[00:01:11] Welcome to the broadcast, ladies and gentlemen, Sheriff Richard MacWidney. He's in a car on the road, so hopefully everything will go well with that. But man, we've got so much to cover so little time.

[00:01:22] Sheriff, I don't know if you know but on this day in history, June 25th, 1950, unconsetutusional war begins in current. Did you know that? It begins where? In 1950, on this day we went to war in Korea. All the Korean war. Yes sir? I mean, you mean the police action.

[00:01:45] That's right. The unconstitutional we went to war plan. Right, it was unconstitutional and it was a many Vietnam and it prepared us to get to Vietnam for 12 years or 11 years, whatever it was. Yeah, kill more American youth senselessly. We shouldn't have been there. We shouldn't have done it.

[00:02:08] That's the whole reason to bring it up but it is this day in history when it all happened. The reason that I bring it up now, Sheriff, to you is because I think it's really should

[00:02:17] be an omen as we're playing games with Ukraine and Russia as we're playing games with a little bit with North Korea right now even as we play games with so many different potential touch points for war.

[00:02:32] And with the Congress just passing this idea not only do they want men to be subscription but they also are conscription but they're also talking about and they want women to be there too.

[00:02:47] And I don't know why they're cranking this up now, they say people like me who bring this up and say this is a concern because it means we're headed to war they say it means no such thing in my response is then why would you?

[00:02:59] It changed the law to possibly push for more of this and possibly push for women to be in this and everything else why would we be discussing and pushing and promoting and setting the stage for this if there's nothing to it is my question.

[00:03:12] So it's a very interesting time to be alive. We're on the brink of war at every turn. It seems like now Joe Biden has put airplanes across the Russian line, we're playing with fire sheriff as the point.

[00:03:27] Well we are in more ways than one and we do not have a capable commander in cheese which is making this whole situation extremely exacerbated and no one really knows what could happen

[00:03:45] and no one knows what he could do in a moment of freezing or whatever else he does when he's on stage and he doesn't know where he is and would his staff be making these decisions for him when they're really not supposed to be.

[00:04:08] So you know is Obama making him or his wife who really defends his physical and mental ability and it's like they've actually come out now saying that all of this stuff that they show about him having dementia and confusion where no matter where he is those are

[00:04:34] all fake news and fake videos and so that's pretty much what he's calling them the administration is calling them as cheap fakes they can't say they're deep fake but they're saying cheap

[00:04:47] fakes is if we're playing with them and up there's zero let me just say the mainstream press talks about zero evidence there are zero evidence that any of those videos have been tampered with.

[00:04:58] They're not cheap or deep fakes of any kind sheriff it's absolute propaganda from the president and team. Well they have to and that's about all they have left is the propaganda schemes to help

[00:05:12] him politically but I guess the tell tell sign with that will be after Thursday night and the debate they have and we'll see if Joe Biden can stay alert for an hour and a half which I don't believe

[00:05:27] he can and I agree with Trump that he would he would have to be on drugs to counter his mentality problem so but your original question Sam and I'm sorry I got up on the politics

[00:05:42] with that but that's really the first thing I thought of when those decisions are being made who's making them is Biden really making them and how often and how many of these decisions war hawks make these decisions regardless of which president seems to be in power.

[00:06:03] Well he's what we're really saying now they're softer a little bit when it's their publicans because they're supposedly the you know non industrial military complex partner but that's all lie and it's just a sea sob back and forth do you want war on seven out of ten

[00:06:17] or nine out of ten or eight out of ten let's not have to five out of ten because everybody's freaking out but the continued march towards war and continual war mongering war military

[00:06:28] industrial complex seems to be the order of the day no matter which presidents in power so I submit to you that big bankers and the handlers are responsible for this as seven in these to

[00:06:36] come out like I am. Yeah they do and and I want to know I want to know who really tell me maybe ask his press secretary to nests press conference who really makes these decisions

[00:06:51] who really put us in this situation with Russia and put those planes there who's who said to do that it was the secretary of defense but he's been in the hospital lately you know and he tried to

[00:07:05] hide it missing action yes but is it the secretary of state is it the vice president she she doesn't know what she's doing and even I don't know who it is more than he does I don't know who done it sir but I know who to blame

[00:07:23] yeah concrete that might look pretty bad well. Congress and I'll tell you why because it's Congress's responsibility to control all budgetary realities in other words they hold that we're a war and it's their responsibility to declare or not that a clear war and if it's

[00:07:41] something short of a war declaration there are the ones that are supposed to do mark and reprise all in this and that in other words they provide the framework and the guidance and the funding

[00:07:50] and the you know plan let's get in do this get out whatever and the president is supposed to carry it out and so far they've given him no direction except for plenty of money to do whatever

[00:07:59] they had key wants Congress is responsible for the deep state we don't know who done it plan right yeah and they are supposed to be the check-in balance there the president is the commander in

[00:08:11] chief but he is not allowed to declare war and he's not allowed to use military equipment you know people say well if you're using bombs and if you're dropping bombs and you're taking

[00:08:25] planes to form a line in the sand against Russia or in the other country those are the implements of war and so in order to use that Congress has to be involved and they must give their approval

[00:08:40] and I don't think they can just say we are okay to use the whip equipment they have to declare war in order to allow the equipment to be used and they haven't done that since war war two

[00:08:52] well if we want to press the rewind button on this thing when I'm supposed to have a standing army for more than two years sheriff that too and and I don't know what that looks like because

[00:09:04] Ronald Reagan was big on having a strong national defense but a standing army still seems to be something that needs to be there just to get somebody where to go after immediately but they did say

[00:09:18] we want the militia to be ready and and Congress can call out the militia to enforce the laws of the nation and repelling nations. Yeah so President can call out the militia on authority from Congress.

[00:09:35] Yes, yes and the reason I say that is because there's a check-in balance even there the people back Congress of course does something then the president carry out their the goal is to get the

[00:09:44] most people involved in the most checks and balances involved to save it's really the go but and let's make sure that we're really ready to press go which is what we have not done.

[00:09:55] Yeah and so I'm really forplexed by the whole situation because we have just in a presentation I did last night for the Republican Assembly and don't I don't remember the town now

[00:10:13] oh yeah it was Palm Beach bill just told me and we talked about that we we've allowed it to go too far I just don't get this I don't I don't understand why the American people allow that and I thought you were actually going to

[00:10:30] see that when you get the break it was really to blame. Yeah I agree with you this the American people that are the ultimate blame my point is that the American people who have elected and are trusting

[00:10:43] Congress to obey the rule of law to follow the contract that we've given them and yeah they breached the contract and world-demotely responsible when they breach the contract to do something about it but many

[00:10:54] Americans feel like their hands are tied and many Americans feel like you know what what more for example what more can sandwich when Richard Macdo or you know bill Mitchell our CSPOA state director and Florida who you're with right now traveling in vittisoning chairs we're doing everything

[00:11:09] within our powers what I'm getting at and so it's hard to say we are to blame now I agree with the American people need to be involved but they really elected people to do so and they're being betrayed by

[00:11:19] electors but I've never had how long has election fraud been controlling our elections in Congress since the beginning no one really nobody no one really knows yeah other people say it's always been happening it you know LBJ cheated to become a senator and that's well documented now and

[00:11:41] you know I really am I really don't think the people in San Francisco would get would vote three liberal school board members out of a recall election but they keep voting for Nancy Pelosi and they're voting for Gavin Newsom as well I don't get that either Gavin Newsom

[00:12:06] I ain't the back of the water I ain't the people are disembraced I think most of these people are just simply not even engaged in the fight one last thing on this war thing before we let it go

[00:12:18] I don't know if you know but there's a Russian warships that have been headed to Cuba they sailed into the Caribbean amid heightened tensions USA today.com with that piece Tom Vanneburg with the peace what on earth is happening when we have warships literally landing in Cuba

[00:12:39] there you know this idea that we got to fight over there so they don't come over here I get cyanard of that plan huh yeah that's another shot across the bow

[00:12:49] of the Putin sending to America. Cruciaf did it back in the early 60s with Kennedy and it created the Bay of Pigs a huge fiasco which even led to the theory that because they were trying to get rid

[00:13:02] of Castro and perhaps even assassinate Castro is the reason Castro helped with the assassination of JFK and that's one of the theories and even in the movie JFK by stone it presented that possibility

[00:13:19] but in that movie he presented about five different theories he never really said all of them are part of it he just presented all these theories and certainly that one was another violent one

[00:13:33] but yeah Sam Cuba is a very interesting island because it's only 95 miles away from the United States for the tip of Florida and that's where we are right now and man we had a great meeting this

[00:13:51] morning and breakfast with sheriff flowers from Indian River County and it was actually at his request and so we're we're thrilled but the response we're getting now from sheriff's in Florida we're really thrilled but the work that Bill's doing with the CSPOA and constitutional counties

[00:14:13] this is really moving here constitutional county movement is moving and sheriff flowers was very very positive about it and we think that this is going to be a great place to have a national convention where sheriff's come fall over the country and and rupt shoulders with these sheriff's

[00:14:31] here that are really doing such a great job here at Florida. Amen I got a couple of stories for you that I got to get your take on this one's very interesting representative Anna Paulina Luna

[00:14:47] she's from Florida as you know she will now force a vote on directing the house sergeant at arms to arrest Attorney General Marick Garland sometime this week why because he refused to turn

[00:15:04] into any tapes as demanded in ignore us to paint us so the question is will the sergeant at arms arrest will the house vote to do so Luna on target in my opinion this these are the kind of things

[00:15:16] that we need to see happen the rule of law just cannot be ignored by the separate class group of people Steve Bannon going to prison on July 1 but yet Mayor the Attorney General Marick Garland to see

[00:15:31] law it starts now will they have the guts to do it you think sheriff and do you think they're constitutionally right to do so of course they are and and Marick Garland

[00:15:42] trying to take a bullet for the president to not obey a lawful subena Congress has subena power and and the the Attorney General of the United States knows that and so what game is he playing

[00:15:57] and remember some of the old adage if you keep acting like you have something to hide is probably because you do and he's trying to protect the president here and I saw he just yesterday the interview that Mary Garland had with Congressman Andy Bits my congressman from

[00:16:19] Arizona and he asked he did the investigation uncover or include a statement about the president being too old um two nice and at a very poor memory and would not be able to stand trial

[00:16:41] because he's mentally incapable of it so Sam how long have I been telling you that about the president they can't read criminal charges against him because he's not mentally capable of standing trial

[00:16:55] yeah if that hold on if that's true and I don't disagree that it is then the question becomes he certainly can't be sworn into uphold the Constitution and protect it from him you're sworn in domestic either right so the 24th Amendment should be coming into play

[00:17:09] but that would just give us about 24th or 25th I don't know is it 25 maybe 25 but yes I'm with you yeah but again that would just give us common that she would pick a new vice president

[00:17:23] and then she would be running as the incumbent president and so I find that hard yeah I want to get all come all on stage if we can't really debate Biden without controlled rules and everything

[00:17:34] else by the way then why don't we just have Kamala come out and let's just have Donald you know take a couple of jabs at Kamala let's let those guys spar you know well you know the only thing they're

[00:17:45] going to be able to complain about is that Trump picked three Supreme Court judges that wanted to do away with Roewe Way and so that's the only issue that they're going to be able to

[00:17:58] throw it in is why he's against killing babies so just you know I really don't look forward to the debate I think it's going to be more political theater and I'm second tired of that as it is

[00:18:17] but I'm also second tired of this administration committed so many crimes not just merit Garland who is committing a crime but I would ask I would ask merit Garland oh well at merit Garland told

[00:18:31] Andy Bix I should have finished that he said that was one of the reasons but there were numerous reasons and Andy Bix said tell me one other and he really couldn't do it and then he thought of

[00:18:45] he thought of one other one and it was so innocuous that Andy Bix laughed at him and he said so we all really know what it said but why won't you just turn it over this is a lawful investigation

[00:19:03] that we have a right to look at and the question it's yeah Paul Luma and target from Florida standing up for this year push for the vote do you think they're going to vote yes and do you think

[00:19:14] it's going to happen no there will be some Republicans it will save the president there will be there will be one or two that will side with the Democrats and these rhinos always pop up

[00:19:27] it's a rhinosman it's right get it in Arizona and yeah oh they're going to come out say oh yeah we got you know we need there's enough of this and we need to return the normalcy

[00:19:43] and the poor president you know let's leave him alone watch to say tell him to leave trumpleo you know but the the lawlessness in Washington DC is so obvious blatant it's right for to your face and they'll still get re-elected because the elections are rigged anyway and the

[00:20:04] America people don't want these people in there and how is it to Congress as a 9% approval rating and yet they all keep the they all keep their jobs and when their next election

[00:20:17] that's right and a pollinal Luna says she's going to do it sometime this week they need to get it done before the debate so they've got today in tomorrow to get it done the reason why

[00:20:25] is that would be a great way to hammer in the debate and just you know they're not going to have any opening statements it's all based on questions and everything but if Donald is smart

[00:20:35] he'll just flat out ignore a question and make his own statements in my opinion to ignore questions and make statements that really put the truth where it belongs which is you know hey how

[00:20:44] can you guys claim that I'm the bad guy and that I'm you know this is Trump I'm the bad guy and that I'm dangerous for the country you literally have merit garland avoiding a subpoena from

[00:20:55] Congress pretending to be a part of privilege and he doesn't and so I think that Donald really needs to start to take those kinds of actions I think the Republic of the will not go along with Anna

[00:21:09] I think she's right is rain but I think there'll be trey her and it's time to really see who's who and then the question for you Sheriff if we can't advocate for that aren't we proving

[00:21:19] more and more that the rule of law just does not apply in America and then the question is what do we do about that I mean amon bundie was asking that question eight years ago or something now

[00:21:30] what are we to do when this is the case yeah it's just what I mentioned a minute ago it's the lawlessness of Washington DC in Congress the White House the whole shitty match is extremely

[00:21:43] corrupt and what can we do and I believe Sam that I feel believe that we have the solution on that and the sheriff's of this country working with we the people and county commissioners and local county attorneys are going to have to start doing their own investigations

[00:22:02] and finding prosecutors that will will take uh these investigations and turn them into prosecutions what these people have got to be accountable uh to the American people

[00:22:15] and they've got to be uh help accountable to the law is a rule of law and if we don't ever do that this is all going to get worse and it's it's getting worse fast

[00:22:28] and the the this is accelerated to so much for the point where nobody in Washington DC cares about committee in these crimes openly and obviously very conspicuously in front of the American

[00:22:42] people who are supposed to be in charge of this government and we've got to wake up and take take control what happens if they just start arresting sheriffs and just show complete

[00:22:51] disregard for the rule of law of a sheriff stands up and tries to prosecute such as a darleef for somebody the DA shuts them down everybody shuts them down everywhere and they just start

[00:23:00] arresting sheriffs you know we've got an epic battle on our hands as the problem with these people that simply don't know any respect for the rule of law that's why there's got to be more

[00:23:10] sheriffs involved to where they they really have a on alliance that uh builds and he wrecks the barriers against that and these sheriffs if they have to uh go get uh an arrested sheriff out of jail

[00:23:26] and it's first of all they need to demand the extradition of the federal government we actually talk to the sheriffs this morning about that that they've got to demand that because extradition

[00:23:37] process will stop most of this but the FBI doesn't believe they have to follow the extradition laws of the United States Constitution which they have not done one time in all the hundreds and

[00:23:48] hundreds of arrests of j-6ers you know the constitution is suspended to go after all these horrible writers and insurrectionists and they are the ones exposing their own criminality in what they have done and so we have to strike first step it has to be that the sheriff's

[00:24:09] and the states go after these corrupt officials and we need to strike first so it's obvious retaliation if they do as you uh suggest it might happen that they start arresting sheriff

[00:24:21] all right and tight I got a bottle of the hour break that I've got to take late in dinner but I'm telling you right now the plot thickens there's some good news related to the Julian Assange I'll

[00:24:29] get to that in a second but I will also say this sheriff's are gonna not only have to deal with this extradition issue and stop the government from disobeying the law but sheriff's also need to arrest

[00:31:00] i can keep going fda s e c you know look if you're gonna come to my county your better have your act together you better have your ducks in the row you better have your eyes dotted

[00:31:10] and tease cross when it comes to legalese earth i'm gonna toss you in the clean for coming after citizens without due process without authority that's where they really need to start sheriff because you could stop the IRS tomorrow of sheriff said the guts well that's exactly correct

[00:31:27] and they should be and this is an entirely a simple issue of checks and balances and if the FBI has other eyes dotted and their tease cross then they shouldn't worry about going into the sheriff

[00:31:41] and saying hey we're actually here investigating what is constitutionally delegated to the federal government one would be felony committed on the high seas or piracy so somebody did something on a boat out in

[00:31:57] the Caribbean somewhere and they came back in their hiding in and maybe like Russians headed to Kimber something you know yeah exactly exactly exactly is it so but a obvious one would be counterfitting

[00:32:11] so that is a good given does that all the time the CIA Prince blackout run in tune on day yes well of course and you know the federal reserve has been doing counterfitting for a long time

[00:32:25] but at the same time if if someone is is committing the crime of fabricating and counterfitting fabricated dollars and hundred dollar bills are the most popular ones to do because they're worth

[00:32:41] they don't cost any more to print than a dollar bill then so yeah brought by the way yes but if I if I'm a sheriff and the FBI comes in and they show me that as it yes but I'm going to go with you

[00:32:57] and I'm going to send a couple of deputies to go with you you know and make sure that you're going to the right home and make sure that you're still not violating the rights of these people we want to be there

[00:33:06] we want to make sure it's all copicetic we're not saying you can't go we're not saying you can't come to make them but it's got to be a legitimate issue and you've got to have your doctor in a row

[00:33:17] and I'm not going to have you come in here thinking that no one's going to check on you you could do anything you want and you're obviously going to violate the law like you have been doing for the last

[00:33:27] three years and going after January six people some of them who you even admit have not committed a crime but you have a once followed the law in exercising the constitutional requirement of

[00:33:40] extradition when you go from one jurisdiction to another you must do the extradition which goes through the state that starts in the county and goes through the governor's office those must happen that's

[00:33:55] the law and that's to make sure that it's all copicetic at a according to the law and the constitution says there is jurisdiction that is 10 miles square of Washington DC that's where the federal government

[00:34:10] has jurisdiction they don't automatically have a Sam in every acre of land from Bangor main to Honolulu Hawaii they don't they they might think they do but follow the constitution and you will see that your jurisdiction is extremely limited to military bases post offices and 10 miles square

[00:34:37] of Washington DC and if you want the proof all you got to do is go to the Sheriff Mack Winn over Bill Clinton at the Supreme Court for the greatest 10th Amendment exactly decision ever rendered

[00:34:48] to highlight that reality the court clearly said hey they can't do whatever they want to they don't have authority all right move into a different topic we'll keep that topic up as you know

[00:34:57] as things unfold but Julian Assange founder of WikiLeaks is in kind of an interesting tidbit turns out that he is going to plead guilty to a single felony count of what they call illegally disseminating national security material and exchange for his release from a British prison

[00:53:35] that Donald Trump or Donald Trump believes that Joe Biden may be hopped up on cocaine yeah he said actually there was cocaine missing from the White House where did it go maybe Joe's got it what he doesn't mean it doesn't mean it's cocaine doesn't mean it's okay
