[00:00:53] Quick, late breaking story that just came out over the break that I thought I'd

[00:00:57] briefed on before we get back to our prime time programming. Headline says this,

[00:01:02] Judge Kills multiple charges in Trump case, Patrick Hout with the Peace and I guess a

[00:01:10] lot of the charges in Georgia got dropped against Donald and they say everything is not

[00:01:15] dropped but there's a bunch of charges that relate directly to Trump that flat out got

[00:01:19] dropped again. Trump continuing to navigate through this and every time it looks like

[00:01:23] they got him, they're ready to put the news around his neck and whoop slipknot there

[00:01:28] it is. Donald Trump not having issues. I suspect he'll be plagued all the way through

[00:01:33] the election at the end of the day. There'll be nothing to it Lance.

[00:01:37] Well, they've never had any success because they keep creating these narratives. I think

[00:01:41] a lot of these allegations and a lot of these portions of the indictment that got dismissed

[00:01:46] or related to the Raffensberger edited phone calls and the illegally recorded phone calls

[00:01:54] that were done by his assistant. I think we're going to see a lot, you know, Jordan Fuchs

[00:02:00] illegally recorded Trump. It sounds like she was in Florida and that's a two-party recording

[00:02:04] approval state. So I think that's why they're dismissing charges. They're trying to do

[00:02:08] clean up and trying to save the case but I think we're starting to see a real pattern of

[00:02:13] fraud in these cases. They actually edited the transcripts that Raffensberger said occurred

[00:02:18] with Trump on these phone calls and then submitted those and even testified to that fact. So I don't

[00:02:23] know how you can continue forward with an indictment that's so rife with fraud, Sam.

[00:02:27] Okay, how do you got literally criminals in charge of the henhouse and they're literally killing

[00:02:33] the hands in front of you and going it's not happening. And until the American people get

[00:02:36] sentenced enough and sentenced enough to say it is happening and something's got to happen,

[00:02:40] they can do what they want, right? It's like the bully in the jail yard. Hey, I'll do whatever

[00:02:44] I want with you unless you can stop me or unless somebody else stops me. That's where we are

[00:02:49] in this rogue agent in government scenario where some people like Hunter and Joe and Hillary

[00:02:56] and Barack and I can keep going are just above the law. That's all they can do whatever they want

[00:03:01] to unless you stop them. Yeah, yeah, you just nailed that. Absolutely. I agree with you 100%, Sam.

[00:03:07] You know, they're just like, Hey, yeah, we're committing crimes. What are you going to do about

[00:03:09] a lance? What are you going to do about Sam? What are you going to do about it? Joe, whoever,

[00:03:12] they're just mocking you in your face now. They used to do it in secret knowing that the repercussions

[00:03:16] could be great. Look at Nixon to make the example. Hey, he had to resign before he got taken down.

[00:03:21] Nowadays, they don't need to resign every take it down. I got to do a saddened have sex with that woman.

[00:03:25] All I got to say is I'm an American citizen. You to think otherwise is crazy town. And you just

[00:03:30] dismiss anything and just continue to promote criminal activity. However, more and more evidence

[00:03:36] coming out about election fraud problems. Rigged, they say top state official says the 2020

[00:03:43] election was absolutely stolen. What am I talking about? You might say well, President Trump has

[00:03:47] claimed for quite some time that the 2020 election president's election was stolen from him. He's

[00:03:52] right as rain. Democrats and other leftists have joined in a campaign to claim that makes him a

[00:03:59] threat. The democracy although they're really the ones that are a threat to the Constitutional

[00:04:03] Republic that we have just in the idea that they're claiming we have a democracy for starters.

[00:04:07] However, now an expert, a top state elections official has confirmed that is exactly what happened

[00:04:14] to Donald Trump. He got the election stolen from him. All right. There's a report at the Federalist

[00:04:21] that explains how West Virginia Secretary of State, guys name his Mac Warner. He's credited with

[00:04:28] extensive work to clean up and secure his own election roles in his state. He also has been

[00:04:38] critical of the Federal Cybersecurity and quote infrastructure security agency. He basically says

[00:04:46] they're guilty. They're the ones involved in this thing big time, right? He says when we have our

[00:04:52] own Federal agencies lying to the American people, that's the most insidious thing we can do relating

[00:04:59] to elections. Warner told all these people he spoke to the FBI, all these different kind of people

[00:05:06] or whatever to a bunch of secretaries of states and he kind of defended the Federal agency but at

[00:05:13] the same time had to admit that hey this is a serious problem indeed. And in the end of the day

[00:05:20] in a Warner and a recent debate, basically today this thing was rigged. The election was stolen

[00:05:27] and it was stolen by the CIA. Lance is his final blame. I mean I think he's right. Size uh you know

[00:05:35] they were set up I think in 2018 and their whole the whole point of size it was protect critical

[00:05:40] infrastructure you know in guard against cybersecurity threats domestically and internationally

[00:05:45] and that's not what they're doing. They're obviously part of the you know the industrial censorship

[00:05:52] plan that seems to be orchestrated out of DC. Size was deeply involved in the Twitter files exposure

[00:06:00] that you saw that Elon Musk brought to the forefront. They were also connected to the uh the

[00:06:06] censorship over at Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and so many others YouTube. There was a constant

[00:06:14] dialogue with the FBI being involved. We saw it in the emails. We saw it in the direct communications.

[00:06:20] We saw it in the recommended lists of those people like Sam Bushman, like the big mig show,

[00:06:26] like the people that are bringing out the truth to censor them, suspend them, remove the content

[00:06:32] and that includes everything from the vaccine Sam right through to the election. This is their

[00:06:37] area of expertise censorship, mocking bird media on steroids is what I like to call it and they're

[00:06:43] very sophisticated and they're doing they're doing harm to the country and its people.

[00:06:50] Now I'll tell you what's interesting about this Mac Warner guy he continues. He says the election

[00:06:56] was stolen it was stolen by the CIA. The FBI in fact chose to interfere by telling media

[00:07:03] corporations to suppress the accurate reporting about the Joe Biden scandals. A subsequent

[00:07:11] polling shows ladies and gentlemen that hey that took the election away from Trump and gave it

[00:07:17] to Biden. Warner also noted the 400 million dollars plus handed out by Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook

[00:07:27] two election officials who often used it to quote recruit Biden supporters. Anyway he digs into

[00:07:35] this and then the Federalist says hey Warner already has cleaned up West Virginia's voter rolls,

[00:07:40] cut ties with left wing influencers and now he's running for governor.

[00:07:47] Election law expert Cleta Mitchell basically said of Warner he speaks the truth he's a true patriot.

[00:07:58] I sure wish we had 50 state election officials just like him. I find that interesting lands.

[00:08:04] Well I think you need oversight right it isn't just about the elected officials and their

[00:08:09] responsibility to a free and fair election. I think you need oversight on them and you have

[00:08:14] to force their handsam at the end of the day the Zuckerbuck scandal. I mean he should be criminally

[00:08:19] prosecuted for election interference but yet he's not getting prosecuted he's busy building

[00:08:24] a hundred plus million dollar bunker for himself in Hawaii. The FBI is in the middle of this

[00:08:32] cover up this is going on and on and on and they've been exposed and if you think about the

[00:08:38] interference that the size of courts, the FBI, DHS and others were involved in by suppressing

[00:08:45] the Hunter Biden laptop as an example and the impact of that on the election. The dirty 51 plus

[00:08:52] eight you know Russian collusion hoax has been proven to be one massive lie. This is the

[00:08:58] misuse of government resources it's a violation of their charters when you start using these

[00:09:04] these inferences with no justification to spy on the American public to disseminate information

[00:09:10] that is in fact false. You would think this is going on in some third world country right you

[00:09:15] would think the CIA is maybe operating to overturn an election in some you know small South American

[00:09:22] or Middle East country at the end of day it's not it's happening here right on our ground and

[00:09:26] until the American public stands up and say enough we're done with you. I think that that JFK

[00:09:33] is right the CIA needs to be scattered to the winds and the FBI needs to be disbanded.

[00:09:39] He highlights the fact that the FBI literally chose to promote these stories that were false

[00:09:45] against Trump but promote or to cover the bury the stories that were true about Joe Biden

[00:09:53] and then when you put that 400 million from Mark Zuckerberg into the mixes to like that hey it's

[00:09:58] flat out election law criminal activity without a doubt. Anyway we thought we'd bring that to

[00:10:04] your attention as more evidence continues to come forward all right cheese this next item then

[00:10:10] we'll take a break and come back and drill into it Lance well you'd have to be living under a rock

[00:10:14] to know not know about the special counsel Robert Herr report on Joe Biden and obviously his

[00:10:20] willful retaining of classified materials at the end of his vice presidency as a private citizen

[00:10:27] as a member of congress so this is a story that's exploding more and more facts are coming out

[00:13:28] and you go these hearings are almost a clown show they literally flat out of mid criminal activity

[00:13:34] then they just all smile and go yeah so it's like what the heck is happening several people are

[00:13:41] speaking out on this example folks big time right special counsel Robert her basically

[00:13:52] highlights that Joe Biden literally willfully had these materials it wasn't as Joe said Joe lied

[00:13:59] over and over and over and got caught in all the prosecutors can say or all the you know whatever

[00:14:04] just like hey looks like it doesn't square with the report that I have and the guys like so

[00:14:11] you're lying you mean well it doesn't square with the reporter what it's like what I don't

[00:14:15] understand how come they're not really arresting Joe right now because wasn't it the cover-up that

[00:14:21] took Nixon down what about the cover-up taking Joe down Lance well he's not allowed to arrest Joe Biden

[00:14:29] even though he willfully retained these this classified information and he didn't have the same

[00:14:35] coverage you know they always want to compare him to Trump in his classified documents case

[00:14:40] Donald Trump was president of the United States the guidelines and what the president of the United

[00:14:45] States is allowed to do with classified documents is completely different it doesn't apply

[00:14:50] to a vice president a member of congress and obviously not a civilian well it's pretty incredible

[00:14:56] to visit this when he was a senator too exactly this is a long history of him not

[00:15:04] and retaining classified materials that he never should have and this is not only at the end of

[00:15:08] his vice presidency but as a private citizen he held onto these documents at multiple locations

[00:15:14] and I think it's crazy right we've seen some incredible history about the miss miss storing

[00:15:21] or the missing documents that they've accused Obama of the same thing although he was a president so

[00:15:27] he has a little more latitude but look at Hillary Clinton she ran a program called bleach bit on

[00:15:32] her server and then they used hammers to destroy the hard drives now Joe Biden has a 50-year history

[00:15:40] of misplacing classified documents this isn't the first time this actually came up years ago with him

[00:15:45] but yet only one person is being prosecuted for Donald Trump it's a crazy thing right

[00:15:50] say I mean you're looking at an unequal application of the laws and in fact that I've

[00:15:55] actually got a special class that have privilege and the rest of us don't you see the disparity

[00:15:59] every day exactly two presidents on different sides of the aisle right yeah but don't worry

[00:16:07] his sams Joe's a sympathetic well meaning elderly man with a poor memory

[00:16:13] I know don't you feel sorry for Joe yeah yeah I feel really sorry you know

[00:16:44] about these one one step at a time so the there's an Armstrong quote that talks about Hillary

[00:16:49] Clinton's bleached bit programs we play that one first I don't know if we have that one do we have

[00:16:55] I don't know if we have that or not I think we don't have that one do we do we have that one

[00:17:04] play it for the for the audience for the last three election cycles there's only been three people

[00:17:10] who have ran for president Hillary Clinton Joe Biden Donald Trump all three of them have been

[00:17:17] accused of mishandling classified documents only one of them has been prosecuted and that's what

[00:17:25] the American people see that's what we see we had Hillary Clinton who ran a program called Bleach

[00:17:29] Head on her server they used hammers to destroy evidence Joe Biden has a 50 year history of misplacing

[00:17:37] classified documents in numerous different positions places all of these cases have the same

[00:17:42] underlying elements of the crime the same fact patterns and yet we only see one person being prosecuted

[00:17:49] with that I yield back to the gentleman from Kentucky yeah when it comes to Hillary Clinton and Joe

[00:17:53] Biden they weren't even president at the time that a lot of their classified missteps were happening

[00:17:58] and they've both taken aggressive steps to avoid the truth to lie they got caught lying over and over

[00:18:05] you got two different reps speaking out about the lies of Joe Biden right Lance yeah I mean look

[00:18:13] it's the same thing right that it's obvious that Hillary Clinton should have been charged for her

[00:18:20] intentional cover-up I mean also in that same story she was in possession or she had purchased off a

[00:18:26] eBay non-government blackberries so she could continue to communicate outside of the government network

[00:18:33] and then just destroy them when she got down with them so nobody could recover any of the information

[00:18:38] she's at a pattern there's no doubt she should be charged and Joe Biden this story in itself would

[00:18:43] be enough there's no there's no denying by her that this is a criminal operation but they're trying

[00:18:48] to act as if Joe Biden gets some exclusionary rule for just because he's the elevators are

[00:18:54] gone in the wrong direction as far as his mental acuity I think it's a joke Sam it's just the

[00:18:59] other problem that I see is they act like his willful violations of the law don't matter for him

[00:19:05] they matter for you Lance yeah of course for example even hinted that you thought that the people

[00:19:11] for January the 6th were good guys now you're associated with an insurrection but this guy can

[00:19:16] literally mishandle classified information literally have allegations that he's in a play to pay

[00:19:22] or pay to play scheme with you know hunter and everything else and you can't even collect all the dots

[00:19:27] to make anything happen much less have accountability but there's a couple of reports here that

[00:19:32] highlight this this blatant knowledge about how much Joe really knew and what he really did oh yeah

[00:19:39] you know Sam what I think an important question would have been to ask her and I've been there

[00:19:43] during that that that report I would ask them I said well if I commit the same level of crimes

[00:19:50] that are in your report that Joe Biden did would you charge me the simple answer would be yes by her

[00:19:56] there's no denying it but when you start adding in that the ghost rider had access you now now he's

[00:20:02] looking at classified information with no security clanses so what do you do with that I mean at the

[00:20:07] end of day and then when they went and checked of course he slid those files into his recycle bin on

[00:20:13] his computer and he tried to destroy the evidence of what he did we've got that media clip from Jim

[00:20:18] Jordan we should play it so the audience can hear it straight from the horses mouth there it is

[00:20:22] I think this is interesting because here's a scary part page 200 I said this earlier in my opening

[00:20:31] statement page 200 Joe Biden this is a quote Joe Biden risk serious damage to America's national

[00:20:39] security when he shared information with his ghost rider shared it with his ghost rider the guy

[00:20:45] who was helping Joe Biden get eight million dollars and oh by the way mr. her what did that ghost

[00:20:52] rider do with the information Joe Biden shared with him on his laptop what did he do after you were

[00:20:58] named special counsel chairman if you're referring to the audio recordings that mr. Zwanets are

[00:21:04] created of his conversations exactly what I'm referring to he he slid if I remember correctly

[00:21:11] he slid those files into his recycle bin on his computer tried to try to destroy the evidence didn't

[00:21:19] correct the very guy who was helping Joe Biden get the eight million dollars eight million dollars

[00:21:23] Joe Biden used what what the motive for Joe Biden to to disclose classified information to retain

[00:21:29] classified information which he definitely knew was against the law when you get name special

[00:21:35] counsel what's that guy do he destroys the evidence that's the key takeaway in my mind

[00:21:43] and these democrats and clowns in the talking head media say there's no evidence of any wrong doing by

[00:21:48] Joe what about that okay so he slid the files they make it sound so innocent he just slid him into his

[00:21:55] cycle bin there no no just a general general a general slide he gently he literally committed criminal

[00:22:03] activity he didn't just slide files people that isn't the way that it works anyway anymore on

[00:22:08] this one though to me it just exposes the sham that it really is and why is Hillary free why is

[00:22:14] Brock free why is Joe free but yet Trump is is having to face these legal prosecutorial

[00:22:21] reality checks on this i submit you that they won't get anywhere with the classified documents on

[00:22:25] Trump either well let's face it a lot of what Trump had and there weren't that many there were only

[00:22:31] 60 documents in the case of Joe Biden we're talking about thousands of documents you know

[00:22:36] Trump how many has this lance and the truth is the documents they took from Trump had all been

[00:22:41] declassified they also the FBI brought along folders that were labeled top secret and classified

[00:22:47] for their photo op at mara logo those weren't even there was nothing in those folders they were

[00:22:52] empty folders that had the classified markings you can buy those damn things on eBay Sam if you want

[00:22:57] to with the classified status on just to be I think we're getting a lot of you classified lands

[00:23:02] that's what i'm saying yeah it's yeah we're gonna get you a whole stack of those folders you can

[00:23:05] just start putting every every uh show the transcript every show into the class i love that idea Sam

[00:37:51] to check them the cameras were now turned away there's been a bunch of evidence Sam about the phone

[00:37:58] tracking somebody's used some geo fencing this individual that was supposedly planted these bombs

[00:38:03] and none of the bombs even make sense we'll get back to a second he supposedly has been into

[00:38:08] the naval research center multiple times he's been in the FDI building multiple times they've

[00:38:13] tracked him where it clearly shows that he's some kind of a government employee that did this

[00:38:18] obviously it was probably an FBI created plot the devices themselves don't make any sense they

[00:38:25] planted them 17 hours prior to when they were discovered and they had kitchen timers on them Sam

[00:38:31] 60 minute kitchen timers with no outside communication there was no antennas no cellular connection

[00:38:38] so these devices weren't even functional so you look at this they were probably props that were

[00:38:43] taken from one of the FBI buildings that they used for training scenarios but now you see this

[00:38:48] the cameras being turned away Sam who turned the cameras away who's the real pipe bomber

[00:43:39] law enforcement file and then he gives the number and all this kind of stuff from dj hilsons office

[00:43:47] and then he says basically this you know what they want to meet a come bring all these documents

[00:43:50] etc what they're doing is they're investigating darlief because darlief is onto something and it's

[00:43:55] their way to back him off or try to stall or stop him but here's what darlief says the guys

[00:44:00] of american hero in my opinion here's what he says my department is in possession of sensitive

[00:44:06] documents that are part of an ongoing investigation involving quote dominion employees

[00:44:13] these dominion employees literally directed

[00:44:17] and

[00:44:19] tasked foreign

[00:44:24] to remotely access the michigan system anyway he brings the goods and everything else but the

[00:44:29] battle is on let's see if they can investigate take down darlief before he can bring out the truth

[00:45:43] investigation explains for uh sheriff darlief i intend to file a motion to quash the subpoena attached

[00:45:52] as well uh as this civil lawsuit against the prosecutor um anyway it goes on basically it says

[00:46:02] darlief is suing them too they're suing him they're trying to shut him down this is an emic

[00:46:07] epic internal battle for the truth uh and what they're trying to do is shut down darlief before

[00:46:12] they he can shut down uh election fraud uh and what they don't want to do is have darlief be the first

[00:46:17] guy to champion election fraud because here's what happens we had a press conference i was there

[00:46:22] darlief was there all in vegas i introduced michael and del on stage and darlief and everybody

[00:46:27] and darlief explained the case that he's gotten what's going on in the whole details

[00:46:31] and dar's not backing down from this thing and he refused to turn over all the details they want

[00:46:36] to be because he said look your investigation is gonna compromise my investigation they knew

[00:46:39] well that would be the case that's why they wanted to do it a darlief is an american hero and this

[00:46:44] battle has been going on for many years now believe it or not lance well he's obviously on top of

[00:46:50] something as we all know once you get over the target here come the attacks right i wouldn't be

[00:46:55] surprised he'll be investigated by the rrs next they weaponized the system and if you look at

[00:47:00] this the covering up of the cisterius remote security breaches to the election equipment

[00:47:11] and they concealed in his significant evidence you know and i think this is so important that he

[00:48:24] wound but i don't believe it okay um he was examined by Boeing's lawyers and by his own attorneys

[00:48:33] before this happened he was in the middle of a court case um it wasn't going very well uh for

[00:48:38] the prosecution everything else this guy was eating them alive and now he winds up dead i don't believe

[00:48:43] it's a suicide at all i think he's been Epsteined is what i think lance my main question is was
