[00:00:13] Broadcasting live from atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West, you are listening
[00:00:19] to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show.
[00:00:40] My fellow Americans, Sam Bushman live on your radio, hard-hitting news the network refused
[00:00:46] to use, no doubt starts now.
[00:00:49] This, my fellow Americans, is the broadcast for October the 16th in the year of our Lord
[00:00:55] 2024. This is Hour 202, and the goal always to protect life, liberty, and property, and
[00:01:03] to promote God, family, and country, and to do so on your radio in the traditions of our
[00:01:08] founding fathers. Yes, indeed, ladies and gentlemen, we use the blueprint for liberty, the supreme
[00:01:13] law of the land, the constitution for the United States of America as our guide. As you know,
[00:01:18] we reject revolution. Unless it's the Jesus Revolution, then we're in, because we follow
[00:01:24] the Prince of Peace. All right, we're all getting started. Hard-hitting talk at your fingertips
[00:01:29] starts now. Happy to have you along, my fellow Americans, Sam Bushman live from the CSPOA Freedom
[00:01:35] Conference in Orlando, Florida. So much going on, so little time. There's speakers everywhere.
[00:01:42] Last night was an incredible night. I had beef, ribs, dinner, delicious as all get out. Incredible
[00:01:49] speakers. We had several sheriffs speak. We had Mary speak. Mary Flynn, just a tremendous
[00:01:54] night. Darleaf, several different sheriffs, Sheriff Mack and more. It was a delightful evening
[00:01:59] and Saturday all day today. Kicking off just incredible as well. Speakers, Alex Newman and
[00:02:05] many more. And best of all, one of the speakers who didn't get to speak, but he's a speaker nevertheless
[00:02:12] because he got promoted on stage with his video. I'm talking about Payman. And Payman,
[00:02:19] how do you say it? Not a hey? Motahede. Motahede. All right, there you go. Payman Motahede with
[00:02:24] me. And he is the founder and president of Freedom Law School. Freedomlawschool.org, ladies
[00:02:31] and gentlemen. Freedomlawschool.org. And you didn't speak last night, but we did show a video
[00:02:37] about what you guys have to offer. And I wanted to dig in a little bit more and extend that. One of
[00:02:42] the things that you have on your website that I really found fascinating is this. It says, take seven
[00:02:48] steps to free yourself from IRS deception, fear, robbery, and slavery. And then you got a hundred percent
[00:02:58] guarantee. You got to dig that first of all. And then you look at the steps and you go, man, is this scary?
[00:03:03] What's going on? First one says, follow the law. Let's start there, Payman. Welcome, sir.
[00:03:08] Thank you for having me. What do you mean follow the law? Come on now. Nobody follows the law, do they?
[00:03:14] Well, we do. We believe in a hundred percent fall in the U.S. Constitution. I like that. And all the
[00:03:21] federal laws and Supreme Court cases and U.S. Treasury regulations as found on U.S. government's own
[00:03:29] official legal websites. And they show clearly that America's founding fathers in the Constitution,
[00:03:39] they have protections for you to never become a slave of the federal government. So the income tax
[00:03:49] system is completely constitutional and legal, but it only applies to Washington, D.C.
[00:03:59] where the federal government can do whatever they want, tax any way they want, keep you in jail as long as they want,
[00:04:07] like they're done to January 6th defendants. And the people of the 50 states have been deceived to pay
[00:04:16] federal income taxes and paid all taxes that they never legally owed in the first place.
[00:04:23] Isn't it criminal to have people signed into the penalty of perjury and deceive people into signing that
[00:04:29] thing under virtual duress? Isn't that criminal? Shouldn't people go to prison?
[00:04:34] Yeah, I think they should go to prison, but who's going to be doing that when, you know, American people don't know
[00:04:40] what's going on. Our state governors and sheriffs don't know what's going on. So our job is to educate the
[00:04:46] American people, the sheriffs, district attorneys and governors to stop the federal government robbing
[00:04:53] the people of the states through deception, which creates fear. And then they turn around with that money.
[00:05:01] They want to go to buy our sheriffs, police departments and governors to do the federal government's bidding.
[00:05:07] We need to stop that nonsense. The money stays in your pocket and in your local community and your
[00:05:14] local state, not the empire in DC. All right. You're the founder and president of freedomlawschool.org.
[00:05:22] So tell us a little bit about you then. Obviously you want to follow the law. I like that. I agree with
[00:05:26] that. The websites and the training you guys provide doubles down on exactly how to follow the law.
[00:05:32] And first off, understanding what the law is. But Paymon, who are you? How do people get an
[00:05:36] understanding of who you are? Well, I'm an immigrant from Iran. Okay. Came to America at age 14 in 1977.
[00:05:43] I thought I came to land of the free and the home of the brave. And instead, I found myself a land of
[00:05:51] the meek and indentured slaves. So I became a Libertarian Party activist in 89, as soon as I
[00:05:59] became an American naturalized citizen. And then 1992 heard about income tax being the deception and
[00:06:06] fraud on the American people. And I've been teaching Americans to not file and pay any federal income
[00:06:15] or payroll taxes like me for over 30 years. IRS well knows me. They never try to put me in prison because
[00:06:27] they know in a jury trial, I will beat them. So they just rather leave me alone and hope that you'd
[00:06:33] never hear about freedom law school. Well, they usually do things like a tax court. You never really get a
[00:06:38] true peer, a jury of your peers as part of the problem, right? That's not a problem because IRS came after me
[00:06:45] for over $600,000 of income tax back in 2007. Within two years, I had IRS's own appeal office and the U.S. tax
[00:06:58] court zero out and remove all of those tax liens. And it's all available for everybody to see at our
[00:07:07] website, freedom law school dot org. All right. Follow the law is step one. The second step, though,
[00:07:15] and I kind of like this, uh, end the filing of the income tax forms. Let's talk about that. How do you
[00:07:20] end the filing of those? You simply stop. How do you stop getting a jab? You just stop taking any more
[00:07:27] jabs. You just stop filing those 10, 40 income tax confession forms against yourself stating under
[00:07:37] oath that you owe the IRS money. You did it to yourself through deception. That's how they get you.
[00:07:44] When you file that paper with the IRS and sign under penalty of perjury under oath, you are saying,
[00:07:51] IRS, I owe you $20,000. I owe you a million dollars. And all the IRS has to do is say,
[00:07:57] come and pay. But when you don't file and join the 80 million Americans who do not file 10, 40 tax forms,
[00:08:07] the IRS, if they want to come after you, they have to give you a chance at a trial. Yes.
[00:08:14] Yes. If they're out to a trial and they don't have enough judges, they have only 31
[00:08:20] U.S. tax court judges. So they leave you as non-fowler alone. You'd be free.
[00:08:27] This kind of comes to your next point. Realize the IRS is over 99% bluff. And I think there's truth to
[00:08:33] that. But you know what? The folks that are in jail and the folks that have lost their homes and lost
[00:08:36] their businesses and everything else might disagree, right? They do. But they don't realize that the
[00:08:40] reason for that happened is because they filed a piece of paper under oath swearing they owe the
[00:08:48] IRS money. They also swear to the business owners, I received $10 million, but I have $9 million of
[00:08:55] expenses. And the IRS correctly tells them, well, prove that $9 million of expenses that you claimed. But we
[00:09:05] take your confession that you received $10 million is all taxable. I got a guy right now helping with
[00:09:12] that situation. Who's my student? He's a non-fowler. He doesn't confess against himself. He's just
[00:09:19] fine. But those business owners were deceived with their accountancy by tax attorneys to confess
[00:09:26] to the IRS money. And they're wondering why the IRS has all this power over me, because you gave it to
[00:09:32] them when you signed that confession 1040 tax form. That's one that I think people really have a
[00:09:39] struggle with because they kind of feel like, man, if I don't file it, they're going to file it for me.
[00:09:42] They're going to do their guesstimations on my behalf and pretty soon all a ton of money.
[00:09:46] That's what the corrupt major media has drummed up in your head for decades. So I hope the corrupt
[00:09:54] preachers out there. So is your accountant, CP tax attorney who makes money off of you when you
[00:10:03] get the jab, just like your doctor gets paid for giving the COVID jab. It's the same thing. So they'll
[00:10:11] have an interest in keeping you as a slave. And you're just going to educate yourself on our website.
[00:10:17] It's all there for you to see because when you sign that form, you open yourself to go to prison for
[00:10:24] three separate tax crimes, which add up to nine years of prison because you signed that form. If
[00:10:32] you don't, you don't risk it. How many accountants and CPAs do you think really know the truth? I
[00:10:37] think a lot of them are deceived as well, right? Actually, I got several of them. Most of them are,
[00:10:41] but Joe Bannister, the former IRS gun carrying special agent was one of them back in 1997. He heard
[00:10:49] about me and I educated him. He quit the IRS. He was a CPA too. So I got other students that are
[00:10:56] good, honest people say, Paymon, I was a CPA. Are you the tax returns for people? I'll look at your
[00:11:03] website and I cannot do tax returns for people anymore, making them slaves. It's a start.
[00:11:12] Are there other agents that have the guts to stand up like Joe Bannister? Because it seems like he's
[00:11:16] one in a million. Unfortunately, that is the case. But we try to educate more people and more CPAs
[00:11:24] and hopefully more IRS agents, former IRS agents will come through and say, you know what, I'm going to
[00:11:30] stand for the truth and the right thing. That's good. We need more of it for sure. One of the things on
[00:11:36] your website, one of the steps is take courage from our victories. You do have victories that
[00:11:42] you've documented too, to make the point, right? Absolutely. Like the one I mentioned to you.
[00:11:46] Also, I sued the IRS criminal investigation division agent who in 2006,
[00:11:53] he wanted the records of the hotel. We had our events, annual freedom events and names of people who
[00:12:00] registered with the hotel to attend our events and get sleeping rooms. And I sued him personally
[00:12:07] and the United States government. And the suit was so powerful that before the judge said anything,
[00:12:16] the IRS lawyer forced the criminal investigator of the IRS to retract, take back his summons for
[00:12:24] the documents and go home. And that criminal investigation came to a complete halt. It's
[00:12:30] all on our website. That's really though not even because he wanted you to win. It's just because he
[00:12:34] knew that if he were to stay there in court, then you'd get discovery and everything else. The truth
[00:12:37] would all come out, right? That's right. They had a slam shot win case against them. They just said,
[00:12:42] oh, we're going to back off so you cannot sue us. All right. And the next step is write,
[00:12:46] write your lawmakers about the law. What do you tell them? I tell them, look, these petitions
[00:12:53] on our website are free. Print, sign, mail amount to all of your three federal lawmakers,
[00:13:03] your congressmen. And the petitions basically quote the law from US government's official
[00:13:11] legal websites and have them attached and relevant language even highlighted and say, look, if I'm
[00:13:20] wrong, please show me and I will gladly and humbly pay my fair share of federal taxes.
[00:13:30] But if I'm right, you need to stop the IRS, the US Department of Injustice lawyers,
[00:13:37] and even some crooked federal judges for misapplying the law to the people of the 50 states who don't
[00:13:45] owe the income tax to begin with. How many representatives do you think have that information
[00:13:50] and know the truth? Thousands and thousands of these have been sent out by people for free on their own.
[00:13:57] We do it for our students as well. And not one time, one federal lawmaker has been able to respond
[00:14:06] and show us that we're wrong. Do they call you and admit that you're right?
[00:14:11] Oh, no. Are they willing to stand up on it?
[00:14:13] They don't. Because everybody that I know that's in Congress is still against the IRS.
[00:14:16] I'll just take Steve Stockman for a great example. Hey, they literally barbecued him,
[00:14:20] made up false charges, literally threw him in jail. They got all of his friends and associates to
[00:14:25] somehow cop a deal and, you know, plea against him, bear false witness, et cetera. I mean, it's out of control.
[00:14:30] And then I remember George Hanson years and years and years ago where he took on the IRS and they
[00:14:34] basically put him in diesel therapy and virtually almost killed him, destroyed his life. Eventually,
[00:14:39] he got paid back. The government said, oh, we made a mistake. We're so sorry. And gave him a small
[00:14:42] stipend check and that's about it. But everybody that seems to really take on these issues gets
[00:14:47] literally snowed under payment. Well, George Hanson was actually a friend of mine, you know,
[00:14:53] back in the early 2000 years. I don't know about his case. Yeah, he stayed in here a long time ago.
[00:14:57] Great guy. But you see, those guys, all of them filed those 1040 income tax confession forms under...
[00:15:04] Yeah, because Irwin Schiff used to say, file a zero return, right? That's why.
[00:15:08] Irwin Schiff didn't listen to me. When I tried to go help him in 2005, when they came after him,
[00:15:14] I said, Irwin, let me and other people in the movement that taught people to help you. He said,
[00:15:20] oh no, they don't have a case against me. I got a beat. All right, Irwin. I can't help you if you
[00:15:25] don't let me. But look at myself. I've never been indicted by the IRS. Even though for over 30 years,
[00:15:33] I've openly told people like me, don't file and pay any federal income and payroll taxes. And they're
[00:15:41] never trying to indict me. Why do you think that is? Because they know I'm right. They know that I
[00:15:46] know what I'm doing. And so they'd rather just not give me a big victory. Like with Joe Berenstead,
[00:15:52] as you know, they did try to put him in jail. He's my most prominent student. When they did lose in
[00:15:58] court, that was a black eye from the IRS. That's where they leave me and my students alone. And not
[00:16:04] one of my students who came to us clean has ever gone to prison or had to take any of their money
[00:16:10] from them. The next step, join the Restore Freedom Plan. What is the Restore Freedom Plan?
[00:16:16] Well, that's optional. That's optional plan, number one. Okay. Because people can do everything
[00:16:21] on our website for free. The first five steps, keep 100% of your hard-earned money that you worked
[00:16:29] hard for. It's your money. Now, there's some people that say, Paymon, I would like to have a,
[00:16:37] have you back me up against the IRS in case. Two, I'd like to be part of restoring freedom in America.
[00:16:46] So what'd I do? And my answer was the Restore Freedom Plan based upon what the Founding Fathers did
[00:16:56] back in the late 1700s. They wrote petitions to King of England. Look, you're violating our rights.
[00:17:04] Stop. Respect us. And the King ignored the petitions like our petitions are sadly being
[00:17:11] ignored by Congress right now. And then they stopped paying the King. And so are we. But we say, look,
[00:17:19] just do like the Founding Fathers. George Washington army was funded by the money that
[00:17:26] the colonists stopped paying King of England. So now you can keep 70% of what you would have
[00:17:36] otherwise paid the IRS. Give to Restore Freedom Plan only 30%. And with that, we guarantee you're not
[00:17:45] going to go to prison because you rely on the law as published on U.S. government's official
[00:17:51] legal websites. And we do all the legal work for you, pay attorneys if necessary. And even if you
[00:17:59] don't win, which we will win, but even if we don't win and they take your money, we will reimburse you
[00:18:07] everything, $10,000 or $10 million. So you have virtually no risk. And with that money now,
[00:18:15] not only protect you, but we can fund the election of good constitutional sheriffs,
[00:18:22] good constitutional district attorneys, governors, state and federal lawmakers to get our country back.
[00:18:29] Because this way is the only way to bring billions back from the swamp to restore freedom in America.
[00:18:36] You would think Donald Trump would, you know what, put your plan in place.
[00:18:40] Have you been able to talk to the Donald about it? And where's Donald when you need him the most,
[00:18:44] payment? If you can put me in touch with him, I think he'll love my plan.
[00:18:48] Nobody can put you in touch with him. Everybody that I know that thinks they can put me in touch
[00:18:51] with Donald can't get it done. I know. Yep.
[00:18:55] You know, he wants us to believe he's kind of one of us. He's kind of, you know,
[00:18:58] the guy that'll eat lunch with you on the street. But at the same time, nobody can contact him.
[00:19:02] Now, I'll bet you if you're Hillary Clinton, you can contact him though.
[00:19:05] Well, we're still working on that, hopefully. You know, he is for taxing imports
[00:19:10] instead of income taxes. And I'm for that.
[00:19:13] We've been saying that for exactly, for decades. That's what we should be doing anyways.
[00:19:17] Amen to that. Freedomlawschool.org, ladies and gentlemen, is where you can go to learn more.
[00:19:22] How big of an education curve is it? Does it take a long time to get caught up to speed?
[00:19:26] Nope. It's actually pretty short. In fact, I tell people, look, it's so easy. All you gotta do
[00:19:30] is when you drive to and from work, wash dishes, exercise, whatever you do, let your smartphone play
[00:19:37] the videos that show the laws to you. Now, when you drive, look at the road, listen to the videos.
[00:19:43] Then when you go home or work for lunch and dinner, put it up by eating and verify when the video plays
[00:19:49] again, that oh yeah, everything Paymond said is not his opinion. It's all U.S. government's
[00:19:56] official legal websites. Can't you sue the government, go in court, promote all the legal websites and
[00:20:04] say this is a scam and everybody that's participating needs to go to prison? What are these crooked federal
[00:20:10] judges? Why even risk going on that? Just drop. There's 80 million plus non-filers. Just join them.
[00:20:20] Is 80 million people in prison for not filing tax returns or have the bank account, paycheck seized?
[00:20:25] Of course not. Just drop out. It's that simple. Stop filing those 1040 forms and you can go to our
[00:20:33] website and stop income tax withholding on your paycheck for free. Yes, at freedommoscow.org. The
[00:20:41] instructions are there for you to hold lawfully and safely stop your employer from stealing income
[00:20:48] taxes from your paycheck in the first place. All right, on your website it also says as seen on. And then
[00:20:54] there's a lot of places it's seen on. Who's willing to cover this for you?
[00:20:59] As seen on what? I'm not sure what you mean. Like on TV or Fox or whoever. Is Fox willing to cover it?
[00:21:05] I'm afraid no, not yet. How about Tucker? Come on, where's Tucker? Get me on there.
[00:21:11] Now come on, where's Glenn Beck? Get me on there. Come on, where's Bill O'Reilly? Hey, let's do it, man.
[00:21:16] Come on, anyway, all I'm saying is where are all these guys though? You know, this is one of the greatest
[00:21:20] kept secrets in America today, right? Exactly. Well, we went on redacted actually about a few
[00:21:26] months ago and we're in for awards. So hopefully we get to be Alex Jones himself pretty soon and then
[00:21:32] Glenn Beck and Tucker Carlson, all these guys coming up, you know, off the chain. So we get in there.
[00:21:37] All right. Well, Liberty News Radio, loving Liberty Radio Networks, Liberty Roundtable. We're willing
[00:21:41] to cover this, ladies and gentlemen, for you to learn more, for you to ask questions, for you to get involved.
[00:21:45] Payman is the founder and the president of freedomlawschool.org. Thank you so much, sir.
[00:21:53] Thanks for having me. You got it. That's a wrap on Liberty Roundtable Live.
[00:21:58] Back with you live, ladies and gentlemen. Payman is certainly an interesting character,
[00:22:02] no doubt about it. A little update on our dear friend, Ken Cromar, who went to jail over IRS
[00:22:09] problems. Ken Cromar is right. The IRS is wrong. Donald Trump needs to shut down the IRS
[00:22:15] immediately, ladies and gentlemen. That is for sure. But in the meantime, it's very tough for
[00:22:20] people to know what to do. Is Payman right? Do you go ahead and take him on? And do you believe
[00:22:24] Payman has the plan to win? Or do you end up going to jail and getting picked off one at a time by the
[00:22:29] thug agency called the IRS, the government? It's a tough battle to know what to do. But an update on
[00:22:34] our dear friend, Ken, he's still in jail. He's been in jail for quite some time now, well over a year.
[00:22:40] And, you know, total jail time, well over a year. Been harassed for years. And he's not even going to
[00:22:46] get a trial date. Well, I shouldn't say a trial date. He's not even going to get sentencing until
[00:22:50] like February 2025. And they're just letting him rot in jail. And they just feel like the longer he
[00:22:55] sits there, the better. It's an absolute disgrace. He's filed several motions. They've been completely
[00:23:00] ignored. They don't care about the law. You know, in the Book of Mormon, another testament of Jesus
[00:23:05] Christ, they call him the Giddy Antons. I'm telling you right now, wow. When you look at what they've
[00:23:10] done at Ken Cromar, the Giddy Antons are a group of robbers in this book that I mentioned, the Book
[00:23:15] of Mormon. Whether you believe it's a religious book or not, it's the greatest handbook for freedom
[00:23:18] ever written. And when you read that book, you realize the Giddy Antons are nothing but a bunch
[00:23:22] of robbers and thieves and thugs and murderers and who literally basically destroy the government
[00:23:27] of the land every time. And we've got them in our modern day is the point. And they're attacking
[00:23:31] Ken Cromar. They're attacking Stuart Rhodes. They're attacking us. Anybody who stands for

[00:23:51] great solutions. The question is if we're ready for this time or not yet, right? That is the question.

[00:25:11] moving into uncertain territory. That's why more Christians are turning to gold just for their

[00:26:01] Economists have serious doubts about the economic plans being pushed by both Donald Trump and Kamala
[00:26:06] Harris. Donald Trump has a message for voters exasperated by higher prices. We are going to
[00:26:11] defeat inflation. Kamala Harris says she'll address the issue as well. We will lower the cost on
[00:26:17] everything from health care to groceries. Yet economists, including 16 Nobel Prize winners,
[00:26:21] warned that Trump's policy proposals would actually make inflation worse. Meanwhile,
[00:26:26] economists aren't enthusiastic about Kamala Harris's plans, which are seen as ineffective against high
[00:26:31] grocery prices. Moody's analytics has estimated that Harris's policies would leave the inflation outlook
[00:26:36] virtually unchanged. Jennifer King, Washington. A judge has blocked a new rule that requires Georgia

[00:27:03] globally, especially in China, is poised to disrupt the global oil market. That's according to a new
[00:27:10] report by the International Energy Agency. In recent years, China has accounted for most of the growth in
[00:27:16] oil demand and planet heating emissions. However, electric vehicles now make up 40 percent of new sales of cars in
[00:27:24] China and 20 percent globally, putting major oil and gas producers, quote, in a bind. That's correspondent

[00:28:02] As the United States boldly stepped forward in the glorious light provided by its new constitution
[00:28:08] in 1787, the nations of the earth were in awe of the newfound strength and hope of this free land.
[00:28:14] Today, the nation stands at a crossroads. A divergence from the original intent put forth in the United
[00:28:20] States Constitution has brought grave threats to our beloved nation. A miracle is needed if the United
[00:28:26] States is to survive. That miracle is again the pure application of the United States Constitution.
[00:28:33] I'm Scott Bradley. In my To Preserve the Nation book and lecture series, I bring forth truths that
[00:28:39] will help raise up a new generation of statesmen like those noble Americans who founded this land.
[00:28:45] Vigorous application of these principles will invigorate and restore the nation,
[00:28:49] and we may become again the freest, most prosperous, most respected, and happiest nation on earth.

[00:31:06] Our next guest that we had at the conference was incredible, and I'm playing back a lot of these
[00:31:10] radio interviews that I've never been able to get to. We've just been so busy on the radio with so much
[00:31:14] stuff. But this man is just, in my opinion, an American hero. He is a former sheriff. His name is
[00:31:20] Nick Finch. And Sheriff Nick Finch really is my hero because of what he did. He stood up for your
[00:31:26] Second Amendment rights like nobody's business. And when he did so, he really, in my opinion, set the
[00:31:32] stage for, I don't know, kind of a legacy for others to follow, I guess is the best way to put it.
[00:31:39] They arrested him because he defended a Second Amendment American, right? He defended the right
[00:31:46] to keep and bear arms, the constitutional carry idea. And the governor of Florida threw him in jail
[00:31:51] at the time. But eventually, Nick Finch prevailed. We helped him with this Constitutional Sheriff's
[00:31:56] and Peace Officers Association. He eventually prevailed and the governor lost. The sheriff won.
[00:32:01] And there was liberty in a place called Liberty County, Florida. It's pretty impressive. In addition
[00:32:07] to that, one of the things that Nick Finch said when he stood up in court, he went and testified.
[00:32:11] A lot of folks don't have the guts to testify either. But of course, you're talking about Nick Finch,
[00:32:15] right? So former Sheriff Nick Finch went and testified. And when he did, he basically said
[00:32:21] this, you know, the Constitution has got to count for something. Think about that for a minute.
[00:32:30] A man who understands, a man who has the guts to deliver. A lot of people agree with those
[00:32:34] sentiments, but they don't have the willingness, the mojo, whatever you want to call it, to stand up.
[00:32:40] Well, Mr. Nick Finch does. Anyway, it's my pride and joy to interview Mr. Nick Finch
[00:32:44] several years after. See how his life is going. See what's going on for him. Here he is, the good
[00:32:49] sheriff on your radio. Happy to have you along, my fellow Americans. Sam Bushman live at the Liberty
[00:32:55] Conference in Florida. Yes, indeed, the Constitutional Sheriff's and Peace Officers Association.
[00:33:01] Incredible event in Orlando. Right now, though, we got on a dear friend from long ago, if you will,
[00:33:07] former sheriff from Liberty County, Mr. Nick Finch. Welcome back to Liberty Roundtable Live.
[00:33:13] It's been a while. It has been a while, Sam. Thank you for having me back.
[00:33:17] So there was Liberty in Liberty County. That was the story Richard Mack and I basically put together
[00:33:22] live on the radio and then in an article after you won. It was a harrowing experience for you.
[00:33:29] You basically got arrested, but then eventually you won. You beat the governor, right?
[00:33:35] I did. I beat the governor and the state attorney.
[00:33:38] So Mack beat the president and you beat the governor, both as sheriffs, and they try to tell
[00:33:42] me that I'm delusionary when I think the sheriff has authority. How does that work?
[00:33:46] Well, they don't want the sheriff to have the authority that the sheriff has, I'm sure, but
[00:33:52] we do.
[00:33:54] That's right. So what's happened in your life after you were sheriff then?
[00:33:57] So, you know, after I lost my reelection, of course, they came after me when I did all
[00:34:03] this and I beat Rick Scott in court.
[00:34:09] And imagine, though, having to fight with Rick Scott, of all people, though. I mean, I thought
[00:34:13] the Republicans, what's going on around here?
[00:34:15] You know what? I haven't talked to him since. I know after the trial and all that nonsense
[00:34:21] and I got acquitted and I called Governor Scott and said, I expect to be reinstated immediately.
[00:34:27] And he said, we're already working on it.
[00:34:29] Last time he and I talked, he called me and asked me to endorse him for reelection as the
[00:34:34] governor.
[00:34:35] What? Are you kidding me right now?
[00:34:39] No.
[00:34:40] The call of these people.
[00:34:40] And this was after he reinstated me, of course, and I'm still the sheriff, of course, you know,
[00:34:44] and I was pretty popular then. So there was a lot of people wanting me to endorse them
[00:34:50] or, you know, speak for them or something like that. And I was really taken aback. And
[00:34:55] I said, listen, Governor, I would love to endorse you, but we're going to have to sit down
[00:34:59] and talk first. And that meeting just never got scheduled.
[00:35:02] Of course not. Now, if you would have endorsed him, you would have been able to talk on the
[00:35:06] stage together, right?
[00:35:07] Right. Absolutely.
[00:35:09] And that just tells you, sadly, who they are. Liberty was had in Liberty County that
[00:35:14] day. You still live in Liberty County. Is it a Liberty County?
[00:35:17] You know what? We've went through since my election, we've gone through two sheriffs.
[00:35:22] We're getting ready to elect a new sheriff. He's a good kid. I supported him. I think that
[00:35:28] he's one that will listen. And I think that we can talk him into being a constitutional sheriff
[00:35:32] as well.
[00:35:33] And his name, do you want to announce who it is?
[00:35:34] Dusty Arnold.
[00:35:35] Dusty Arnold for sheriff in Liberty County.
[00:35:38] Yes. Yep.
[00:35:39] All right. And has he already won the primaries or where do we sit?
[00:35:42] He won the primary against the guy that ran against me and kicked his rear end really
[00:35:48] pretty bad. So he's got one opponent, NPA. She's a nice lady. She actually worked for
[00:35:55] me in the jail. But I just don't think there's any way that she can beat him.
[00:36:01] And why would she want to?
[00:36:03] Why not?
[00:36:03] You know what? I guess I'm not sure. I haven't talked to her to find out what her motivations
[00:36:07] are for running for sheriff. And I probably should do that.
[00:36:12] That'd be worth your time, I think.
[00:36:13] Yeah.
[00:36:14] I think we need to get out of the vote and do it. And then, you know, you could obviously
[00:36:17] help with that and make a big difference. And hopefully we're wanting to get you on the
[00:36:21] campaign trail with us for the CSPOA, though. Your story is riveting and must be told.
[00:36:25] Are you speaking today?
[00:36:26] No, I'm not. You know, Matt called me, I guess, a couple of weeks ago and asked me if I could
[00:36:31] come. And I said, listen, I just had a hip replaced. And I said, I don't know. I said,
[00:36:36] I can't.
[00:36:38] Yeah. So they couldn't put you on the docket because they weren't sure.
[00:36:40] Yeah. Because I couldn't commit because I wasn't sure where I would be. But I'm getting
[00:36:45] along pretty good. And I'm here. And we'll do this again somewhere else.
[00:36:50] Because what we need to do is tell your story all over the country.
[00:36:53] Yes.
[00:36:53] And the reason I say that is because really it's about the Second Amendment, which is critical
[00:36:57] and one of the most critical issues in Florida right now. On one hand, you know, we want to be a
[00:37:04] constitutional carry state in Florida, but yet they've got it blocked by the Republicans,
[00:37:08] from what I've been told by Mr. Valdez. He's the Gun Owners of America state director for Florida.
[00:37:14] And he basically says it's not looking too good. We're struggling, struggling, struggling.
[00:37:17] And I mean, Ron's not even helping.
[00:37:19] Well, they did pass. Last year, they passed some kind of carry, but it's not open carry.
[00:37:23] It's not constitutional carry. You can conceal carry without a permit. But that's about it.
[00:37:29] And I agree. I'm a little bit confused as to what Governor DeSantis' motives are for not
[00:37:36] supporting a constitutional carry. I can't figure that one out.
[00:37:40] And Gun Owners is suing over it. And we're waiting for the governor to put together an amicus
[00:37:44] brief, a front of the court brief on behalf of Gun Owners, too.
[00:37:48] I hadn't heard about that.
[00:37:49] Yeah. So that's a lot of good work.
[00:37:51] But we need your story told around the country. In summary, basically, you know, you had a guy that
[00:37:55] had a gun. Deputy arrested him and said, hey, you can't have that. It's against the law.
[00:37:59] And you basically, as the sheriff, said, listen, we support the Second Amendment in our county.
[00:38:04] Eventually, they, you know, escalated it and tried to intimidate you and basically arrested
[00:38:08] you and threw you in jail, right?
[00:38:10] Yeah, they tried to make it sound like it was a political favor for somebody. And it truly wasn't.
[00:38:15] And I mean, even the guy that that made the arrest, he asked me the next day why I let him go. And I
[00:38:20] said, listen, I, you know, I took my first oath of office when I joined the military when I was 18
[00:38:26] years old. I said, I'm a Second Amendment guy. I said, and when I found out about it, I sat down and
[00:38:31] read the Florida statute. And there's like two or three different statutes. And, and I looked at my
[00:38:36] wife at the time and I said, you know what? This confuses me. And I said, so I know what we're going to
[00:38:40] fall back on. We're going to fall back on the Second Amendment. And it says, you know, you can carry
[00:38:44] your gun. Shall not be infringed. Yeah. And it's a right that you can't infringe. So I said, I'm going to
[00:38:49] let the guy go. And I did. Did you ask the deputy, why did you arrest him in the first place then?
[00:38:55] I mean, if the Constitution is the supreme law of the land and the Second Amendment is the, you know,
[00:38:59] Bill of Rights and not be infringed. I don't know what part of that they don't understand. But why would
[00:39:03] he arrest him? Because he was unfortunately one of those deputies that think you have to enforce
[00:39:09] every law that's on the book. And what happens when they conflict? Exactly. But see, at this
[00:39:15] point, I was only in my, I'm only in office, you know, three, three and a half months before all
[00:39:19] this happened. So I really hadn't had a chance to sit down and, and educate my deputies on the
[00:39:26] Constitution or, or the way we were going to, we were going to work things in, in Liberty County.
[00:39:31] Anyway, so I partly my fault. It was probably something I should have done on day one, but I didn't.
[00:39:36] And, and so live and learn, I guess. So what did your department think of it all? Were they
[00:39:43] supportive of you? Were they hesitant? Were they thinking you were out off your rock? What
[00:39:46] were they, what was kind of the deal? Well, so the two, my two captains, so I, I had a, two,
[00:39:55] we're small. So it was the sheriff. And then I didn't have an undersheriff. I just had two
[00:39:58] captains. I had one over administration and one over law enforcement. And they were actually,
[00:40:05] we actually caught them on tape. FDLE had wired one of the jailers and we actually caught my two
[00:40:10] captains conspiring on tape to get rid of me. Wow. Did they go to prison? No, they didn't.
[00:40:17] You remember, I don't know if, do you remember Bernie Thompson? I do. Yeah. And we went on Bernie
[00:40:21] Thompson's radio show and played that. And they're like, Oh my God, you know, it was, it was ridiculous.
[00:40:26] And how come there's no accountability? I mean, what, where are these two people today?
[00:40:31] Actually, one of them is a FHP trooper and the other one ruined his.
[00:40:35] Doesn't that scare the hell out of you? Yeah. Well, the other one showed his true colors.
[00:40:39] I'm being serious. Doesn't that scare you? It's like, what is happening?
[00:40:41] The other one showed his true colors and he lost his law enforcement certificate because he got in a bar
[00:40:46] fight. All right. Yeah. So yeah. Interesting. Don't be like Morgan Wallen and throw bars off the top
[00:40:52] deck. That's right. You know, especially if you're a law enforcement officer. All right. But the other
[00:40:57] one's in a pretty dangerous position now though. He's getting more power, huh? I hired him. He was,
[00:41:01] he, he was from FHP and I hired him and he came over and, and after it was all said and done,
[00:41:07] I talked to the, um, uh, Colonel with FHP, the, the, um, the, the, the head dog of FHP. And he said,
[00:41:14] no, I'll never hire the guy back. And about, about a month later he hired him back. So I,
[00:41:20] wow. Yeah. It just makes you shake your head, but it just goes to show, you know what,
[00:41:24] this battle for Liberty has been going on for centuries. Yeah. Millennia. Uh, you know what?
[00:41:30] Jesus Christ was in this battle and, and, uh, you know, they said he was a kook and a nut and he was
[00:41:35] conspiring and he was committing a treasonous act or an act against the whatever. And, uh, you know,
[00:41:40] when they, when they paint us with that, we're just, you know, we're in good company.
[00:41:44] Absolutely. You know what? Several of the people in the conference have said, you know,
[00:41:49] if you believe, if you believe in God and you're a patriot, then, you know, obviously we're,
[00:41:54] we're bad people somehow. And I don't, I don't understand how we got here, Sam.
[00:41:58] Well, they said Jesus was an insurrectionist at the time. They said that about his forerunner,
[00:42:03] John the Baptist, they lopped off his head and then they, uh, you know, put our savior on a cross.
[00:42:08] So, you know, I'm not trying to say we should expect that necessarily, but I am saying,
[00:42:13] you know, if we expect just to have a cakewalk or if we expect it to easy, be easier, if we expect
[00:42:18] not to have to, you know, kind of carry the cross ourselves, we're fooling ourselves, Sheriff.
[00:42:22] Oh, I agree with you. The struggle is a difficult one, but I think it's a very worthwhile struggle
[00:42:26] to endure. All right. Well, I think we ought to take Liberty County and have you on the campaign
[00:42:31] trail with us and call it Liberty Nation. There you go. Works for me.
[00:42:34] All right. We're going to work on that. Um, how's your life gone since? What are you doing?
[00:42:39] Are you just retired now? Yep. After, uh, after the establishment came out, of course,
[00:42:43] after I won my case, you know, the establishment came after me again with the vote and they were
[00:42:47] able to get me out of office with George Soros money. So, um, after that I said, you know what,
[00:42:54] I'm going to retire. I've, I've, I've done enough. I've, uh, you know, I spent a lot of time in the
[00:42:59] military. I went to the Gulf war and did my thing there. And, um, I said, you know,
[00:43:03] I think I've done enough public service for a while. So I got out of it. I haven't really
[00:43:08] done a whole lot. Of course, you know, since I told you I got a new hip, that meant my hip
[00:43:12] was bad. So I haven't been able to do a whole lot in the last three or four years, but, um,
[00:43:16] now I'm rocking a new hip and I'm ready to get back in the saddle.
[00:43:19] I love it. Um, tell me a little bit about, um, going to war and coming home. Do you find
[00:43:24] America seems to be more and more and more like those countries?
[00:43:27] Um, you know what, it, uh, it, it really pains me to see what is going on with this country and
[00:43:36] with our military. My God, the, uh, uh, the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan. Um,
[00:43:43] that, I mean, that just breaks your heart for our brothers and sisters. Oh my God. If you've ever
[00:43:48] served in the armed forces and don't think that was a total disaster and it doesn't affect you in some
[00:43:53] way, you're not human, man. It's, it's, it's unreal what happened. Well, I never served in the
[00:43:58] military, but I do have great appreciation for and respect for those who serve. And I'll tell you
[00:44:03] this, it offended me to the core of how they were treated. Vietnam offends me to the core to this
[00:44:07] day. And I mean, I go on and on. Uh, and on one hand, I want to reverence those who have served
[00:44:12] and show my appreciation. And most importantly, when they get home, I want to make sure we take care of
[00:44:16] them as we promised to do. But at the same time, I kind of think, you know what, this clown show
[00:44:21] of sending them out there and all these bogus agendas at some point has become such a conflict
[00:44:27] of interest. I have to recommend against it to people. Well, I think we need to quit sticking our
[00:44:31] nose in sometimes where it doesn't belong for sure. Um, it just, I don't know. I don't know how we got
[00:44:37] where we are, Sam. It never used to be like that. And if you asked me today, if I could stand up and
[00:44:43] defend my country, I'll do it, but it's not the same as it won't be with the same enthusiasm I had
[00:44:50] when I was 18. Yeah. You'll do it with a sense of duty, not a sense of desire and, you know,
[00:44:53] God, family, country. It'll be kind of like, all right, what's necessary might be necessary, but,
[00:44:58] and that's a sad, you know, turn of events or change of the guard, if you will. And it just shows
[00:45:02] what America is turning into. I have faith that we can turn it around. We, the people have had our
[00:45:06] backs against the wall before we can do it again. Um, let me ask you this. When we go forward in
[00:45:14] America, how do we not let it get too militant? You're somebody who has military experience,
[00:45:21] somebody who has law enforcement experience. You know what? I support the rule of law. I support
[00:45:26] the police. I, you know, but at the same time, I don't want it to get too militant. At the same
[00:45:30] time, I almost wonder though, if they let too many gangs into the streets and everything else,
[00:45:34] how will it not go militant to stop it? I don't know. Yeah. I'm with you. I don't,
[00:45:38] I don't know the answer to that question. It's, it's something that is concerning and it's something
[00:45:43] that everybody should be worried about quite honestly. Um, I don't know how we're going to
[00:45:49] turn things around other than what we're doing here today. We're, we're meeting with like-minded
[00:45:54] constitutional, uh, Jesus loving, American loving people. And that's what it's going to take. But
[00:46:00] I think right now we're in the minority and we've got to figure out how to swap that around and become
[00:46:06] the majority. So we can take this country back. All right. Were you here last night or did you
[00:46:10] just come today? No, I was here last. All right. So you heard Mary Flynn speak. Yes. And Mary Flynn,
[00:46:15] uh, the sister of general Flynn, uh, and the leader of America's future did a great job at her speech
[00:46:20] last night. But the reason that I bring this up is because she talked about fifth generation warfare
[00:46:27] and, uh, 5GW, fifth generation warfare. Uh, and she talked about how, you know, in the old days,
[00:46:32] you know, used to get in the line. The British didn't know what to do when we started,
[00:46:36] you know, next generation warfare and we're in the trees and the, you know, behind the brick walls
[00:46:40] and the swamps. And they didn't know what to do with us because we didn't fight like normal
[00:46:44] according to them. Uh, and we won, but I bring that up because now in modern days, you know,
[00:46:48] you, you have these illegals crossing the border. You have all these gangs and militant groups.
[00:46:52] You have people returning from the military. You have, you know, Antifa and proud boys and all
[00:46:57] these different people on black lives matter and all these different people to where the games
[00:47:00] change to where it's, it's, it's, you don't even know when you're at war, part of it's
[00:47:04] informational, part of it's when it goes on and on and on. We're going to be working with General
[00:47:08] Flynn because he created that book called fifth generation warfare. Uh, and the CSP are going
[00:47:13] to be working together to draft kind of a manual and a guide and a training for police officers and
[00:47:18] sheriffs and everything to understand kind of the difference in what modern reality they're in.
[00:47:22] Um, because when Patriots want to meet with the sheriff, sometimes the sheriff just say no,
[00:47:26] because they're afraid of the Patriots these days. We have got to sit down and develop
[00:47:30] coalitions of solutions, sir. Well, it's because the propagandist media has turned,
[00:47:35] has determined that we're somehow, um, radicals and somehow trying to destroy the country when
[00:47:42] the exact opposite is true. We're not radical at all. We just want our country back.
[00:47:48] We want to do it peacefully. Absolutely. Um, but the only question is left for you. Do you think
[00:47:53] they'll let us do it peacefully, sir? Sam, I pray every day that they'll let us do it peacefully. But I
[00:47:58] think if we, um, have a, an outcome in the selection, that's not favorable to our side,
[00:48:03] I, I'm, I'm scared that something is going to happen. That's not that we're, that we don't want
[00:48:09] to have. I agree a hundred percent, but I also agree on the other hand, if we lose, I'm fearful even
[00:48:13] more. Yeah. Yeah. I'm with you. I'm with you. It's kind of a double-edged sword. I mean, if we win,
[00:48:19] um, the regime might go against us. And if we lose the machine, uh, will be used against us.
[00:48:27] Either case, I just don't see a great outcome. If we're not very careful, we need to set aside
[00:48:32] partisan politics and, and, and reject the divides that seem to be at every fault line possible.
[00:48:36] And I think the best chance we have of that is Donald Trump getting reelected. Look what he's
[00:48:42] doing. He at least now, whether he's being genuine or whether he's not look what he's done with RFK.
[00:48:49] That's right. You know, he brought him on board to expose the media. I mean,
[00:48:53] I was telling people about he who owns the media makes the rules long before he was,
[00:48:56] but Hey, he jumped on the Madden wagon and good for him for doing it. Right. Right. And now I,
[00:49:00] I hear that he's going to enlist Elon Musk to audit the fed. Hey, how about that? Well,
[00:49:05] I don't know if he's going to audit the fed. He's going to audit the government. Now I hope he audits
[00:49:09] the fed. Well, I just assume. And of course, you know what happens when you assume, but I assume
[00:49:13] since the fed is, well, if he does it right, then you'll be right. Right.
[00:49:18] That's for sure. And you know what? That would be fantastic. The 2.7 million is what I've heard
[00:49:23] that's been wasted in the last 20 years or misappropriated trillion. I'm sorry. Yeah. Trillion.
[00:49:29] Trillion. That's right. My God, that's a lot of money. So yeah. Cause it was even millions or billions.
[00:49:33] It's just like child's play. Right. We're talking about trying to tell trillions to be anywhere now.
[00:49:37] If you're a millionaire today, hell you're a pauper. Yeah. I'm not even a pauper.
[00:49:42] I'm not even a pauper. But you know, we've got to really realize, um, even if Donald's not perfect,
[00:49:50] even if he's got a lot of mistakes, even if he's not as moral of a man as I would like him to be,
[00:49:53] I mean, compared to the other side, Sheriff, I mean, he's, he'll at least, he at least believes
[00:49:59] in America. Let's say it like that. Yeah. Well, he, he definitely has his flaws. And when he first
[00:50:03] announced he was going to run for Sheriff, I said, Oh my God, Donald Trump, are you kidding me?
[00:50:07] Oh yeah. For president. I'm like, Donald Trump, are you serious? But you know what? The four years we
[00:50:13] had under Donald Trump were so much better than the four years we've had into the current
[00:50:18] administration. I don't know how anybody could vote for four more years of what we've got.
[00:50:23] I hear that. I agree a hundred percent. Well, sir, we look forward to working with you. We're
[00:50:27] grateful that you're on the mend and that you're ready to go. And, uh, it's been too long and we're
[00:50:31] grateful for Liberty and Liberty County. And we're going to take that to the nation.
[00:50:34] Absolutely. Sam, I appreciate you having me, my friend. Good seeing you.
[00:50:37] Sheriff Nick Finch, everybody. And you are listening to the one and only Liberty
[00:50:40] Roundtable Live. I'm just telling you, Nick Finch is an incredible man. We need
[00:50:46] sheriffs like that in our day. I'll tell you that right now. All right. I got an email
[00:50:53] from Rand Paul. Would you pay $25 to prevent Kamala Harris from launching another unconstitutional,
[00:51:02] never ending war? Thinking face is a little image or
[00:51:07] icon or whatever you want to call it emoji that goes with it.
[00:51:10] Sam, and it may sound like an exaggeration on my part, but it's really not, says Rand Paul.
[00:51:16] Kamala Harris and Tim Walls, they have a foreign policy vision that includes sending our sons and
[00:51:23] daughters overseas into conflicts that serve Washington elites, but cost American lives and
[00:51:31] trillions of American taxpayer dollars. The only way to stop Kamala Harris is to take back the Senate.
[00:51:39] And then he wants money. With a conservative Senate majority, Sam, we can take a firewall to block
[00:51:46] any planned potential. Harris Walls administration agenda. But Sam, I need your help.
[00:51:54] Final mid-month fundraising deadline. Now, I understand what Rand Paul's trying to do. If there's
[00:51:59] anything for a senator I respect, Rand probably is at the top of the list, right? But man, they've got
[00:52:05] to just quit begging me for money, people. Everywhere I turn, they want to beg me for more money. I mean,
[00:52:11] it's just, it's gotten to the point where it's sickening. I can't take it anymore. Inflation is through
[00:52:16] the roof. Taxes are at an all-time high. And man, I don't have any money to give these clowns. As much
[00:52:22] as I think Rand's right, and as much as I think they deserve some support, where do you put your
[00:52:26] money? Into the radio? Into the politicians? I mean, Donald Trump has been emailing me relentlessly,
[00:52:31] Sam, five bucks. Come on, Sam, ten dollars. Come on, Sam, fifteen dollars. Sam, you can meet Donald.
[00:52:37] Sam, you can go to Mar-a-Lago. Sam, you can, if you donate, donate, donate. We'll put you in these
[00:52:42] raffles and you might possibly win. And every bit of it seems to me as if it's just nothing but a huge,
[00:52:49] just an absolute clown show. We need to have the politicians in the off-season to start to raise
[00:52:57] money for us. Where's the Rand Pauls of the world to help raise money for me? Where's Rand Paul to
[00:53:02] listen to my ideas, my solutions, things that matter to me, things that I'm working on, as opposed to the
[00:53:07] opposite? So on one hand, I support Rand Paul and I get what he's saying, but man asking me for more
[00:53:12] money, when will it end? How much money would be enough, Rand? Oh, whatever it is, it would be a dollar
[00:53:18] more, wouldn't it? And that is the quintessential problem. If we want to do something different, folks,
[00:53:23] giving money to the politicians is not the answer. You've got to act local and expect national impact
[00:53:30] from that local action. That's what General Michael Flynn says, and I think he's spot on on that.
[00:53:34] So I hope Rand Paul comes to the table and helps us soon. And Rand Paul and some of these other people,
[00:53:39] and I appreciate their, what they're doing, but man, it's not enough. Let's do something different.
[00:53:44] All right, hang tight. You are listening to Liberty Roundtable Live. I am Sam Bushman.
[00:53:48] Last thing I want to say is God save the Republic of the United States of America.
