will be there to assist in any way possible.

[00:17:44] What do you say to that for no influence, Sheriff Mack, and that it can't make a difference?

[00:17:48] You got sitting sheriffs saying we will cooperate.

[00:17:50] We will partner.

[00:17:52] We will make this happen because it's the rule of law.

[00:17:55] Well, first of all, David Gilbert from Wired is – I won't call him a communist, but I will say that he's an extremist leftist.

[00:18:07] So is his organization that he works for, the media outlet that he works for.

[00:18:11] So you got to kind of take everything he says with a grain of salt.

[00:18:16] His article and everything he does is completely agenda-driven, and the leftist agenda is what he's promoting.

[00:18:24] So when you find out that sheriffs actually – I'll give him the same question that I try to give to every sheriff in this country.

[00:18:31] If you were called back in the time and you were brought onto the bus in Montgomery, Alabama on December 1, 1955,

[00:18:41] officer, sheriff, would you have arrested Rosa Parks or would you have done your duty and escorted her home safely?

[00:18:51] Instead of escorting her to jail like what happened, your job would have been to escort her home and make sure she was safe and her family was safe.

[00:19:01] That is a true peace officer, and that is a true constitutional sheriff.

[00:19:05] And the difference is I would like to ask David Gilbert, should law enforcement have arrested Rosa Parks?

[00:19:12] They did.

[00:19:13] We say absolutely not and that she should have been protected and given extra patrol and make sure no one messed with her or her family.

[00:19:23] That's the difference what we're talking about here.

[00:19:25] We learn from history, and we want good sheriffs like this sheriff we have on the show right now.

[00:19:32] This is what we need nationwide, and it is the solution, and it is a peaceful and effective solution for America.

[00:19:41] And he's going to prove it during his first four years.

[00:19:46] We hope it's much more than that.

[00:19:48] But at the same time, we cannot compromise any of these principles of freedom, and he's not compromising.

[00:19:59] And sheriffs, thank you so much for your relationship, your friendship, and your support of the United States Constitution.

[00:20:08] It is an honor to be associated with you, and we thank you so much for being with us today.

[00:20:15] Oh, it is my absolute pleasure.

[00:20:19] Y'all have a great, prosperous, and free and loving New Year, and call me anytime.

[00:20:29] I'm there for you.

[00:20:30] Sheriff, I got one more question before we let you fly.

[00:20:32] We know you're super busy gearing up for tomorrow's swearing in.

[00:20:36] I think that's wonderful.

[00:20:37] I'm grateful that your oath is that important to you.

[00:20:42] You know, when we look at this media, this showdown that's happening here, I don't know where we go with this.

[00:20:49] Because on one hand, sheriffs are willing to help.

[00:20:53] Tom Holman's willing to help.

[00:20:54] There's cities that aren't willing to help.

[00:20:56] For example, California as a whole state, the governor and the whole state are saying, for the most part,

[00:21:02] and we've got to find sheriffs that are willing to, you know, oppose this.

[00:21:04] But they're saying, hey, we'll just create a sanctuary state here, and we'll tell the general government to fly a kite.

[00:21:10] Do we just ship them all to California then?

[00:21:12] What do we do?

[00:21:17] Well, it's a good question.

[00:21:19] It all starts with Trump and allowing us to proceed.

[00:21:28] You know, Texas is on its own in a lot of ways.

[00:21:31] California, that's a head scratcher.

[00:21:35] You know, they've got to get rid of that governor.

[00:21:38] They need to vote him out and put some common sense laws back into place.

[00:21:44] But regarding the media, I really don't pay attention to the media.

[00:21:49] I don't care what the media thinks.

[00:21:53] We move forward.

[00:21:54] We do what's right.

[00:21:55] We do what's ethical.

[00:21:57] We do what's ethical.

[00:21:58] And, you know, our duty is to protect our citizens.

[00:22:03] And that's what we're going to do at the Wise County Sheriff's Office.

[00:22:07] Do you got a final question for Sheriff?

[00:22:09] Well, I should say soon-to-be Sheriff Melanola?

[00:22:13] Sheriff Mack?

[00:22:16] No.

[00:22:17] I just want you to know, Sheriff, that we're here for you anytime you need us.

[00:22:22] If you need us to come out and do a seminar there in your county, we will be happy to do that.

[00:22:31] But we have your back, and we're totally dedicated to what you stand for.

[00:22:37] So you just let us know anytime.

[00:22:39] If you need us, do not hesitate.

[00:22:41] And I'm sure that we'll have you back on this show and maybe a few others in the very near future.

[00:22:47] So if you ever have any questions or you need us for anything, you, please, we're here for you because you are a true constitutional sheriff.

[00:22:57] And you're an example to the rest of the country as to what every sheriff should be doing.

[00:23:02] Well, thank you, sir.

[00:23:03] I appreciate it.

[00:23:04] Happy New Year to you all.

[00:23:05] There you go.

[00:23:07] Congratulations.

[00:23:08] Happy New Year.

[00:23:10] Tell your family great work.

[00:23:11] We know it's the support of your family that matters to in these wonderful quests that we go on.

[00:23:17] Sheriff Kerry Milima, ladies and gentlemen, Wise County, Texas, takes office tomorrow on Wednesday morning, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:23:27] Officially sworn in, and he says he has an oath to keep.

[00:23:31] That's what I really like about his campaign is it's super simple, Sheriff Mack.

[00:23:35] It's this.

[00:23:35] I've got an oath to keep, and I'm going to defend constitutional rights.

[00:23:39] And what more do you want out of a sheriff?

[00:23:42] Yeah, exactly that, Sam.

[00:23:44] And that's why I'm so glad that he was able to come on this morning.

[00:23:48] And this is a very busy, busy time for him and his family.

[00:23:52] There's going to be a lot of people at the swearing-in ceremony tomorrow.

[00:23:56] And so our hat is off to Sheriff Kerry Milima.

[00:24:02] Amen to that.

[00:24:02] Hang tight, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:24:03] We've got a whole lot more with Sheriff Richard Mack to talk about.

[00:24:07] Want to talk a little bit more about these articles written about us and the CSPOA.

[00:24:10] It's interesting how you can write two articles that are 180 degrees from each other.

[00:24:15] It's just, it's insane.

[00:24:16] Somebody's right.

[00:24:17] Somebody's wrong.

[00:24:18] Tell you that right now.

[00:24:19] All right, Liberty Roundtable Live continues with the good Sheriff Richard Mack, founder and president of the Constitutional Sheriff's and Peace Officers Association.

[00:25:04] As the new year dawns, where does the southern border crisis stand?

[00:25:09] A senior customs and border protection official tells the AP the number of arrests is hovering near the lowest level since July of 2020.

[00:25:16] It also indicates an anticipated surge ahead of Donald Trump's presidential inauguration in three weeks hasn't happened.

[00:25:23] Arrests fell by about half from the all-time high of 250,000 in December of 2023,

[00:25:29] after Mexican officials increased enforcement within their own borders,

[00:25:32] and by about half again after President Biden introduced severe asylum limits.

[00:25:38] For the second straight month, those allowed to enter the country through official border crossings

[00:25:42] are expected to exceed arrests for illegal crossings.

[00:26:24] and add maintenance workers to improve safety in order to restore J.Ju's damaged reputation.

[00:26:30] Separately, South Korean authorities are also conducting safety inspections on all Boeing 737-800 aircraft operated by the country's airlines.

[00:28:29] This is a battle.

[00:28:31] A battle between truth and deceit.

[00:28:33] A battle between forces that would enslave this country in darkness, and between a media that wants to present you with the truth.

[00:28:41] We are being censored.

[00:28:43] America's news outlets no longer provide the truth.

[00:28:45] 90% of news outlets in the United States are controlled by six corporations.

[00:29:00] What do you wish your parents would do to show you...

[00:29:05] Me too, Montana.

[00:29:07] That I would have a huge slumber party with all the girls there.

[00:29:12] Play with me more often.

[00:29:14] My mom's so busy with the board meeting.

[00:29:16] To spend more time together as a family.

[00:29:18] Do more out-of-the-house activities.

[00:29:21] This is a tough one.

[00:29:23] My parents, they do everything they love me.

[00:29:25] If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have a roof over my head.

[00:29:27] They don't need to show it to me.

[00:29:29] They just know they love me.

[00:29:31] Well, not yelling at me very much.

[00:29:34] What do you wish...

[00:29:38] Raise my allowance.

[00:29:40] To not argue together.

[00:29:42] Have my dad be home more for dinner and stuff so that I could be even closer.

[00:29:46] Family, isn't it about time?

[00:29:49] Buy me an ice cream and kiss me to love me.

[00:29:53] From the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

[00:29:56] Okay, what's the next question?

[00:30:12] I'm casting live from atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West.

[00:30:18] You are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show.

[00:30:24] Back with you live, ladies and gentlemen, hard-hitting talk at your fingertips.

[00:30:28] It is New Year's Eve, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:30:30] Hope you're gearing up for a wonderful 2025.

[00:30:32] There's a lot of hope, a lot of concern.

[00:30:35] Wow, the media is all over the place, don't know what to do with themselves.

[00:30:38] The liberal media is trying to just continue to just lie and deceive and manipulate and fake news everywhere to the point where Americans have seen through it.

[00:30:46] They don't understand why they lost so big in the elections.

[00:30:48] They don't understand why everybody's leaving all the liberal media rags and TV and bailing.

[00:30:52] They don't understand it.

[00:30:54] They think somehow they can continue to lie and get away with it.

[00:30:56] They think their superiority, their gatekeeping reality is still in force.

[00:31:00] I've got news for them.

[00:31:01] It's over.

[00:31:02] The new media is taking center stage, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:31:04] And here's proof.

[00:31:05] There's a video from the DCDailyJournal.com.

[00:31:10] And the video is talking about the media a little bit.

[00:31:14] And Tom Holman, the border czar, and I don't like using czar at all.

[00:31:18] You know what?

[00:31:19] The man to work on immigration issues for Donald Trump, for we the people, is Tom Holman.

[00:31:25] And we've written a press release in clear support of Tom and President Trump with the deportation efforts.

[00:31:32] We want to put a wise plan in place.

[00:31:34] We're delighted and willing to sit down to build that plan.

[00:31:37] I've written a 10-point immigration plan myself to kick it off if anybody needs it.

[00:31:42] I doubt they do.

[00:31:44] But, hey, I'm just saying we're that solutions oriented.

[00:31:47] But anyway, here's this exchange.

[00:31:48] I find this fascinating.

[00:31:50] And I want to get Sheriff Richard Mack's take on this right after.

[00:31:54] Here it is.

[00:31:58] There will be a massive psychological media operation run.

[00:32:02] And we must be ready for this, everybody.

[00:32:04] It'll be kids in cages with an exponent.

[00:32:08] Can you talk about, Tom, about how they lie about this, what we should brace for, and how we need to just keep our head down and do the work and fulfill the mandate the American people gave us?

[00:32:17] Well, I explained to President Trump.

[00:32:19] This is coming, right?

[00:32:20] The first crying female, the first crying baby.

[00:32:22] But, you know, we're going to enforce it.

[00:32:25] You know, immigration enforcement has always been controversial.

[00:32:28] It's always been emotional.

[00:32:30] I get it.

[00:32:31] I get it.

[00:32:31] But we're a nation of laws.

[00:32:33] We're going to enforce those laws.

[00:32:35] If you come to this country illegally, that is a crime.

[00:32:37] I'm sick and tired of hearing illegal aliens commit less crimes than American citizens.

[00:32:41] Every illegal alien is a criminal.

[00:32:43] Yes, exactly right.

[00:32:45] That's right.

[00:32:45] But, look, they've already started.

[00:32:48] I'll share with you.

[00:32:49] I got numerous death threats against me.

[00:32:51] I'm not with my family right now.

[00:32:53] I had them someplace else.

[00:32:57] And it's because what does Tom Hone want to do?

[00:32:59] I want to come and enforce the law.

[00:33:01] They're not going to stop us.

[00:33:02] So the hate's coming.

[00:33:04] But we need to control the messaging, right?

[00:33:06] So I told President Trump that what we need to do, do a weekly press briefing.

[00:33:11] Let's show the American people who we arrested, why we arrested them.

[00:33:14] Let's show us where we arrested them, what kind of bad guys we arrested in that sanctuary city.

[00:33:22] All right, Sheriff, there it is.

[00:33:24] You know, everybody that interviews Tom, he's very simple, very consistent.

[00:33:28] He's not belligerent.

[00:33:29] He's not crazy.

[00:33:30] He just says, look, here's the law.

[00:33:33] And I've been put in place to enforce it, and that I will do.

[00:33:35] And I'm telling you right now, if you violate the law, if you aid and abet criminals, I'm coming after you too.

[00:33:42] And it's not a matter of a vendetta.

[00:33:44] It's not a matter of anger.

[00:33:46] It's not a matter of hate.

[00:33:47] It's a simple fact.

[00:33:48] We're going to uphold the law.

[00:33:50] How that goes down can be, you know, put into a plan and discussed and openly debated in America.

[00:33:56] But your thoughts, I think the media is going to run these massive psyops.

[00:33:59] Like they said, it's going to be a psychological where they're going to try to make it sound like, you know,

[00:34:02] oh, my gosh, you know, kids in cages and all this psycho babble.

[00:34:06] But the truth is we're just talking about the rule of law in America.

[00:34:09] And what's interesting is every other country in the world has these immigration laws as well, right?

[00:34:16] Well, Sam, I'm going to blow my own horn here.

[00:34:19] Because who has been saying that politicians in Washington, D.C. should be investigated criminally for aiding and abetting illegal immigration?

[00:34:31] Yes, you have for several years.

[00:34:34] Yes.

[00:34:35] And this is just common sense law enforcement, Sam.

[00:34:41] You commit a crime.

[00:34:42] And this is exactly what you are saying that Tom Holman is saying.

[00:34:46] And it's obvious that he is saying this.

[00:34:49] If you commit a crime, you should be held accountable, not only for the people who have come in illegally, which, again, folks, is a crime.

[00:34:58] But those who have perpetuated this crime, who have promoted this crime, who have aided and abetted this crime,

[00:35:06] and not just aided and abetted and giving – aiding and abetting means you're just helping them after they get here.

[00:35:15] This is a criminal who you're helping and hiding them out and giving them sanctuary, which every sanctuary city, dash state, or whatever, county, I don't care what you are, is a crime.

[00:35:30] And those should be all investigated as well.

[00:35:33] But to actually then provide transportation for these people to get here.

[00:35:41] Now, Sam, I don't know this, but I am very suspicious that George Soros provided a lot of money for that and that Joe Biden provided tax dollars for that.

[00:35:52] And if we would just follow the money trail, we could, I believe, bring George Soros to justice as well and definitely the Biden crimes family syndicate.

[00:36:08] And I've told you this for – let's see, how long have I told you this one?

[00:36:11] I know it for at least five years that Joe Biden cannot be impeached because he is not competent to stand trial.

[00:36:21] And so that's the same thing with this.

[00:36:23] He will not stand trial because he is so mentally incompetent and he is suffering from dementia.

[00:36:33] He is deranged.

[00:36:35] And I agree with that.

[00:36:37] That is true to some degree.

[00:36:38] But I also agree, though, that at some point, though, those who keep him in office, if he's that incompetent, unable to stand trial, that he's unable to be the president of the United States.

[00:36:47] And those people that put him there, held him there and took actions on his lack of ability behalf or whatever, these people have ten times the criminal offenses.

[00:36:57] And we need to go after them and tie the money to the crimes to the – all the way down the list.

[00:37:02] And the latest that just came out is, hey, there's now photos where Joe Biden, as vice president, is meeting with Hunter's business people.

[00:37:11] We've got evidence now, increased evidence due to FOIA requests and everything else now that doubles down and backs the assertions of Congress.

[00:37:19] He lied.

[00:37:21] That alone he should be prosecuted for because if you say, well, he can't lie – I mean, he can't be responsible for his lies – then he can't be president.

[00:37:31] And who else lied on his behalf that would be accountable then?

[00:37:34] At some point, you can't point to nobody.

[00:37:37] Yeah.

[00:37:38] No.

[00:37:38] We should – I've told you this one, too.

[00:37:42] Jill Biden, the biggest liar in the country, is hugely responsible for this.

[00:37:47] But the rest of his staff as well and his press secretary –

[00:37:52] And I would submit primarily Kamala, though.

[00:37:54] I mean, you're the vice president of the United States.

[00:37:56] You're as close to the president as you can get.

[00:37:58] You should be involved in or at least abreast of every decision made.

[00:38:02] I think that she needs to be held criminally accountable.

[00:38:06] Well, she can be because she's mentally confident, but she's just a dummy.

[00:38:11] I mean, this lady is dumb.

[00:38:14] And she – Sam, she just hasn't been able to exercise her talent, and that is how she got to the top, and she slept her way to the top.

[00:38:24] She hasn't been able to do that because she's already at the top.

[00:38:27] Yeah, she – yeah, Sam.

[00:38:31] So she would be definitely held accountable because, first of all, Sam, this presidency has been one of the greatest hoaxes ever perpetrated against the American people.

[00:38:46] Yeah, and so the criminal investigation that I hope happens to the family – to the Biden family syndicate, I hope Kash Patel really takes that by the horn and moves on it.

[00:39:02] Because, Sam, if we don't hold these politicians in Washington, D.C. accountable, they're going to keep doing it.

[00:39:11] And this needs to happen.

[00:39:14] And it cannot be that – like Trump did the first time, and he let Hillary go.

[00:39:20] After saying, you know, put her – lock her up, you know, and he – and at the time, I kind of agreed with it.

[00:39:27] You know, let's move on, kind of like the Nixon thing and the pardon that he got from Ford.

[00:39:32] Let's move on.

[00:39:33] Our country needs to move on.

[00:39:35] Nixon should have been prosecuted.

[00:39:36] Hillary should have been prosecuted.

[00:39:39] And we have to send the message to the rest of these crooks in Washington, D.C.

[00:39:44] If you commit a crime, you will answer for it.

[00:39:47] And that's the one thing that Biden said that was true.

[00:39:50] No one is above the law, sir.

[00:39:54] Well, and I don't think we should have moved on when it came to the Nixon thing or whatever else.

[00:39:58] I think we need to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

[00:40:00] And the reason that I feel that way is because what happens is when you give people a pass and say, let's just move on, all you do is reward doing that in the future.

[00:40:07] It's like, hey, I can do whatever I want to because I'm going to get a pass, too.

[00:40:11] I'm kind of above the law, and you know eventually I'll wiggle out of that.

[00:40:14] I won't be accountable for this and that, and we'll just move on.

[00:40:17] And that's the reason that we can't let this Joe and Hunter thing go.

[00:40:20] That's the reason we can't let the 2020 elections go.

[00:40:22] At some point, there's got to be clear accountability, and so far there's been no accountability whatsoever.

[00:40:29] No, there hasn't.

[00:40:31] It's typical Washington, D.C., and we've got to change that culture, that culture of corruption.

[00:40:38] I mean, look at what Rand Paul just put out.

[00:40:43] The corruption is suspended.

[00:40:46] Hang tight.

[00:40:46] We'll come right back.

[00:43:04] All right, back with you live.

[00:43:05] Sheriff Richard Mack with me, CSPOA.org.

[00:43:08] We're talking about all kinds of topics today, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:43:11] We have on the great sheriff who will be sworn in tomorrow.

[00:43:15] The most important thing to him is keeping his oath of office.

[00:43:19] We're talking about Sheriff Kerry Millema.

[00:43:23] Wise County, Texas, sheriff-elect.

[00:43:27] He'll be sheriff tomorrow as he's sworn in.

[00:43:29] And, yeah, as a military veteran and deputy constable, he wants to go ahead and protect everyone's rights in the county.

[00:43:34] He wants to use the Constitution.

[00:43:36] And they say constitutional sheriffs have no authority or no involvement or no, you know, they're just kind of worthless.

[00:43:42] No one listens to them.

[00:43:43] They're kind of crazy.

[00:43:44] And that's the way the mainstream press wants to lie.

[00:43:46] But they're losing the battle.

[00:43:48] Every time they double down on that, they lose credibility.

[00:43:50] I mean, think about this for a second.

[00:43:52] You were working on the campaign of a sheriff that just won in the third largest county in the country.

[00:44:00] Sheriff in Texas just won.

[00:44:02] Both of them wanted your endorsement.

[00:44:04] Both of them doubled down on constitutionality and their oaths of office and protecting the border and standing on all these principles that we've been speaking out about for a long time.

[00:44:13] So much for the idea that nobody listens to us.

[00:44:16] We tried to stand up and say, hey, you can't have Chad Bianco.

[00:44:21] No.

[00:44:22] Yeah.

[00:44:22] No.

[00:44:23] Chad Chronister, I guess, is that guy's name.

[00:44:25] Right.

[00:44:25] Anyway, Chad Chronister.

[00:44:27] We said, no, we don't want him to be the DEA leader.

[00:44:30] And Trump pulled his name through Steve Bannon, gave you credit for it, Sheriff Mack.

[00:44:34] How do these guys in the media claim that there's no there's nothing to the organization?

[00:44:40] I mean, I've just proven otherwise in the media.

[00:45:11] Well, yeah.

[00:45:12] What I told him to do is that he called a sheriff in Yuma County, Arizona, who's a border sheriff, because I told him to.

[00:45:21] I said, he conducted an investigation on election fraud.

[00:45:25] You ought to call him.

[00:45:27] Well, he actually was asking me at the time, who's a member of the CSPOA that I could talk to?

[00:45:36] Well, I didn't really hear that part of it.

[00:45:38] I just heard him say, who's a sheriff that I could talk to?

[00:45:41] So he called Sheriff Wilmot and he said, hey, Sheriff Mack says you're part of the CSPOA.

[00:45:48] He goes, no, I'm not.

[00:45:49] Well, I would have said that, too.

[00:45:51] In fact, when he when he called me back or emailed me back and he said, Wilmot said he's not with you.

[00:45:56] And I said, I never said he was with us.

[00:45:58] I said he conducted an investigation.

[00:46:01] And I said, I've never talked to Sheriff Wilmot in my life.

[00:46:04] I would have never told you that he's part of the CSPOA because I've never talked to him.

[00:46:09] I said, the point is this.

[00:46:11] He was the only sheriff in Arizona to conduct a criminal investigation on election fraud.

[00:46:17] And he made two or three arrests.

[00:46:20] And what I'm suspicious about, Sam, what I'm suspicious about there is that he got so much heat for doing it.

[00:46:29] He dropped the investigation on 16 other warrants that they had.

[00:46:34] Well, and maybe that's true, but we commend him for his willing to investigate.

[00:46:37] We think he's right on that.

[00:46:39] We stand by that.

[00:46:40] But it doesn't matter if he's a constitutional associated CSPOA sheriff or not.

[00:46:44] We don't even track the sheriffs that are involved anyway.

[00:46:47] No.

[00:46:48] And I know for, you know, 99 percent chance he's a member of the National Sheriffs Association.

[00:46:56] And the National Sheriffs Association never supported anything to do with election fraud.

[00:47:02] Nothing.

[00:47:03] But we did.

[00:47:05] In fact, their silence makes it harder for sheriffs to do their duty.

[00:47:08] Of course.

[00:47:09] Of course.

[00:47:10] And the NSA never stands for anything when it comes to the Constitution, not even the Second Amendment.

[00:47:15] Their wishy-washy Second Amendment view is all gun control laws presently constituted should be enforced by all law enforcement.

[00:47:25] You know, and we don't believe that.

[00:47:28] We don't believe we should be enforcing unconstitutional legislation, statutes, acts, whatever.

[00:47:37] But the funny thing that I wanted to point out, the irony of all of this, is that Sheriff Wilmot told David Gilbert, a reporter from Ireland who's doing a story on CSPOA, that no one listens to CSPOA anymore.

[00:47:54] Or, no, he didn't say CSPOA.

[00:47:56] He said Sheriff Mack.

[00:47:57] No, I do want to stop you for a second, though.

[00:48:00] And that's what this reporter, David Gilbert, tells us.

[00:48:03] Yes.

[00:48:03] We've never talked to Wilmot, and we don't know what he really said or thinks.

[00:48:08] Well, he put it in quotes.

[00:48:10] So, you know, obviously.

[00:48:12] I get it.

[00:48:12] I'm just saying until we get clarification from Wilmot.

[00:48:15] You know, I don't know if the – I know this.

[00:48:17] You can't trust this reporter.

[00:48:20] No, no.

[00:48:21] But when he and I were arguing back and forth about whether I said that, he showed me the quote.

[00:48:28] And I said, okay, you asked me for somebody, and all I did was think of somebody who already conducted an investigation.

[00:48:36] But I never said he was part of our organization, and that part was true.

[00:48:41] Yeah, but that's the game he's playing because what he wants to do is say, well, this guy's not part of your organization.

[00:48:45] You lied or you didn't tell – you were an accurate sheriff.

[00:48:48] You're claiming people.

[00:48:49] That wasn't even the discussion point.

[00:48:50] That's the minutiae they like to take advantage of and exploit.

[00:48:54] Right.

[00:48:54] I just gave him – I just wanted him to talk to a border sheriff who I knew conducted an investigation and made arrests.

[00:49:04] Okay?

[00:49:04] That's all the reasons.

[00:49:06] And so he said he had it on recording what Wilmot said.

[00:49:13] So all that's fine, but I want to ask Sheriff Wilmot.

[00:49:16] If you actually said that, don't you think that's kind of ironic that you're talking to a reporter from London-Ireland?

[00:49:23] Who's talking to me and about us and about the CSPOA?

[00:49:30] And hold on.

[00:49:31] To Wilmot, I want to say this, too.

[00:49:33] And so we're so insignificant that London and England or Ireland or whatever, all these people want a story on the CSPOA because they're so insignificant that it doesn't matter?

[00:49:44] Is that what we're saying?

[00:49:46] Exactly the right point.

[00:49:47] So if nobody's listening to us, why is Europe calling us and doing this big old story?

[00:49:54] But what you pointed out earlier was 180 degrees opposite of what Epoch Times said and the same art about the same subject.

[00:50:05] You know?

[00:50:06] So that right there, Sam, shows what's been wrong with the media worldwide.

[00:50:13] It's all agenda-driven instead of just telling the truth.

[00:50:18] Tell the story that's there.

[00:50:20] Don't make one up.

[00:50:22] Don't manipulate it to fit your agenda.

[00:50:25] And that's the problem.

[00:50:28] But I guess when I get time, I'll call Sheriff Wilmot.

[00:50:32] I called him before when he did the investigation and left him a message that we're so proud of him about what he was doing on election fraud.

[00:50:41] And no other sheriff in the state of Arizona was doing it, even some that had made public statements that we really need to address election fraud.

[00:50:52] And I don't see where any sheriff in the state of Arizona or across the country, why they wouldn't have done an investigation on this to make sure that the elections were integrous in Arizona, especially because they had so many problems.

[00:51:09] Well, there you have it.

[00:51:10] Anyway, I find that interesting.

[00:51:12] Now, this David guy, I find fascinating.

[00:51:16] And I'll tell you why I find him fascinating, because he's kind of disingenuous in what he does.

[00:51:22] So he basically says to you, hey, Sheriff, I'm going to share with you what Wilmot said.

[00:51:28] So he gets the fact wrong about, you know, when you said Wilmot has done some investigations, he comes back and says, well, Wilmot's not part of your organization.

[00:51:37] And you're like, well, I never said that he was.

[00:51:39] OK, so then he goes and says, I'm going to share with you what Wilmot says.

[00:51:44] Right.

[00:51:44] So he does.

[00:51:45] Hey, no one listens to Mac.

[00:51:47] Who cares?

[00:51:47] I'm not part of his organization.

[00:51:49] Whatever.

[00:51:50] But then you write an 18 point response and say, please share this with, you know, Wilmot.

[00:51:59] I'd like to talk to him.

[00:52:00] Then he writes back and basically says, look, I'm not I'm not your go between guy.

[00:52:05] Well, if you're not the go between guy, why are you parroting what Wilmot supposedly said to Richard Mac in the first place?

[00:52:11] Then you're a go between one way when it fits your agenda.

[00:52:15] You're not a go between when you get facts and writing.

[00:52:18] And that's the problem I have with the clown reporting.

[00:52:20] Now, that interesting interchange by email that you had and that Wilmot had and whatever.

[00:52:28] In my mind, leaves all kinds of confusion on the table.

[00:52:32] I believe intentionally so by this David guy, the Epoch Times reporter, by the way, her last name is Sanchez.

[00:52:38] So it's funny.

[00:52:39] She's got a Hispanic name and she's willing to report the truth of what we say about the border and everything else.

[00:52:44] She not only interviewed you in person via phone, but she called and interviewed me, too, because she said she wanted a whole picture of the CSPUA and what we're doing.

[00:52:53] Think of the difference in reporting, Sheriff.

[00:52:58] Yeah.

[00:53:00] It was almost like just a token that he had to call me or email me.

[00:53:06] You know, well, I have to say that I talked to Mac if I'm going to do a story about CSPUA and constitutional sheriffs.

[00:53:13] See, it's how Mac's organization invented the term constitutional sheriff.

[00:53:20] Well, I've got to be able to say that I talked to Mac, but my story is not changing one iota whether I talked to Mac or not.

[00:53:27] You know, with with the reporter from Epoch.

[00:53:32] I still call him Epic.

[00:53:33] Epic Times that they she actually wanted to know what really happened.

[00:53:40] She she gave all sides of the story and say, well, wow, this is what this is what CSPUA has actually been doing.

[00:53:49] And then what did we have on the show today, Sam?

[00:53:53] And we had proof in the pudding.

[00:53:56] A good constitutional sheriff who is sworn in tomorrow.

[00:54:01] And and and the biggest county.

[00:54:03] I mean, if we're going to talk about Arizona, no one lends to Mac.

[00:54:06] The sheriff of the third largest county in the country, certainly the largest county in Arizona, not only listens to Richard Mac,

[00:54:13] asked for his endorsement and asked Sheriff Richard Mac to help him with his campaign.

[00:54:19] And he won.

[00:54:22] I mean, I don't know how you can get that so blatantly wrong in the media.

[00:54:25] Unless you just don't want the truth.

[00:54:27] When we come back, I wrote a letter to this clown over at Wired.

[00:54:30] And I want to read that letter to you that I wrote.

[00:54:32] And I'm still waiting on a response from him.

[00:54:35] Strange.

[00:54:36] You won't respond to me, huh?

[00:54:37] All right.

[00:54:37] Hour one of the can.

[00:54:38] Hour two coming up.

[00:54:39] Liberty round table dot com.

[00:54:40] Loving Liberty dot net.

[00:54:41] Share the love.

[00:54:47] Thank you.
