[00:00:00] Live from atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West.

[00:00:18] You are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show.

[00:00:22] All right, happy to have you along my fellow Americans, Sam Bushman live on your radio.

[00:00:31] Hard hitting news, the network's refused to use no doubt starts now.

[00:00:36] I should say it continues now.

[00:00:38] Liberty Roundtable Live for May the 7th in the year of our Lord, 2024.

[00:00:45] There's so much to cover in so little time that I don't even know how to cover it all.

[00:00:50] But I want to highlight some of the videos that we had at our CSPOA conference.

[00:00:58] Let's see here.

[00:01:06] We've got a whole YouTube list now.

[00:01:09] Now, if you go to theLibertyConference.com, that's theLibertyConference.com,

[00:01:15] it'll point you to the YouTube link.

[00:01:17] I just sent it to Liz and if you grab that link, I want to highlight the...

[00:01:21] I mentioned this before but I didn't really get a chance to focus on it well enough.

[00:01:24] We ran out of time before.

[00:01:26] But I want to play the speech that the president of the hotel gave

[00:01:31] at the Constitutional Sheriff's and Peace Officers Association event.

[00:01:35] What happened was the enemies of CSPOA

[00:01:38] IREHR and some of these other clowns, Rolling Stone Magazine

[00:01:42] and the Southern Party Law Center and all these guys,

[00:01:46] they literally tried to call the hotel and get us canceled.

[00:01:50] They tried to just cancel our whole event.

[00:01:52] Well, thank heavens the hotel had guts to stand with us.

[00:01:56] Shane McFarland is the president of the hotel

[00:02:00] and he explained that he's not going to shut us down,

[00:02:04] that he believes in free speech.

[00:02:07] It isn't...let me be very clear.

[00:02:09] It isn't that he backs everything Sam Bushman says or does.

[00:02:12] That isn't the point.

[00:02:14] It is that he will stand with my views and let other people have their views as well.

[00:02:18] And that's really critical to understand.

[00:02:20] It's not about saying Sam Bushman's the best, I want to stand with Sam no matter what.

[00:02:23] It's about I'm going to stand with Sam because you know what?

[00:02:26] You may not even agree with what Sam says, but he has the right to say it.

[00:02:30] And so do all the other people that have had events at the AHEARN.

[00:02:34] And I'm grateful for his heroic stance.

[00:02:37] I'm going to play this video of Shane.

[00:02:40] He introduces us, promotes us, but he also highlights some real important things

[00:02:45] about the AHEARN hotel that I want to give him some credit for.

[00:02:48] Here he is, Shane McFarland.

[00:02:50] First and foremost, I just want to say thank you to Sheriff Mack

[00:03:00] and Sam Bushman and the CSPOA.

[00:03:03] For those of you that don't know me, my name is Shane McFarland.

[00:03:09] I'm the president of the AHEARN Luxury Boutique Hotel.

[00:03:12] Now here at the hotel we have over 200 rooms.

[00:03:22] We have two of the best restaurants in the city.

[00:03:25] We have nine bars.

[00:03:27] We provide a place that anybody that can come, they can come here.

[00:03:31] We always say we just want to love on you.

[00:03:34] Our house is your house.

[00:03:36] But there's something that I'm very, very proud of.

[00:03:39] We are rated the cleanest hotel in the city of Las Vegas.

[00:03:44] We are non-gaming, non-smoking.

[00:03:46] We have no resort fees.

[00:03:48] We have free parking.

[00:03:53] And there's a reason why, and actually as I've been listening to what's been said today,

[00:03:57] it ties together.

[00:03:59] There's a reason why that we're rated the cleanest hotel in the city.

[00:04:03] And not only are we rated the cleanest hotel,

[00:04:05] we are one of only two hotels in the entire city of Las Vegas

[00:04:10] with an exceptional rating.

[00:04:12] We are the number one rated on hotels.com

[00:04:15] and we are tied with four seasons on Expedia.

[00:04:19] So we average over 95% occupancy because of the fact that we are clean.

[00:04:26] Now, let me tell you why we are the cleanest hotel.

[00:04:31] There was this little thing called the shutdown.

[00:04:34] And the city of Las Vegas turned the lights out.

[00:04:37] That was the governor at the time's decision.

[00:04:39] He is not from here.

[00:04:41] He did not know what he was doing.

[00:04:43] He made the wrong decision.

[00:04:45] We voted him out and we put a sheriff in charge.

[00:04:47] Our sheriff now from Clark County from Las Vegas is the governor of Nevada.

[00:04:53] All right?

[00:04:57] Now, we made a business decision to stay open anyway.

[00:05:01] Okay?

[00:05:03] It was not an easy decision.

[00:05:05] We did 357 events during COVID.

[00:05:08] Yes.

[00:05:13] I was at every one of them.

[00:05:15] I shook everyone's hand.

[00:05:17] I greeted everybody.

[00:05:19] I look just like I look right now at every one of those events.

[00:05:22] And I'm proud of those events.

[00:05:24] I mentioned it was a business decision.

[00:05:26] Let me explain why.

[00:05:28] There are some people, and I know I sound a little bit angry.

[00:05:30] I'm not.

[00:05:32] There are some people that I love.

[00:05:34] It's my employees.

[00:05:36] I had 99 employees.

[00:05:38] And they said we just want to work.

[00:05:41] We want to come in every day.

[00:05:43] We want to go to work.

[00:05:45] We want to take care of our families.

[00:05:47] Please stay open.

[00:05:49] Okay?

[00:05:51] Easy decision.

[00:05:53] We're open, right?

[00:05:55] We're open.

[00:05:57] Now, I mentioned that we did 357 events.

[00:05:59] We did all kinds of events.

[00:06:01] The most diverse events that you can imagine.

[00:06:03] We provided a safe place for anyone,

[00:06:05] any group that wanted to gather

[00:06:07] and just say what they wanted to say.

[00:06:09] Then lo and behold,

[00:06:11] that I did the worst thing imaginable.

[00:06:14] I had a group approach me.

[00:06:17] It was a Christian group.

[00:06:19] They wanted to do an event.

[00:06:21] They said, is it okay if we do a patriotic event?

[00:06:24] Yes.

[00:06:26] Is it okay if we pray?

[00:06:28] Yes.

[00:06:30] Is it okay if we say the Pledge of Allegiance

[00:06:32] to the United States of America?

[00:06:34] Yes.

[00:06:36] Can we sing praises to Jesus?

[00:06:38] Yes.

[00:06:40] Then the final nail, right?

[00:06:43] They said, is it okay if Donald J. Trump

[00:06:46] for President, Inc.

[00:06:48] pays for our event?

[00:06:50] Yes.

[00:06:52] Well, the next day you would have thought

[00:06:54] that we did the, as I said,

[00:06:56] the very worst thing imaginable.

[00:06:59] I had just performed the exact same event

[00:07:02] the previous week.

[00:07:04] No city,

[00:07:06] federalies, right, showed up.

[00:07:10] For that event.

[00:07:12] But all of a sudden, you put Trump,

[00:07:15] who I was honored to do an event

[00:07:17] for the President now, right?

[00:07:20] President of the United States of America.

[00:07:22] And I say now because I still consider him our president.

[00:07:25] And so we did the event.

[00:07:29] We did the event.

[00:07:31] And next day I know I have the,

[00:07:35] the mask police showed up.

[00:07:37] The city officials showed up.

[00:07:39] They threatened my license.

[00:07:41] They threatened to close down the event.

[00:07:44] They said you cannot do this event.

[00:07:46] And I said, we are doing the event.

[00:07:50] Now, since that time,

[00:07:55] do we do a lot more events like this?

[00:07:58] Yeah.

[00:08:00] Yes we do.

[00:08:01] Yes we do.

[00:08:02] And I'm proud of every one of them.

[00:08:04] Is this the only type of event we do?

[00:08:06] No.

[00:08:07] But if it was, I'd be okay with it.

[00:08:09] Because I get to come to work every single day

[00:08:12] and have a prayer at work with fine people like you.

[00:08:16] I get to come to work every single day

[00:08:20] and have the flag on the stage.

[00:08:22] There's not a day that does not go by

[00:08:25] where I do not have an event

[00:08:27] where the greatest state in the United States,

[00:08:29] Nevada, I'm from here,

[00:08:31] is on my stage.

[00:08:33] So I say thank you.

[00:08:35] I say thank you to everybody here today.

[00:08:37] As a matter of fact,

[00:08:39] I know a lot of you, this is your first time here.

[00:08:41] There are some familiar faces here.

[00:08:43] Come back.

[00:08:44] All we ask is that you come back,

[00:08:46] visit us, have some food here.

[00:08:49] Our chef is one of the finest chefs in the city.

[00:08:52] We recruited him from the Four Seasons actually

[00:08:55] and he's proud to stay here.

[00:08:57] When the city opened back up, he stayed.

[00:09:00] Okay, so that's all we ask.

[00:09:03] That's all we ask is that you come back.

[00:09:05] So thank you.

[00:09:06] And again, a special shout out to Sheriff Mack,

[00:09:09] Sand Bushman and the CSPOA.

[00:09:11] Thank you.

[00:09:12] There you have it ladies and gentlemen.

[00:09:16] Think about a hotel owner like that.

[00:09:19] Now I know Shane isn't the owner,

[00:09:21] he's the president but he works for Mr. Ahern

[00:09:23] who is the owner.

[00:09:25] They're locked, they're locked up together.

[00:09:27] They're light minded.

[00:09:29] It isn't about Sand Bushman's event.

[00:09:31] So he's standing with Sand Bushman

[00:09:33] but he's also standing with all of you.

[00:09:35] He's standing with anybody who wants to hold an event

[00:09:37] who wants a peaceful place to be.

[00:09:41] Okay, that's the reason that we choose the Ahern hotel

[00:09:44] because they won't shut down and back out.

[00:09:46] They won't wimp out.

[00:09:48] They won't betray us.

[00:09:50] And they provide some of the best security in the world.

[00:09:53] I mean it's a Vegas hotel right?

[00:09:55] So they got cameras everywhere.

[00:09:56] It used to be a casino.

[00:09:57] They yanked out the casino and got rid of it

[00:09:59] because they don't want to play with the gaming commission

[00:10:01] but they kept all the cameras

[00:10:03] which means it's an incredibly safe place.

[00:10:06] We have security inside the hotel.

[00:10:08] We've got a safe place to meet full of cameras.

[00:10:10] We had the Sheriff's Department aware of what was happening

[00:10:12] for our event so outside was fairly secure as well

[00:10:15] and we had a, listen carefully to me,

[00:10:17] we had a peaceful assembly.

[00:10:22] Think about that.

[00:10:24] You have the right to peacefully assemble.

[00:10:28] You don't have the right to protest,

[00:10:30] to destroy property,

[00:10:32] to do those kind of things.

[00:10:33] You don't have that right.

[00:10:34] You don't have the right to create an insurrection

[00:10:36] or a protest that crosses the line, right?

[00:10:40] You have the right to show your frustration

[00:10:44] but let's talk about the right to expression,

[00:10:48] to peacefully assemble,

[00:10:50] to sue for redress of grievance.

[00:10:51] Let's talk about all that.

[00:10:53] We'll do it in seconds on your radio.

[00:11:57] Scott Bradley here.

[00:11:58] Most Americans are painfully aware

[00:12:00] that the nation is on the wrong track

[00:12:02] and in dire straits.

[00:12:04] Unfortunately, most political pundits

[00:12:06] only nibble around the edges

[00:12:07] when they claim to address the issues.

[00:12:09] Even worse, many of the so-called solutions

[00:12:12] are simply re-warmed servings

[00:12:14] of what got us into the mess we currently face.

[00:12:17] And the politicians think we're so gullible and naive

[00:12:20] that we'll buy their lies that they have reformed

[00:12:23] and now understand where they let us astray.

[00:12:25] Unfortunately, the truth of the matter is

[00:12:27] that they simply wish to continue to hold power.

[00:12:31] The solution to America's challenges

[00:12:32] is found in returning to the timeless principles

[00:12:35] found in the United States Constitution.

[00:12:37] My book and lecture series will reawaken in Americans

[00:12:41] an understanding and love of the principles

[00:12:43] which made this nation the threeest, most prosperous,

[00:12:46] happiest, and most respected nation on earth.

[00:12:49] Visit to preservethenation.com

[00:12:52] and order my book and lectures

[00:12:53] to begin the restoration of this great nation.

[00:12:58] I wanna dedicate this song to Mr. Rupert Murdoch.

[00:13:05] All right, live and back on your radio, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:13:07] I am Sam Bushman.

[00:13:08] We just played this incredible speech

[00:13:11] from Shane McFarland over at the Ahern Hotel.

[00:13:14] And it's really about the First Amendment, folks.

[00:13:18] You're right to peacefully assemble.

[00:13:20] So that's why you go to a place like the Ahern Hotel.

[00:13:22] You go there so that you don't get run over by protesters.

[00:13:25] You don't get false flag government operatives

[00:13:28] that destroy your event.

[00:13:29] There's too much security and too much on camera

[00:13:32] and they know it.

[00:13:33] And so they won't try something in that kind of venue.

[00:13:36] Las Vegas is one of the most surveilled places in the world.

[00:13:39] Normally I don't like that,

[00:13:40] but when we have a peaceful assembly, I do like that.

[00:13:43] And I'll tell you why,

[00:13:44] because it'll document who the Nerdo Wells are.

[00:13:47] It'll document who the bad guys are, right?

[00:13:50] And with that kind of security,

[00:13:52] the Sheriff's Department outside for security for the venue,

[00:13:56] it's right near the strip.

[00:13:57] So they've got incredible security

[00:14:00] outside plus inside the hotel cameras everywhere.

[00:14:04] You know what?

[00:14:05] For a peaceful assembly, that's great.

[00:14:06] We have the right to assemble

[00:14:07] and discuss our redress of grievances.

[00:14:11] Sometimes the redress of grievance needs to go

[00:14:13] to sue for a redress of grievance.

[00:14:16] You have the right to peacefully assemble.

[00:14:17] You have the right to your free speech.

[00:14:19] You have the right to the freedom of your religion.

[00:14:20] We have the right to the freedom of the press.

[00:14:22] You have the right to sue for a redress of grievance.

[00:14:24] You have all these rights in the First Amendment.

[00:14:27] And so we wanna go to a place

[00:14:28] where we can peacefully assemble and discuss all that,

[00:14:32] which in my humble opinion,

[00:14:33] we didn't had a tremendous time doing so.

[00:14:36] And I'm grateful for the Ahern Hotel that was so kind to us.

[00:14:41] So willing to focus on the truth, right?

[00:14:47] So willing to stand with us.

[00:14:50] And I wanna be very clear.

[00:14:51] They're not standing with Sand Bushman

[00:14:53] in every thought that I have.

[00:14:56] They're standing with the idea

[00:14:59] that they wanna do events.

[00:15:02] That's what they do.

[00:15:03] And they'll take on anybody that wants to come

[00:15:04] and peacefully assemble to express their views.

[00:15:07] Even if their views are different than mine,

[00:15:09] that's okay with the Ahern Hotel.

[00:15:12] And that's okay with me as well.

[00:15:15] So these protests that we're seeing everywhere,

[00:15:19] these Occupy and protests and Distrava,

[00:15:22] private party, none of those

[00:15:23] are what the Founding Fathers intended.

[00:15:25] All those are literally designed

[00:15:28] as a commonest protest designed to create violence,

[00:15:31] to force their will and agenda on others.

[00:15:35] We as peaceful assembly folks,

[00:15:38] we don't wanna protest.

[00:15:41] We wanna assemble and discuss our concerns.

[00:15:45] But protests really have no place.

[00:15:47] And I'll tell you why.

[00:15:48] Look at Charlottesville.

[00:15:49] All they did was take a peaceful assembly group

[00:15:51] who asked for a permit to go

[00:15:53] and defend our statues,

[00:15:57] our relics, our historical landmarks and such.

[00:16:02] All the government did was merge the protesters

[00:16:04] and the counter protesters and created a melee

[00:16:07] and then blame it all on the conservatives.

[00:16:08] Same thing happened in January the 6th.

[00:16:11] You had agent provocateurs with an intent to destroy,

[00:16:16] literally created insurrection

[00:16:18] and then blame it on the conservatives.

[00:16:20] You've got to go to a place to meet

[00:16:22] where that can't happen.

[00:16:24] If you're out on the streets, it can happen.

[00:16:28] Because they can insert their rebel rousers,

[00:16:34] whatever term you wanna use for it into the mix.

[00:16:38] And then you can't tell who's who,

[00:16:39] like that capital is so large

[00:16:41] and there's different sides of the building

[00:16:43] and there's so many things happening

[00:16:44] and it's just too big of a place to control.

[00:16:48] And the enemies literally created an insurrection,

[00:16:51] blamed it on the president of the United States,

[00:16:54] blamed it on the peaceful assembly people

[00:16:57] that came there peacefully.

[00:16:58] All they wanted was to say,

[00:16:59] Congress, please look into election integrity.

[00:17:01] We believe there's a concern here

[00:17:03] and it ran off the rails.

[00:17:05] Congress, their duty didn't investigate it at all.

[00:17:09] Certified the election after the melee

[00:17:12] and now there's just a battle between the Republicans

[00:17:14] and the Democrats of what really happened on that day.

[00:17:17] You've got to go to places

[00:17:18] where you could have a peaceful assembly.

[00:17:21] You've got to go to places where there's serious security

[00:17:24] where there's cameras.

[00:17:25] So when the ne'er-do-wells try to do something,

[00:17:29] we can document what they've done, right?

[00:17:31] All right, I want to play a little clip here.

[00:17:33] It's a guy by the name of Zach Carter.

[00:17:38] And this, I don't know how to say this,

[00:17:42] this introduction by Zach Carter,

[00:17:45] introducing Sheriff Mack.

[00:17:46] Zach Carter was a hippie.

[00:17:47] He was like with the world's first hippies, man.

[00:17:50] Back in the day when Sheriff Mack was a sheriff.

[00:17:52] What happened?

[00:17:54] Well, Sheriff Mack was so kind to the hippies.

[00:17:56] He treated them like people

[00:17:57] to where Zach has had a change of heart.

[00:17:59] And he now no longer wants to spike trees

[00:18:02] and do the hippie thing and be an environmentalist.

[00:18:05] He wants to stand with people who have free speech.

[00:18:08] So here is an introduction, Zach Carter.

[00:18:10] I want to play this piece too.

[00:18:12] Come up, we have Zach Carter.

[00:18:18] He has a fascinating story, a fascinating history

[00:18:22] with Sheriff Mack.

[00:18:23] So he's going to come on up

[00:18:24] and introduce Sheriff Richard Mack for us.

[00:18:26] Zach, take it away.

[00:18:33] Bear with me.

[00:18:34] Not normally a public speaker.

[00:18:36] But in 1993, when I was in college,

[00:18:41] my wife and I spent our summer as environmental activists

[00:18:46] and found ourselves in Graham County, Arizona,

[00:18:50] protesting a telescope project there on Mount Graham.

[00:18:56] And we really saw the police as our enemy

[00:19:02] until Sheriff Mack changed that all in one afternoon.

[00:19:10] There were other agencies there

[00:19:12] that wanted to sik their dogs on us, if I remember right,

[00:19:16] and gas us.

[00:19:17] And he literally stood between us and them

[00:19:22] to protect us even though we weren't his constituents.

[00:19:26] But that's just the kind of person he is.

[00:19:31] And I remember one of the girls that was with us

[00:19:37] sprained her ankle and he literally put her on his back

[00:19:42] and carried her down the mountain.

[00:19:44] And that right there, it shifted the way all of us felt

[00:19:48] about law enforcement that day.

[00:19:52] And with that, yeah, Sheriff Richard Mack.

[00:19:56] All right, so the bottom line with Zach,

[00:19:59] he was a hippie man, he wanted to spike trees

[00:20:02] and they chained themselves the trees

[00:20:03] and they were just ready there to create all kinds of havoc

[00:20:06] and Sheriff Mack literally was so kind to them.

[00:20:09] He treated the hippies like people.

[00:20:13] He treated the environmentalists like people.

[00:20:15] And at first the police were gonna say,

[00:20:17] all right listen, these world first folks

[00:20:19] are gonna come in here, we're gonna bang some heads

[00:20:21] or no it's earth first I guess it is.

[00:20:23] Anyway, we're gonna bang some heads,

[00:20:24] take care of business, stop these thugs

[00:20:26] and Mack's like, no you're not.

[00:20:27] Sheriff Mack said no way, that's not happening.

[00:20:29] Not on my watch.

[00:20:30] We're gonna be kind, we're gonna be respectful,

[00:20:32] we're gonna, and literally Sheriff Mack

[00:20:35] won friends out of these hippies.

[00:20:37] They literally had a basketball game

[00:20:38] where the cops and the hippies played a basketball game

[00:20:42] and the only requirement was Richard Mack said,

[00:20:45] we'll play this basketball game afterwards

[00:20:46] everybody's gonna take a shower, okay?

[00:20:48] Got the hippies all cleaned up.

[00:20:52] And they literally, you know,

[00:20:53] tried to train them, chained themselves the trees,

[00:20:55] they tried to do all these kind of different things.

[00:20:56] Mack was so kind and so patient with them.

[00:20:59] He even carried as Zach said,

[00:21:01] this girl down from the mountain who sprained her ankle

[00:21:06] and you know, Richard Mack said,

[00:21:08] listen I will take you guys up

[00:21:09] so you guys can see what we're gonna be doing

[00:21:12] and it was really a success.

[00:21:15] It was really a practice what you preach moment

[00:21:19] in my opinion for Richard Mack, right?

[00:21:22] Because he was able to really highlight

[00:21:24] this isn't just Redrick.

[00:21:27] This isn't just, you know, we do whatever we want to

[00:21:30] and we pretend that we're patriots or that we're kind.

[00:21:35] Richard Mack really highlighted the truth

[00:21:38] that he wanted to be kind to these people.

[00:21:39] He wanted to treat them like people.

[00:21:42] He wanted to give them an opportunity.

[00:21:45] And Zach Carter is a dear friend

[00:21:50] not only of Sheriff Richard Mack's now

[00:21:52] but a friend of mine.

[00:21:55] In my opinion, Zach Carter's like an American hero

[00:22:01] because he saw the truth.

[00:22:04] He was a young kid and he didn't know better.

[00:22:06] His parents were hippies

[00:22:07] and so he thought that's what, you know, ought be.

[00:22:10] But after he met with Richard Mack,

[00:22:11] he thought in his mind, you know what?

[00:22:13] This isn't right.

[00:22:15] This isn't what I believe in or what I want

[00:22:17] or what I do.

[00:22:20] Think about Sheriff Mack being the sheriff

[00:22:23] literally like 30 years ago.

[00:22:26] And these hippies come

[00:22:27] and now Zach Carter is such a friend

[00:22:29] that he literally travels across the country

[00:22:32] and attends our event to tell that little story.

[00:22:35] He admits he's not a great speaker

[00:22:36] but he tells the story.

[00:22:37] He's like, hey, you know what?

[00:22:40] They were so kind to me that I'll never forget it.

[00:22:43] And it's changed the trajectory of my life.

[00:22:46] That's what Zach had to say about it.

[00:22:49] Then we have this incredible event.

[00:22:52] And if you wanna go to theLibertyConference.com

[00:22:54] or CSPOA.org, you can check out all the videos.

[00:22:58] But the reason I'm highlighting this is

[00:22:59] the mainstream press absolutely lied, lied, lied.

[00:23:04] We had a lot of lighting on the stage.

[00:23:07] We had incredible lighting.

[00:23:08] If you don't believe me, go look at the videos.

[00:23:12] Good light.

[00:23:13] If you see the videos there,

[00:23:15] you can see everybody, my speech,

[00:23:17] you know, you can see it.

[00:23:20] And what happened as far as I can tell

[00:23:22] is that the mainstream press

[00:23:23] created their own digital

[00:23:25] pictures, photos of the event.

[00:23:31] But when you look at the photos

[00:23:32] that's published by the mainstream press,

[00:23:36] everything looks dark.

[00:23:37] Everything looks off like we're kind of meeting

[00:23:39] in a grungy bar or we're somewhere nefarious

[00:23:44] or dangerous or I don't even know

[00:23:46] how they got pictures like that.

[00:23:48] Even their cell phones would take better pictures.

[00:23:51] So I don't really understand how all that happened

[00:23:53] except for it just shows their dishonesty.

[00:23:55] Go look at their photos and then go look at our video

[00:23:57] and you tell me how they couldn't get clear photos.

[00:24:02] I think they doctored the photos

[00:24:04] to make them look more sinister than they really were.

[00:24:07] We had plenty of light on that stage.

[00:24:10] Anybody go look, go look at the libertyconference.com

[00:24:13] or CSPway.org and you can see, right?

[00:24:22] And it's just interesting to me

[00:24:23] how, how does that happen?

[00:24:27] They just literally get all grungy pictures from our event.

[00:24:30] We literally invited them in,

[00:24:31] we let them set up cameras,

[00:24:33] we let them take photos of everybody involved.

[00:24:35] Everything they did made it turn out to be

[00:24:37] like a sinister dishonest event.

[00:24:40] And then you hear Shane McFarlane and Zach Carter

[00:24:43] and others who will get to in seconds on your radio.

[00:24:52] Your daily Liberty Newswire.

[00:24:54] You're listening to Liberty News Radio.

[00:25:03] USA News.

[00:25:04] I'm Ryan Daniels.

[00:25:05] There are multiple reports suggesting Israel has begun

[00:25:08] an offensive into Rafe

[00:25:10] after rejecting a recent Hamas ceasefire deal.

[00:25:13] Israeli Defense Forces say targeted strikes

[00:25:16] against Hamas terror targets

[00:25:18] and Eastern Rafe have begun.

[00:25:20] This in Southern Gaza earlier at the White House

[00:25:23] had confirmed Hamas has agreed

[00:25:24] to a proposed ceasefire deal.

[00:25:26] National Security Council spokesman John Kirby

[00:25:28] told reporters, US officials are reviewing the response

[00:25:31] from the militant group and are discussing it

[00:25:34] with regional partners.

[00:25:35] Former President Trump back in a New York City courtroom

[00:25:38] Monday as his criminal Hush Money trial entered

[00:25:41] its fourth week, jail time could be in his future

[00:25:44] according to the sitting judge.

[00:25:45] The judge in the case found him in contempt of court

[00:25:48] for a 10th time for violating a gag order.

[00:25:52] He told Trump to court we'll have to consider

[00:25:54] a jail sanction going forward

[00:25:56] for any further violations.

[00:25:58] Trump's reaction after court.

[00:26:00] Frankly, you know what?

[00:26:01] Our constitution is much more important than jail.

[00:26:04] It's not even close.

[00:26:05] The gag order prevents Trump from speaking

[00:26:07] about any jurors, witnesses, or possible witnesses

[00:26:11] in the case.

[00:26:12] I'm Dave Collins.

[00:26:13] There is at least one person dead

[00:26:15] as tornadoes and severe weather continued

[00:26:17] to threaten Oklahoma overnight.

[00:26:19] The fatality reported near Barnsdahl North of Tulsa.

[00:26:22] There was a tornado emergency declared there.

[00:26:24] Homes were left heavily damaged, power lines were down.

[00:26:27] Nearly half a dozen tornadoes touched down in Oklahoma.

[00:26:30] Damage reports were coming in from across the state.

[00:26:33] Parts of Kansas, Nebraska and Tennessee

[00:26:35] were also under risk from dangerous storms.

[00:26:37] Moscow is now confirming a US soldier

[00:26:40] is in Russian custody charged with theft.

[00:26:43] According to one district court representative on Tuesday

[00:26:46] Gordon Black will be held for at least two months

[00:26:49] in pretrial detention.

[00:26:51] He reportedly traveled to Russia

[00:26:53] to meet a romantic acquaintance.

[00:26:55] Black was stationed in South Korea.

[00:26:57] This is USA News.

[00:27:25] That's less shoes you're gonna wanna throw away.

[00:27:26] Which means less waste.

[00:27:28] And it'll save you tons of dough, I love that.

[00:27:30] Plus machine washable sketches are for the whole family,

[00:27:33] men, women, and kids.

[00:27:34] So when your kids get their shoes dirty,

[00:27:35] how we know they will just wash them.

[00:27:38] Brilliant! And even our latest technology,

[00:27:41] new hands-free sketches slip-ins are washable.

[00:27:43] You just step right in and go without bending down

[00:27:46] or even touching your shoes.

[00:27:47] So give your sketches the same treatment

[00:27:49] you give your clothes.

[00:27:50] Just toss them in the washing machine

[00:27:51] and keep them looking brand spanking new.

[00:27:53] Find machine washable sketches at a sketching store,

[00:27:56] sketches.com, or wherever stylish footwear happens to be sold.

[00:28:00] Why don't we say to the government writ large

[00:28:03] that they have to spend a little bit less?

[00:28:06] Anybody ever had less money this year than you had last?

[00:28:09] Anybody ever have a 1% pay cut?

[00:28:12] You deal with it.

[00:28:13] That's what government needs, a 1% pay cut.

[00:28:15] If you take a 1% pay cut across the board,

[00:28:18] you have more than enough money

[00:28:20] to actually pay for the disaster relief.

[00:28:22] But nobody's gonna do that

[00:28:24] because they're fiscally irresponsible.

[00:28:26] Who are they?

[00:28:27] Republicans, who are they?

[00:28:28] Democrats, who are they virtually the whole body

[00:28:33] is careless and reckless with your money?

[00:28:36] So the money will not be offset by cuts anywhere.

[00:28:38] The money will be added to the debt

[00:28:41] and there will be a day of reckoning.

[00:28:42] What's the day of reckoning?

[00:28:44] The day of reckoning may well be

[00:28:45] the collapse of the stock market.

[00:28:47] The day of reckoning may be the collapse of the dollar.

[00:28:50] When it comes, I can't tell you exactly,

[00:28:53] but I can tell you it has happened repeatedly in history

[00:28:57] when countries ruin their currency.

[00:29:00] Former sheriff Richard Mack recounts in his book

[00:29:02] the proper role of law enforcement.

[00:29:04] How he came to realize while working as a beat cop

[00:29:07] how wrong the all too common orientation

[00:29:09] of police officers is when they think

[00:29:11] of their job as being to write tickets and arrest people.

[00:29:14] Richard Mack tells of his personal transformation

[00:29:16] from by the number cop to constitution conscious

[00:29:19] defender of citizen safety and freedoms.

[00:29:21] Learn what it really means to serve and protect.

[00:29:24] Purchase your copy at CSPOA.org.

[00:29:27] That's CSPOA.org.

[00:29:29] Do you know what is great about America?

[00:29:31] Ask an immigrant.

[00:29:33] Ask an immigrant is a new podcast

[00:29:35] dedicated to helping Americans, especially our youth.

[00:29:37] Value appreciate and be grateful

[00:29:39] for the freedoms we have here in America.

[00:29:41] Join host Lydia Wallace-Nuddle

[00:29:43] as she interviews immigrants from around the world

[00:29:46] to discover their inspiring personal stories

[00:29:48] about why they came to America.

[00:29:50] To learn more about why America is the most prosperous,

[00:29:53] greatest country in the world,

[00:29:54] download the Loving Liberty app

[00:29:56] or go to loving liberty.net.

[00:30:09] All right, back with you live, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:30:12] So I'm playing a few speeches from our event

[00:30:14] which was incredible by the way.

[00:30:17] And I want you to just kind of listen

[00:30:19] to some of these speeches.

[00:30:20] The mainstream press wanted you to believe

[00:30:21] it was a sinister kind of a meeting

[00:30:24] in dark smoky rooms event.

[00:30:26] You go look at our videos versus their photos

[00:30:28] and you'll see what I'm talking about.

[00:30:30] Our videos are available at thelibertyconference.com

[00:30:32] or CSPOA.org.

[00:30:34] And now I wanna play a clip from Boone Cutler.

[00:30:37] He's kind of the right hand man for General Flynn.

[00:30:40] They talked about The Flynn Movie

[00:30:41] and they talked about Fifth Generation Warfare,

[00:30:44] General Flynn's latest book

[00:30:46] and they talked about where we're gonna be working

[00:30:48] on this and training police officers

[00:30:50] and deputies and sheriffs all over the country

[00:30:52] about what this means.

[00:30:53] Here's Boone Cutler to break it down just for you.

[00:30:56] I'm gonna introduce my partner here,

[00:31:04] Sergeant Retired Boone Cutler.

[00:31:06] Boone and I have written a couple of books

[00:31:08] about what we call the Citizens Guide

[00:31:10] to Fifth Generation Warfare

[00:31:12] and I know Boone's gonna touch on those a little bit

[00:31:14] and then we'll get off the stage

[00:31:16] and get out of your way here

[00:31:17] and thank you very much for allowing us

[00:31:18] to be part of this.

[00:31:19] God bless you.

[00:31:20] Thank you.

[00:31:29] Ladies and gentlemen, General Flynn, America's General.

[00:31:39] I'm not sure if I can follow that

[00:31:41] but if you give me a little bit of your time

[00:31:42] I might say something interesting to you.

[00:31:44] First of all, yes my name is Boone Cutler

[00:31:46] and I have come here today specifically with General Flynn

[00:31:49] because we have authored a series of books,

[00:31:52] their military style manuals written specifically

[00:31:54] for civilians regarding Fifth Generation Warfare

[00:31:57] and let me ask you a question real quick

[00:31:59] because this is very important, it's about General Flynn.

[00:32:01] Raise your hand if you were upset

[00:32:02] when you learned he went to jail.

[00:32:05] You were, weren't you?

[00:32:06] Put your hands down, he never went to jail.

[00:32:09] But we do this for a reason

[00:32:11] because everyone in here has been a victim

[00:32:13] of these influence campaigns, these influence operations.

[00:32:17] This is all part of the Fifth Generation Warfare.

[00:32:19] Why? Because they had to discredit the man.

[00:32:21] Why? To discredit him and to take out Trump.

[00:32:23] This is the way the game is played

[00:32:25] but it's supposed to be a game

[00:32:26] that we use against foreign adversaries

[00:32:28] not against ourselves

[00:32:29] but in today's world in the United States

[00:32:31] we're using against ourselves.

[00:32:33] This needs to stop.

[00:32:35] Let me ask you another question.

[00:32:36] Have you guys recently heard this grand Pennsylvania

[00:32:38] this Ammunition Factory, US Ammunition Factory caught on fire?

[00:32:43] Same thing happened overseas.

[00:32:44] You guys remember these food distribution plants

[00:32:47] that were caught on fire?

[00:32:48] All these cattle dying, trained derailments.

[00:32:52] Okay, what we're talking right now is gray zone warfare.

[00:32:54] Gray zone warfare, the gray zone

[00:32:56] is the zone in between all out war and complete peace.

[00:32:59] It's part of statecraft.

[00:33:01] This is part of Fifth Generation Warfare.

[00:33:03] It's very important to learn and understand

[00:33:05] especially within law enforcement.

[00:33:07] As we're looking at these diaspora communities

[00:33:09] coming up from the South,

[00:33:11] we're not just looking at immigrants.

[00:33:14] We're looking at people who are infiltrating these groups

[00:33:16] and are also coming through

[00:33:17] but for some reason the media is not reporting on it

[00:33:20] as what it is.

[00:33:21] Diaspora communities means displaced persons.

[00:33:24] What do they do with these displaced persons?

[00:33:26] One, you put them in a group

[00:33:28] and if we were in college right now

[00:33:30] and we were studying,

[00:33:31] we're gonna get our master's degree

[00:33:32] in irregular warfare.

[00:33:34] Those level 100 classes would be like

[00:33:36] what is asymmetrical warfare?

[00:33:38] Level 200 classes would be like

[00:33:40] talk about psychological operations.

[00:33:42] And then when you get up to like level 300 level courses

[00:33:45] now you're talking about things

[00:33:46] like weaponized diaspora communities.

[00:33:49] And how does that work?

[00:33:50] Here's how that works.

[00:33:51] It means you put groups of people

[00:33:53] inside bigger groups of people

[00:33:55] but those groups of people are there

[00:33:57] to conduct military operations

[00:33:58] and covert operations, covert influence.

[00:34:01] This is what is coming to our country.

[00:34:03] All these people that are showing up here

[00:34:06] are camouflaged for centralized groups

[00:34:08] that are going to conduct covert operations

[00:34:11] within the United States and terrorism.

[00:34:13] Law enforcement is gonna be faced with this.

[00:34:16] And we're out there,

[00:34:17] there's people out here especially

[00:34:18] and the media is complicit to it

[00:34:21] saying defund the police,

[00:34:22] defund the police, defund the police.

[00:34:24] I say no, fund the police,

[00:34:26] don't militarize them, fund them.

[00:34:27] And one of the things you need to do to fund them

[00:34:29] is to get them training in a regular warfare

[00:34:32] because this is the operational environment

[00:34:34] we are currently in.

[00:34:36] It is a regular warfare.

[00:34:38] Irregular warfare is warfare

[00:34:39] outside of conventional warfare.

[00:34:41] It means people in regular clothes

[00:34:44] who are running around doing funky stuff to a country

[00:34:46] to break down the social fabric of that country.

[00:34:49] Have you guys seen something like that?

[00:34:50] Breaking down the social fabric of a country?

[00:34:54] This is by design.

[00:34:57] It is 100% by design

[00:35:00] but we have the ability to stop it

[00:35:02] as soon as we know that there is a war

[00:35:03] in the cognitive battle space.

[00:35:05] When we talk about fifth generation warfare,

[00:35:08] people say what is that?

[00:35:09] What is the fifth generation?

[00:35:10] Well, what was the first generation?

[00:35:12] The first generation was pre-gunpowder.

[00:35:14] Now this is doctrine.

[00:35:15] This isn't some stuff we just made up.

[00:35:17] This stuff has been out for a long time.

[00:35:20] Second generation warfare was post-gunpowder.

[00:35:23] Now we're talking about things like,

[00:35:25] you saw in like the colonial wars,

[00:35:27] you see muskets, you see people

[00:35:29] shooting at each other across fields

[00:35:30] instead of just running

[00:35:31] and hacking each other with swords and knives.

[00:35:35] Third generation warfare,

[00:35:36] now we're getting into flying machines.

[00:35:38] Now we're getting into tanks.

[00:35:39] Now we're doing stuff like trench warfare.

[00:35:41] At the end of third generation warfare,

[00:35:43] into the fourth, we start seeing atomic weapons.

[00:35:45] The veracity of war has increased to an extreme.

[00:35:50] In fourth generation warfare,

[00:35:51] we started looking at terrorism,

[00:35:53] state and non-state actors.

[00:35:55] Now we're seeing non-state actors

[00:35:57] being terrorist organizations

[00:35:58] attacking other countries because of ideology.

[00:36:02] That was the fourth generation of war.

[00:36:04] And now we are in the fifth generation of war.

[00:36:07] The fifth generation of war is the war

[00:36:09] in the cognitive battle space.

[00:36:11] The fifth generation of war happens

[00:36:12] with each and every person in here

[00:36:14] because you are the weapons system.

[00:36:16] What you believe and what you think

[00:36:18] and how you influence the people around you

[00:36:20] is the weapons system.

[00:36:23] It is propaganda, it is fake news,

[00:36:26] it is lawfare.

[00:36:27] Seen a little bit of that lately?

[00:36:31] It is influence operations.

[00:36:34] Political warfare.

[00:36:36] This is the fifth generation of warfare

[00:36:38] and everybody in here is affected by it.

[00:36:40] How many of you in here see your kids

[00:36:42] on their phones 24 hours a day

[00:36:44] because the parents are on the phones 24 hours a day

[00:36:47] and the internet and social media

[00:36:49] is training their children

[00:36:50] how to behave, grow and become an adult?

[00:36:53] Everybody.

[00:36:55] This is part of the game.

[00:36:57] This is where the influence operations are happening

[00:37:00] and it has to change.

[00:37:01] I reached out to some agency folks,

[00:37:04] some organization folks and say,

[00:37:06] hey guys, are you doing within your law enforcement agency,

[00:37:11] are you doing irregular warfare training?

[00:37:14] And the answer was no.

[00:37:16] And I said why?

[00:37:17] They said because we know we need to do it

[00:37:19] but we don't know who to ask

[00:37:20] and we don't know how to get it.

[00:37:23] They need it

[00:37:24] and law enforcement needs your support

[00:37:26] and these constitutional sheriffs,

[00:37:27] they need your support

[00:37:29] and they need support to understand

[00:37:31] the operational environment that is happening now

[00:37:34] because these weaponized diaspora communities

[00:37:36] they're coming in is gonna fall squarely on them.

[00:37:38] You're seeing a lot of talk about civil war,

[00:37:40] civil war, civil war.

[00:37:43] And sadly, very sadly,

[00:37:45] there is nothing that could be more wrong.

[00:37:48] Civil war will lessen the national will

[00:37:51] to fight foreign adversaries.

[00:37:53] Civil war will tear apart your country.

[00:37:55] Civil war will tear apart your families

[00:37:57] and your communities.

[00:37:58] This is the time when we have to come together

[00:38:01] to be strong.

[00:38:02] We must come together as a peer-to-peer unit

[00:38:05] realizing that social media is completely contrived.

[00:38:09] It is there to put you in a feedback loop,

[00:38:10] it's there to put you in a filter bubble,

[00:38:12] it is there to make sure

[00:38:14] you think that your neighbor is your enemy.

[00:38:17] That's why it's there, that's the messaging.

[00:38:19] Your neighbor is absolutely not your enemy.

[00:38:22] Your neighbor is just as confused as you are

[00:38:24] and they want answers.

[00:38:25] When General Flynn and I first started

[00:38:27] talking about this stuff,

[00:38:27] I was traveling the country talking to veterans groups,

[00:38:29] very, very diverse groups.

[00:38:31] He was talking to primarily evangelical groups

[00:38:33] at this time.

[00:38:34] He says, Boone, I understand we get off,

[00:38:36] I get off stage and people just seem so confused.

[00:38:38] They feel like they're manipulated.

[00:38:40] I said that's very interesting sir

[00:38:41] because I have a completely different target audience.

[00:38:44] I'm getting the same response and the same indicators.

[00:38:46] We started talking about that.

[00:38:48] And once you start comparing notes,

[00:38:50] you start seeing a few things about target audiences.

[00:38:52] First of all, everything you've seen with this Marxist

[00:38:55] agenda that keeps rising and people keep saying,

[00:38:57] this is what everybody wants?

[00:38:59] Well that's total crap.

[00:39:01] The truth of the matter is they're trying to astroturf

[00:39:04] and these are some of the terms you learn in the books.

[00:39:06] There are organic movements

[00:39:08] and then there are astroturf movements.

[00:39:10] Organic means it is natural among the people

[00:39:12] because it's desire in the will of the people

[00:39:14] that consent to the governed.

[00:39:16] However, astroturfing is making something look

[00:39:19] like it's big and real,

[00:39:20] hoping other people will join it.

[00:39:23] The most, the socialist agenda,

[00:39:25] the Marxist agenda in the United States was focused

[00:39:28] on the 51% of most socialist Democrats.

[00:39:31] 51% of the most socialist Democrats.

[00:39:33] What does that mean?

[00:39:34] That means 49% of Democrats

[00:39:36] and the conservatives kind of believe the same stuff.

[00:39:39] They don't wanna go to war with each other.

[00:39:40] They don't want a Marxist agenda.

[00:39:41] They don't wanna get rid of the constitution.

[00:39:43] They wanna argue over 12% tax versus 17% tax.

[00:39:47] But we judge each other and we fight

[00:39:48] and we fight and we fight and we fight.

[00:39:51] But what we should be fighting

[00:39:52] is those people up there in office

[00:39:54] because they're the ones screwing this stuff up

[00:39:56] and we gotta push back against the media.

[00:39:59] Amen?

[00:40:05] I am here to announce today

[00:40:06] that as part of America's future,

[00:40:08] we are going to start conducting irregular warfare

[00:40:11] awareness training for law enforcement officers

[00:40:14] across the country,

[00:40:15] starting with the constitutional sheriffs.

[00:40:17] Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for your time.

[00:40:20] There you have it, Boone Cutler.

[00:40:22] So we're gonna be partnering

[00:40:23] with General Flynn and Boone Cutler and others

[00:40:26] to work on this training.

[00:40:28] All right?

[00:40:29] General Flynn and Boone Cutler wrote a book,

[00:40:33] Introduction to 5GW.

[00:40:35] You say what's that?

[00:40:36] The Citizen's Guide to Fifth Generation Warfare.

[00:40:39] We gotta understand what they're doing to us.

[00:40:41] We gotta know our enemy

[00:40:43] and then we gotta find a way

[00:40:44] to restore the Republic following the Prince of Peace.

[00:40:47] Talk about a tall order.

[00:40:49] Liberty, round table lie.

[00:40:58] You know where the solution can be found, Mr. President?

[00:41:00] In churches, in wedding chapels,

[00:41:04] in maternity wards across the country and around the world.

[00:41:08] More babies will mean forward-looking adults,

[00:41:10] the sort we need to tackle long-term,

[00:41:13] large-scale problems.

[00:41:15] American babies in particular

[00:41:16] are likely going to be wealthier, better educated,

[00:41:19] and more conservation minded

[00:41:22] than children raised in still industrializing countries.

[00:41:26] As economist Tyler Cowan recently wrote,

[00:41:29] quote, by having more children,

[00:41:30] you're making your nation more populous,

[00:41:32] thus boosting its capacity to solve climate change.

[00:41:36] The planet does not need for us to think globally

[00:41:40] and act locally so much as it needs us

[00:41:42] to think family and act personally.

[00:41:46] The solution to so many of our problems

[00:41:49] at all times and in all places

[00:41:53] is to fall in love,

[00:41:55] get married, and have some kids.

[00:41:58] In the medical field, IT security is crucial.

[00:42:39] called Proclaim Liberty.

[00:42:50] They're free to hear all the special offers

[00:42:52] and to join the fight for freedom and liberty.

[00:42:54] Please go to lovingliberty.net.

[00:43:05] All right, back with you live ladies and gentlemen.

[00:43:07] So we talked about fifth generation warfare at our event.

[00:43:10] You guys have heard my speech.

[00:43:11] If you haven't, go check it out,

[00:43:12] the libertyconference.com

[00:43:14] where I talk about them attacking us

[00:43:15] and they claim we're racist.

[00:43:17] They absolutely lie through $1,000 down.

[00:43:20] For anybody who can tie me or Sheriff Richard Mack

[00:43:22] to any violence, they claim we're violent and dangerous.

[00:43:24] They can't tie us to any violence

[00:43:25] and I put $1,000 on the bulkhead

[00:43:27] and said, hey, I'll give you a thousand bucks

[00:43:28] if you can demonstrate a tie between us and violence.

[00:43:31] You can't do it.

[00:43:32] But then Christina Tobin chimed in.

[00:43:34] She's the president of Free and Equal,

[00:43:36] they're for free and equal elections through debates.

[00:43:40] So they're the ones that have these debates

[00:43:41] where the people decide who's gonna debate,

[00:43:43] not the government.

[00:43:44] The people decide who's gonna debate,

[00:43:45] not the extension of the quote political parties.

[00:43:49] We don't have all kinds of rules

[00:43:50] that you have to promise you'll this or that

[00:43:52] or whatever to be in the debate.

[00:43:53] You don't have to do, okay?

[00:43:54] And so she does a great job.

[00:43:56] I believe they're committing election fraud

[00:43:57] by manipulating the debates for starters.

[00:43:59] When you think about it,

[00:44:00] you're about to have a president and no one's debated.

[00:44:03] Oh, some of the Republicans debated a little bit

[00:44:05] but that's it, now they're all gone.

[00:44:07] President, leader of the Republican party

[00:44:10] and the president leader of the Democratic party

[00:44:12] they haven't debated, they said they're going to.

[00:44:14] But when are they going to

[00:44:15] and what will the rules be

[00:44:15] and who makes up that rule?

[00:44:17] See, we need free and open debates

[00:44:19] if we're gonna have free and open and accountable elections.

[00:44:21] Here's Christina Tobin to break some of that down for ya.

[00:44:29] Let me introduce a lady who was way before her time.

[00:44:34] I don't know how long she's been doing this

[00:44:37] but I would say it's close to 20 years.

[00:44:40] Christina Tobin has been all into free and equal elections

[00:44:45] for most of her adult life

[00:44:47] and she's been touring the country,

[00:44:49] trying to make sure that we were having safe,

[00:44:52] secure, free and equal elections.

[00:44:57] And I can just tell ya, she is a lady for all seasons.

[00:45:03] She's very professional.

[00:45:05] I've been at her events, she's been at some of ours

[00:45:09] and she's here today to talk about free and equal elections.

[00:45:13] My dear friend and somebody I admire very, very much,

[00:45:17] Christina Tobin, you're up.

[00:45:20] Yeah, can we get this mic up?

[00:45:34] On the podium?

[00:45:35] They can.

[00:45:36] Oh great, thank you so much.

[00:45:37] There we go.

[00:45:51] All right, hopefully she'll get, there she goes.

[00:45:55] Thank you to our host,

[00:45:57] the Constitutional Sheriff's Peace Officer Association

[00:46:01] for this opportunity to join and speak

[00:46:03] before an assembly of like-minded, freedom loving individuals.

[00:46:08] Your courage and dedication preserves

[00:46:10] and enriches our collective dialogue.

[00:46:14] Today, we unite to share ideas

[00:46:18] and visions that, thanks to organizations like yours,

[00:46:22] continue to inspire communities nationwide,

[00:46:26] ensuring our voices lead the way towards a freer future.

[00:46:32] Thank you Sheriff Mack for your friendship

[00:46:35] for an entire decade and the insights

[00:46:38] you shared this morning.

[00:46:40] My name's Christina Tobin.

[00:46:42] I'm the founder of the Free and Equal Elections Foundation.

[00:46:45] It's been around 16 years in 2008.

[00:46:48] I founded it as a nonprofit of 501C3 organization

[00:46:52] that's here to reform our electoral system.

[00:46:57] We've been hosting presidential debates since 2008,

[00:47:01] but I go back in the electoral arena back into 1993,

[00:47:05] even 1998 when my father ran

[00:47:08] as a libertarian for governor of Illinois.

[00:47:11] And at 17 years of age,

[00:47:13] I saw the flaws of the electoral system,

[00:47:17] that it took 25,000 signatures

[00:47:20] for a third party to get on the ballot in Illinois.

[00:47:23] While it was only 5,000 for Democrats and Republicans.

[00:47:27] Four years later, I served as a national,

[00:47:30] sorry, I served as a coordinator for my father

[00:47:32] getting him on the ballot.

[00:47:33] In 1998, he was wrongfully knocked off the ballot.

[00:47:36] They recommended he be placed on the ballot,

[00:47:38] but the Board of Elections knocked him off the ballot.

[00:47:41] Why? Because he was a threat to the system.

[00:47:45] My dad sued the Board of Elections Supreme Court, he lost.

[00:47:49] Election law expert Richard Winger

[00:47:50] calls me the silver lining of 98.

[00:47:52] That is the biggest honor coming from a mentor

[00:47:55] and a hero of mine.

[00:47:56] Cause I got upset, maybe even angry at 17 years of age.

[00:48:00] And four years later,

[00:48:02] I helped get my dad on the ballot for a decade

[00:48:06] in the Chicago Board of Elections.

[00:48:09] I helped candidates across the spectrum

[00:48:10] to date millions of signatures to get candidates on the ballot.

[00:48:14] I was a national coordinator for Ralph Nader,

[00:48:16] independent 2008, got him on the ballot,

[00:48:19] 45 states plus DC.

[00:48:23] This year, I was hired by American Values,

[00:48:25] Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Super PAC,

[00:48:27] and getting them on the ballot,

[00:48:29] doing ballot access in several states.

[00:48:34] Free and equal elections hosted

[00:48:36] its first nationally televised debate in 2008.

[00:48:40] C-SPAN Heritage, moderated by Chris Hedges,

[00:48:44] broadcast legend, or broadcast sorry,

[00:48:46] Pulitzer Prize winning journalist Chris Hedges.

[00:48:48] In 2012, Larry King and I co-moderated,

[00:48:51] broadcast legend, we broadcast legend Larry King,

[00:48:55] co-moderated the presidential debate,

[00:48:56] free and equals presidential debate that is,

[00:48:59] reaching tens of millions of people

[00:49:01] in top 10 trending on Twitter.

[00:49:03] 2016, my friend, I miss him,

[00:49:05] Mr. Ed Asner and I,

[00:49:07] co-moderated free and equals presidential debate

[00:49:09] of the Mary Tyler Moore Show,

[00:49:11] Lou Grant in 2020,

[00:49:12] I moderated three presidential debates live

[00:49:15] during a lockdown year.

[00:49:18] This year, free and equal election

[00:49:20] has kicked off a presidential debate series

[00:49:23] we have already held in January,

[00:49:25] our first democratic presidential debate.

[00:49:27] In February, also another debate.

[00:49:30] These debates each cost us over a quarter of a million,

[00:49:33] which we were successful in fundraising

[00:49:36] and we have raised the bar.

[00:49:38] I wanted to take a moment and welcome one of the candidates

[00:49:41] who was at our democratic presidential debate.

[00:49:45] Gabriel Cornejo, please join me in welcoming him.

[00:49:54] As a former democratic presidential candidate,

[00:49:56] I admire that you declared your independence

[00:49:59] and are running as an independent for Congress

[00:50:02] in District One in Nevada.

[00:50:05] It is absolutely vital that our voices amplify

[00:50:08] beyond this room to reach the millions

[00:50:10] who seek hope and truth.

[00:50:12] Through the honest dialogue we foster today,

[00:50:14] what once seemed like insurmountable vehemence

[00:50:18] of government and media are now becoming opportunities

[00:50:21] for enlightenment and engagement.

[00:50:24] Thanks to the dedication of organizations like CSPOA,

[00:50:28] free and equal elections and many others,

[00:50:30] we are not merely responding to challenges,

[00:50:33] we are proactively changing a future

[00:50:35] where the people of this country are empowered

[00:50:38] to rise together and unified strength.

[00:50:42] I'm here, as I believe we all, not just to change

[00:50:47] but to shine a light on the blatant disregard

[00:50:50] for actual truth and free choice

[00:50:53] in our United States government

[00:50:56] and the institutions that we themselves

[00:50:59] and insinuate themselves into the fabric

[00:51:01] of what we consider to be our valued sources

[00:51:03] of information.

[00:51:05] Sadly, these have now become a toxic uninvited branch

[00:51:10] seeking to grab itself onto the American tree of democracy.

[00:51:16] Once upon a time, many of us believed

[00:51:18] that the information in the news was factual

[00:51:21] and could be leaned upon for truth and honesty

[00:51:25] with trusted faces on the television

[00:51:27] helping us understand the world at large.

[00:51:30] But Dorothy, the saying Kansas anymore,

[00:51:34] once upon a time we were all duped.

[00:51:37] We now see that the arbitrary

[00:51:38] of the so-called truth in the public sphere

[00:51:41] are in fact the manufacturer's pseudo narratives

[00:51:44] they expect us to buy.

[00:51:47] The days of purely partisan politics is over.

[00:51:54] This has profound implications for our elections

[00:51:56] and challenges, our ability to engage

[00:51:58] in honest national dialogues about our choices.

[00:52:02] With the power of predominantly held by two parties

[00:52:05] supported by a media narrative that presents them

[00:52:07] as the only viable options

[00:52:10] that has become crucial for us to intentionally advocate

[00:52:13] for a media landscape held accountable

[00:52:16] for presenting diverse ideas and critical thoughts.

[00:52:20] It is our responsibility to highlight those

[00:52:23] that empower all voices instead of caving

[00:52:26] to the bias outlets that apparently believed

[00:52:29] it's their responsibility to limit the information

[00:52:32] that is shared.

[00:52:34] All right, let's go ahead and take a break.

[00:52:37] Let's go ahead and take a break from that.

[00:52:38] I wanna cut that off

[00:52:39] but you can go to the libertyconference.com

[00:52:41] and watch all the speeches.

[00:52:42] You can go to CSPOA.org and watch all the speeches.

[00:52:45] Christine is pointing out something critical.

[00:52:47] It starts with debates.

[00:52:49] If you can't have an honest, fair open debate

[00:52:52] where the people decide who we're gonna hear from

[00:52:55] if you're gonna control who gets on the ballot

[00:52:56] by ballot access manipulation

[00:52:58] Republican and Democratic parties have a easy time.

[00:53:00] Everybody else has a rough time

[00:53:02] and then you literally control the rules of the debate

[00:53:04] if you don't have a certain amount of support

[00:53:07] then you can't be in the debates.

[00:53:09] Well, by the time they say it's much more difficult

[00:53:11] for me to get on the ballot

[00:53:12] than one of the two major parties

[00:53:14] then by the time you say, well,

[00:53:15] you don't have enough support to get on the ballot.

[00:53:17] Oh, you know, I'm gonna have support to get in the debates.

[00:53:19] Oh, you know, I'm gonna have support to

[00:53:21] and we're gonna use our national polling

[00:53:22] and we're gonna use our media control.

[00:53:24] We're not gonna give you a fair shot in the media.

[00:53:25] We're gonna say you're a violent guy.

[00:53:27] Then I'm gonna say, well,

[00:53:28] I'm offering $1,000 to prove

[00:53:30] that I'm involved in violence.

[00:53:31] You're lying.

[00:53:32] Then they simply ignore that fact

[00:53:34] and one of the reporters called me

[00:53:36] and basically said that, you know, he was talking to me

[00:53:39] and he really wanted me to back a candidate

[00:53:41] so he could try to derail us.

[00:53:42] And I said, look, the CSP way doesn't back candidates.

[00:53:45] He was disappointed and said, oh, it ruined my story.

[00:53:47] His story meaning.

[00:53:49] And I'm saying, I'm not interested in your story.

[00:53:50] I'm just telling you we as at the CSP way

[00:53:52] don't back candidates.

[00:53:53] Don't try to tie us to any of that.

[00:53:54] It isn't true.

[00:53:56] Anyway, long story short,

[00:53:57] then I basically said, why didn't you report

[00:53:59] that I offered $1,000 for anybody

[00:54:01] that could tie me to violence?

[00:54:02] They can't do it.

[00:54:03] You said, oh, that's not news.

[00:54:05] So let me get it right.

[00:54:06] Calling me violent everywhere on the news

[00:54:09] and a danger, that's news.

[00:54:11] But when you have the facts and sandwichman

[00:54:12] throwing $1,000 down to say prove I'm involved in violence

[00:54:15] because I think you're lying, that's not news.

[00:54:18] You get it?

[00:54:19] Got it?

[00:54:20] Good.

[00:54:21] That's why we need your funding and support.

[00:54:22] Every bit helps as we take on the mainstream press

[00:54:25] like never before, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:54:27] The new media is indeed taking center stage

[00:54:30] because he who owns the media makes the rules.

[00:54:33] LibertyRoundTable.com, lovingLiberty.net,

[00:54:41] One final point I want you to know,

[00:54:43] we the people along with the Grace of the Almighty

[00:54:45] we can and will restore America.

[00:54:47] God saved the Republic.
