[00:00:57] The FBI was claiming no, the mayor of New Orleans was claiming yes, and no one knew, and it was

[00:01:02] confusing, and now the FBI says, oh yeah, it's a terrorist attack for sure.

[00:01:06] I'm like, oh, the guy had terrorism written all over him, you know.

[00:01:10] Well, then they said, no, the Trump Hotel is not a terrorist attack.

[00:01:13] The sheriff down there, nope, not a terrorist attack over here.

[00:01:18] Well, now the headline says this.

[00:01:21] Authorities looking at, quote, Trump Hotel, as explosion as possible, terrorist attack.

[00:01:29] I kid, you can't make this stuff up, people.

[00:01:35] How do you relate to this thing?

[00:01:40] I told you guys yesterday that you can't know if it was a terrorist attack or not that

[00:01:46] early in the game.

[00:01:47] That was yesterday.

[00:01:48] Now, a day later, you might be able to start to put some things together.

[00:01:51] I get it.

[00:01:53] Although, you know, being New Year's Day, people are off and with their families.

[00:01:58] I don't know how you can get the investigation done that quickly.

[00:02:02] They say this.

[00:02:03] Now, listen carefully.

[00:02:04] They said, oh, man, how dare Elon Musk speculate.

[00:02:08] But in this Blaze article, theblaze.com, the headline says this.

[00:02:14] Authorities looking at Trump Hotel explosion as possible terrorist act.

[00:02:19] Then they say links to suspect in New Orleans massacre.

[00:02:25] So now they're saying they think there might be some relationship of links there.

[00:02:31] Joseph McKinnon with the article over at the Blaze doing a great job.

[00:02:36] Now, they then, they say this.

[00:02:40] Listen carefully to me.

[00:02:42] The driver at the wheel of the exploding pickup cyber truck reportedly served at the same base

[00:02:52] as the suspect of the New Orleans massacre.

[00:02:57] So now you got that both these guys, let me try to think how to say this.

[00:03:02] Both of these guys use the same Turo company.

[00:03:04] They both acted on the same day.

[00:03:08] Right?

[00:03:10] They both acted on the same day.

[00:03:14] And now we find out two guys supposedly served at the same base.

[00:03:22] What do you say that?

[00:03:27] Now, they don't tell us who the guy is.

[00:03:36] Now, they say that he's the only guy killed.

[00:03:38] So both guys are dead.

[00:03:39] Right?

[00:03:41] But the authorities are presently investigating whether the Las Vegas incident was a terrorist attack.

[00:03:50] Yeah.

[00:03:51] What do they have?

[00:03:52] They say in addition to timing and the vehicular nature.

[00:03:58] Well, those are two pretty interesting things, timing and vehicular nature.

[00:04:01] Well, they're both rented at Turo, and now the guys have a tie at a military base.

[00:04:10] Now, I don't know how to respond to this.

[00:04:13] Now, they say interestingly enough, they say the cyber truck somehow pulled in about 730

[00:04:18] and was going up and down the roads for about an hour before the event occurred.

[00:04:23] Before the detonation or whatever you want to call it.

[00:04:25] I find that fascinating too.

[00:04:29] Now, I don't know what the answer is.

[00:04:33] But if you were tracking that truck for an hour, here's what it says.

[00:04:36] The truck's flatbed was loaded with gasoline cans, camping fuel, and large firework mortars.

[00:04:48] Yeah.

[00:04:51] Now, they say it looks like the external part of the truck is completely intact as it sits there.

[00:04:55] The fact that it was a cyber truck really limited the damage that could have been done.

[00:05:03] Anyway, I just look at this thing, and I say the more we hear.

[00:05:10] Now, they say that the be clear about this electric vehicle, it was not a lithium battery blast.

[00:05:16] Right?

[00:05:20] Now, they're admitting now who rented the cyber truck, which I find even more fascinating about this story.

[00:05:26] Now, listen to this.

[00:05:28] Here's the deal.

[00:05:30] Sorry, I'm trying to put this together exactly while we're talking here.

[00:05:33] They say while McMayhill was hesitant to release the details of the driver, resources or senior law enforcement sources told this KOAA TV

[00:05:52] that 37-year-old Army veteran Matthew Leibelsberger of Colorado Springs rented the cyber truck and was behind the wheel at the time.

[00:06:12] Anyway, that's what they say.

[00:06:15] So now we say who it is.

[00:06:23] And I guess now they have tactical gear at the address of this gentleman, too.

[00:06:28] So, I mean, it just goes on and on and on.

[00:06:30] And I look at this thing, and I'm just kind of going, now, I guess this 20-year-old guy, or I'm sorry,

[00:06:39] this Leibelsberger guy served 20 years in the Army, 18 of which he spent in special forces.

[00:06:46] Well, if the authorities have not confirmed that the two knew each other,

[00:06:50] they served at the same military base that Joe Biden alleged the one guy in New Orleans was inspired by ISIS.

[00:07:05] They say that even though we don't know if these two guys knew each other or if they were related,

[00:07:09] they rented their cars from the same company.

[00:07:11] So let me get this right.

[00:07:12] They rented their cars from the same company, same day.

[00:07:15] They served at the same military base.

[00:07:20] They used a vehicle as a weapon, both of them.

[00:07:23] I don't know what the links are yet, but to pretend there's no links is crazy.

[00:07:28] Why are they saying not a terrorist attack first and then they changed to terrorist attack in both cases?

[00:07:39] Now, here's some interesting side notes that you should know about this.

[00:07:44] McMahill, that's the sheriff down there, indicated that the Cybertruck was rented

[00:07:50] from the rental company Turo back in Colorado.

[00:07:54] And its progress was confirmed by charging stations along the way by Elon Musk.

[00:08:09] Now, the sheriff suggested that it was a coincidence that both of those were rented from Turo.

[00:08:14] See, I don't think so.

[00:08:16] Same day, what are the odds?

[00:08:19] Same rental company, what are the odds?

[00:08:21] Same weapon of destruction vehicle, what are the odds?

[00:08:25] Served at a military base together, what are the odds?

[00:08:29] I'm just saying, not far from age from one another.

[00:08:34] You know, Turo said in the statements with a heavy heart this all happened.

[00:08:42] They say we do not believe that either rental had a criminal background that would identify them

[00:08:47] as a security threat, and we're not aware of any information that indicates

[00:08:52] the two instances are related out of the company.

[00:08:54] Well, yes and no.

[00:08:56] Again, if neither of them had any criminal activity, again, it's a similarity.

[00:09:02] Can you say that means anything?

[00:09:03] No.

[00:09:04] It's another interesting similarity.

[00:09:07] Remember, these guys are supposed to be disgruntled guys that are hate-filled.

[00:09:10] No criminal activity for either of them.

[00:09:14] The FBI is presently investigating the Cybertruck explosion with their Joint Terrorism Task Force

[00:09:23] and trying to determine whether it was a terrorist attack.

[00:09:26] And this brings me to my original point yesterday.

[00:09:29] How do they jump to the gun and claim this is terrorism?

[00:09:33] The FBI wasn't there yesterday saying it was terrorism in New Orleans.

[00:09:36] They were saying it wasn't.

[00:09:37] Then the FBI came aboard yesterday and said that it was.

[00:09:39] Now in this incident, they're saying, hey, we've got our whole terrorism task force

[00:09:44] trying to determine if it was a terrorist attack or not.

[00:09:47] I think they're being honest in the case in Nevada, in Las Vegas.

[00:09:54] Less honest about the case, okay?

[00:09:57] After confirming the identity of the driver, the FBI special agent in charge, Jeremy Schwartz,

[00:10:07] told reporters that the task force, they have a second objective.

[00:10:13] It's to determine whether it was an act of terrorism.

[00:10:15] See, that's what's fascinating.

[00:10:16] So it's a second objective.

[00:10:18] That's after getting his name and whatever, right?

[00:10:21] Makes sense to me.

[00:10:22] You first find out who we're talking about.

[00:10:23] Then you talk about their ties.

[00:10:25] In the case in New Orleans, we talked about their ties before we even knew the person's name.

[00:10:30] Oh, it's a terrorist attack for sure.

[00:10:33] What's his name now?

[00:10:34] We're working on that.

[00:10:35] Doesn't make any sense.

[00:10:38] I know everybody's interested in that word and trying to see if we can say, hey, is this a terrorist attack?

[00:10:44] That's our goal.

[00:10:44] That's what we're trying to find out, says Schwartz.

[00:13:50] Now, they say armored vehicles and law enforcement agents with tactical gear

[00:13:57] were reported at the scene of one of his addresses after the explosion.

[00:14:05] So while we didn't know the name, while they were claiming it wasn't a terrorist attack,

[00:14:08] they're literally at his different addresses already, which means he had multiple addresses.

[00:14:14] Now, I just don't understand this.

[00:14:16] You know, what's the motivation behind these things so far?

[00:14:19] There's been no motivations.

[00:14:21] There's been no manifestos.

[00:14:22] There's been a lot of weird information released.

[00:14:26] I'm just not comfortable with any of it, really.

[00:14:29] Are you?

[00:14:31] I just don't even know how to respond to this.

[00:14:34] And then, hey, you know, the Treasury got hacked just recently between Christmas and New Year's.

[00:14:40] Happy lame duck session.

[00:14:42] Treasury.

[00:14:46] U.S. admits.

[00:14:48] Wow.

[00:14:49] When you put all this together and you go, man, we ain't seen nothing yet.

[00:15:18] Speaking of Friday, what's going to happen?

[00:15:20] Is their first act going to make Mike Johnson the speaker?

[00:15:23] As you know, Donald Trump doubled down, saying Mike Johnson's a great man.

[00:15:28] He's awesome.

[00:15:29] He'll do what's right.

[00:15:31] He's a Christian.

[00:15:31] He's a good conservative.

[00:15:32] Another rep coming on board saying, oh, my gosh, he's awesome.

[00:15:35] He didn't cheat on his wife.

[00:15:38] Okay.

[00:15:39] There's a real push for Mike Johnson.

[00:15:41] You've got to wonder why.

[00:15:42] But Representative Thomas Massey, speaking out about this, of Kentucky,

[00:15:49] has now stated that House Speaker Mike Johnson did not merit a, quote, second term in leadership.

[00:15:59] And if he got it, it would result in the Republican Party losing its majority in the House.

[00:16:06] And he calls it in the lower chamber, but that's the House.

[00:16:08] If he were to be reelected.

[00:16:11] That's a bold statement from Massey, right?

[00:16:16] That's a very bold statement from Massey.

[00:16:20] And I don't know the truth of it.

[00:16:22] I don't know how valuable or accurate it'll be.

[00:16:25] But I will say this.

[00:16:26] It's very weird.

[00:16:28] Are they going to, you know, coronate Mike Johnson?

[00:16:33] Or should it be another speaker?

[00:16:35] The problem is they're running out of time because you've got the debt ceiling coming up.

[00:16:40] They've already kicked the can down the road regarding the expenditures, except for the debt ceiling piece.

[00:16:46] Can they advance the debt ceiling discussion?

[00:16:50] Or any bills that could reduce spending to reduce the need for the expansion of the debt ceiling?

[00:16:56] And can they certify the elections?

[00:16:59] And what can they do now if they don't have a speaker?

[00:17:02] And so I think that's why Donald Trump is trying to push for Mike to be the speaker, Mike Johnson.

[00:17:10] I don't think Mike should be the speaker.

[00:17:13] I think they've had, ever since November, and this is the interesting thing about Congress.

[00:17:18] We want to kind of believe that, oh, my gosh, they've got a day to figure this out.

[00:17:21] Holy crap, tomorrow we're going to get the answer.

[00:17:23] Got to, man, oh, where do you stand?

[00:17:26] What are you going to do?

[00:17:27] All these guys are going, I don't know whether they're going to have Mike Johnson or not.

[00:17:29] I've got to make up my mind I will by Friday or whatever.

[00:17:34] But the problem with the discussion is they've had literally since November knowing that Trump won to ferret this out

[00:17:39] and to deal with this and have an answer and have a plan in place.

[00:17:43] And so far I see no plan on anything that's concrete.

[00:17:46] Not on immigration.

[00:17:48] Not on the economy and the debt and inflation.

[00:17:51] Not on the debt ceiling.

[00:17:52] Not on the spending.

[00:17:54] Doge has been interviewing some people and talking big.

[00:17:57] And, you know, I appreciate their efforts.

[00:17:59] I'm not downing Doge at this point.

[00:18:01] But what I am saying is something's weird.

[00:18:05] Literally no solid plans that I can see what's going to happen.

[00:18:07] I just don't know.

[00:18:10] I don't know where this will go.

[00:18:11] But I predict they're going to put Mike Johnson in place.

[00:18:14] Donald's going to get his way and it's going to get done.

[00:18:16] And the masses of the world and others who have their concerns like myself

[00:18:20] and many other conservatives are going to feel horrible about it.

[00:18:25] Know that that means that you don't have a real Doge leader at the helm of who controls the purse strings.

[00:18:34] Purse strings.

[00:18:37] Okay, you have Mike Johnson who's proven that he's willing to spend ourselves into oblivion

[00:18:43] if he can do it without getting caught.

[00:18:45] See, he tried to do it with a 1,500-page on-the-bus spending bill right around Christmas time there.

[00:18:51] But he got caught and everybody said no.

[00:18:53] Trump got caught trying to raise the debt ceiling and they told him no.

[00:18:57] So there's enough good people so far to put the brakes on Johnson and Donald.

[00:19:02] But not enough as far as I can see.

[00:19:04] You've got to put a Rand Paul kind of person.

[00:19:07] Now, I know Rand's in the Senate, not in the House.

[00:19:09] So I'm not suggesting to move him there.

[00:19:10] I'm just making a point.

[00:19:11] You've got to have a Rand Paul-esque person as Speaker of the House.

[00:19:17] Vivek Ramaswamy might be one of the best people to do so.

[00:19:21] The question is, could a leader of the Senate become the House Speaker?

[00:19:27] What about a Rand Paul or a Mike Lee being the Speaker?

[00:19:31] Can you have somebody from the Senate be a Speaker of the House?

[00:19:34] You sure can because you don't even have to be a House member to be Speaker of the House.

[00:19:38] See?

[00:19:40] What about Ron Paul?

[00:19:42] What about Sam Bushman?

[00:19:44] What about Vivek Ramaswamy?

[00:19:45] What about Scott Bradley?

[00:19:47] What about Sheriff Richard Mack?

[00:19:48] What about, I can think of dozens of people that would make.

[00:19:51] How about Judge Napolitano?

[00:19:53] What about Judge Roy Moore?

[00:20:00] There's a lot of people I can think of that could fulfill these positions, people.

[00:20:04] But I don't really see anybody being floated.

[00:20:08] China hacked the Treasury.

[00:20:10] You heard that.

[00:20:11] You hear of all these cyber attacks everywhere.

[00:20:14] You hear of all these physical attacks everywhere.

[00:20:20] Representative Thomas Massey speaking out boldly.

[00:20:23] But in my opinion, what will happen to Thomas Massey, they'll just ignore and ridicule and mock him.

[00:20:30] And they'll coronate Mike Johnson as Speaker of the House.

[00:20:32] And they will raise the debt ceiling.

[00:20:34] I pray I'm wrong.

[00:20:35] Predict I'm right.

[00:20:36] Write it down because I'm telling you how it is in 2025.

[00:20:40] But I'm very familiar.

[00:20:44] Let me think of the word.

[00:20:48] That they are going to try to turn Donald Trump into the war president.

[00:20:52] Somehow, some way.

[00:20:53] Remember, white men carry out wars.

[00:21:03] Stacey Abrams.

[00:21:04] The whacked out black liberal is all get out lady that tried to run for, what, Georgia and everything else.

[00:21:10] Now goes full-blown election denier.

[00:21:13] I find this fascinating.

[00:21:15] She claims the elections are all bogus.

[00:21:17] They're all rigged and da-da-da-da-da-da-da.

[00:21:19] Well, here's the problem with it.

[00:21:20] I think she's probably right.

[00:21:22] Forget the election denier label.

[00:21:24] The reason that we're using it right now is because it's turnabout's fair play.

[00:21:28] She's denying the elections now.

[00:21:31] Well, she's claiming that there's fraud and problems of the elections now.

[00:21:34] Okay.

[00:21:35] Hillary Clinton was an election denier.

[00:21:37] Our point is to highlight it goes both ways.

[00:21:40] The losing party always feels cheated.

[00:21:43] Let me say that again for clarity's sake.

[00:21:45] The losing party always feels cheated, right?

[00:21:51] Well, to me, I don't care which losing party feels cheated.

[00:21:54] What I want is hard evidence.

[00:21:57] And hard evidence is plentiful.

[00:21:59] If you check with Mike Lintel and True the Vote and many others, they have hardcore evidence.

[00:22:05] We even have sheriffs who have arrested people regarding elections and everything else.

[00:22:10] So let's not pretend it doesn't exist.

[00:22:11] The Heritage Foundation puts together a list of convicted election fraud cases as well.

[00:22:16] And they're in the hundreds, thousands of cases.

[00:22:20] So let's be clear.

[00:22:21] Election fraud does exist.

[00:22:23] It is real.

[00:22:23] No one's denying anything.

[00:22:24] But the losing party always feels like they've been robbed.

[00:22:28] They've been harmed.

[00:22:29] They've been wronged.

[00:22:30] They've been okay.

[00:22:31] But I want hard facts.

[00:22:32] And I look at the Sidney Powell case is a great example.

[00:22:36] When Sidney put together her thing saying there was election fraud, she had a lot of information.

[00:22:40] The judges dismissed it out of hand.

[00:22:42] Instead of looking at the evidence she had, what they did was they said, oh my gosh, Sidney, you can't put forth these things like this.

[00:22:48] How dare you?

[00:22:49] We're going to partner with and dismiss you from the bar.

[00:22:53] You shouldn't be able to file these kind of frivolous lawsuits in the first place.

[00:22:57] Well, lo and behold, later it came out.

[00:22:58] The Sidney Powell was fine.

[00:22:59] She was well within her constitutional and her attorney rights to file what she filed.

[00:23:04] And it turned out the bar was the dishonest ones with the problem.

[00:23:10] The bar had attacked the messenger.

[00:23:13] But nevertheless, that case cost Sidney Powell a bunch of money.

[00:23:18] It absolutely destroyed her credibility in the mainstream public eye or the court of public opinion, if you will.

[00:23:26] And later we find out that she's been vindicated.

[00:23:28] And now the bar should be questioned.

[00:23:31] But, of course, no repercussions.

[00:23:32] You can do that to a Sidney Powell and there'll be no accountability, see?

[00:23:36] That's the problem.

[00:23:37] Well, anyway, now two-time loser Stacey Abrams goes full-blown election denier.

[00:23:44] And I find that fascinating.

[00:23:46] She can do that.

[00:23:46] Hillary can do that.

[00:23:47] Not a whole lot of criticism.

[00:23:49] Donald Trump does that.

[00:23:50] You do that.

[00:31:54] I don't know how to respond to this, though.

[00:48:03] Donald Trump running around acting as de facto president publicly while aides, advisors, whatever words you want to call it for these unelected thugs, literally, they say, kind of managed his limitations.

[00:48:21] Which means ran the presidency because he's not capable of doing it.

[00:48:24] What are his limitations?

[00:48:25] The fact that he can't do it, so they'll do it for him?

[00:48:28] How far do those limitations go?

[00:48:30] We need to get advisors.

[00:48:33] We need to get experts.

[00:48:35] We need to get, you know, what are the secret doctor meetings?

[00:48:38] What were they about?

[00:48:40] Parkinson's, who knows what for Joe.

[00:48:44] Now, here's the problem.

[00:48:46] It isn't just a matter of attacking Joe because he's a Democrat.

[00:48:48] That isn't the point.

[00:48:51] The point is when you spend literally 40% of your time on vacation with no visitor logs and you then say,

[00:48:57] I didn't have anything to do with Joe or my son Hunter's business dealings.

[00:49:02] And now evidence shows, photos show, recordings show that he actually did.

[00:49:08] And he lied to you people.

[00:49:10] So here's the question.

[00:49:12] Was he capable of lying?

[00:49:15] Did he know that he told you a lie?

[00:49:17] Did he get a script from advisors to make up for his inadequacies that gave him something?

[00:49:28] All you got to do is get a little.

[00:49:29] I did not get involved with Hunter.

[00:49:32] And then, A, from that, the media builds this whole lie scenario around it, protecting.

[00:49:41] Now, when we question if he's fit for office, what if this report about 40% of the time on vacation would have come out before the election in 2020?

[00:49:49] What if the information that he did help Hunter came out before 2020?

[00:49:54] What if we found out the laptop story was real, even though we believed it was and reported that it was?

[00:50:00] They lied and said that it wasn't.

[00:50:01] Government agencies went against us, said that it wasn't, then admitted we were right.

[00:50:05] What if that had come out before 2020?

[00:50:47] The Wall Street Journal was reporting this stuff in 2020, just like we were.

[00:50:51] But we were all ignored by the clowns at CBS and CNN and everybody else.

[00:51:39] So the main news service, UPI, that's been credible and around for a long time, saying the annexation of Taiwan cannot be stopped.

[00:51:54] That's crazy.

[00:51:55] And another headline that kind of relates to this.

[00:52:00] Xi says no one can stop the unification with Taiwan.

[00:52:04] Is that what we can expect for 2025?

[00:52:10] I mean, who's worse?

[00:52:12] The United States or China?

[00:52:17] No one can stop reunification with Taiwan.

[00:52:22] China's annexation of can't be stopped.

[00:52:24] Now, that's what Xi is saying in the news.

[00:52:29] Have you heard anybody really speak out and challenge and focus on this?

[00:52:33] You've got a derelict president that can't even, you know, know what he's doing?

[00:52:38] Even the mainstream press admitting that, finally.

[00:52:42] But the question is, well, you've got this guy saying, hey, nobody can stop the takeover of Taiwan, the annexation of Taiwan by China.

[00:52:50] Who's speaking out about that now?

[00:52:54] I pray they don't make a move before Donald's in office.

[00:52:56] But what if they do make a move?

[00:52:58] Then what does the United States do?

[00:53:39] Suzy Wilds, Trump's chief of staff, sent a memo to each nominee.

[00:53:47] They say they need to refrain from any post without prior approval of the White House counsel.

[00:53:52] Trump's nominees have been blatantly silent ahead of what's expected to be a very interesting Senate battle.

[00:53:59] The Wilds memo, according to a Trump transition source, says this is not in response to doge and everybody else battling over the visas.

[00:54:11] But Trump did go on social and warn that the Democrats will do their best to sabotage the process.

[00:54:16] And the Senate is expected to start hearings for some of Trump's nominees within a couple of weeks.

[00:54:24] Time will tell what happens with that.
