[00:00:20] And there was cheating from the

[00:00:22] get-go.

[00:00:24] I don't think anybody could ever

[00:00:26] reach the level of cheating that's

[00:00:28] been made.

[00:00:30] And I think that's what

[00:00:32] the Democratic leadership in

[00:00:34] Washington, D.C., the White House

[00:00:36] especially, wants to make sure

[00:00:38] that illegal aliens come into

[00:00:40] the country and they're willing

[00:00:42] to sacrifice the safety and

[00:00:44] security of Americans

[00:00:46] to put illegal

[00:00:48] aliens on the voter rolls

[00:00:50] to make sure that the Democrat

[00:00:52] party has a monopoly

[00:00:54] on politics throughout

[00:00:56] the country.

[00:00:58] And I think that's

[00:01:00] what's important to us.

[00:01:02] Back in the day, I just don't

[00:01:04] think people would have been

[00:01:06] that debased, low

[00:01:08] and dishonest and that much

[00:01:10] of a traitor to the

[00:01:12] American people and to our

[00:01:14] Republic.

[00:02:32] Anyway, there are some

[00:02:34] things that are off limits

[00:02:36] to me but very, very

[00:02:38] little and very, very, very few.

[00:02:42] and oftentimes when you say it's off limits

[00:02:44] it's just how it's approached more than maybe even the

[00:02:46] issue, right?

[00:02:52] The Constitution

[00:02:54] protects us.

[00:02:56] The Constitution

[00:02:58] protects us and this is straight from your Supreme Court

[00:03:00] case but I've now made it the title of top

[00:03:02] of the DSPO event.

[00:03:04] The Constitution protects us

[00:03:06] and I'll tell you I'm going to give you a little summary

[00:03:08] of what I'm going to do for my talk. I'm going to play a little clip

[00:03:10] not very long

[00:03:12] but a little clip of my intro when I spoke

[00:03:14] first in Vegas for the CSPOA

[00:03:16] back on January 30th

[00:03:18] 2012.

[00:03:20] Literally 12 years ago, Sheriff

[00:03:22] and I'm going to just play the intro

[00:03:24] to my talk because it lets everybody know how many

[00:03:26] sheriffs and how many people we had in the crowd that time.

[00:03:28] It also sets

[00:03:30] the stage for my discussion about the Southern

[00:03:32] Poverty Law Center

[00:03:34] and the dishonesty

[00:03:36] when they put me in front of Congress staying on the nexus

[00:03:38] of hate and anti-government in America.

[00:03:40] They've done that

[00:03:42] two years in the last few congressional reports

[00:03:44] and we're going to highlight

[00:03:46] where the Southern Poverty Law Center is.

[00:03:48] They've got one of their attorneys that's

[00:03:50] literally arrested for being

[00:03:52] involved in terrorist activity

[00:03:54] they tried to stay there

[00:03:56] for reporting purposes and the judge said

[00:03:58] oh no, no, no you don't

[00:04:00] and we're going to talk about

[00:04:02] who's really committed crimes and what's happened

[00:04:04] at the Southern Poverty Law Center in the last 12 years.

[00:04:06] They've been absolutely

[00:04:08] completely discredited

[00:04:10] Sheriff and I'm going to put that in front

[00:04:12] of everybody at the conference

[00:04:14] and then talk about most importantly

[00:04:16] the Constitution protects us

[00:04:18] if we let it

[00:04:20] and we'll get into the details of that

[00:04:22] but it matches one of the points in

[00:04:24] the Supreme Court case

[00:04:26] that was the sheriff's

[00:04:28] greatest 10th amendment decision ever rendered

[00:04:30] that's coming up at our conference Sheriff

[00:04:34] I actually can't wait to hear you say

[00:04:36] talk about that, that sounds very intriguing

[00:04:38] it's a very powerful

[00:04:40] statement and it's a very

[00:04:42] comes from a very powerful

[00:04:44] Supreme Court decision and you're

[00:04:46] right, it's the most powerful

[00:04:48] 10th amendment decision in the history

[00:04:50] of our country, it's

[00:04:52] one of the most powerful cases ever

[00:04:54] and arguably

[00:04:56] in the last 50 years

[00:04:58] it's one of the most

[00:05:00] freedom enhancing

[00:05:02] decisions ever rendered

[00:05:04] by the United States Supreme Court in those

[00:05:06] 50 years. I would say

[00:05:08] it would be up in the, it would be very high

[00:05:10] of freedom enhancement

[00:05:12] and this whole case

[00:05:14] saved the

[00:05:16] 2nd amendment from the onslaught

[00:05:18] of the handgun control

[00:05:20] incorporated organization

[00:05:22] which now is called something else

[00:05:24] Brady

[00:05:26] something or other but regardless

[00:05:28] the gun control fanatics

[00:05:30] and extremists lost

[00:05:32] huge because

[00:05:34] Brady bills

[00:05:36] 2, 3, 4 and 5

[00:05:38] were never came up again

[00:05:40] actually 2, number 2

[00:05:42] was introduced by

[00:05:44] Howard Metzabom on March

[00:05:46] 14th 1994 just

[00:05:48] two weeks after I filed my case

[00:05:50] at that time I was the only

[00:05:52] sheriff in the country

[00:05:54] doing this lawsuit

[00:05:56] I was all alone and

[00:05:58] Prince joined about a week or two later

[00:06:00] and I was so thrilled

[00:06:02] that he did I really

[00:06:04] was

[00:06:06] more than

[00:06:08] just concerned that I would be

[00:06:10] taken out somehow

[00:06:12] either politically or even

[00:06:14] be killed if I was the only

[00:06:16] one doing this

[00:06:18] lawsuit my wife was really worried

[00:06:20] about that as well

[00:06:22] she and I didn't trust the

[00:06:24] pro-gun movement

[00:06:26] the pro-gun control movement

[00:06:28] or the Clinton

[00:06:30] establishment and the Clinton

[00:06:32] football

[00:06:34] so I was thrilled when

[00:06:36] Prince joined and then when 5 others joined

[00:06:38] it was just

[00:06:40] I was elated

[00:06:42] so anyway

[00:06:44] with those

[00:06:46] different sheriffs all filing in

[00:06:48] different jurisdictions that's what

[00:06:50] allowed it to be continue all the

[00:06:52] way to the Supreme Court by the way right

[00:06:54] yes yes that's true

[00:06:56] and so because Prince

[00:06:58] and I lost at the Ninth Circuit

[00:07:00] there and indeed

[00:07:02] we were consolidated

[00:07:04] at that time into one case

[00:07:06] and it was the Mac Prince case at that time

[00:07:08] so

[00:07:10] anyway I was

[00:07:12] thrilled with the case it's such a historic

[00:07:14] event and

[00:07:16] we still have sheriffs of shy away

[00:07:18] in it and he still

[00:07:20] God's hand is in it today

[00:07:22] now in my talk the Constitution protects us

[00:07:24] the talk that I'm gonna play

[00:11:37] But this one's big. This one's uh has to be one of the biggest if not the biggest in uh russia

[00:11:48] And we're anxious to see something folks

[00:11:50] We're anxious to see if russia treats us better than the mainstream lame stream media here in the united states

[00:12:51] To protect his land from the summit

[00:12:55] Carbina

[00:12:58] Anyway, uh, I I think i butchered their name a little bit

[00:13:01] But i know they have summit in it and something to do with extracting carbon

[00:13:05] And they and the judge issued an order

[00:13:10] A court order for this man to allow these people onto his property

[00:13:15] And this this stupid judge

[00:13:18] Acting like this man's property belongs to the government

[00:13:22] Or two other companies that just want to come in and say

[00:13:27] Well, uh, we're going to pay you to use your land to extract carbon because this is necessary for

[00:13:34] climate climate change or global warming and it's just so

[00:13:39] So contrary to the fundamental beliefs that we have in america that this man's property is his castle

[00:13:45] It belongs to him and he controls it. But once again government

[00:13:51] corruption

[00:13:52] Strikes an ugly blow and he beat him but he beat all of them

[00:13:56] And he's going to tell his story. The other one is sheriff

[00:14:00] Glenn hamilton from new mexico how he stopped

[00:14:05] The shutdown by the state government in new mexico

[00:14:09] um, he stopped the shutdown of

[00:14:13] Caleb cooper pastor cooper's church

[00:14:17] And this is going to be an amazing story

[00:14:20] Yeah, it's incredible ladies and gentlemen the people we have speaking on land rights

[00:14:24] Speaking on january the sixth and free speech rights

[00:14:28] Speaking on the border issues speaking on

[00:14:32] How to solve the border problems?

[00:14:34] One of them will be a drone company

[00:14:37] A drone operator that that highlights that he's you know helping other nations control their borders with drones

[00:14:43] And why we're not doing that in a meaningful way is beyond me

[00:14:47] Sheriffs are now getting attacked over the border issues. We'll get into that in the cartels here in a minute

[00:14:53] But we are going to have a barn burner event. I'm telling you right now every time I turn around the event gets bigger sheriff

[00:17:01] They can have their own narrative about what we say, but it's going to be almost impossible for them to blatantly lie

[00:17:14] We'll set up a press conference at our expense. We'll go ahead and answer all your questions

[00:17:18] We'll do it transparently. We'll set up panels and experts

[00:17:21] Um, but you know, we're gonna do this our way and they've agreed to it sheriff. This is unprecedented

[00:17:32] To have international press involved in this event

[00:17:36] Uh and to have the attention that we have from

[00:17:40] Speakers and activists like

[00:17:42] Patrick burn and michelin dale and general flinn

[00:17:47] Uh, steve bannon is going to be doing his

[00:17:50] show

[00:17:52] live on stage

[00:17:54] And interviewing attorneys that are preparing to take election for an election fraud case

[00:18:00] To the united states supreme court. They're gonna let us know

[00:18:04] What their case is based on and how powerful their case is

[00:18:08] And and then uh, darly sheriff darly from michigan is going to be there talking about his three year

[00:18:16] Long investigation

[00:18:18] And he was way ahead of the curve on this. He is not stopping threats all the death threats all the attacks on him the

[00:18:31] Failed and it is astonishing the strength of character of this man

[00:18:45] A proper a proper the proper role of government

[00:19:23] And you please tell me all the billions of dollars that have been spent on these machines nationwide

[00:20:20] Fulfilled by using computers to vote

[00:20:27] Focus on election integrity and it's going to be a variety of things

[00:20:31] It's going to be number one an update since we had our conference in july 2022

[00:20:35] What have we done since then? I think the people deserve to know when we ask for people to give us donations and

[00:20:41] You know, we're going to focus on this issue. We want you to know what we've done with your with your money

[00:20:45] What have we done and we've worked with true the vote we worked with michael and dell

[00:20:49] We've worked with all kinds of people dar leaf is going to show you really what he's been doing

[00:20:53] And what kind of roadblocks he's experienced they arrested his attorney by the way

[00:20:57] They're so desperate now. Uh, we're gonna highlight um, what efforts michael and dell has been making now

[00:21:03] They're taking care of lakes court case to the supreme court ladies and gentlemen

[00:21:08] And I submit to you if there's nothing there, how did it get all the way to the supreme court level?

[00:21:11] May I ask to you mainstream press people who say there's nothing to it?

[00:21:15] You guys are all just in a fantasy land. Well, then how are we at the same?

[00:21:18] There is no evidence of any election fraud anywhere in new america

[00:21:23] Yeah, then my question would be then how are we at the supreme court then answer there's anomalies and problems

[00:21:30] That allow for appeal after appeal

[00:21:33] Because there's substance there and my next question for the mainstream press would be if there's no election fraud of any kind

[00:21:41] Then why

[00:21:42] Have the democrats talked about election fraud in fact

[00:21:45] They're saying now if a democrat wins in november sheriff that they will not even certify the vote

[00:21:53] Well, yeah

[00:21:56] Uh, wow what about calling the kettle back here folks? This is projection like you wouldn't leave

[00:22:04] Okay, hillary complained back in 2016 about the elections and so

[00:22:08] Look the mainstream press is caught lying

[00:22:11] We're gonna double down and have the attorneys that are taking that court case to the supreme court

[00:22:16] On stage with steve bannon to break it all down for you in a panel

[00:22:20] It's gonna be incredible. We're also gonna have several different people there

[00:22:25] We're gonna have uh mark fincham. We're gonna have tina peters. They'll be giving updates

[00:22:30] We're gonna have patrick burn. He'll be giving an update

[00:22:33] You know patrick burn has been on a lot of the inside of this meeting with trump and everything else

[00:22:37] And so he'll have some interesting

[00:22:39] Details to say we've got a lot cooking on this sheriff

[00:22:42] But most importantly is this supreme court case

[00:22:45] And then what else have we been doing since then? Well darliep and several other sheriffs have been looking into this

[00:22:51] Since we last met on this sheriff. We've got a california sheriff who not only

[00:22:57] Highlighted election fraud but convicted and arrested people, right?

[00:23:03] Well, he arrested him uh convictions are not sheriffs per view, but he arrested him. He's been

[00:23:11] Arraigned and he's going to court

[00:23:14] And that was a city councilman. I don't remember his name

[00:23:16] I don't even remember the sheriff's name, but I did talk to him and I congratulated him for this investigation

[00:23:23] Exactly, uh, but but this is a good sheriff just doing his job

[00:23:29] Wait say that again saying to us sheriff people are saying to us

[00:23:34] Hey, you guys have no proof and no evidence of my responses. This sheriff literally arrested this guy

[00:23:40] And now the city council is continuing

[00:23:44] That's right. Yes

[00:23:46] Yeah, and only that the evidence how do you say well the evidence was that 75 people 75 different people

[00:23:54] Use that man's address to vote from his home

[00:23:59] So they all gave his address

[00:24:01] five

[00:24:02] Ballots were harvested in this man's home

[00:24:05] From his home

[00:24:07] And so he either hired a bunch of people

[00:24:11] mistakenly used his address to show that's where they lived and they voted and of course it benefited him

[00:24:20] And the only thing they can say about this one since there's literally already an arrest and evidence

[00:24:24] He's being arraigned and all that kind of stuff. The only thing you can say now is well, that's just a tiny

[00:24:28] Tiny issue sam that doesn't matter and my response is how many other issues are there in 3 000 counties

[00:24:36] Where the other sheriffs have not investigated. How do we know it's not happening there?

[00:24:41] Because that's just the key

[00:24:44] Well, that's a key statistic that you just said and that is

[00:24:48] About six or seven sheriffs actually conducted in this country

[00:24:53] criminal investigations of voter fraud

[00:24:56] At least over half of them

[00:24:58] came up with arrests and

[00:25:01] an absolute irrefutable evidence like Smaley did in Wisconsin

[00:25:05] and he had at least six public officials that were part of

[00:25:10] cheating in nursing homes

[00:25:12] Actually having people vote for people who were invalids and not able to vote

[00:25:18] and so

[00:25:19] Some family members complained to the sheriff's office that their relatives

[00:25:24] voted

[00:25:26] And they were not physically capable of voting

[00:25:30] and so

[00:35:14] A percentage point or a half a percentage point 0.5 percent that the election results were what do they require?
