[00:00:00] Music playing

[00:00:13] Broadcasting live from atop the Rocky Mountains the crossroads of the West

[00:00:17] West you are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio talk show talk show

[00:00:22] Alright Liberty Roundtable Radio Toxo. Alright. Happy to have you along my fellow Americans, Sam Bushman Live on your radio, hard hitting

[00:00:32] news that I refuse to use no doubt starts now.

[00:00:35] This my fellow Americans is the broadcast.

[00:00:38] For March the 7th in the year of our Lord 2024, this is hour one of two, the goal always

[00:00:44] to protect life, liberty, and property,

[00:00:45] to promote God, family, and country, that are so using the supreme law of the land,

[00:00:49] including all the checks and balances that chain down bear crafts.

[00:00:53] Yes indeed, to use the supreme law of the land, the Constitution for the United

[00:00:56] States of America to restore the Republic, we can do it, people, but we need Americans to get

[00:01:01] engaged to understand the rule of law and to demand accountability

[00:01:05] using the checks and balances.

[00:01:07] We reject revolution unless it's a Jesus revolution.

[00:01:10] We actually stand for peaceful restoration of the greatest country on the face of the

[00:01:13] earth.

[00:01:14] Welcome to the show.

[00:01:15] Let's talk about yesterday's show.

[00:01:17] I was hanging out with my dear friend James Edwards, the political cesspool.org.

[00:01:21] He's a well-known talk show host in his own right every Saturday Night Live or on demand during the week. Anytime you like, vbloodical cesspool.org. He's a well on talk show host in his own right every Saturday night live or on demand during the week. Anytime you like the political cesspool.org check

[00:01:28] it out. Great talk radio. Nikki Haley suspends campaign. Yeah, crushing super Tuesday losses.

[00:01:38] And I guess she's ending her 2024 presidential bid. But does outside group spend over $80 million?

[00:01:47] Yeah, she lost those encounters by over double digits,

[00:01:52] $80 million down the drain on Nikki Bitcoin to five,

[00:01:57] expect patients at an all time high hit 69,000 again.

[00:02:03] Meta hit by a wide spread outage with virtually no explanation. Yeah, Facebook,

[00:02:09] Instagram threads, messenger, all hit. Believe it or not, on super Tuesday. Is that interesting

[00:02:16] to you by any stretch? Or is it just me? Charles Barkley out of control, threats to punch black supporters. Yeah, forces seen in the damage control mode.

[00:02:28] It's out of control. Yeah. Anyway, we talked about that. We also talked about Kristen

[00:02:34] cinema resigning or deciding she's not going to go for reelection, I should say. Now, Ruben

[00:02:40] Gallegas is set for a battle one on one with Kerry Lake.

[00:02:45] We'll let the Arizonans decide.

[00:02:47] I guess the people that decide do you want, you know, out of control extremists?

[00:02:51] Do you want conservatives?

[00:02:52] Who do you want to represent you?

[00:02:54] AZ, Governor Katie Hobbs vetoed a bill.

[00:02:58] The bill said, Hey, cops could arrest illegal.

[00:03:00] Yeah, law enforcement could arrest migrants crossing the southern border, but

[00:03:06] it got shut down by Katie. She said it's not the right solution. Yeah, SB one, uh, one

[00:03:14] two three one SB one two three one, also known as the quote, Arizona border invasion act

[00:03:23] would allow authorities to arrest these people if they, you know, across the border,

[00:03:27] but it got shut down. What do you think about that folks? Anyway, Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell

[00:03:33] now endorsed Donald Trump. We talked about in detail. Second hour is journalism still legal in

[00:03:41] America. The blaze.com asked that important critical question.

[00:03:46] And Steve Baker says that he was criminally charged by FBI for using scary words.

[00:03:53] Yeah, I asked the question is this, has the Capitol police become the goon squad for Congress?

[00:04:00] That's a serious question.

[00:04:03] We also talked about federal judge gives Christian employers

[00:04:07] a massive win over the Biden administration's

[00:04:12] Abuse really on Monday a federal judge in North Dakota basically

[00:04:18] Help us become one step closer to restoring the republic when he shut down the Biden administration said Christians don't have to pay for

[00:04:30] Trans surgery closer to restoring the republic when he shut down the Biden administration said Christians don't have to pay for trans surgery. Yeah, Daniel M trainer is the judges name. He's the US district judge for the district in North Dakota sided with the employers said

[00:04:35] it's out of control. You don't have to pay for these things that you fundamentally disagree

[00:04:40] with philosophically and fundamentally and everything else? No. Anyway, that's very,

[00:04:47] very interesting in my opinion. Could the Democrats de-certified Trump victory in 2024?

[00:04:56] I think they could. They could use the same tactics that, you know, they claim Donald Trump

[00:05:00] tried to use. Donald Trump, I believe, wanted to get to the bottom of election integrity issues. These people want to rig the election. We see this over and over and

[00:05:08] over and over. So I expect them to try to pull these kind of shenanigans. Hopefully we

[00:05:12] the people have been hardened and are savvy enough data reject that. Time will tell. All

[00:05:19] right. We talked about this issue. Charles RuPaul shares quote, rainbow bus, giving away, uh,

[00:05:27] banned books and spreading LGBTQ plus literature throughout the South.

[00:05:35] Margaret flagging the gateway abundant with this piece and it is just disaster.

[00:05:41] They literally got this promotion of the gay lesbian bisexual transgender agenda bus. The organization announced on Instagram, we're just one week away from the

[00:05:51] start of our inaugural tour. We can't wait to go to all these, visit all these incredible

[00:05:58] cities and listen and celebrate queer magic with all of these amazing organizations and help spread

[00:06:09] gay lesbian bisexual transgender literature across the south.

[00:06:13] Wow.

[00:06:14] I'm just telling you right now the gay bus is what you call it.

[00:06:20] I don't know.

[00:06:21] There you have it.

[00:06:23] We also highlighted this article.

[00:06:24] Yes, COVID did come from a lab. When

[00:06:27] will the mainstream press quit gaslighting us rights? Stephen W. Mochier at pop.org.

[00:06:33] Yes, it came from a lab and I submit to you. This is my personal opinion to which I've

[00:06:37] entitled. I think not only did it come from a lab, I think it was intentionally leaked. Yeah, the Wall Street Journal just recklessly reported that the

[00:06:47] COVID virus was manufactured in a lab, even hinted that the lab might be a list of this

[00:06:58] might have been ready. The Wuhan Institute of virology. So it's, you know what, directly funded by the

[00:07:09] United States. You know, the debate now is where did COVID come from, writes the Wall

[00:07:15] Street Journal. New documents, bolster the theory that it not only escaped from a laboratory,

[00:07:21] but listen, was developed in one as well. Nicholas Wade Wall Street Journal

[00:07:27] now admitting that reality. They're daylight in a dollar short, but good on them for getting it right

[00:07:32] to some degree, huh? We also. I think that's really important.

[00:07:47] Anyway, I am grateful that

[00:07:52] we're getting more of the truth, at least, right?

[00:07:56] It's a start.

[00:07:58] Anyway.

[00:08:00] All right.

[00:08:02] I guess they say this.

[00:08:04] This. I Odysseus spacecraft, they say it's alive and well landed on the moon, it fell over

[00:08:12] on its side.

[00:08:15] I just don't really understand it, folks.

[00:08:18] They say it was taken, this shot they have while the spacecraft was descending to the

[00:08:22] surface of the moon.

[00:08:26] It's in shadows. They're trying to get more information from the thing.

[00:08:28] They think it might wake up again.

[00:08:32] They say one laser didn't fire a safety switch.

[00:08:36] We're still enabled.

[00:08:40] They can laugh about it.

[00:08:41] Now they said it the news conference, but they can't really deal with this thing. Anyway it sounds easy in retrospect but it's a lot harder

[00:08:49] than you think to keep control of these crafts. Anyway they go on and say they

[00:08:57] got to move a computer to get this thing installed they got to do this they got

[00:09:00] to do that. A Chinese spacecraft also tipped over while landing on the moon in

[00:09:07] January. So this is interesting. Let me get this right. These are unmanned spacecrafts just

[00:09:12] there to take pictures, right? And we want to believe that the Chinese won tipped over so

[00:09:17] man, it couldn't get his data. Now the United States wasn't tipped over and it couldn't get its data.

[00:09:28] Now they say that the Chinese craft is still working even after its quote stumble. They say the spacecraft is not designed to survive the frigid temperatures

[00:09:37] of the two week long mooners didn't. What does see of our electronics made it through, they say.

[00:09:46] Then they say Moonlander sends final photo before it stops working.

[00:09:52] I find this interesting.

[00:09:57] They say Anisias systems could wake up in a few weeks.

[00:10:02] Do you believe it?

[00:10:04] I don't. I don't believe it. That's right. And let

[00:10:09] me tell you why. Listen to me carefully. All right. They say it's down for a long nap.

[00:10:18] Good night. We hope to hear from you again. They tell the craft. These people are loony. They're loony is all get out. Now let

[00:10:26] me explain this to you very clearly. I'm not buying it. We're going to come back and talk

[00:10:34] about this. Okay, we're also going to talk about the Federal Reserve. We're also going

[00:10:40] to talk about the state of the union address. And we're going to do it all in seconds on your radio. I am Sam Bush, but this is the one and only Liberty Roundtable

[00:10:48] Line.

[00:10:58] As you are aware, America is divided over every fault line

[00:11:57] Isn't this great? Just the two of us. No work, no interruptions, no phone, no TV. Finally, we have a chance to just talk.

[00:12:08] I mean, how long has it been? Well, first of all, we should talk about your schedule.

[00:12:13] There are a few things that could use some adjusting, but overall, I think it's going

[00:12:17] all right. Basically, I think we're doing a pretty good job of communicating, which is

[00:12:22] good. You're doing a really good job of letting me know how you feel about things.

[00:12:26] I just, I want to keep the lines open, if you know what I mean.

[00:12:30] Jerry, it's four o'clock in the morning.

[00:12:33] What are you doing?

[00:12:34] Oh, I was, I was just giving Emily a bottle.

[00:12:38] Who were you talking to?

[00:12:40] Emily.

[00:12:41] She's only three weeks old, and she's asleep.

[00:12:45] I know. I was just practicing.

[00:12:47] Family, isn't it about time?

[00:12:50] Isn't this great? Just the three of us.

[00:12:52] No work, no interruptions, no phone.

[00:12:54] From the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Alright, Brian, rest with me, restquitinggip.com for the last 50 years.

[00:13:17] Russ family has been working to help people understand and embrace precious metals, ladies

[00:13:24] and gentlemen.

[00:13:25] We want to talk about the honest money report in just a second, but I want to talk about

[00:13:28] this moon landing really quick with Brian Russ.

[00:13:31] Hi Brian.

[00:13:32] Hey, how are you?

[00:13:33] Thanks for having me, Dan.

[00:13:35] Good sir.

[00:13:36] Here's the story they say moonlander sends final photo before it stops working Then it's Odysseus I think is how you say it Odysseus systems

[00:13:48] Could wake up in a few weeks they claim and then they go on and explain how they're let their craft unmanned landed on the moon

[00:13:54] Tipped over they got a picture while it was descending now. It's gonna basically sit there

[00:13:59] They're hoping it'll wake up in a couple of weeks

[00:14:01] They don't know if it can their electronics can handle the cold. It was virtually a failure for the most part.

[00:14:08] And they mentioned before that a Chinese craft landed on the moon in January and

[00:14:14] it tipped over to and then they go on and on and on. And I just think you know

[00:14:18] what, we're talking 50 plus years later.

[00:14:27] They claim they landed on the moon with people. They literally got out, walked around, did all this stuff.

[00:14:31] 50 plus years later, we can't even land an unmanned craft

[00:14:35] without it tipping over and losing control of it.

[00:14:37] And they want you to believe that we went 50 years ago.

[00:14:40] Something just doesn't add up to me on that.

[00:14:42] And you say, well, maybe our craft just had a problem fine.

[00:14:46] But we've been promising we're going to go to the moon

[00:14:48] for the last 10 years, and they've been delaying it,

[00:14:49] delaying it, delaying it.

[00:14:51] Now we find out the Chinese craft tips over too.

[00:14:54] It sounds like we're not being leveled with in the space game, Brian.

[00:14:59] Yeah, that's probably interesting.

[00:15:02] Now with all the fake news and all the things that are that's going on today,

[00:15:07] perhaps, you know, they're showing some of these images more of a fake image and saying

[00:15:13] this is real image to perhaps, I don't know, just just bunk the people earlier, you know,

[00:15:22] in 69 and so on that went to the moon.

[00:15:24] I met some of those people that actually had been on the moon.

[00:15:26] I have some books and autographs from them. I have a good friend that runs the

[00:15:31] telescopes on the mountain here at BYU and up at BYU.

[00:15:35] I've been up there with him and I've been to some of these shows and have artifacts from these individuals.

[00:15:42] I kind of believe they were honest in what they're saying.

[00:15:45] So I don't know, it's maybe today it's more fake and they create an image over there

[00:15:49] that they can do.

[00:15:50] Nowadays it seems like you can create anything you want.

[00:15:53] So it's a very interesting dichotomy though.

[00:15:58] When 50 years later we struggle, struggle, struggle can't even go send unmanned crafts

[00:16:02] that before we send a man craft that I think else now they're saying, golly, we

[00:16:05] don't know if our communications can withstand the cold. I

[00:16:08] just look at that night is go man is just a very, very

[00:16:11] strange thing. The problem is I don't know what the truth is

[00:16:13] Brian I'm not making any claims that either way, whether we

[00:16:16] went to the moon or not or whatever else I just find it

[00:16:19] very, very, very interesting that in the space race, especially

[00:16:22] now when they're talking about Russia and dealing with

[00:16:24] satellites and all this kind of stuff, that now we're going to basically

[00:16:29] say, man, we're struggling to land on the moon. We can't get it done. We're having all

[00:16:31] these problems. This is like, wow, but you did it perfect 50 plus years ago, didn't you?

[00:16:36] And it's like, okay, what's up with that? You know, yeah, I get your point. I think

[00:16:41] that, you know, like, you know, we kind of stopped doing that. And think that, you know, we kind of stopped doing that and so perhaps

[00:16:47] we didn't stay up with maybe technology and machinery and things to do that. It took a

[00:16:53] long time to get to that point. They were working on this and rockets weren't working

[00:16:58] yet and they were still working that process. And yet we kind of stopped. And I think once you stop and are continually testing these engines and you know, orthiacal

[00:17:10] is making these and I don't know how much of it that we really push forward rapidly

[00:17:16] or continue to work on, but I think a lot of the processes stop.

[00:17:20] So yeah, I think they had some stuff in play, but I think it's a it takes a

[00:17:27] Time to accomplish some of this stuff and I know these companies are popping up and all we can just done

[00:17:32] You know right away and and and that but I'm not so sure there's always glitches

[00:17:37] So if a must be doing 50 billion later, they're still working on it on. Yeah, well

[00:17:44] So yeah, I don't know the

[00:17:46] answer to all that, but I do believe that you know,

[00:17:49] surname and some of these people that have been that I met

[00:17:52] and that walk on the moon or went to the moon were honest in

[00:17:56] their thoughts or at least there's who they were. Yeah, we

[00:17:59] know sting wants to be walking on the moon and Bruno Mars wants

[00:18:02] to talk to the moon and our buddy

[00:18:06] was his name.

[00:18:09] Ronnie, whatever he says he wants to howl at the moon or bark at the moon.

[00:18:15] Isn't that what's the black Sabbath guy?

[00:18:20] What's his name?

[00:18:21] Yeah, I know you, Ty, I can't.

[00:18:24] Anyway, bark at the moon. So everybody wants to deal with the moon in somewhere or another. I just want to double down on his money, Brian

[00:18:29] That's what I want to do. Yeah, there you go

[00:18:31] I don't want to go to the moon

[00:18:32] I just want honest money and I want honesty and everything we do and what's gold sitting at right now

[00:18:37] Golds at

[00:18:39] 2159

[00:18:43] Uh to let's see one news five nine

[00:18:47] Yep

[00:18:49] Point six dot 60. All right. There you have that

[00:18:52] It's up a bit ladies and gentlemen people are starting a hundred left and right, right?

[00:18:57] Yeah, jump the hundred bucks from last week

[00:19:00] 21 59 60 silver

[00:19:04] 24 48.

[00:19:06] That's up quite a bit, right?

[00:19:08] It is.

[00:19:09] Man, if people would have bought

[00:19:10] silver like we said last week,

[00:19:11] that already began in what two

[00:19:12] bucks?

[00:19:14] Yeah, I mean, it's up for you.

[00:19:17] That's the thing. And you know,

[00:19:18] it's a lot of people wait till

[00:19:20] the last minute. We try to keep

[00:19:21] people just getting in the game

[00:19:23] and little by little by little,

[00:19:24] and then you've got a nice little mess day but you didn't even

[00:19:27] really notice the money gone. So it's yeah.

[00:19:31] All right, Jerome Powell, the Federal Reserve Chairman, told lawmakers that rate cuts in

[00:19:37] 2024 were still likely but that they got to deal with hot button banking issues first.

[00:19:45] He thinks the central bank will begin to lower bar and cost in 2024.

[00:19:49] But first they got to make sure that they got inflation under control and they got to put

[00:19:53] banking rags in place because man things are kind of going south in the banking world.

[00:19:57] And what you get is a bunch of unconstitutional unregulated agencies making all kinds of banking

[00:20:02] rules changing the game uh... this creates uncertainty in the markets and it literally is a moral

[00:20:08] hazard brand

[00:20:10] yeah i would want to have his job i mean they acknowledge fact that

[00:20:13] know that the fed made a bunch of mistakes but you know it

[00:20:16] thing is that they were sent inflation by continued to

[00:20:19] expand their

[00:20:21] uh...

[00:20:21] monetary i mean they just kept spending and they continue to spend so i i don't

[00:20:25] know

[00:20:26] i don't know how you can he can do his job because he there's it's it's out of

[00:20:31] control

[00:20:32] it's reckless abandoned out of control

[00:20:36] yeah i find that very interesting though when you compare to go to the moon which

[00:20:40] has more smoke and there around it going to the fed. Good point. There you go. I think there's the there's a

[00:20:49] smoking mirrors right there. Yeah. The question is without all that funny money,

[00:20:52] would they be able to go to the moon, Ryan? Probably not. That's why they're probably

[00:20:56] making more. Well, they're trying to figure out more and more. Uh, you know, maybe Bitcoin or

[00:21:02] other stuff to kind of help pay

[00:21:07] All I can do is very very interesting I think with that funny money and stuff like that

[00:21:09] You know it's common knowledge now at least those who listen to talk radio that the Fed are reservists bogus

[00:21:13] And they create money out of thin air and everything else

[00:21:15] But the majority of the people don't really realize that that con game that magic going on

[00:21:20] You know you create a piece of paper that costs two and a half cents to come out of your printer and oh golly

[00:21:24] It's worth a hundred bucks plus interest forever now.

[00:21:27] Yeah.

[00:21:28] Well, people get caught up on this racket, don't they?

[00:21:32] Yeah.

[00:21:32] And hopefully they're seeing that the, you know, the, I can see it in front of their face and

[00:21:38] making educational decisions on it.

[00:21:41] I, it's, it's just, you know, we're told we need to use this and this is the money system, but I find an

[00:21:47] entry now.

[00:21:48] They're wanting a little bit of the pushes is, well, maybe we need to get rid of money.

[00:21:53] I go to a restaurant or places, they don't even want to take my money anymore and they

[00:21:56] don't want to use it, but they want me to use my credit card.

[00:21:59] I think there's a curve there that's happening where the banks are more than happy to issue

[00:22:05] credit cards, so there's interest.

[00:22:08] Maybe there's a change in the game, but the Fed still-

[00:22:10] You want to get technical as interest on interest too, and use your credit card and

[00:22:13] you get charge interest for your card, and then you're charge interest on the money

[00:22:16] that that card represents and stuff like that.

[00:22:18] You're double dipping interest.

[00:22:20] That's exactly right.

[00:22:21] So I think there's a shift, especially the younger generation.

[00:22:24] They don't care cash and

[00:22:25] You go to some of these places they yeah, I find an history some of the younger generation can't even you know

[00:22:31] Give you change back on your cash. They can't even they don't have the knowledge to you're running the cash register for say

[00:22:38] But they they can't figure out well you gave me 20 and then a quarter and you want you see they can't do it

[00:22:44] You gave me 20 and then a quarter and you want you see they can't do it

[00:22:49] So we kind of I don't know they've even got they've even got the new cash register She can hit a button. It'll tell you how much to give them back. There you go. That's right

[00:22:54] How you gonna do is hit the button and follow directions give them a dime. Yeah, that's

[00:23:00] Give them a five and then two ones. Okay, and yeah you just doodily do that and we're all good.

[00:23:06] But man, seems like we've fallen far in many ways

[00:23:11] that ladies and gentlemen, I pray we lower interest rates

[00:23:13] soon because I think it's necessary.

[00:23:14] And I'm afraid that they're going to wait too long

[00:23:16] and create a greater moral hazard, Brian.

[00:23:19] Yeah, I think you're right.

[00:23:20] I think, yeah, it's, the circus continues to go.

[00:23:25] And I think there's a lot of clutter in our lives.

[00:23:28] So where people are confused.

[00:23:30] It might be, you know, I kind of laugh at these,

[00:23:33] you know, you go into vote.

[00:23:34] They just hand you a little machine

[00:23:36] that walks you through the stuff,

[00:23:37] put your finger on it, it'll open up,

[00:23:39] and then it'll walk you through what you need to do.

[00:23:41] And I don't know and it'll do whatever it wants to do and the world will walk you through pat you on the dairy air make

[00:23:49] you feel good send you away and then vote differently want it

[00:23:52] mhm

[00:23:53] mhm

[00:23:54] exactly right

[00:23:55] yeah yeah and we then so the federal reserve of the vote fraud and then we

[00:23:59] think we went to the moon and it's all good and well listen I've been studying

[00:24:04] government for almost three decades, Brian.

[00:24:06] Yeah.

[00:24:06] And I every day I discover a new government agency I knew

[00:24:09] nothing about.

[00:24:10] I got one for you today.

[00:24:12] This is just shocking.

[00:24:14] All right.

[00:24:14] Listen, are you familiar with the minority business development

[00:24:19] agency?

[00:24:20] No.

[00:24:21] MBDA.

[00:24:23] No.

[00:24:24] Ha.

[00:24:28] When we come back, I want to tell you about it. Get your take on this. This is insane. I haven't heard about it until today by the way. I just found it in a news article. That's what I mean.

[00:24:32] I've been studying government for 30 years and I literally just discovered a new government agency

[00:24:36] that's been around for a long time. We'll talk about it in seconds

[00:24:40] with Brian Rust of Rust Quinn and get that calm on your radio. Listen to the wind blow.

[00:24:47] Protecting your liberties.

[00:24:53] You're listening to Liberty News Radio.

[00:24:56] USA News, I'm Ryan Daniels.

[00:25:05] Fed Chair Jerome Powell says he believes key U.S. interest rates can begin coming down

[00:25:11] sometime this year, but he just can't say when he thinks that will happen.

[00:25:16] We believe that our policy rate is likely at its peak for this tightening cycle.

[00:25:20] If the economy evolves broadly as expected, it will likely be appropriate to begin dialing

[00:25:25] back policy restraint at some point this year."

[00:25:28] His remarks came amidst prepared comments delivered on Capitol Hill Wednesday.

[00:25:32] He said the Fed wants to move inflation further down toward 2 percent before bringing interest

[00:25:37] rates down.

[00:25:38] The U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in former President Trump's immunity case

[00:25:44] on April 25th.

[00:25:46] Trump is contesting a lower court's rejection of his immunity claim in a federal election

[00:25:51] interference case. Special counsel Jack Smith case against Trump is on hold pending the Supreme

[00:25:56] Court's decision on whether a former president can be prosecuted for actions during office.

[00:26:02] If the case precedes, the trial might commence

[00:26:05] shortly before the November presidential election.

[00:26:08] Trump's campaign is notching a key Republican party endorsement, as Senate Minority Leader

[00:26:13] Mitch McConnell announces his support for Trump this week. He says it should come as

[00:26:18] no surprise.

[00:26:19] The

[00:26:22] Rust movie armorer at the center of controversy in the death of cinematographer Helena Hutchins is being found guilty of

[00:26:28] involuntary manslaughter. Hutchins was killed by a prop gun that fired a live round. Actor

[00:26:35] Alec Baldwin was handling the gun at the time and continues to face legal backlash over

[00:26:39] his role. Meanwhile, Hannah Gutierrez read,

[00:26:42] Will now face punishment. Earlier in the week, a

[00:26:45] state workplace safety investigator testified there were no policies put in place by movie

[00:26:50] management at the time to prevent real bullets from getting mixed in with others in the prop

[00:26:56] gun. This is USA News.

[00:28:29] Former Sheriff Richard Mack recounts in his book, The Proper Role of Law Enforcement,

[00:28:34] how he came to realize while working as a beat cop, how wrong the all-too-common orientation

[00:28:39] of police officers is when they think of their job as being to write tickets and arrest people.

[00:28:44] Richard Mack tells of his personal transformation from by the number cop to Constitution conscious

[00:28:49] defender of citizen safety and freedoms.

[00:29:01] If Planned Parenthood were what they publicly declare themselves to be, they would welcome

[00:29:07] transparency.

[00:29:09] We all know why they hide, because we know what they hide.

[00:29:15] We can confirm federal judges who follow the Constitution rather than reverse engineer

[00:29:20] their preferred policy outcomes.

[00:29:23] The truth about abortion is spreading.

[00:29:25] Because of advances in medical imaging.

[00:29:28] Because of brave journalists, tireless activists,

[00:29:33] compassionate doctors, nurses,

[00:29:35] and other healthcare professionals.

[00:29:36] The rising generation of young Americans

[00:29:39] is the most pro-life in decades because they know too.

[00:29:44] And one day soon, we will reaffirm our nation's principles in their dignified fullness, and

[00:29:50] a vow once again that all men are created equal, all are entitled to life. All right, Ryan Rust, Rust couldn't get that calm with me.

[00:30:16] We're talking about the Honest Vending Report, constitutional currencies, the only solutions

[00:30:19] we have to stop the problems we're facing.

[00:30:22] Every problem can be traced back, in my humble opinion, to finances in some way. The out of control finances are a problem. But have you

[00:30:28] ever heard of the MBDA? I know it's a government agency. It's a four letter word this time.

[00:30:34] It's the Minority Business Development Agency, ladies and gentlemen. It was a Commerce Department

[00:30:38] program created during the Nixon administration, and it was designed to help quote minority owned businesses deal

[00:30:47] with discrimination against them. Well, the problem is the agency's been turned into reverse

[00:30:52] discrimination and now the agency's discriminating against white people. That's right. White people

[00:30:58] and so I guess three different white businesses sued them.

[00:31:05] sued the minority business development agency and one,

[00:31:09] the judge said you can't do that,

[00:31:10] you can't discriminate against white people,

[00:31:12] you gotta serve white people too

[00:31:13] because they basically said we want service.

[00:31:15] Then they said, no, you're white,

[00:31:16] we only do minority businesses, not white people.

[00:31:19] But I guess the judge, Mark T. Pittman

[00:31:23] of the US District Court

[00:31:25] for the Northern District of Texas

[00:31:28] cited with two of the three businesses basically saying,

[00:31:30] hey, you white businesses, you have every right

[00:31:33] to be served by the agency as well.

[00:31:36] No more discrimination from the government, Ryan.

[00:31:38] I bring this up because this has great economic impact

[00:31:41] the decisions the government makes

[00:31:43] in regards to these issues

[00:31:46] no doubt about it i'm glad that you know they won their suit and and so on with

[00:31:50] fairness but you you can see the divide it's it's it's such a crock it's a

[00:31:54] divide and yet our government says there's over for all we're for the people

[00:31:58] we're for the people

[00:32:00] and and just not the white ones brian

[00:32:02] that's exactly right i mean mean, it's ridiculous.

[00:32:06] You know, Morgan Freeman, we're Americans.

[00:32:09] I don't want you to say, I get a black holiday

[00:32:12] or you don't want a Chinese holiday or I don't want to,

[00:32:15] let's just be Americans and have American holidays

[00:32:17] and work together, but the divide, the government,

[00:32:21] you know, I pulled your side up and so on.

[00:32:23] I found it very interesting where it is.

[00:32:26] I thought this was the entrepreneurship education for formally incarcerated persons.

[00:32:35] Now, does that mean if you came across the border and you're not even legal and they've

[00:32:41] incarcerated you, we have programs that can help you become a business

[00:32:45] owner and we'll give you money and you can run it.

[00:32:48] Yeah, and if you're Brian, the only way for you to get that help is to get incarcerated

[00:32:53] first, my friend. What is happening? I know. Now, let me be very, very clear, ladies and

[00:32:59] gentlemen, I'm not attacking the blacks over this. And I'm not defending in any way if

[00:33:04] blacks were wronged in the past

[00:33:05] over certain issues. And the reason I say if, I know people are kind of mocked that and

[00:33:09] go, what are you talking about, Sam? It's obvious. I know, but not necessarily related

[00:33:13] to this minority business development agency who know all I'm telling you is I don't want

[00:33:19] special treatment, special privilege for anyone. And I don't want discrimination to anyone period

[00:33:26] Right, what do you say to that Brian? See how racist I am?

[00:33:30] Yeah, I mean I'm on your side Sam. I get it

[00:33:32] I just I find it shocking that they want to create this divide they want to they want to

[00:33:38] Put me in a spot and and target me and say that but I don't I don't want that

[00:33:44] But that's what they want to create.

[00:33:46] They want me to, yeah, they want to create that.

[00:33:48] Wanted to create the divide.

[00:33:50] Let's have the divide.

[00:33:51] What's that?

[00:33:52] So I'm not celebrating whites winning this

[00:33:54] because it's a white and black issue.

[00:33:55] I'm celebrating the whites winning this to say,

[00:33:57] let's stop discrimination and treat everybody equally.

[00:34:00] That's where I'm celebrating, Brian.

[00:34:02] Because I don't want whites to win in blacks to suffer.

[00:34:04] I don't want that and I'm white to suffer. I don't want that.

[00:34:05] And I'm white, right?

[00:34:06] I want everyone to be treated with dignity and honor and respect and decency.

[00:34:09] And I want the government to treat all of us equal.

[00:34:13] You know what?

[00:34:14] We have equal rights.

[00:34:15] Let's treat one another based on those God ordained equal rights.

[00:34:18] All right.

[00:34:19] Target's in trouble, Brian.

[00:34:20] And I wanted to bring the second.

[00:34:21] I'm at news piece up to you.

[00:34:23] Target gets into the paid membership game.

[00:34:28] They're launching a program similar to Amazon Prime or Walmart, et cetera.

[00:34:36] They call it Walmart plus newser with this piece.

[00:34:38] The new paid program called Target Circle 360 will offer, I guess, all kinds of discounts unlimited

[00:34:48] free same-day delivery in as little as an hour for orders over 35 bucks I guess

[00:34:56] free two-day shipping on other items anyway the Associated Press with the

[00:35:02] details they say that it will launch for the special offer for new members for 49 bucks per year. If you do it from April 17th

[00:35:11] to May 18th, otherwise it'll grow up to 99 bucks per year. But target circuit, circle

[00:35:17] credit card holders can sign up for the lower price anytime. As you mentioned, they want to get you the card, Brian.

[00:35:26] I want to get you the card and get into their club and and yeah, I don't think I'm

[00:35:33] joining, but it's very interesting.

[00:35:36] Anyway, it's the cheaper of the programs, Amazon and Walmart are more now, but they're

[00:35:42] starting to crank this thing up and the battle of the memberships. I mean, you got a Costco Sam's Club, Walmart, Amazon now targeting everybody's

[00:35:54] good. You have to do a man. This is interesting. You got to have a membership to do business with

[00:35:58] these people. Yeah. Now, Walmart's not saying you got to have a membership, but these people

[00:36:02] aren't seeing you have to have a membership yet. They're saying we have one to benefit you in a gazillion ways different from Costco and Sam's where you've got to have a membership

[00:36:09] They're saying we're offering this membership and you get benefits to have one

[00:36:13] But man, it's interesting to pay just to do business

[00:36:18] Yeah, I paid a buy something it's strange the way the world's going wasn't their song

[00:36:23] Have to have a membership card

[00:36:25] to get inside. Wasn't there? So when he tucked his hat up under his hat and went in anywhere,

[00:36:31] I don't know, sucked to get a job. What's the sock trying to think of that song?

[00:36:37] Sign signs. You have to sign. I don't know. Yeah, there you have it. By the way, when I was

[00:36:42] speaking of a song before it was Aussie Osborne, the black Sabbath

[00:36:45] guy that I was talking about, he wants to bark.

[00:36:47] All right.

[00:36:48] Other people want to howl at the moon.

[00:36:49] Some people want to walk on the moon.

[00:36:51] Some people want to talk to the moon.

[00:36:53] Some people want to pull it down with a lasso, Brian.

[00:36:56] And meanwhile, we just got all this fake money running around.

[00:36:59] It's like I feel like I'm living on the moon, Brian.

[00:37:03] You got it, Dan.

[00:37:04] You would be painted that well. I like it.

[00:37:07] Oh, man.

[00:37:08] Oh, you're right.

[00:37:09] And then the Federal Reserve is mooning everybody, Brian.

[00:37:12] With their big lives.

[00:37:14] It's like, what's going on?

[00:37:15] The moon, the moon's a...

[00:37:17] Well, that's the key.

[00:37:18] The key spot is the moon.

[00:37:21] Oh, my heavens.

[00:37:22] I don't know how to respond to it.

[00:37:23] Anyway, they say card holders.

[00:37:24] If you get a Walmart card, or it. Anyway, they say card holders. If you

[00:37:25] get a Walmart card, or I'm sorry, a Target card, you'll get an extra 30 days to return

[00:37:30] an item on top of the regular 90 day window. So 120 days, they say they're going to considering

[00:37:37] a number of perks to add to their benefit program. But they really want to find out

[00:37:41] what you want first, Brian. Yeah. Algorithms. Isn't that what it is? They want to find out what you want first Brian. Yeah

[00:37:52] What it is they want to know what you want Brian. What do you want? Yeah from Target? I never want to go to Target again

[00:37:56] I want the moon can they get me the moon? Yeah

[00:37:59] Say you move higher Brian

[00:38:03] You can get an RC in a moon pie down there target

[00:38:07] Moon shoes can I get moon shoes?

[00:38:16] All I can tell you is it's very very interesting that we're seeing this but the reason they're doing this they claim is because

[00:38:23] You know what they're kind of in the tank. They're not doing that great. They feel like this could revive their whole operations brand

[00:38:26] Well, the reason they're suffering so hard is because they have these perverted bathrooms and nobody wants to go there anymore.

[00:38:27] That's right.

[00:38:28] That's what's happening.

[00:38:29] Yeah, this is their way out, right?

[00:38:31] Yeah, look at the agenda that they've done.

[00:38:33] Why is Disney hurting?

[00:38:34] Why, you know, I mean, all these companies have heard,

[00:38:36] well, let's how about we step back

[00:38:38] and just see what caused the issues instead of,

[00:38:40] oh, yeah, no, we can't do that.

[00:38:42] We can't change it.

[00:38:43] Yeah, it's affecting their business

[00:38:45] because they've made some real bad choices

[00:38:48] and they're again to divide.

[00:38:50] So yeah, very interesting.

[00:38:52] Well, we want to work together for civility.

[00:38:55] We want to work together to unite Americans

[00:38:57] in a common cause, which is the prosperity of our people,

[00:39:01] which is the stability, the morality,

[00:39:02] the religiosity of America.

[00:39:04] And we believe we can bring back those principles.

[00:39:06] They're not gone entirely.

[00:39:08] I know they're mocked and ridiculed and belittled, but we can stand up for them kindly, politely,

[00:39:13] with dignity and honor, and we can make America great again by making America moral and religious

[00:39:18] again.

[00:39:19] And it starts with honest money, Brian.

[00:39:21] No doubt about it.

[00:39:22] And, and, and, and, and, and, and, so right and and and how they attack you but they i i get the

[00:39:28] fact that that you could they don't like

[00:39:30] what you're doing and it's it's

[00:39:32] told truth and correctness i mean

[00:39:34] that's the issue

[00:39:35] you're not

[00:39:36] i i love the fact that you're not trying to beat this person ups

[00:39:39] per se you're not trying to beat that person up to say all american's american

[00:39:43] and and just

[00:39:44] the right the truthful thing i mean i i love that your approach and

[00:39:48] and i don't know how they can attack you on those things

[00:43:07] Ladies and gentlemen, hard hitting news that we're suffused to use.

[00:43:09] No doubt, continues bright now to take off early, but man, we sure appreciate him.

[00:43:12] Restcode and gift.com doing a phenomenal job.

[00:43:15] As always breaking things down and CC's the best.

[00:43:18] It's said, the new paid program called Target Circle 360.

[00:43:22] Man, there's going to be a lot of benefits.

[00:43:25] They claim to this program.

[00:43:26] And I just find it interesting that just to do business with a given retailer.

[00:43:30] Now you got to, you got to have a membership.

[00:43:31] If you want to have any perks, you know, grocery stores have done this forever.

[00:43:35] They have, you know, Hey, can you put in your phone number at the cash register?

[00:43:37] And if you put in your phone number, then you get all these discounts and all

[00:43:40] these things.

[00:43:40] And supposedly there's a payback at the end and all that folks, it's fraudulent.

[00:43:44] Most of the payback stuff at the end people never get never used never whatever.

[00:43:50] It sounds good, but they just want your information that they sell. It's really a bad bad deal and now target getting into the paid membership game. I'm not really sure what I think about that.

[00:44:03] I mean I appreciate a lot of what they claim they're going to do with it,

[00:44:08] but I don't know. Will you do the special offer for members? Now they say target credit

[00:44:20] card holders can sign up for the new program. And I don't know what I think about that.

[00:44:30] I don't know what to think about it. I just think it's disaster.

[00:44:39] You can sign up for the lower price anytime if you're a credit card member. Brian highlighted that you know they wanted to get you on this thing. They say in comparison a prime membership

[00:44:46] to get you on this thing. They say in comparison a prime membership launched in 2005 now costs 15 bucks a month or 139 annually. That's 140 bucks folks. Wow. $149 12 months, $10 a month.

[00:45:02] It's about 12 bucks a month, a little less than 12,

[00:45:05] 11 something a month or 15 if you do it monthly or whatever.

[00:45:10] It includes quote free streaming of its Amazon video,

[00:45:14] which is kind of interesting because a lot of stuff

[00:45:16] that used to be primed now costs money.

[00:45:18] So they're, in my opinion, charging more and giving less.

[00:45:22] They say, among other perks.

[00:45:28] more and giving less. They say among other perks. Meanwhile, with Wal-Mart's paid membership program called Wal-Mart Plus, it was launched in 2020. Members

[00:45:36] get, they say free shipping for, let's see, I guess if you pay $12.95 a month, then you get free shipping. Or you

[00:45:51] can pay $98 a year for the Walmart program. So it's a lot cheaper for target right now. Now, they say that if you're a member, you shop and statistics show you spend five times

[00:46:10] more money than non-members do.

[00:46:16] Target also decided that they needed to make their free loyalty program easier to use.

[00:46:23] Anyway, there you have it. They want you to believe that it's just

[00:46:31] great. I don't see it that way. A hundred million members who shot more than five

[00:46:38] times more than non-members. That number to me folks is shocking. It really is. Wow. All right. Anyway,

[00:46:55] I thought I'd bring that to your attention. Also the state of the union. I'm going to

[00:46:59] talk about this now and I'll talk about it a little bit more next hour. But the State of the Union address

[00:47:07] is happening tonight by Joe Biden. I don't know if this guy can even deliver it. It'll

[00:47:12] be a wow scary scenario. But the State of the Union address has become one of the biggest yearly fake news propaganda political theater events in America it is crazy

[00:47:29] why do we allow this to happen why do we allow the president is to go off and

[00:47:38] lie lie lie to the American people go off and promote big spending programs

[00:47:43] handout everything to everybody, plant, you

[00:47:45] know, why do we allow and then Congress either gets mad and riots and has a faction that's

[00:47:51] hostile or they just literally stand up and clap and act like he's the greatest thing

[00:47:56] and what he's proposing is awesome and how good.

[00:47:59] What about a state of the union address?

[00:48:02] What would a real honest integrity field state of the union address? What would a real honest integrity field state of the

[00:48:07] union address sound like? What would it be like? Maybe at the top of the next hour I

[00:48:13] had to just bust out and give my state of the union address. Shall I? What do you think

[00:48:18] of that? Joke and give one. The Republican deep state folks will give their response. It's a great just a big old shamer.

[00:48:27] Uh, and I don't really find a lot of value

[00:48:32] in what's happening in America right now.

[00:48:35] Do I believe in America?

[00:48:36] Absolutely.

[00:48:39] But do I believe that we've just got off the rails in so many ways?

[00:48:43] Absolutely.

[00:48:44] I do.

[00:48:45] And I really believe we need to be very, very careful to deal with this stuff.

[00:48:52] Okay.

[00:48:53] We can't just deal with businesses.

[00:48:55] Usually we got the culture work going on that you got to stand up for.

[00:48:58] Right?

[00:48:59] That's the morality and integrity and religiosity of the nation.

[00:49:03] But we've got all kinds of other things to stand up for.

[00:49:05] The deep state is running us just absolutely into the ground.

[00:49:09] And the Republicans are not far behind the Democrats.

[00:49:11] Let's be clear, this is not a part of some discussion.

[00:49:14] Why they want to do this?

[00:49:15] I don't know.

[00:49:16] But that's what they want to do.

[00:49:17] Anyway, I'll talk about the state of the union address, and I'll clearly address the

[00:49:20] state of the union.

[00:49:21] But then I'll spend most of my time next hour when Sam does his state of the union, but then I'll spend most of my time next hour when Sam

[00:49:26] does his state of the union, right? And in my state of the union, I'm going to spend

[00:49:31] a little bit of time on what's really going on. Let me give you an example. The headline

[00:49:39] says this, is Mayorka's impeachment doomed in the Senate. Question mark house gov that's

[00:49:49] at the GOP level house GOP stalls. You got to ask the question why they impeached America's

[00:49:55] they were all delighted to get it done. They wanted to push now they're not delivering

[00:49:59] this information to the Senate. It's been over a month. Why? Because it's a clown show.

[00:50:04] That's why folks it's political theater. I've told you that from the start from the state of the

[00:50:07] Union address for the president of the United States, political theater propaganda lies,

[00:50:11] fake news, et cetera. Same things coming out of the house of representatives. Then peach

[00:50:16] Mayorkas with a big old fanfare. Wow, we couldn't get it done. Let's wait two weeks

[00:50:19] a week later. Hey, we got it done. We, we impeached him. Now let's just be derelict

[00:50:24] in our duty and not deliver the goods to the Senate so they can't vote on it because they know that

[00:50:28] if the Senate votes on it, it's curtains. It's going south. So what good is an impeachment

[00:50:35] that goes nowhere? Well, you get a little bit of political capital out of it saying that's

[00:50:39] what you get. Okay, I understand, but they didn't get much capital because they're going

[00:50:42] to look like fools, but it gets to the Senate. It sound like it's defeated and shut down.

[00:50:47] And then it's just like the health care, Obamacare, you know, Romney care, whatever you

[00:50:54] want to call this thing.

[00:50:56] It's just like that.

[00:50:57] It's like what we promised, we'll get rid of it over and over and over and over.

[00:50:59] We literally voted in favor and favor and favor until we really got the chance to move

[00:51:03] the needle on it.

[00:51:04] And then we just caved and didn't vote at all.

[00:51:08] Or we voted against it.

[00:51:09] Hey, we're going to let the courts decide.

[00:51:11] We can't decide as Congress.

[00:51:14] And that's what they did.

[00:51:15] So America's impeachment dead in the Senate.

[00:51:18] Speaker Mike Johnson, shame on Mike.

[00:51:21] Mike Johnson again relied on democratic votes to push through a sixth bill package

[00:51:31] to fund about half the government through the fall.

[00:51:34] The house passed a $460 billion spending bill to fund about half the federal government. I don't even know how to respond to this.

[00:51:50] Only fund about half Johnson lies to the American people in my humble opinion to which I'm entitled.

[00:51:58] Here's what he says. You ready? Johnson, quote, we only control one half of one third of the federal government.

[00:52:11] How does he get to one half to one third and all this kind of stuff you ask?

[00:52:15] Well, I'm going to tell you, he gets there because he says, okay, look, you got the president

[00:52:20] one third, the courts one third, the courts one third, and the Congress one third. And then

[00:52:27] he's saying the house is half of Congress. Well, first off, you're lying to the American

[00:52:34] people when you slice and dice and pretend it's that way. Factually, it's true. You only

[00:52:38] represent one branch. Okay, that's true. But the idea that you only have one half of one third of the government,

[00:52:45] so you only got the house is a lie. First off, there's 435 members of the house. There's only

[00:52:50] 100 members of the Senate. So you've got four times the house members of the Senate, first of all.

[00:52:55] Secondly, the legislative body is where the house of representatives controls the purse strings.

[00:53:03] All funding bills must originate in the house.

[00:53:05] If you look at the supreme law of our land and therefore they have absolute gatekeeping funds

[00:53:13] control of the purse. Okay, they're the gatekeepers to the funds to the control of the purse.

[00:53:19] So you could say they're only one third to one half or you know one half of one third of the

[00:53:23] government. That's really a lie because they have much more authority than that.

[00:53:27] They decide what bills go forward and what don't.

[00:53:30] If it doesn't originate in the house and it's not passed by the house, it's dead on arrival.

[00:53:35] So you have absolute control, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:53:39] It's kind of like me being able to control a couple of mountain passes and no cars can

[00:53:43] get through.

[00:53:44] And me and my 10 buddies control these five mountain passes just say.

[00:53:47] And then there's hundreds of thousands of Americans trying to get through.

[00:53:50] And I say, yeah, I don't have a lot of authority.

[00:53:52] There's a lot of these other people that are out there.

[00:53:54] We represent just a tiny faction.

[00:53:56] Well, that's factually true, but not actually correct.

[00:54:02] So what Mike Johnson is trying to do is gaslight you into

[00:54:05] believing that he doesn't have any control the purse strings in America and

[00:54:08] it's an absolute violation of the Constitution and it's a lie. He's got

[00:54:12] absolute control of the purse strings. He's the gatekeeper. They have way more

[00:54:17] power than they're letting on and they better learn to start using it or we're

[00:54:21] gonna be steamrolled and America's gonna be destroyed on the altar of continued failed policies of spending money into oblivion. You better stop it somewhere or it'll

[00:54:32] be stopped by force by outsiders ladies and gentlemen write that down. I wish it weren't so but it is

[00:54:38] tis true if you will. Thanks for being alongside for the ride. We declare this nation shall endure
