* Biden's Autopen Scandal Finally Exposed - Senate Conservatives.
* For four years, Biden routinely forgot the names of senior advisors and foreign leaders. He asked about deceased friends as if they were still alive. He froze up and drifted off during critical public appearances. He required stabilizing shoes because he kept falling down - And for four years, Democrats and their allies orchestrated a massive cover-up.
The hearing revealed the outrageous abuse of President Biden's "autopen" signature machine. A majority of Biden's official documents were never actually signed by the president himself. The Justice Department is now reviewing over 1,200 "signed" documents to determine if they're even legally valid.
* All of Biden's unconstitutional executive orders, his crony policies, his corrupt family pardons — they may all be completely illegal. The entire administration appears to have been a criminal conspiracy from day one.

[00:00:13] Broadcasting live from atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West. You are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show. All right, back with you live, ladies and gentlemen. We mentioned that the CIA quietly admits that it has lied to the public about Lee Harvey Oswald. A new document that's been released showed the claim by the CIA for decades to be patently false.
[00:00:42] That's according to Axios. You look at that and you go, wow. And then the FBI literally saying that, hey, Jeffrey Epstein, no harm, no foul with old Jeff. It's all good. Jeff didn't, you know, he didn't get killed. He committed suicide, just like they said, no problem. And he didn't even have a client list. There's nobody to even follow up with on this thing. Case closed.
[00:01:09] But people are starting to ask questions now going, wait a minute. If that's true, how did he contact everybody? How did he get paid? How did he have these parties? How did he communicate with all these people and everything? And Richard Mack wisely brought out the fact that, hey, did he have a phone? Well, they say they looked at everything and it's all good. No harm, no foul, Sheriff. And I've got a problem with Bondi and Patel over this. Something doesn't smell right in Denmark, man.
[00:01:39] No, I mean, where's his cell phone? And did you check all the numbers and who they belong to? That I can see somebody doing that kind of a business, not putting the actual real names next to the phone numbers. There would be a code or he would memorize which one was which. But the phone numbers still have to be on his phone. And there are records about that.
[00:02:06] There are bills from the provider, from the cell phone provider that you can check those out. Okay. You don't have the names. Show all the phone numbers. Just list them publicly. Okay. And then we'll do our own research. They're not releasing that, buddy. Why? Why should they? There's no harm, no foul here.
[00:02:37] They're being transparent. You literally had, what's your name? The press secretary. Caroline, leave it. Explain this. And she just said, hey, we're completely transparent on this thing. We dug into it. We told you it's all good. Good. Then she changed the subject on the reporters that were asking about it. Yeah, she did. Yeah. I don't really know even how to respond to this, man.
[00:03:05] Well, the obvious question is who are they protecting? Maybe there's some legitimate reasons why they're trying to protect somebody. And I'm not aiming this at Trump or anyone else. Are there numbers there of innocent people? Are they protecting some of the paid workers that were underage?
[00:03:32] Maybe they're trying to protect those people, the innocent victims, because they obviously had numbers for them, too. But you can still do that and go after the crooks. I just don't understand. I mean, OK, here's what they say.
[00:03:55] The review uncovered over 300 gigabytes of digital data and physical evidence, including child sex abuse material. But the DOJ has sealed this evidence to protect the victims. They will not release it. Now, I don't understand that because Pam Bondi said she had the client list on her desk. So the problem is I get that you don't want to hurt victims. I get it.
[00:04:24] And I understand that protection. But to not go after some of these people and say, hey, these are the perpetrators of these people that are. I mean, look, is Bill Gates or some of the other bigwigs surrounding Jeffrey Epstein? Are they victims then? Is that what we're saying? Maybe. But Sam, you know, it's the glaring elephant in the room. What's the glaring elephant in the room?
[00:04:54] The glaring elephant in the room is the Democrats are not screaming bloody murder about this. They're not. Yeah, of course they're not. But it looks like the Republicans are willing to partner with them. Yeah. Finally, they get along on something. Yeah, I guess. I guess they do. Anyway, it's a real sad tale. Back to the auto pen discussion, because I think it relates.
[00:05:18] If we're not going to go after Jeffrey Epstein and we're not going to go after Joe Biden and we're not going to go after Bill Clinton and we're just going to continue to have, you know, Trump derangement syndrome, then I guess we're not going to solve anything in Washington. We just agreed to a big, beautiful bill that, you know, increase the debt ceiling by five trillion dollars. They're not going to have anything to run on if they're not very careful. They're going to say, oh, we saved you a little bit in taxes.
[00:05:44] But you added tariffs that probably eclipse that in terms of my payments. My. Family's expenses are going to go up. So now, Biden, here's what I got from Senate Republicans. Listen to this. They call it Senate conservatives. It's a it's a pact that wants to raise money. And so they email me. And at first they say Biden's auto pen scandal finally exposed Senate conservatives. Then they give me a bunch of cool details about this, which is good, by the way.
[00:06:14] And then. And then they asked me for a bunch of money. So they say for four years, Joe Biden routinely forgot the names of senior officials, advisors and foreign leaders. He asked about deceased friends as if they were still alive. He froze up and drifted off in public appearances. Critical. Public appearances.
[00:06:40] They got him special shoes because he kept falling down that they needed stabilizing shoes for him. All right. They say then Democrats orchestrated a massive cover up. The hearing revealed the outrageous abuse of President Biden's auto pen signature machine.
[00:07:05] The majority of Joe Biden's official documents were never actually signed by the president himself. Now they're looking into over twelve hundred documents. That were signed by somebody else. Who is the same Department of Justice that tells you there's nothing wrong with Jeffrey Epstein. That it's all good. They reviewed it and they're transparent. How dare you question them? They reviewed it. They're telling you it's all good.
[00:07:33] All of Biden's unconstitutional executive orders, his crony policies, his corrupt family pardons. They may all be illegal, they say. The entire administration seems to have been a criminal conspiracy from day one, they say. But then here's the deal. Then they go in asking me for a bunch of money. Why does Sam Bushman need to give them more money?
[00:08:01] They just raised the debt ceiling by five trillion dollars. They're literally spending us into oblivion. And they can't find the money to prosecute Joe. So they got to ask me for a check. Sheriff, this is a clown show. And these Senate conservatives prove it. They're just asking me for money. They're not going to go after Joe Biden. They're going to say it was a criminal conspiracy. And then somebody is going to come out and say how horrible it was. But man, Joe's not responsible.
[00:08:29] And all the people down the line, they thought they were legitimately acting properly. End of story. There's nothing here. Move along. And that'll be your Pam Bondi, Kash Patel Justice Department slash FBI slash CIA. What do we say to that? Well, Sam, while you were saying all of that, it hit me.
[00:08:59] What's the similarity between Jeffrey Epstein case and the assassination of John F. Kennedy? The similarity is that. They both died under weird circumstances that are explained that it's all fine. Exactly. But both of them were assassinated, had a cover-up assassination happen in them.
[00:09:25] Epstein was murdered just like Lee Harvey Oswald was murdered. The main player in both instances was murdered or died under suspicious circumstances. We know that Lee Harvey Oswald was murdered. We know that it was done by a known mafioso and an owner of a strip club.
[00:09:53] We know that he had very intricate connections with the mafia. They know that about Jack Ruby. We know that Jeffrey Epstein, on the other hand, had lots of connections to high people in high places. Lots of them. And including 27 documented trips by Bill Clinton.
[00:10:22] So we know that. We also know Bill Clinton tried to pretend it wasn't true and FOIA requests proved he was lying, in fact. Yeah. Yeah. So, yeah, it's pretty, pretty suspicious. And then the Joe Biden case is very similar in that there's a cover-up in this, too, and we're not going to get to the bottom of it. When we get back, these so-called Senate conservatives sent me a video. They say it's a damning video.
[00:10:53] But we've got to debate what damning means. Hang tight. We'll do it with a good sheriff in seconds.

[00:11:51] Together, we're creating the future of news. As the United States boldly stepped forward in the glorious light provided by its new Constitution in 1787, the nations of the earth were in awe of the newfound strength and hope of this free land. Today, the nation stands at a crossroads.
[00:12:15] A divergence from the original intent put forth in the United States Constitution has brought grave threats to our beloved nation. A miracle is needed if the United States is to survive. That miracle is again the pure application of the United States Constitution. I'm Scott Bradley. In my To Preserve the Nation book and lecture series, I bring forth truths that will help raise up a new generation of statesmen like those noble Americans who founded this land.
[00:12:43] Vigorous application of these principles will invigorate and restore the nation. And we may become again the freest, most prosperous, most respected, and happiest nation on earth. Visit topreservethenation.com to begin that restoration. All right, back with you live, ladies and gentlemen.
[00:13:07] So, again, this Biden's auto pen scandal finally exposed, writes Senate conservatives, as they email me and ask me for money. I don't know why these clowns need money from me. They just raised debt ceiling by $5 trillion. Okay, can't they literally find a couple of bucks to dig into the Joe Biden scandal without my money? They've already taken so much of my money and put me and my children and my children's children, and I could go on in debt forever.
[00:13:36] No way to even get out of it at this point. Okay, but here's the video they sent me. They say it's a damning video, and I want to say damning for who or for what. And we'll talk about that. Here's the video. Thank you for those opening statements. The minority did not call any witnesses for today's hearing. They have chosen to ignore the hearing as they chose to ignore President Biden's mental decline.
[00:14:00] But we do have a short video of some previous statements from Biden administration officials and Democrat Party officials telling us not to believe our lying eyes. We can play the video. While the video comes up, just keep playing this thing. I'm telling you, this is a scandal. They didn't even show up to this. Does the president have the stamina, physically and mentally, do you think, to continue on even after 2024? Don, you're asking me this question. Oh, my gosh. He's the president of the United States. You know, he... I can't even keep up with him.
[00:14:27] The most difficult part about a meeting with President Biden is preparing for it because he is sharp, intensely probing and detail-oriented and focused. I can testify because I've been working very closely with this president for the past two years. I've been knowing it for 30 years. And I'm telling you, this guy's tough. He's smart. He's on his game. Joe Biden has vision. He has knowledge. He has a strategic thinker. The president is focused.
[00:14:57] He's detail-oriented. He's always thinking about the big picture. He's engaging. He is capable. He has an incredible record as president. And I'm often with him on foreign trips. He's at the top of his game. So he has a vision. He has knowledge. He has judgment. He has a strategic thinking. I met with the president, I don't know, five or six weeks ago, and he seemed fine to me. I have complete confidence in the president.
[00:15:23] I have watched him expertly guide meetings of staff and cabinet members. I could not have more confidence in the president. I would just tell you that I meet frequently with the president. And every single time I meet with him, he is just fine. But he is, again, knowledgeable, wise. Incredibly sharp, incredibly probing, incredible command of the details. He is sharp.
[00:15:53] He is on top of things. There is nothing to these challenges, these suggestions that somehow he's not sharp and he's not capable. We see Joe Biden up close. We know how attuned he is to the issue. And you're going to see how smart he is and the experience he has. I say his age is an asset. Aha! He's wise. Yes, he's wise. He has wisdom. He has experience.
[00:16:16] And his experience because of his age and his wisdom has been invaluable to this country. A lot of countries, people who've been in office a longer period of time are praised for their wisdom. I have seen a lot of 72-year-olds not as capable as this 80-year-old. It is hard for us to keep up with this president. His mental acuity is great. It's fine. It's as good as it's been over the years. He's fine.
[00:16:45] All this right-wing propaganda that his mental acuity has declined is wrong. And this kind of sense that he's not ready for this job is just a bucket of BS that's so deep, your boots will get stuck in it. But, Sheriff, I don't know how to respond to this, but that's the video they played in this Senate hearing, from what I understand. And now, you know, it's damning in the sense that it lays out. This is criminal. This auto pen thing is criminal. He doesn't even know what's going on. They're signing on his behalf.
[00:17:13] It turns out they even signed when he was in town on his behalf. And so the question is who's pulling the strings, who's making the decisions, who's whatever. This is criminal to the highest order bordering on treason. But yet, you know what? What the Democrats want to do is ignore it. What the Republicans want to do is extract more money from Sam Bushman. They don't want to get to the bottom of it. There's nothing. The Democrats didn't even pay attention to the hearing. They're like, ah, so what? Who cares? Because they know nothing's going to happen.
[00:17:42] And so, so much for Cash Patel and Pam Bondi and others to get into the bottom of this. That's the end of that. The auto pen issue is over now. Yes, it was all scandalous. Yes, it was horrible. So much so that you've got to make sure that the Republicans get elected next time. That's all. Yeah, it's almost like the Republicans and Democrats have a rule about we won't go so far as to destroy what keeps us in awe. What keeps both sides in office?
[00:18:12] What keeps both sides in power? You know, first of all, both the Democrats and Republicans are committing a conspiracy against any and all third party candidates. Not allowing them to be part of the debates. And that's where they totally agree. You know, when it comes to protecting the uniparty power of both Democrats and Republicans. That's what we're seeing here.
[00:18:42] First of all, Sam, I want to see the emails or texts regarding the talking points that all of those idiots, those robots, Nancy Pelosi and Hakeem Jeffries and the others that you just had on that tape. And let me just pull a Pam Bondi and a Cash Patel for you. Look, we've looked into that. There's no list here. There's no talking points. Yeah.
[00:19:08] So, you know, the idea that there's no list anywhere is just ridiculous. Yeah. They even use the same words. If you listen to that montage, they use the same words. They do. Sharp is one of them. Yeah. That Biden is really sharp. Incredible experience that he has. He's been a lawmaker for so long. The experience. And so they put these key words in there that if you hit on those words, then you're carrying the script. See?
[00:19:38] Well, they know. If you tell a lie the same way, same convincing tone, like from Mayorkas. Mayorkas. I've been with him. I've known him 30 years. I've been around. You can't keep up with that guy. You know? So, yeah, I want to know who. I would like to see those. You know?
[00:19:59] But, Sam, when it comes right down to it, the Democrats and Republicans will side with each other to keep the two of them playing the game. They don't want anybody else playing. Because they want all that money flowing into their campaigns. And I think that's one key issue right there, Sam, that has got to be changed drastically.
[00:20:22] All campaign donations should go into the same pool and everybody, every candidate gets equal amount of all the donations that come in. Instead of this game playing about, oh, we'll support the rich billionaire because, well, he's got money, yeah, but we're going to support all the billionaires who want to run because they've been donating to us all these years.
[00:20:45] And it's ridiculous that it costs so much to run, but it's also ridiculous of the billionaires who control the money going into both parties. Yeah. Well, you're right about this. When we come back, I want to talk more about this incredible article written by Joe Kovacs over at WND.com. The headline reads this, Sheriff. An abomination.
[00:21:12] Conservatives urged President Trump to fire Pam Bondi over Epstein betrayal. Trump is mistaken if he thinks the American people are just going to move on from the Epstein client list. This is way too big. It's not going away. Joe Kovacs over at WND.com with that one. I pray Joe's right, but do you think he is?
[00:21:46] No, I don't think he is. And I agree with you. I don't think Joe's right. Joe Kovacs is saying, hey, the American people won't let this one go away. I think the American people will. All you got to do is send him a big old beautiful stimulus check, buddy, and they're done. They're good. Yeah. Don't you want a big old beautiful check? We allowed the President of the United States to be assassinated in broad daylight, Sam.
[00:22:12] And his brain was not with his body when he landed in Bethesda, Maryland. There was so much to that case that was so obviously contrary to our lying eyes watching the video. Oh, yeah, the magic bullet came from behind him. No, it didn't. It came from his right side. It came from the grassy knoll where 51 people pointed.
[00:22:42] The shots came from. So, yeah. And what do we do? We move on because we love to be lied to. That seems to be the reality. Now, the headline or it says this. Please join me in calling for Blondie. That's what Laura Loomer calls Bondi. Blondie. Loomer said on X. How many more times is this woman going to get away with this before she's fired?
[00:23:12] Anyway, so Laura Loomer is blatantly calling on X to get Pam Bondi gone. Laura Loomer better watch out. Well, that's the deal. And I, you know, now people are going to say, oh, because you said that, Richard, you're on the inside. If anything, you know, whatever. And all we know is we're calling it as we see it, folks. I wish.
[00:23:40] That we would get accountability somewhere, somehow for somebody. I wish we didn't have an elite class that was above the law. But we do. OK, that's the bottom line. OK. And I don't really see that the American people are going to do anything about it because there's nothing we can do. What can I do more than I've already done? Right. They're just begging me for money. That's all they're doing. Anyway, they say she needs to resign. This is going to suppress the vote in 2026.
[00:24:10] We, the people, will not tolerate being lied to. I hope President Trump fires Pam Blondie, Laura Loomer says. If she lacks the shame to resign. I publicly call for her resignation. Anyway, there you have it. Hang tight. Sheriff Mack, yours truly continue in seconds. Hard-hitting talk, I'm telling you what, ladies and gentlemen. But I don't see any accountability anywhere. You know, Trump was going to go ahead and drain the swamp. I ain't seeing it this time around either, folks. Are you?

[00:25:05] Ten people face attempted murder charges after a shooting outside of Texas Immigration Detention Center on the 4th of July. Acting U.S. Attorney Nancy Larson says the group, dressed in black military-style clothing, staged what she calls a planned ambush. A local police official was shot in the neck and is recovering. Larson says the group used fireworks to lure ICE personnel outside the center in Alvarado where they opened fire.
[00:25:32] Weapons, body armor, and anti-ice materials were found at the scene. Some suspects were arrested nearby. They were armed and wearing tactical gear. I'm Julie Walker. In a separate incident yesterday, a man in a utility vest armed with a rifle fired dozens of rounds at federal agents at a U.S. border patrol facility in McAllen, Texas, near the U.S.-Mexico border. A police officer was injured before authorities say they shot and killed. That is signaling.
[00:26:01] Press Secretary Caroline Levitt says the administration is ending the legal status for about 76,000 Hondurans and Nicaraguans. TPS, temporary protective status, is temporary by definition. It is not meant to be a permanent path to residency or citizenship here in the United States of America. Hope of finding survivors of the catastrophic flooding in Texas is growing dim a day after the death toll surpassed 100, but crews have kept up the surge.
[00:26:29] Joe Bastardi, chief forecaster at WeatherBell.com, says President Trump's decision to cut funding for NOAA had nothing to do with the lack of warning. They were looking at the situation two days in advance. They issued flash flood watches and outlined the threat of an extreme event 12 hours in advance and then went to the warnings three hours in advance. It's low going on Wall Street right now. The Dow is down about 146 points. More from townhall.com.

[00:27:56] NMLS number 819382. Why don't we say to the government writ large that they have to spend a little bit less? Anybody ever had less money this year than you had last? Anybody ever having a 1% pay cut? You deal with it. That's what government needs, a 1% pay cut. If you take a 1% pay cut across the board, you have more than enough money to actually pay for the disaster relief. But nobody's going to do that because they're fiscally irresponsible.
[00:28:26] Who are they? Republicans. Who are they? Democrats. Who are they? Virtually the whole body is careless and reckless with your money. So the money will not be offset by cuts anywhere. The money will be added to the debt, and there will be a day of reckoning. What's the day of reckoning? The day of reckoning may well be the collapse of the stock market. The day of reckoning may be the collapse of the dollar. When it comes, I can't tell you exactly,

[00:30:18] you are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show. All right, back with you live, ladies and gentlemen. Sam Bushman, the good Sheriff Richard Mack on your radio. So much to cover, so little time. It's just, wow. Anyway, the AutoPen signature machine, we're not getting to the bottom of any of that. Please call me for calling for Blondie to resign, says Laura Loomer.
[00:30:48] She doesn't believe in what's going on here with Pam Bondi. She's not calling for Cash Patel's resignation yet. I don't know who would be responsible for what at this point. It's kind of hard to tell. Anyway, now Charlie Kirk, well-known commentator, claims Donald Trump will break MAGA if he pushes amnesty. Because now some are talking about Trump might be pushing amnesty, Sheriff. What do you get at?
[00:31:18] Amnesty for who? Illegals. Well, start with the cartels and the international terrorists and work your way down to the people who've never even committed a crime, who they say are here and coming into the country illegally is not even a crime. So just start with the worst. I mean, obviously, the Democrats don't care and, in fact, even want all these criminals and terrorists,
[00:31:48] cartels, human traffickers, to stay here. So just come out and make it official. Give them amnesty. Yeah, Charlie Kirk says, hey, if Trump goes for amnesty, man, I'm telling you, he'll lose MAGA. MAGA will fall apart. Oh, no. Well, the Democrats have already been pushing for amnesty for all of them anyway. And there's no, once you start with amnesty,
[00:32:18] there's no way to differentiate between the levels of the criminal activity of all the illegal aliens. There's no way you could go through, oh, well, this one only beat a child. They didn't rape the child. This one only was providing a service that was in such demand. This one just beat the child's mom, not really the child. Right. You know, it's very, very difficult.
[00:32:46] And the problem is we never win with that. Reagan pushed for amnesty. And look what a failure that was. Yeah, he did. And he did it. He got it. And I remember it back then. And I thought, oh, heck, it's just three million, you know, and it's the best president we've ever had, you know. And that's what they're kind of starting to say today. And that's what they've said since. And the Democrats use Ronald Reagan amnesty all the time. Yeah, let's just leave them all here.
[00:33:16] You know, so the Democrats are making sure that these criminals that infiltrated America stay here. And they make no differentiation between which ones. They've made none. And obviously, the criminal element that has really gotten crazy is invited by the Democrats to stay here. Amazing. So what do you think at the end of the day is going to happen? Do you think that 2026 elections,
[00:33:46] the Democrats are going to gain ground or are the Republicans going to hold on and gain ground? They've got a thin, razor thin majority now because a couple of congressmen decided to bail or whatever and that kind of stuff. What do you think is going to happen election-wise for 2026? What do you think is going to happen to this issue? Are we going to have anybody accountable anywhere for their criminal activity except for, you know, some illegals? Are we going to really push this illegal thing or is Trump going to back off, back off, back off? What do you think is going to be the reality?
[00:34:14] The reality is, historically speaking, the midterm elections never favored the president. Barack Obama got killed on his first midterm. Bill Clinton got killed on his first midterm. George W. did. And it just goes on and on. It takes about a year for people to see that there's no change.
[00:34:42] The pendulum just goes from the left to the right, the right to the left. It doesn't change a thing. And one thing you can say right now, Sam, is the spending. And I am willing to say, yes, we need to spend some money so we can undo all the crimes and treason of the Biden administration. It's going to take some money to get these people out of here. It's going to take some money
[00:35:12] to build back our military. And so I'm willing to say that for this first year. But the next budget better be cut and pay, cut and pay, cut and pay, cut and spending. And I totally agree with Senator Rand Paul on that. But he's another hypocrite, too. So, you know, it show me one place where there's just not a hypocrite in Washington, D.C. and I'll show you an empty chair because that's the only place.
[00:35:42] Well, the tough part about this is I've lost faith, though. When you tell me there's no client list for Jeffrey Epstein, I can't have faith anymore, Sheriff. I just can't. Yeah. I mean, no one believes that, do they? I mean, can you even really say that with a straight face? Yeah, no one. No one. No one believes that. He had no client list at all. Yeah. And how many years? Maybe they're playing games with words because none of these people were really clients. Maybe they were partners.
[00:36:11] Ever since he was arrested the first time that he had a list. Yeah. And you know why? No one saw the list. But everyone knows there has to be a list no matter where you have it or how you hide it or how you keep it controlled. There has to be a list. And it could be that, oh, he didn't have the list, but, oh, what's her face? What's that?
[00:36:39] Oh, his right hand chick. What's her name? I can't remember her name. Oh, whatever her name is. It's a goofy name. Oh, Ghislaine Maxwell or whatever it is. Yeah, Maxwell. Ghislaine. Okay. Maybe she had the list. And so we're going to say, oh, Jeff didn't have one. I guess that's possible. And we can play games like that. But the truth is, there is a list. Yeah. And that list needs to be obtained. And anybody who perpetrated crimes
[00:37:08] needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. And here's the other big question. You know, they mocked Pizzagate when we said Pizzagate was his sexual predator thing. Then they had a couple of people go into a building and say, oh, my gosh, they were just deceived and involved in conspiracy theory. But hey, our good friend Ben, well-known reporter, he basically, you know, quit talking about Pizzagate after he had really busted it wide open because they had to quit talking about it. When's somebody going to tie that into the Michigan and say,
[00:37:38] hey, there was deception on Pizzagate, but it was real. And there's more to that, too. But that got buried. And so all I'm telling you is I don't see any real difference in the administrations. Yes, they brought a lot to light. But what good does it do? If you don't prosecute anybody, what good does it do to know about the Joe Biden autopend or to know about the Joe Biden crime family or to know about Jeffrey Epstein's scandals? Yeah, there was a bunch of perverted child sex stuff there. But if nobody goes to jail and there's no accountability,
[00:38:08] what good does it even do for us to know about it? Well, we get to talk about it on your show. Well, and in my opinion, it gets the people so discouraged and so frustrated and so mistrusting that at some point we're destroying the country due to apathy and due to I mean, there's nothing I can do about it anyway. I might as well just quit the show or, you know, I might as well not vote or whatever. That's what the result of this is going to be.
[00:38:37] Well, people claim that that's part of the reason they don't vote. Right. But I believe it's laziness and apathy and yes, political corruption does create apathy. But does the apathy happen because I just don't want to get involved because these are mostly people who don't know anything that you and I are talking about right now. They're not squawking. The American people want socialism. They want communism. They're embracing
[00:39:06] this all over the country. Just give me my check just like you alluded to earlier. Just give me my stimulus check. Just give me my money. Just let me have my six-pack on the weekend and let me go to the kids' plays and soccer game and that's enough. I'm taking care of my family, okay? I don't want to get involved. And Sam, I'm pointing fingers right now at my own family. I agree. Me too.
[00:39:35] Yeah, and you too. Yeah, I agree. The problem is that unless enough of us get involved, unless we decide to take action, just imagine if a million people called in to Congress every day and said I need something done on this Jeffrey Epstein thing. I need Pam Bondi to be fired. I need to know the truth. There was a list. Don't pretend there wasn't. You're lying. If a million people called in every day, it would eventually change the game. Yeah. And all we're talking about
[00:40:05] is a couple of free phone calls on your cell phone. Right. You know, you could blow up the phones. But I've found that, look, Congress doesn't even care. I can't even get a hold of my Congress member or even a staff member hardly anymore. I call and it's a voicemail all the time. Yeah. I ask them to get back to me. They never get back to me. So I mean, the American people's frustration that there's nothing. It seems like there's nothing we can do about it. We don't want to riot in the streets and cause more problems. You know,
[00:40:35] how do we peacefully restore this? I've got the answer coming up. I also know this. Do you know who Steve Ducey is? Yes. The reporter from Fox. Yeah. [00:43:07] All right, back with your live final segment, ladies and gentlemen. Yeah, Jeffrey Epstein on No Client List says the FBI. I'm just telling you, I don't buy it for two seconds, folks, and I know neither do you. All right, Florida governor gave Ron DeSantis I'm sorry, Florida governor Ron DeSantis gave Fox and Friends co-host Steve Ducey a tour of alligator Alcatraz on Friday, Sheriff. The Trump administration
[00:43:37] approved the construction of the facility to house and process illegal immigrants for deportation. Do you want to respond to this one? Yeah. I would have loved to have gone with him and I don't think there's anything wrong with putting an impregnable
[00:44:07] prison together that keeps people from escaping. You warn them, don't escape. Don't try to escape because you'll be eaten by alligators. What's wrong with that? Is this supposed to be cruel and unusual punishment? No. It's not cruel and it's not even punishment. There's alligators in the swamps near that prison.
[00:44:37] Don't go out there. They would do that to themselves. I don't see that being a problem as far as cruel and unusual punishment. It's an unusual idea and hasn't been tried for a long time. prison. But it's not immoral to have a prison. It's not out of the ordinary, too, if these are hardened thug criminals and stuff like that. It's not out of the ordinary to lock them
[00:45:07] down in very difficult ways. They've made those choices and therefore, hey, now DeSantis told Ducey that the new facility was as secure as it gets. He says this, if a criminal alien escapes, you have nowhere to go. What are you going to do? Trudge through the swamp and dodge alligators 50 to 60 miles of civilization? I don't think it's as secure as he's saying, but I will say, hey, it's a good start. Yeah, it is.
[00:45:36] You know, and they already did it with the real Alcatraz. I just went and saw the real Alcatraz last week, Sheriff. Well, did you go through it? Yeah. I've never been out to the island. I've obviously looked at it from the San Francisco Bay, but I've never been out there. But look at what we've done to people in our prisons. That's the real issue. Have we really learned our lesson? They did to J6 arrestees
[00:46:04] what Alcatraz did to people back in the 40s and 50s and 60s. So, we really haven't learned and we don't really care. It just depends, again, which political side is in charge. And so, the Democrats really went after the J6ers and they wanted to. And the cruelty and the unconstitutional treatment of the J6ers,
[00:46:35] J6ers still could file a lawsuit, but then they'd technically be suing the Trump administration because they're in charge now. Which that's kind of the problem is now what for those people and it's a sad deal. Now, here's what's interesting. He says it's as secure as it can get. But then he says this, which I find kind of contradictory and interesting. He says this, if a criminal alien escapes, they have nowhere to go. What are you going to do? Trudge through the swamp, 60 miles to civilization? Then he says this,
[00:47:09] all you need is a bus to move them 2,000 feet that way, they get on a plane and they're gone. And so on one hand, that assumes that, hey, it's very easy to get rid of them, but yet it's very hard for them to escape. And my response is if they find a way to escape using the very easy way to get rid of them. And the reason I bring that up is that's what the Alcatraz escapees did. They claim nobody escaped from Alcatraz, but some people escaped and disappeared never to be found again, which means either they died and you couldn't find them
[00:47:38] because they failed or they were so good they got away. Don't know the answers. But on one hand, if this is out in the middle of nowhere and so hard to get away from, but yet moving 2,000 feet that way on a bus or something and then hey, they can fly out of here. That might happen. These illegals have big cartels with planes and everything else. So we need to be very careful and not think we're as secure as we think we are, Sheriff. Well, we're not secure. There's no question about that. And so, yeah, we,
[00:48:09] like I said earlier, we've still got so much work to be done. And maybe we should do this, Sam. Maybe the CSPOA should put out a press release that we're willing to do a follow-up investigation on Jeff Epstein case. Please, if there's, well, whatever evidence is there, please turn it over to us because we'll follow up with the
[00:48:39] cell phones for Maxwell and Epstein and then we'll turn that list over to you when we get done. How about that? I would support it 100%, but that would require the general government to agree and cooperate though, right? Yeah, but all they have to do is turn over what they say doesn't exist. Just give us the, give us what you have, give us the files and then let us investigate from there. We want obviously
[00:49:09] all the records from Maxwell and Epstein's phone records. So what would we say? We would say, hey, this requires a third party verification because people are losing trust in MAGA because of this thing and so we need a third party investigation. let's do an independent investigation and, and let us verify what you've just said. There's no list. And if you find
[00:49:38] a list? We turn it back over, we, we, we say, oh, hey, Pam Blondie, guess what? We have a list, here it is. And we'll keep one and we'll give one to them and we'll see who turns it into the media. Well, I support it 100% and something needs to be done. I'll tell you that we need to get a few sheriffs on board to sign that thing and get rolling. But it's serious. This is serious. We need
[00:50:08] accountability somewhere, ladies and gentlemen. And right now I'm telling you, I don't disagree with Charlie Kirk. I think that MAGA is going to fall apart. I don't think we're going to lose MAGA if Trump does this or that specific item. But at the same time, if we don't have a whole lot to show for the next election cycle, except for we decided to keep your tax cuts permanent, but yet we put tariffs on your backs. I don't know that that's going to be enough to carry the day. We better get something done significant or we're going to have a problem. Trump is talking about
[00:50:38] nonsense again, but this is kind of a funny one. Trump announces 2026. They call it a UFC fight that's going to be at the White House to celebrate America's 250th birthday, Sheriff. The what light? So in 2026, it's the 250th birthday of the United States, right? Right. And so Trump is going to have a UFC fight to celebrate at the White House. Oh, fight. Okay. Yeah.
[00:51:07] UFC fight. Yep. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. What do you think? Well, I volunteer to fight. I'll fight somebody. You can get Sheriff Mac and Anthony Fauci in the ring or something. Yeah. Yeah. I'll take Mayorkas. That's the guy who probably rubbed me the wrong blood. Can't fight Biden. But yeah, I,
[00:51:36] you know, I like Trump's creativity and I like how he's, he likes to go outside the box. But, but sometimes it's just not presidential. That's right. And to have a fight at the White House, if we want to celebrate America, we shouldn't do it with a fight. We should do it with a clarion call for civility. We should do it with saying, hey, the party's over. Let's work together based on principle. And let's find people who will back the proper principles to restore the country. Let's turn to God almighty. So I would propose reject the
[00:52:07] UFC fight and let's have a religious revival instead, Sheriff. Yeah, but the guy that owns UFC was a big donor and big supporter. Oh, yeah, and God didn't donate anything. So, you know, that's kind of the deal there. But what we really need people to do is become a member of the CSPOA posse, though. That's how we can do our work. We would like to create a third-party investigation into what happened with Jeffrey Epstein. If that let us do it, it would be game. And I don't want to fight. I want to clarion call for civility.
[00:52:37] I want us to stand for something. And I want us to stand for principle. And I want us to realize that this nation was built on God-fearing people turning to God, not government for solutions. And if we want to restore the republic, that's what we've got to do again today, Sheriff. Amen to that, Sam. That's absolutely correct. And I totally echo your calls for peace and civility. I know they tell you we're violent or that we call for, you know, whatever. And they use this weird term called political violence. I haven't been involved in any kind of violence, including political violence.
[00:53:08] Tell them to look at my record and say when I've ever committed an act of violence. Yeah, we'll throw down what, 10 grand on that point already? We'll give them 10 grand if they can find it for either of us? Because I'm telling you they can't. Tell me anything I've ever done that was racist or supports white supremacy. Document it. Let's go. Yeah, they're not going to do that. They're just going to make the allegation over and over and over and over. And if you tell a lie long enough, Sheriff, you know what happens. Because the truth is something they're
[00:53:42] I'm ready to debate them on any issue. Yeah. There you are. All right, have we overlooked anything you want to mention? Well, Sam, I think people need an interview coming up, right? There's still hope, yeah. I'll be in BYU, KBYUTV this Friday. I dig it. The good Sheriff, Sheriff Richard Mack on KBYUTV on Friday. That's just one of the many interviews he does every single week. Please support us. That's how
[00:54:12] we do the great work of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association. Become a member of the Posse today, CSPOA.org. If you want to get that Supreme Court case that we talked about on the broadcast, again, CSPOA.org. Thank you, Sheriff. Thank you, Sam. We'll talk soon. There you have it, ladies and gentlemen.
