[00:00:13] Broadcasting live from atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West. You are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show. All right. Happy to have you along, my fellow Americans. Sam Bushman live on your radio. Hard-hitting news the network refused to use, no doubt, starts now. This, my fellow Americans, is the broadcast for January the 17th in the year of our Lord, 2025.
[00:00:39] This is Hour 1 of 2, the goal always to protect life, liberty, and property, to promote God, family, and country, to do so in the traditions of our founding fathers using the supreme law of the land and the Constitution for the United States of America as our guide. After all, it is the supreme law of the land. And promoting restoration, not revolution, unless, of course, it's the Jesus Revolution. Then we're in because we follow the Prince of Peace. Dr. Scott Bradley, freedomsrisingsun.com, is with me. Welcome to the broadcast, sir.
[00:01:09] Well, good morning to you, Sam, and I hope all is well with everybody out there. It's, I don't know, one of those cold, frosty mornings without snow in our area, just keeping you all kept up. I'm just hoping we don't get into too much of a drought this year because of our lack of such a blessing. Yeah, well, all I can tell you is where my son lives, it's going to be minus 8 on Monday, Tuesday. So we'll see what happens to that. Yeah. Yeah.
[00:01:38] That's what you call global warming to the utmost extent, isn't it? Well, usually at this time of the year, I'm saying I'm getting mighty darn tired of shoveling this global warming. But the frosty days are here, but we just don't have a lot of snow. Amen to that. All right. The inauguration is on Monday. The inauguration is on Monday, ladies and gentlemen. And you know what? We openly call for a humble, security-minded Trump inauguration.
[00:02:06] We think this $200 million in pomp is dangerous to say the least. Sheriff Mack and I are calling for a humble, security-minded Trump inauguration. Just have it in the White House in very closed, controlled quarters. Put it on TV. Have the biggest TV event in world history. Okay, that's what you do. I just feel like it's dangerous. But we're praying, ladies and gentlemen, most importantly, for pardons on January 20th for many of the political prisoners,
[00:02:33] including Tina Peters, Steve Stockman, Stuart Rhodes, for starters. With that, we introduce our guests. First off, we've got Tina Peters online from prison. Tina, welcome to Liberty Roundtable Live. Good morning. Good morning, Sam. First, I just want to say I so appreciate you and Sheriff Mack and Steve Tuminello
[00:02:58] and others with the Sheriff's Association that are so vital to getting the word out about what a real sheriff is. Too bad we didn't have one in Mesa County or don't have one in Mesa County, a constitutional sheriff. Amen to that. Tell us how it's been since they put you in prison. We're pushing for Trump to give you a pardon. We gave our promise back in the day to the Hammond family that we would push for pardons for them, too.
[00:03:26] Thank heavens they're free. We'll keep up on that for you and do exactly the same. Catch us up on what's happened since they put you in prison. Well, so I was taken straight from the courtroom October 3rd and taken right down to what I call the dungeon, and it's been really bad. I was shoulder checked by another inmate.
[00:03:53] I was framed by a group of inmates, and the administration there would do nothing. We had to actually pay to get the videos, but they have yet to give the videos to us of these infractions. Being in Mesa County, I felt that I was just concerned for my safety,
[00:04:15] and I was transferred to Larimer County where the deputies, the officers, have been much better, much more fair overall. But being in jail is not a good place to be for anyone, especially when you're innocent. So it's been very difficult, very difficult.
[00:04:42] I would say that now Mesa County is trying to take 60 days from me as if I never served them. Right now they're saying my sentencing date was December 3rd, which puts me out. Instead of being released here in the county jail on January 31st, I wouldn't be able to be released until April 1st from county jail
[00:05:08] to go to the Department of Corrections in Colorado, the DOC. It's just criminal what they're doing, and basically what they seem to do is they just do what they want, and then you have to pay attorneys and fight to actually get your rights. And, Sam, I'll just say this. It's really a sad day in America when a citizen can be imprisoned for what they say, and that's really what this boils down to.
[00:05:38] In Judge Barrett's comments on the October 3rd sentencing, he said a lot, but I'll just read this portion of it. It says, Prison is for those folks where we send people who are a danger to all of us, whether it be by the pen or the sword or the word of mouth.
[00:06:02] So basically, government cannot prohibit or punish speech unless it's likely to produce violence or lawless action, as you know, Sam. And we have many precedents about this. Just recently in 2023, Counterman v. Colorado is one such Supreme Court ruling.
[00:06:30] And likewise, the court may not deny bond pending appeal based on speech that does not cite imminent lawless conduct. And we know, for those of us that are old enough, remember Timothy Leary, remember the song back in the 60s, but Leary v. United States, you know, any reliance on my protective speech as grounds for denial of bond,
[00:07:06] Sam violates the free speech clause of the First Amendment to the Constitution, and also violates Article 2.10 of the Colorado Constitution. You know, from the very get-go, Sam, this has been a sham of a trial, a sham of a prosecution, an indictment.
[00:07:28] In the indictment, their prized witness, Gerald Wood, was found to have perjured himself. And we proved that at trial, but 30, well, 41 of our motions have not been submitted or not been accepted. Well, the biggest problem I see is that the judges used to have to obey the law as well. Now the judges think they are the law, and they can just turn the case and change it around to be what they want it to be about,
[00:07:58] not even about what the real issues at the start were. They throw all this spaghetti against the wall and say, hey, how can we pile on charges and see what sticks? Isn't that really what was done to Trump and you both? Yes, that is so accurate, Sam, because, you know, they deny our due process. They deny to present a complete defense.
[00:08:25] And I was denied my affirmative senses, which was execution of a public duty. I shouldn't even – Colorado should not have been involved in this case whatsoever because of the supremacy and privileges or immunity clauses of the United States Constitution.
[00:08:47] I was fulfilling a federal duty to preserve the 2020 federal election records. And by doing so, I could have anybody that I wanted in to observe that trusted bill. I hate to even call it trusted bill, that computer software deletion of 29,000 election records.
[00:09:11] And what makes it even worse and cuts the hardest is the guy that's sitting there from the Secretary of State's office that's deleting 29,000 vital election records is one of the felonies that I was found guilty on. And he's sitting right there deleting election records, and I was charged with influencing him.
[00:09:36] And also, during the trial, Sam, two of the jurors that were interviewed afterwards, one thought that I had – me or a supporter had cut the lines, the telephone lines or lines to her business, which cost her $4,000. From the start of trial, she believed that I had done that and found me guilty.
[00:10:01] The other juror said that if he had known it was my duty to protect election records and that I had that duty, which they would not let us submit to the jury, the prosecution denied it and the judge denied it, that he would not have found me guilty. But when we asked for a void air to bring up the jurors –
[00:10:31] Go ahead and skip the break. Continue, Tina. To bring up the jurors and see if any of them had been impacted by this as well as the other two, it was denied. So this whole trial has been a sham from the very beginning with not allowing my due process to present a complete defense. All right, Dr. Bradley, I want you to chime in here.
[00:10:58] Tina Peters is in prison primarily because she had the audacity to make copies of fraudulent campaign records. They didn't like that. Therefore, they twisted and turned and manipulated and perverted and read the wrong details to the jury. I mean, they literally absolutely barbecued her. Now she's a political prisoner sentenced to nine years. Now they're moving her around to protect her from abusive prisoners. The food's horrible.
[00:11:27] The list goes on and on and on. Dr. Bradley, do you want to comment on this? Well, unfortunately, Sam and Tina, I'm largely ignorant of your situation. And I'm assuming that there are probably a number of listeners that are also that way. So perhaps we could get some backstory. But it sounded like initially when you were introduced, you were part of the G6 group. I mean, J6 group and could be set up for a part of it. We're talking election fraud.
[00:11:57] She's a county clerk in Colorado. I understand that now, Sam. But here's what I'm trying to say is, though. She's imprisoned in Colorado. Is she possibly going to be pardoned or have some action by Trump when he comes in? Well, now that's the hope. And see, the thing is, is how would he know that somebody out in little old Colorado, out in a backwater, dusty state that's on its way to a dumpster fire right now because they listen to Liberty Roundtable live? That's why. Well, we can hope.
[00:12:26] But the fact of the matter is, Tina, do you really think, I mean, has someone presented your evidence, information, your status to somebody that can get this before Trump after he's inaugurated on, you know, January 20th? Because I initially thought when Sam introduced you that, oh, yeah, she's in the gulag, you know, that's been in Washington, D.C.
[00:12:50] But you're in a gulag in Colorado, and I'm just wondering what are the chances? And to say, well, it's nine years for crying out loud. When you first said you might be released from this facility the end of January, but that may be pushed out to the end of April, that's just another stepping stone in your saga. I mean, give us some background about what the hope is that there's going to be some justice done. Right.
[00:13:20] Well, because the state of Colorado had no jurisdiction to indict me, to try me, and prosecute and sentence me, because of the supremacy clause, it makes it a federal issue.
[00:13:37] So the federal government could come in and say, Colorado, you had no right to prosecute her because she was fulfilling a federal sentence. And I would ask people to go on – well, they can go to tinapeters.us, because we're doing that website so that it has the latest that's going on, the latest filings.
[00:14:06] It's just myname.us, tinapeters.us. But on X at Real Tina Peters, you'll see John Strand saying, wow, Tina Peters backing up election data before they wiped the system gave the public a rare opportunity to analyze before and after the tampering. And it shows clear and deliberate manipulation of the voting system.
[00:14:32] And he goes on to say, audit trail deleted, system log files deleted, voting files replaced with new files. And he said, now we know why the Democrat judge in her case refused nearly all of her witnesses and excluded virtually all of her defenses, then sentenced her to nine years in prison. Because if this became a nationwide story, the entire House of Cards with Dominion could fall.
[00:15:00] And then Patrick Byrne replied to him, to John Strand, and said, correct. And the strange artifact they found they could not trace, I tell you now, it was an office in Serbia that came in through a port. You have one minute remaining. Set up a virtual server. Go ahead and finish up. You've got one minute. Okay. And I can call back if you want. Okay. Why don't you do this?
[00:15:29] Just hang up and call back then, and we'll hear the rest of the story. But the bottom line is Patrick Byrne's a dear friend of ours. And the real issue here is, you know what? Tina Peters had the audacity to basically copy these records, proving election fraud. And that's the problem. And they've been against her ever since. But here's my contention. My contention, ladies and gentlemen, is we can really push back on this.
[00:15:53] Because at some point, the Colorado officials tampered with evidence, manipulated witnesses. We can go on and get to that in a minute. But a good friend of Tina Peters, Marcy Cowart with us. I hope I'm saying your name correct, Marcy. Marcy Cowart. And you've been helping Tina quite a bit. And you're on the outside. But you're pretty much the one communicating with Tina and kind of putting everything on the table for the rest of us, right? Correct.
[00:16:22] Although that is not my last name. That's the name of another friend of hers. But anyway, yeah. I communicate with Tina daily. All right. What's your last name, Marcy? Just so I can... It's Hoshiko. It's Hoshiko. Spell that for me. H-O-S-H-I-K-O. Got it. Okay. I'm sorry about that. That's all right. Thanks for your understanding. Go ahead. So while we get Tina back, because she's going to call back, let's just have you go ahead and add to what she was saying. How's that? Yeah, that's fine.
[00:16:51] She can give you all the court things. I can just tell you, I talk to her daily about what it's been like in there for her physically. She has lost so much weight. It's not that she's a prima donna and can't eat the food because she doesn't like it. She gets physically ill from the food. It's all processed food.
[00:17:14] In the kitchen, both in Larimer County and Mesa County, there are boxes that say not fit for human consumption, that they're feeding them. And so, therefore, Tina is not able to eat a lot of the food in there, which is not good for anybody, much less a 69-year-old woman. Is Tina back on now? Not yet. Okay. The problem is the prison system requires all kinds of approvals, and you've got to press one.
[00:17:44] Okay, now Tina's back. Hi, Tina. So we're talking to Marcy, Tina, just so you know she's on the radio with you. Yes. She's an amazing, amazing person. There are very few people, because of what's happened to me, that I trust. And Marcy is one of them. I'll tell you, you know, she was never involved in politics or anything else. That's what I loved about her as a friend. And she, you know, I could just be myself and escape from all of this crazy.
[00:18:13] So, yes, yes, whatever she has to say will be valuable. All right. So what she was talking about is the court stuff, Tina. I'll tell the personal stuff. You go for it. Yeah. So she was basically talking about how horrible the food is in there. And now some of the boxes are even saying not fit for human consumption, right? That's right. That's right. Yes. So, yes, keep Marcy on, because she's, yeah, she can give you the personal side of it.
[00:18:41] But, you know, to finish up what Patrick was saying, you know, so it was the office in Serbia that came in through a port, set up a virtual server in the RAM of the election system, manipulated data, and then disappeared in a puff of mess, then closed the connection. That's the thing that people don't understand about this, is that these lines are completely open into these computer systems,
[00:19:09] these election systems. They're able to, and Jenna Griswold herself put on a public website, on the Secretary of State website, 63 counties' BIOS passwords, the live BIOS passwords. And we know they were on there at least before the primaries. We know they were on there in June.
[00:19:37] And then she gets outed, and they find out this is on there, these live BIOS passwords for the counties in Colorado, that anybody remotely can get in and access the system. And they brush it off like nothing.
[00:19:55] And they had just, they had, she had just gone to the legislature in 2022 and had legislation passed to make it a felony to release BIOS passwords. And here she does it. So, and there is no one. Yeah, and we had Dave Williams on from Colorado to break that down for our listeners. This is criminal activity. You know, there's two classes of people. There's us, Tina, which include you.
[00:20:22] And then there's these people that simply have no accountability for anything they do, no matter how criminal or how proven it is. That's right. That's right. And, you know, Mark Cook, he has a, he has the image that I took, the before and after image on his computer. And anybody can do this. I mean, it's out there. It should be, it is public knowledge. It wasn't illegal for me to make the image. It doesn't show any personal identifying information of any voter or anything like that.
[00:20:51] And it should be available to the public for transparency. But he's able to show you in a minute, minute and a half, how easy it is to switch the points, in this case, for the presidential election from Biden to Trump and Trump to Biden. And just with a, with a switch, just switching to, to place numbers. So this is serious and no one is addressing it. And here is my plea out there.
[00:21:21] I mean, obviously I want to be released on bond. That's what we're still working on. It was denied by the court for obvious reasons. The one that said. What's their reason though, to do that? You've never, hold on. You've never been violent. You've never been a criminal. You've never been. I mean, what reason do they have to not let you out like anybody else? Sam, I, I check all eight boxes in the criteria of bond to be let out on bond.
[00:21:49] I, you know, all eight boxes that, you know, I'm a, I'm a good citizen. I don't have any prior history of, of anything. My, my, uh, I wouldn't be a threat to community. It goes on and on. I check all the boxes. I have, I'm gainfully employed. I own my own home. Um, you know, they just, they deny it without giving reason.
[00:22:12] Now, the only reason the judge gave it sentencing was what I read before is that president is for those folks. We send people who are a danger to all of us, whether it's by the pen or sword or the word of mouth. He called me a charlatan. He called me, he said, uh, that I keep spouting these lies, talking about the election crimes. But, you know, every, all of his donations to Act Blue tells him who he actually is.
[00:22:41] You know, he, and so they hate Trump. They hate, uh, transparency. Many of these people have been put into place, put into office by these illegal machines. They should have never been, they're definitely not supposed to connect to the internet. They can't be, they cannot be certified if they have that capability. And now they're admitting it, that, yeah, well, they do connect to the internet, but we turn it off. And another thing, Jenna Griswold was not supposed to take those BIOS passwords.
[00:23:10] They belonged to the county clerks. She, they didn't pass a law until 2022 after they said, whoops, we've been taking them since 2019. And, and, without even any legal ability to do so. So then they passed a law saying that the, that the, the Secretary of State could keep the BIOS passwords.
[00:23:30] So this whole thing, if it's undone, and I think that I was only, I was only, the only clerk in Colorado that preserved federal election records. All the rest of them were wiped by the Dominion upgrade, they called it. Um, and because the Secretary of State used their instructions. My question is if they're safe and secure, why do we need an upgrade, Tina? We don't need an upgrade. It's not an upgrade. And this went on across the United States. All right.
[00:24:00] I don't want to, I don't want to waste your phone time and I've got a five minute break. Can you stay or should we let you fly? Um, I can stay and then I can, I can call back. I'll just call back. Why don't you call back in about six or seven minutes? I don't mean to be difficult. I got a hard break. I got to take Marcy with us, ladies and gentlemen. Tina Peters, political prisoner with us. Dr. Scott Bradley, freedomsizingsun.com. We got the round table all fired up. Thank you for using global. Ready to go.
[00:24:26] You are listening to the one and only Liberty Roundtable live on a freedom loving, faith filled. We're taking America back. One heart, one mind, one issue at a time. Friday, baby. You're listening to Liberty News Radio.
[00:24:59] Breaking news this hour from townhall.com. I'm Rich Thomason. A Trump-Xi phone call. That story in a moment. But first, the Israel-Hamas ceasefire proposal. That's now in the hands of Israel's cabinet. The plan which would see the phased release of hostages held by Hamas in Gaza, as well as the release of hundreds of Palestinian prisoners by Israel was approved earlier by Israel's security cabinet.
[00:25:24] President-elect Trump is upbeat about that phone call he had with Chinese President Xi Jinping. Mr. Trump writing on Truth Social, the call was a very good one for both China and the USA. President Biden commuting the sentences of almost 2,500 people convicted of what are described as nonviolent drug offenses. The president said he's seeking to undo disproportionately long sentences compared to the sentences they would receive today under current law, policy, and practice.
[00:25:53] With his latest round of clemency actions that cut short federal prison terms, Mr. Biden has now issued more individual pardons and commutations than any other president. And he has said more could be coming before he leaves office on Monday. Greg Clugston, Washington. Fire ravaged areas of Southern California now having to deal with mudslides. One home that survived the flames was broken apart by a cascade of mud and rock. Hazardous materials teams and cadaver dogs are combing the areas block by block.

Enrique Balcazar and Altadena could not believe what he saw. Every house is burnt down on my block except for my house. Balcazar says the garage door burned a bit, but the garage didn't burn. Most Americans are painfully aware that the nation is on the wrong track and in dire straits.
[00:29:07] Unfortunately, most political pundits only nibble around the edges when they claim to address the issues. Even worse, many of the so-called solutions are simply rewarmed servings of what got us into the mess we currently face. And the politicians think we're so gullible and naive that we'll buy their lies that they have reformed and now understand where they led us astray. Unfortunately, the truth of the matter is that they simply wish to continue to hold power.
[00:29:33] The solution to America's challenges is found in returning to the timeless principles found in the United States Constitution. My book and lecture series will reawaken in Americans an understanding and love of the principles which made this nation the freest, most prosperous, happiest, and most respected nation on earth. [00:30:12] Casting live from atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West, you are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show. Back with you live, ladies and gentlemen, Dr. Scott Bradley, freedomsizingsun.com. Yours truly, Sam Bushman. Tina Peters live from prison. And Marcy Pacheco with us, ladies and gentlemen. We're talking about political prisoners.
[00:30:40] And in a political prisoner, former Colorado County clerk and dear friend Tina Peters, sentenced to nine years. And one of the big things that I say about this, Marcy, and I think this is really important for people to understand. Hey, these judges and these people in Colorado literally are partnering in a crime. And that's really what we need to focus on here. We need to get this to Donald Trump and have him pardon Tina.
[00:31:09] But then we also need a full investigation and a counter lawsuit that says, hey, you clowns are out of control. You clowns are involved in a criminal conspiracy to commit election fraud and cover it up by violating free speech. And I can keep going. But Marcy, why don't you respond to that really quick and then we'll get Tina back. Okay. Yeah. And I know some people, well, quite a few people that are getting word to President Trump. Tina can give you more information on that.
[00:31:38] But I do know that there's several people that are putting this in his ear, letting him know what's going on. Tina has met President Trump before. And I believe there's a clip out there that she was introduced as the one who exposed this. And President Trump said, you are a rock star. So he knew of her back when this happened. And he is now that he is in office being informed, I'm sure, by many people that she is in prison for what she did.
[00:32:08] So we have hope in that for sure. And just to get the word out. Tina also knows Kash Patel, right? I believe so. Yeah. Yeah. I'm not 100% sure. Because I have publicly endorsed Kash Patel and so has former Sheriff Richard Mack. And hopefully, you know, him and Steve Friend can help us as well get this to Trump. Correct. Correct.
[00:32:29] I know there's also a grassroots movement going on in Colorado to ask Governor Jared Polis, who I guess has aspirations to run for president here, to pardon her too. Now, we know that's probably not going to happen. But you never know. If he wants to be president pretty soon, maybe he will, with our president-elect, might do something to help that out. I don't know.
[00:32:57] But it's just a tangled web of incestuous involvement with all that's going on. I'm saying at this point, if we pray as hard as we can and if we do all within our power, we just got to leave the rest up to God. That's really the case, Marcy. Oh, absolutely. Absolutely. But in the meantime, Tina sits in there and, you know, can't eat.
[00:33:22] She's having trouble with her eyes now as the fluorescent lights are on 24-7. And she's having some vision issues. Again, you know, jail is hard. And it's not supposed to be easy. She gets that. I get that. But when you're 69 years old, you're, you know, lung cancer, different kinds of health issues that she has and struggles with.
[00:33:49] And you put her in an environment like that where she can't eat. Her eyes are affected. She's been having migraines and all kinds of – she's been medicated. She's had other issues that the doctors have had to come in and see her. That's a problem. That is a problem. You're right about that. The prison systems, the more I learn about them, more and more and more do I talk to people that are political prisoners as it seems like every one of my friends ends up going to prison. You know, how long it'll be until it's my turn?
[00:34:19] I don't know. Pray it never happens. Right. But I'm just telling you, they're on a bender. If you're a criminal, you're above the law. If you're a good, honest constitutional patriot, hey, you're going down. Now, hopefully Donald Trump will really change that for reals, not just rhetoric but reality on the ground. But we hear more and more and more about how these prisons are on the inside, and it's rough indeed.
[00:34:40] We're going to try to get Richard Mack and a couple of people on our team to see if they can't talk to the sheriff and see if they can't get into the jail and assess and discuss the conditions for Tina Peters. We're going to be working on that angle as well, Marcy. Well, and again, the night and day difference between Mesa County and Larimer County are big. And I don't want to say that, you know, that the sheriff in Larimer County is not doing a good job with the jail system
[00:35:09] because the guards here, for the most part, are super respectful doing their, you know, they do their duty, but they do it with respect to the inmates. It's where in Mesa County she was just targeted, and it was not pretty with the staff. But here in Larimer County she has been treated very, very well considering it's jail. All right, Tina, we're talking about the food. We're talking about how horrible the jails are.
[00:35:36] We're talking about the fact that these Colorado officials, once you get pardoned from Donald Trump, and we're going to pray for that to be the case and do everything we can to affect that reality. But at some point, though, a counter lawsuit and a true investigation, a lot of these Colorado officials are criminals in their own right partnering with election fraud and everything else. If we can get the turn on this thing, we can expose all that in a very meaningful way.
[00:36:00] Well, and that's correct because, Sam, we took it in September 17th of 2021, we took the first report to the DA and to the commissioners and then took it to the sheriff. No one would do anything. I wrote a letter, and the letter is in our filing, that, you know, was concerned. We had shown all these deletions of election records and all that, and no one did anything.
[00:36:29] All they did was send the FBI to raid my home, you know, rambled through all my late son, who was a Navy SEAL, that served this country, all of his after-death effects, and harassed me, sign a – go in and have my husband, who had dementia and Parkinson's in a nursing home, have him sign a divorce decree.
[00:36:56] I found out a month before I was – before our 35th wedding anniversary, I was divorced. I mean, these people came after me with the federal government, with Merrick Garland, with all the force they could to get me to shut up and to back down and recant and repudiate what I said about that these voting machines should not be allowed to do what they're designed to do.
[00:37:23] And because of that – and, you know, Sam, this goes beyond the United States. This goes beyond Colorado. It goes beyond the United States. They would not let us bring in vital evidence of Serbian emails talking about me, talking about – we had to Dominion, Dominion employees in Serbia, about how we had to – how they had to come after me. None of that was allowed to be presented.
[00:37:49] That was in the case against Patrick Byrne in D.C. I don't know the details of any of that because I wasn't allowed to know. But the American people deserve to know the truth that these machines that started in – and there's a 17-minute video that will be up on my website from Gary Bernson, who was a 31-year CIA whistleblower that has come out
[00:38:16] and said how this all started with Hugo Chavez, how it became Dominion. I mean, this is hot stuff that should not be allowed to be swept under the rug. And I know that they thought by putting me in jail it would silence me. But until I have any breath left, Sam, I'm concerned right now about the midterm elections that we have coming up.
[00:38:40] We already have candidates that are running, and one of them is the Attorney General of Colorado is running for governor. And he's the one that signed the denial of my appeal. So we've got people that will be selected and put into office all across this country and across the world, like they have been being across the world, by these people that are using electronic means,
[00:39:08] whether it's in our voter registration systems, whether it's in our poll books, whether it is – I mean, we gave up Wi-Fi cards when we would have at our voting service polling centers to the people working there. Wi-Fi cards means it's connected to the Internet, and it's being manipulated from outside of any county clerk. And it's being manipulated by the folks that are not able to see it.
[00:39:37] So this is something that needs to go to the highest level. It needs to go to Trump. I'm sure he has to be aware of it. I'm on the list when they read the – Nikki Wiffhoff, who was Ashley Babbitt's mother, that was brutally murdered by Michael Byrd, the Capitol Police officer, and there were three other people murdered that day. You know, I've been to the Gulag or to Freedom Corner.
[00:40:05] I've stood out there with these men and women that are standing out there for the J6ers, and they stand out there during the snow. They had a foot and a half of snow just recently. And what you've got, ladies and gentlemen, is a pattern. Anybody who tries to create accountability in government, tries to create transparency in government, tries to stop criminal activity, ends up in serious, serious trouble. Political prisoner Tina Peters is an example. Go ahead and skip the break.
[00:40:34] Dr. Bradley, at the bottom of the hour, though, I think the key is to get this to Trump and make sure that he understands we need pardons. We need these people free, and we then need to go after these people in serious lawsuits. Look, we want due process. We're not trying to avoid the law, but we need accountability and transparency. At the bottom of the hour, you brought this up. Go ahead and talk to Tina about this, Dr. Bradley.
[00:40:58] Well, Tina, I mean, my big concern is that your profile needs to be front and center. I mean, the justice needs to be brought to light on this thing. I think about, you know, we've had election fraud for my whole life that I'm aware of. I mean, you think about the Battle of Athens in 1946, and people could think about that and what happened in Tennessee.
[00:41:22] But then you think about the LBJ fraud in Texas for him to become a senator. And you think about what happened with Jack Kennedy in the election that his papa arranged fraud in Illinois, at least. And so there have been these cases of somewhat isolated. But what you're involved in is a nationwide theft of our election process.
[00:41:49] And if we lose our election process, we have lost our liberty. I mean, that and the Constitution itself are the two things. In a way, you're being sacrificed on the altar of liberty, and it's a sad situation. But quite frankly, this is an issue that is nationwide with these voting machines. Your situation is something that's not isolated. It's something we can focus on.
[00:42:15] But I'm going to venture to guess that this has happened thousands of times across the United States. And the theft of our liberty is happening right before our eyes. So somehow this needs to get a larger profile. You know, an apartment would do that and bring it about or somehow get you out and about so you can help with your, you know, your case and everything. But but this is America. This is battleground America. This isn't just battleground Athens, Tennessee in 1946.
[00:42:45] The entire nation is being engulfed because of these fraudulent voting machines that could be hacked and destroyed and our elections are lost. So please, please, please tell us how we can get this thing to the highest level, get some profile on this and not just hope it's coming in through some backdoor thing on a silver platter that somebody just happened to whisper in Trump's ear. Yes, I would say get it out on Truth Social.
[00:43:15] Get it out on X. Send letters to your to your Congress people. You know, it has to be, you know, contact Marjorie Taylor Greene, Jim Jordan, you know, all these people that that are out there that can get to the president. You know, Kash Patel, Pam Bondi, you know, put this show out, the recording of the show out so people can actually hear and wake up.
[00:43:42] Because we're going to, you know, if they can put a gold star mother of a fallen Navy SEAL whose husband was a Marine, I guess they still say is a Marine, Semper Fi, but, you know, that grew up in a military family that served this country that were business owners that supplied, you know, hundreds of jobs that just stood up.
[00:44:08] I just stood up to reduce the wait times in Motor V from three and a half hours to what they were being a business owner. I knew how to take care of that. You know, when Trump was one of the 17 contenders for the presidency, he was my number one pick. And I'll tell you why he was my number one pick, because he's a businessman.
[00:44:29] He knows, and having been a business person myself with my husband for 32 years of our building business, you know, you know how to run a business. You don't take payouts. You don't, you know, government is broken. It really is. I remember I was shocked. I was shocked when I became the elected clerk and recorder of our five divisions. And I realized that if I didn't spend all that budget, then I wouldn't get as much next time.
[00:44:58] There is no incentive for saving. There is no incentive for cutting costs in government. It's irretrievably broken. And I'm so glad to see Elon Musk and Vivek and all those that are working on cutting our national debt so that we're not beholden to China and our foreign enemies in buying up our lands, all of this.
[00:45:24] And it all comes, I believe, the foundation of every ill, whether it's the open border, whether it's the, you know, all the other things that are affecting our, the United States, it all comes from the foundation of elections. All of it. When they can select who they put into office to do their will, these evil people, these globalists, then we are doomed as a society. So they have to fix the elections before they can fix anything.
[00:45:55] There you have it, ladies and gentlemen. Tina Peters from prison. Our prayers are with you. Tina, we'll let you fly. We don't want to take all the time up on your card. We know you've got lots of people to call and lots of things to do. Thanks for taking time. We will do all that we can. We will not rest until we get you free. That's a promise. Have them share the website, Sam. TinaPeters.us. It's being revamped right now and just, you know, share it out there. TinaPeters.us. Not for my sake, but for the country's sake.
[00:46:24] I will not, I will not be silent. I will not back down. I will not give in. They've taken everything from me. You know, there's nowhere to go but through this, through the fire. There you have it. Our pleasure with you, Tina. Thank you. God bless you. Marcy, let's talk a little bit more about what you've discovered from the outside. Are you shocked every time you talk to Tina? I mean, things are bad. I'm just shocked that, yes, it's happening to her and that she's in there.
[00:46:54] And, again, I want to reiterate that Tina and I both knew and everybody else knew jail is not a good place. And we understand that. But the deterioration of her health and everything else because of being in there, I mean, you expect jail, you have limited freedoms or no freedoms pretty much. But I guess my main concern is with her health there.
[00:47:20] And county jail, again, like I say, I don't want to say anything bad about Larimer because it has been such a much better experience than Mesa County. But there's nothing to do. I mean, you don't have many access to hardly any books. You have a tablet, but the tablet charge only lasts so long. You can't get much on there. I mean, there's no mental stimulation whatsoever in there to do.
[00:47:48] You're pretty much just locked up. And when the jail locks down, when one pod locks down, they lock down the entire jail, which I understand. I get that. But it happens a lot. So she's in her cell a lot. And that's hard. It's very difficult. Does she have a roommate in her cell or she houses? She's singly. She, for right now, she does have a roommate.
[00:48:19] Sometimes she does. Sometimes she doesn't. County jail, a lot of it, you know, the girls, the women are in and out. It just depends. Some are in for a few days. Some are in for a few weeks. But she does have a roommate. And all the roommates that she has had in Larimer and really even in Mesa have been fine. She's never had any problems with any of the roommates at all.
[00:48:45] Yeah, that can make it a living hell to a deadly hell almost when you, depending on who is housed with you. Right. And you have to remember Tina's heart. I mean, her first couple of weeks in Mesa County, she led her roommate. Actually, it was the first week. She led her roommate to the Lord. And right after that, I think she got the roommate got out the next day.
[00:49:08] And so Tina, no matter where she is, even when she's out and about, you know, she even tells the guards, I pray for you. She's ministering to the inmates, you know, showing them love in there, too. So she knows that it's not just a political battle, but she's in there to speak life and be light to the people in there. And I believe she is.
[00:49:34] It's a spiritual wickedness in high places, Ephesians 6 kind of thing. And, you know, there have been people like Joseph of quote of many colors fame that made some major, major contributions from a prison cell. So I'm sure good people, it's hard to completely smother good people. But, man, it's a tough, tough situation to be in. It is. And we talk about she and I talk about her being Joseph right now.
[00:50:00] You know, and this isn't fair, Lord, and why is this happening, Lord? But, again, doing what she can while she's in there, not only for herself legally, but for the other people in there. And women have come to her and say, you know, before they go to court, you know, pray with them and stuff. And they'll come back and say, I felt so calm when I went into court. And thank you for your prayers. So, you know, no matter where they put her, she's going to speak life and be light. And they can't stop that.
[00:50:29] Yeah, and that shows well of her character. I think, though, with the sadness about how America has become in a, I use the term gulag state, in so many ways, we're the most incarcerated nation in the world, except for maybe Somalia, where they have some unique challenges. But we're far more on a percentage of our population incarcerated in America than any other nation on earth, like I say, with that rare exception that comes up with criminal nations.
[00:50:59] But even China, Afghanistan, I mean, we got more people in jail per capita than the others. And a lot of it has to do with the Joe Biden omnibus crime bill that was passed with Orrin Hatch's help back in the 1990s. But we throw more people in jail and we keep them. We house people in jail. That's not what America's about. There's got to be a better way. And we just, we're on the wrong track right now in so many ways.
[00:51:26] Well, I guess one thing about it is that so many of the good people who really haven't broken any law but have just spoken out against abortion or just spoken out about things that they see are morally wrong or just illegal that are in prison now. Maybe there'll be some prison reform because there's a lot of good people, innocent people in jail that are seeing what's going on. But, again, I want to give a shout out to Larimer County.
[00:51:54] I mean, other than the food, it has been way better than Mesa County, of course. But Mesa County, she didn't stand a chance, which is why they had Judge Barrett sentenced her there for as long as he did. You know, it's interesting just how different so many county jails are. I mean, I think in our own state here, some of the county jails that I have knowledge of, some of them really are hellholes.
[00:52:23] And others of them are more humane in the sense that they know you're going to do your time. It's hard as it is. But to have the inmates abused further by some of the officers really makes it tough in some areas. And it's good that she's in a better situation now. But, boy, oh, man alive, you talk about good sheriffs and bad sheriffs. Sheriffs in our state largely run the county jails. And so that tells you something about electing the right people into the right job. Correct.
[00:52:53] And like I say, the Larimer County Sheriff, I believe, you know, he runs a good jail to my knowledge. But the next thing for her is she will now, she is supposed to be able to move on for the rest of her sentence. This county jail sentence is for misdemeanor charges. Now she's supposed to move on to the Denver Department of Corrections for her felony charges. That should have been, she should have been able to move January 31st to DOC.
[00:53:23] However, now Mesa County and the judge are saying, no, no, no, you still have until April, sometime in April, if it's the 1st of the 31st, to serve out your county term. Your first 60 days didn't count in Mesa County. We're going to start that as of December 3rd instead of October 3rd. And you still have to stay in county jail.
[00:53:45] So right now that's another thing that her attorneys are working on to get her moved so that she can begin serving in the Denver Department of Corrections. And hopefully maybe she won't be there. Something will happen and she'll get out. But that's the fight, one of the fights she's got going right now, one of the motions that are being put forth. Hashtag real Donald Trump. The truth matters.
[00:54:15] We pray for and we're doing all we can to obtain pardons on January 20th, Monday for many political prisoners, including Tina Peters, Steve Stockman, Stuart Rhodes, and many others, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you so much, Tina. Thank you so much, Marcy. We appreciate all that you're doing. Please keep us in the loop on everything. LibertyRoundtable at gmail.com. We'll have you back.
[00:54:43] We'll do everything we can, we promise. Thank you so much. God save the republic.
