[00:00:13] Broadcasting live from atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West.

[00:00:18] You are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show.

[00:00:24] Back with you live, ladies and gentlemen, Sam Bushman on your radio.

[00:00:27] Hard-hitting news the network refused to use, no doubt, continues now.

[00:00:30] This is the broadcast for November the 27th in the year of our Lord 2024.

[00:00:34] Hour 2 of 2 and our goal always to promote God, family, and country,

[00:00:38] to protect life, liberty, and property, and to do so on your radio

[00:00:41] and the traditions of our founding fathers.

[00:00:43] We reject revolution unless it's a Jesus revolution.

[00:00:46] Then we're in because we follow the Prince of Peace.

[00:00:50] Lance Miliacho with me, the Big Mig Brothers.

[00:00:54] George off on family Thanksgiving duties.

[00:00:57] But Lance with me, thebigmig.com, their award-winning show every weekend

[00:01:01] on Liberty News Radio.

[00:01:03] And their Twitter, and I should say X.

[00:01:06] I don't know why I keep saying Twitter.

[00:01:07] But anyway, their X feed and their Rumble feed just going gangbusters as well,

[00:01:12] over there as well.

[00:01:13] So we've got a lot going on.

[00:01:14] Now, there's a story that I did not see in October, but I see it now,

[00:01:18] and I don't really know what's going on.

[00:01:20] But it's from the Gateway Pundit, and what they say is celebrating 20 years in business.

[00:01:25] October 2024, from what I understand, that's when thegatewaypundit.com came on the air

[00:01:32] or whatever you want to say, started publishing, and they say they had like six people,

[00:01:36] you know, viewing their stuff when they started.

[00:01:38] Now they're huge.

[00:01:40] Anyway, I don't know why the story's coming out in November.

[00:01:42] I don't know if I just missed it.

[00:01:43] It's days old, but it just came out.

[00:01:45] It's kind of weird.

[00:01:46] So it's last month to me.

[00:01:48] But nevertheless, what a milestone again as the new media takes center stage, Lance.

[00:01:53] Yeah, I think it's interesting.

[00:01:55] And, of course, Gateway Pundit's been really, you know, a great source of information.

[00:02:01] I believe it's one of the most accurate online sources for news.

[00:02:05] And they really will expose both sides of the aisle.

[00:02:07] They do a great job, Jim Hoff and his brother Joe Hoff.

[00:02:12] You know, we use them all the time.

[00:02:13] We go to them on a regular basis just to look through what they're doing.

[00:02:15] So I think their 20-year anniversary is a big deal for them, and I congratulate them.

[00:02:19] It's not easy in this environment, especially as much as they have been attacked.

[00:02:25] No question about it.

[00:02:27] And I commend them for their stance.

[00:02:28] You know, it seems to me that Jim Hoff is kind of really the, I don't know what you want to say,

[00:02:35] Breitbart of today, the dredge of today kind of a thing is what he really is, right?

[00:02:39] Yeah.

[00:02:40] Yeah, he's definitely, he has put his reputation and his business on the line many times.

[00:02:46] Because I have to tell you, I think, I believe he was also suspended on X, if I remember correctly.

[00:02:51] And that was early on, very quickly after Donald Trump.

[00:02:55] Which, you know, again, nobody's come out and apologized to these people.

[00:02:59] You know, I think that at the end of the day, there ought to be some consequences for all this suspensions.

[00:03:05] And, you know, just like YouTube, they suspended us over there for, you know, putting up some information directly off of theirs and the CDC website.

[00:03:16] And at the end of the day, their anti-vaccine, their vaccine stance, I think they hurt people.

[00:03:23] And I think they should be held responsible.

[00:03:24] Because have you seen the stories coming out about ivermectin and how it's this unbelievable anti-cancer drug that actually studies are now being released?

[00:03:32] Yes, it's unbelievable for a bunch of reasons.

[00:03:34] And they downplayed it and mocked it.

[00:03:36] And they knew better.

[00:03:37] It's kind of like the same thing.

[00:03:38] They knew about, you know, Hunter's laptop.

[00:03:42] They knew the Russia hoax was false.

[00:03:44] They've known all these things.

[00:03:46] And this is one of them about ivermectin.

[00:03:47] They knew the truth.

[00:03:48] They withheld it from the public.

[00:03:50] I mean, this is serious business and stuff.

[00:03:52] And when you basically suspend the President of the United States Social Media Council while he was president, mind you.

[00:04:00] I mean, I want to see heads roll for that at this point.

[00:04:04] I'm not normally the retribution guy.

[00:04:06] I believe that, you know, retribution is mine, saith the Lord, and all this kind of stuff.

[00:04:10] I'm more of a gentle guy.

[00:04:12] I get that we've got to have prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

[00:04:15] But in this case, though, I need heads to roll, though.

[00:04:18] I need Anthony Fauci to go to prison.

[00:04:20] Okay?

[00:04:21] I agree he deserves due process like everybody else.

[00:04:25] But we need Nuremberg-style trials here going on, Lance.

[00:04:28] Yeah, there's no doubt.

[00:04:29] I mean, we're talking about, you know, not only the people that died.

[00:04:33] How about the vaccine injured, which those numbers just keep going up?

[00:04:36] But I am a retribution guy.

[00:04:38] I truly believe that even if you are a died guy, that I think you have to face the consequences of your actions.

[00:04:45] And in this case, we have seen so many people get away with criminal acts that not only impacted people's families, you know, for example, during the pandemic.

[00:04:55] But how about all the other criminal acts?

[00:04:58] I want to see these people face consequences because I want to put the fear of God in those people that are now coming forward in power.

[00:05:07] I want them to know that it's not okay for them either.

[00:05:09] But if we just keep people allowing Hillary Clinton and the rest of them to get away with this stuff, Sam, if they don't face the consequences, if Fauci doesn't face consequences for what he did, if Bill Gates doesn't face consequences, then what's to stop the next person from doing it again and again and again?

[00:05:26] Amen.

[00:05:26] Dr. Robert Malone is kind of doing round two to let everybody know, hey, you know what?

[00:05:31] The coronavirus was created in a North Carolina lab, folks.

[00:05:36] And he's got a lot of evidence and he says we need to basically uncover all the files and we need to declassify.

[00:05:41] We need to have transparency to truth on this thing.

[00:05:43] And, you know, everybody's mocking him and kind of going ballistic about what he has to say.

[00:05:49] But in my opinion, he's really speaking out.

[00:05:53] There's a lot of this stuff going on.

[00:05:55] There's a lot of people speaking out about some of these things that are really serious, Lance.

[00:05:59] But I think that North Carolina is where they created the coronavirus.

[00:06:03] And then the question becomes, was it leaked by accident?

[00:06:06] That's so far what they want you to believe.

[00:06:08] But I believe it was intentional.

[00:06:09] And the reason that I believe that it was intentional is all the downstream effects of this.

[00:06:13] Okay.

[00:06:14] When it came out, if you really wanted people to be healed and it's like, oh, my gosh, this was horrible.

[00:06:18] This got released on the world.

[00:06:19] You would let people have ivermectin.

[00:06:21] You would say, I don't care what choices you guys want to choose.

[00:06:24] Anything that might work is worth trying, is worth doing, is worth.

[00:06:26] They didn't have that.

[00:06:27] Every policy they put in place was basically pro-death.

[00:06:32] Run death.

[00:06:32] I mean, from the...

[00:06:35] Remdesivir.

[00:06:36] Remdesivir.

[00:06:36] That's what I'm looking for.

[00:06:37] And everything else is like, it was a kill plan, right?

[00:06:40] Run death is near.

[00:06:42] Yeah.

[00:06:43] Yeah.

[00:06:44] In our show, we call that run death is near, Sam.

[00:06:47] And my point is, you're right.

[00:06:49] These people, they proactively withheld ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, the Zelenko protocol.

[00:06:59] And I believe they 100% caused deaths and injuries that should have never happened.

[00:07:06] Amen.

[00:07:07] By the way, I got to correct myself.

[00:07:08] It was Robert Redfield that is saying that right now.

[00:07:12] There's just two Roberts, and they're both vaccine truth tellers and stuff like that.

[00:07:15] I know Malone very well.

[00:07:16] I don't know Redfield.

[00:07:17] Yeah.

[00:07:18] This is Redfield that basically said what I'm saying now.

[00:07:20] That, hey, Redfield basically said, hey, you know what?

[00:07:24] COVID-19 may have been developed as part of the U.S. government's national biodefense strategy.

[00:07:31] But it, you know, they distanced themselves from it.

[00:07:33] It went to China, and then it got released.

[00:07:35] Now, who knows where it was really released from is part of the question.

[00:07:39] Was it really created in a lab and with United States funding?

[00:07:42] Because we've been blaming it on China for quite some time.

[00:07:45] The Chinese not forthcoming with information.

[00:07:47] We give them more criticism.

[00:07:48] But you know what?

[00:07:49] If it was developed here, the Chinese are almost protecting us by not calling a whistle to that.

[00:07:54] The question becomes this.

[00:07:55] Will RFK, JR, and Donald Trump get to the bottom of that one, Lance?

[00:08:01] You know, I think that's tricky, Sam.

[00:08:04] I think it's tricky.

[00:08:05] I don't know if they will or not.

[00:08:07] You know, round one, the first Trump administration, there was supposed to be accountability and consequences.

[00:08:13] And then came this policy of let bygones be bygones.

[00:08:18] So to get to the bottom of these issues, they've got to be willing to expose it to the American public.

[00:08:23] And I'm wondering, are they going to do it?

[00:08:26] Are they going to expose the Epstein client list?

[00:08:28] Are they going to expose the truth about the JFK assassination?

[00:08:32] How about 9-11?

[00:08:33] Are we going to finally know the truth about 9-11?

[00:08:35] Because there is lots of data coming out and lots of whistleblowers that say it was impossible that those planes took those buildings down like they did.

[00:08:44] That's right.

[00:08:44] Building 7 is in question.

[00:08:46] And what happened to the Pentagon is in question, too.

[00:08:48] Was it a missile or what really hit there?

[00:08:51] Well, how about the Pentagon?

[00:08:53] How about the fact that they haven't passed any of the last of their seven audits?

[00:08:57] We're talking about trillions and trillions of dollars that's gone missing that they can't account for.

[00:09:03] A lot of people think that missile struck the Pentagon because that's where they were doing the auditing for $2.2 trillion that was missing.

[00:09:11] Yeah.

[00:09:12] Yeah.

[00:09:12] But that's the thing.

[00:09:13] If Donald Trump got talked out of by the deep state last term, which he admitted that he did, or last go-round, talked out of even releasing the JFK files and stuff, he's not going to get to the bottom of any of this.

[00:09:24] I can tell you that.

[00:09:24] What about Joe Biden's birth certificate, too?

[00:09:27] I'm sorry.

[00:09:28] Barack Obama's birth certificate as well.

[00:09:30] I want the truth on that.

[00:09:32] Forget birth or discussions.

[00:09:33] Forget the mocking labeling they've given us for that.

[00:09:36] I just want to know if the birth certificate's a fact or not.

[00:09:38] Joe Arpaio's proven that it's a fraud.

[00:09:40] And I don't only want the truth.

[00:09:41] I want criminal charges.

[00:09:42] I want the dirty 51 plus 8 not only to lose their security clearances for what they did to Roger Stone, Donald Trump, and Mike Flynn.

[00:09:50] I want them to see the consequences of their actions.

[00:09:53] I want them to face a three-day military tribunal.

[00:09:56] Amen.

[00:09:57] Enough is enough of this garbage.

[00:09:58] And I want to see them put Flynn somewhere.

[00:10:00] People have to deal with their consequences.

[00:10:01] I want to see them put Flynn somewhere, too, but I don't see that so far, either.

[00:10:05] That's a disappointment.

[00:10:06] You know, in my opinion at this point, I don't think he's going to see a position.

[00:10:12] I'll be honest with you.

[00:10:13] I wanted to see Roger Stone in there, and I don't think he's going to see a position.

[00:10:17] I mean, not that Roger's not important to the Trump administration and the Trump campaign behind the scenes,

[00:10:22] but I want to see both of those guys in positions where it matters.

[00:10:25] I wanted to see Brigadier General Anthony Tata in there.

[00:10:28] I thought he was going to be the head of the CIA.

[00:10:31] You know, there's many people that I want to see in positions of influence and power,

[00:10:35] because I believe these are the people that we would want in government.

[00:10:38] But here we are again, and that's not happening.

[00:10:41] And is Donald Trump this time going to be, oh, leave poor Hillary alone?

[00:10:45] No, I don't want to leave Hillary alone.

[00:10:46] I don't want to leave Barack Obama alone.

[00:10:48] I don't want to leave Dr. Fauci alone.

[00:10:50] I want to leave them alone once we put him in prison.

[00:10:52] Then we can leave him alone for a while.

[00:10:53] Hang tight.

[00:13:06] All right, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:13:08] There's a fascinating story in The Blaze right now.

[00:13:13] It's really this guy's substack that started it, but The Blaze picked it up and I got it from them so they get some credit.

[00:13:19] The guy's name is Gord McGill.

[00:13:25] Gord McGill, I think is how you say his name, over at The Blaze.

[00:13:29] Who is Gord?

[00:13:29] You say, well, Gord's a trucker.

[00:13:32] And he leads this trucker substack group.

[00:13:35] It's basically the anonymous trucker group.

[00:13:37] And these guys are absolutely in for the Donald.

[00:13:42] And so it's a trucker's open letter to Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy over at Doge.

[00:13:51] D-O-G-E, right?

[00:13:52] That's the Department of Government.

[00:13:55] What is it called?

[00:13:56] Department of Government.

[00:13:57] Efficiency.

[00:13:58] Efficiency, yeah.

[00:13:59] All right.

[00:14:00] I think it ought to be the Department of Government shutdown, for my opinion.

[00:14:03] But there you go.

[00:14:03] So anyway, all I can tell you is he writes this incredible letter and explains what he really needs.

[00:14:10] He says, hey, truckers are beat up the most.

[00:14:12] They're the most regulated, the most abused group you could find.

[00:14:15] And that's very strange when we're basically the nation's nerve center.

[00:14:21] In other words, all things, you know, by truckers do we get, if you will.

[00:14:26] And as a result, he's saying, look, we've got to start with the truckers.

[00:14:30] We've got to start with lifting the boot off the neck of the truckers and the trucking industry.

[00:14:36] And I think he's right.

[00:14:37] Now, there's a lot of trains that deliver products too.

[00:14:39] But truckers are the nerve center for sure of trying to get products from A to B and products at your store and products in your hands.

[00:14:46] And anyway, I want to play part of this little interview they did here because it sets the stage.

[00:14:51] And then Lance and I will talk about it.

[00:14:53] Here it is.

[00:14:53] The trucking industry is sounding the alarm on wasteful spending and broken policies.

[00:14:59] And one trucker is taking his fight straight to Elon Musk, Vivek Ramaswamy and Doge.

[00:15:04] Gord McGill, he's a career truck driver and author of the Autonomous Truckers Substack.

[00:15:09] And he joins us now to break down his powerful open letter on TheBlaze.com

[00:15:13] and what needs to change to fix America's trucking system.

[00:15:17] So, Gord, thanks so much for joining us.

[00:15:20] Can you give us a quick overview of just some of the major issues right now in the trucking industry?

[00:15:26] Go ahead and pause.

[00:15:28] Oh, there's so many.

[00:15:29] Sorry, I said anonymous.

[00:15:31] It's autonomous.

[00:15:32] My fault.

[00:15:32] My bad.

[00:15:34] Anyway, anonymous.

[00:15:35] It's not anonymous.

[00:15:36] They're willing to go on record.

[00:15:37] He's public everywhere.

[00:15:38] But it's the autonomous truckers.

[00:15:40] And that's very interesting, too, because we'll talk about that after.

[00:15:44] But it has to do with running your own rigs and everything else, not working for a big corporation,

[00:15:48] but owner-operators, what they call those guys.

[00:15:50] Anyway, here's his comments.

[00:15:52] Then we'll talk about it.

[00:15:54] Oh, there's so many.

[00:15:55] And they've been ongoing for so long.

[00:15:58] I'll stick to the ones that are in the piece and specifically my recommendations to Doge.

[00:16:03] You opened with saying that the industry is speaking out about this.

[00:16:09] I'd say I'm a bit more of a dissident voice in that because the industry, writ large,

[00:16:15] has become very dependent on the government for money in something I refer to as a stealth corporate welfare scam

[00:16:23] that sort of advertises itself as a jobs program.

[00:16:28] They've been complaining about a shortage of truck drivers for decades now.

[00:16:33] And that shortage is completely and utterly manufactured, does not exist.

[00:16:38] And the claim to it has caused more problems than people really understand.

[00:16:45] Unbelievable.

[00:16:46] There's so many interesting things in this letter, which I encourage people to go read at The Blaze.

[00:16:52] Can you talk a little bit about what you call modern-day slavery and its relationship to what's going on?

[00:16:59] Right.

[00:17:00] So America and the sort of West writ large has got a problem with sort of illegal immigration and various flavors of migrants.

[00:17:09] The United States and Canada are no different.

[00:17:11] And many of those people have gotten into the trucking industry, sometimes involuntarily.

[00:17:17] There was a major sort of indentured servitude scam identified in one of Canada's major newspapers about five years ago,

[00:17:26] where truck drivers, well, peasants actually from India were brought to Canada, claimed to be truck drivers, but they weren't,

[00:17:33] sent to a sort of two-bit truck training school, given licenses without having any comprehensive understanding of the English language or even how to drive,

[00:17:43] and then sent out over the Rocky Mountains and over to the eastern side of the continent.

[00:17:51] This sort of practice is replicated in the United States.

[00:17:55] Sometimes it's legal with the use of, I believe they're called EB-3 visas, but there are some operators out there who are really blatant about this.

[00:18:03] All right, let's go ahead and stop it now.

[00:18:05] I just wanted to highlight some of the flavor of what this guy talks about.

[00:18:08] He has all kinds of sections in his letter.

[00:18:11] This isn't just a quick, hey, the truckers are being abused, Elon, and Vavake, can you do something about it over at Doge?

[00:18:17] This is a breakdown of details.

[00:18:19] The guy's got solutions and headings, and it's more than a letter.

[00:18:23] It's almost a solutions plan, like, guys, if you want to care about the truckers, here's the blueprint of what we need to do letter.

[00:18:30] It's impressive, Lance.

[00:18:33] Yeah, there's no doubt.

[00:18:35] I mean, that driver shortage narrative he talks about, I'm aware of that.

[00:18:39] I know that they've been doing that for years and years and years, and it's a way to kind of get these large influxes of money from state and federal governments to act as if there's not enough truckers.

[00:18:49] And that double broker, the topic that he covers, in fact, 100% accurate.

[00:18:56] I heard that from many truckers here back when I was using truckers to transport bars.

[00:19:03] What you've got is an unlicensed or whatever.

[00:19:07] I shouldn't say unlicensed.

[00:19:08] Let me say it differently.

[00:19:09] Virtually an illegal middleman for this, right?

[00:19:12] I'm hesitating because I'm trying to use the right words.

[00:19:14] An illegal middleman is what you'd call him.

[00:19:16] Right.

[00:19:17] So double brokering basically allows two brokers to negotiate on the same transaction on a load.

[00:19:23] So it happens a lot in the car industry and otherwise where one broker is in line to actually broker the load and get the load loaded with a trucker, and then a second broker gets in line.

[00:19:32] And what happens is that all takes money out of the trucker's pocket, and sometimes to the point that the brokering is so criminal that the trucker never even gets paid.

[00:19:41] So this kind of thing, we're seeing this.

[00:19:43] This is happening in the United States.

[00:19:45] It's been going on for years and years, a lot of regulatory misdirection.

[00:19:48] There's a lot of this.

[00:19:49] And in their own way, I really do believe he's accurate that this is kind of a form of modern-day slavery, the way that they treat the truckers across the nation.

[00:19:58] And I do believe that he's right because if the truckers just tomorrow stop delivering, we would be in a crisis in under probably nine or ten days, a massive crisis across the United States.

[00:20:11] I believe it would be way less than nine or ten days, though.

[00:20:14] But your point's well taken.

[00:20:15] Because if you talk about some of the refrigerated trucks and some of the trucks that have cool medications that run under refrigeration and everything else, it wouldn't just be food.

[00:20:24] It wouldn't just be buying something down at Walmart.

[00:20:26] It would be a real issue even at the pharmacy and everything else.

[00:20:29] It would be a disaster.

[00:20:31] People have no idea.

[00:20:32] Anyway, I brought this up because I think this story is worth focusing on.

[00:20:35] And I think that all kinds of groups are coming to the service now and going, Elon, Vivek, Donald, can you please help us?

[00:20:46] And it splits all party lines, Lance.

[00:20:50] Yeah, for sure.

[00:20:51] I mean, Vivek's one of the first people to really interact with the truckers at a grassroots level.

[00:20:57] He attended some of their big get-togethers, and he actually did some in-call video presentations.

[00:21:03] So he's the right guy to go to.

[00:21:04] And I think Vivek really understands the trucking industry.

[00:21:08] You know, I watched one of his appearances at one of the trucking union events, and I think he really gets it.

[00:21:14] But I think it is time to focus on this.

[00:21:16] There's just so much.

[00:21:18] You know, Sam, my big concern is four years enough time to fix all of this stuff.

[00:21:22] And are they really ready to fix it?

[00:21:24] I pray so.

[00:21:26] But four years is not enough time.

[00:21:27] But they've really got, as former Congressman Steve King came on our shows and this kind of stuff and made a point.

[00:21:34] No, no, no.

[00:21:35] This was Steve Stockman.

[00:21:36] Sorry.

[00:21:37] Both of them came on my show.

[00:21:38] But Steve Stockman, former congressman of Texas, said, listen, you've got one year to get enough done.

[00:21:43] Why?

[00:21:44] Because after two years, that's the next congressional.

[00:21:47] All 435 members of Congress can potentially be replaced in the House.

[00:21:52] And you've got literally one year because the second year you're running on what you did the first year.

[00:21:57] And either you run on empty promises and you look bad or you run on success and you look great.

[00:22:01] But you've got one year to really take action.

[00:22:05] And I think Trump knows this.

[00:22:06] And that's why doesn't he say that by the end of July 2026, the work of the Doge will be done?

[00:22:13] You know, I can't underestimate even Musk being involved at the Doge, of course, and making things happen quickly.

[00:22:23] Because he is he has an incredible history.

[00:22:26] Look what he did with X.

[00:22:27] It was really a matter of weeks that that force was cut down.

[00:22:31] He went in, said this is what I'm going to do.

[00:22:33] And at the end of the day, he did it very quickly.

[00:22:36] So it's very possible the job cuts and the agency cuts could happen very quickly.

[00:22:40] But fixing the issues, I think that's a different topic.

[00:22:43] I'm not sure.

[00:22:44] Maybe the Department of Government officially getting rid of, you know, $2 trillion of our expense a year with all these unnecessary bloated federal agencies.

[00:22:53] But I'm not sure these other problems we're talking about could be fixed in that kind of a time frame, Sam.

[00:22:57] I don't think it's possible.

[00:22:58] I don't think you need to get it all fixed in that time frame.

[00:23:01] But as Steve Stockman pointed out wisely, you've got to get enough done to run on what you've accomplished so that you can say we deserve more time.

[00:23:11] And so you don't have to have it all done, but you've got to have enough in your pocket.

[00:23:13] And so I want to see serious layoffs coming out of the gate.

[00:23:16] I don't want to see us try to deport every illegal to create a madhouse in the country.

[00:23:20] But I do want to see us at least get rid of the how many ever thousands of murderers and rapists and literal criminals are in the country.

[00:23:28] They should be easy to find and deport literally quickly.

[00:23:31] And so if you can chalk up several gains, lay off a bunch of government employees, go ahead and put some tariffs in place.

[00:23:39] But you've got to reduce taxes immediately, quickly as well.

[00:23:41] You've got to whatever you do, you've got to reduce spending to match that quickly.

[00:23:44] Coming out of the gate, we need to be really serious about this.

[00:23:47] And if you can get enough done in the first year to point to we've got these 10 gains, people, we're serious.

[00:23:53] We need more time, but look what we've accomplished.

[00:23:55] Now you're getting somewhere, and that's what we would pray for.

[00:26:00] Former Brazilian President Bolsonaro is accused in a newly released police report of trying to block a peaceful transfer of power after his election defeat a couple of years ago.

[00:26:10] It cites sort of eight main pieces of evidence in particular, including a meeting that he called, according to police, in December 2022, with top officials from the armed forces,

[00:26:21] essentially presenting them with a plan for a coup and asking them to join in.

[00:26:26] Now, police in this report say that the Army and Air Force commanders has refused,

[00:26:31] but the Navy commander, who is now retired, did express his support for the plan, according to those investigating.

[00:26:37] The BBC's Aone Wells says Bolsonaro has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing.

[00:26:43] Australia's House of Representatives has passed a bill that would ban children younger than 16 years from social media.

[00:26:49] That leaves it to the Senate to take the next step in finalizing that law, said to be the first of its kind anywhere in the world.

[00:26:56] News and analysis, townhall.com.

[00:27:00] A federal agent stands accused of being among the baddest of bad apples.

[00:27:04] FBI agent Eduardo Valdivia under arrest in Maryland, accused of raping two women he met after promising free tattoos for modeling.

[00:27:13] Montgomery County Police Assistant Chief Nicholas Augustine says there could be more victims.

[00:27:19] During the photo shoot, the victim was sexually assaulted by Valdivia.

[00:27:23] After this assault, the victim was coerced and threatened with legal action if she did not return to comply with the contract.

[00:27:31] Police say the women did not know Valdivia was FBI.

[00:27:34] He used aliases.

[00:27:35] Previously, Valdivia was acquitted of attempted murder for shooting a man on a D.C. metro in 2020.

[00:27:41] I'm Julie Walker.

[00:30:34] The news cycle's on fire as usual.

[00:30:36] If you're just catching the show now, you definitely don't want to not go back and listen to everything we covered already.

[00:30:42] Because let me tell you something.

[00:30:43] Lots of crazy stuff going on.

[00:30:45] You've got to pay attention if you want to know the truth.

[00:30:47] And this is your source for truth.

[00:30:49] Ex-FBI informed an accused of lying about the binds is indicted on federal tax charges.

[00:30:55] You guys might remember the name, Alexander Smirnoff.

[00:30:59] They just hit him with a new indictment for potential tax charges, tax fraud,

[00:31:04] and some other things connected to it.

[00:31:06] But here's my question.

[00:31:08] I love the title of this.

[00:31:10] I mean, it's compelling.

[00:31:11] It comes from AP, the Washington AP specifically.

[00:31:15] But Smirnoff's first indictment included the fact that he had supposedly created a multi-million dollar bribery scheme.

[00:31:23] But what he disclosed wasn't really a bribery scheme.

[00:31:26] Because we're talking about the Hunter Biden laptop from hell.

[00:31:30] And this gentleman had exposed that the executives associated with the Ukrainian energy company, Burisma,

[00:31:37] paid Hunter Biden and Joe Biden $5 million each in 2015 and 16.

[00:31:43] Of course, he was immediately indicted.

[00:31:44] And I think that was just to cover it up.

[00:31:47] Anybody that knows the Hunter Biden laptop from hell knows that there's literally 1,100-plus state and federal crimes

[00:31:55] that are exposed on that laptop.

[00:31:56] So the question is, Sam, is this just another move from the Bidens to cover up and hide what really happened

[00:32:02] by attacking Smirnoff with a new charge?

[00:32:06] Unfortunately, Lance, I say the answer is a resounding yes.

[00:32:10] I'm convinced that oftentimes what happens is I don't trust the FBI as part of the problem.

[00:32:15] And why this guy would be an informant in the first place, I don't know.

[00:32:18] The tax charges, it just seems like, you know, you can derail the issue.

[00:32:21] The issue isn't really tax charges.

[00:32:23] The issue is Hunter Biden.

[00:32:24] The real issue is Joe Biden.

[00:32:26] And, you know, Joe Biden now, you know, I don't know what he's doing.

[00:32:31] I guess he's still president.

[00:32:32] But, I mean, look, he hasn't done anything presidential in months and everything else.

[00:32:35] And what I find fascinating is they released all the classified documents stored at Mar-a-Lago for Donald.

[00:32:41] That's been released because, hey, they can't go after a sitting president.

[00:32:45] But you know what?

[00:32:46] Joe Biden's examples were when he was never even president.

[00:32:50] And as soon as he's not president anymore, they should go after him and prosecute to the full extent of the law.

[00:32:55] This needs to be about those documents that Joe Biden had that he shouldn't have had.

[00:32:59] This needs to be about that laptop and the pay-to-play of Hunter and Joe in the mix.

[00:33:04] Hunter tried to say the big guy was not involved, but evidence shows that he clearly was.

[00:33:08] And so the bottom line is, look, they've literally committed perjury and lied in court and everything else.

[00:33:15] But I believe what will happen is they'll just take this Smirnoff case.

[00:33:18] They'll blame it on taxes, blame it on Biden had a gun that he shouldn't have had.

[00:33:21] We won't talk about the real issues.

[00:33:23] And then what will happen is that everything will be just basically brought into court, bottled up, protected or whatever.

[00:33:30] Now, they say they just released this, but they didn't release anything really damning.

[00:33:34] They just said, hey, a court case is coming up and this guy's, you know, they're saying he's guilty of some tax evasion stuff.

[00:33:40] That's the tiny stuff that doesn't matter.

[00:33:42] That's the slap on the wrist.

[00:33:43] That's the Bill Clinton had sex with an intern discussion when he should be in prison for all kinds of other reasons, Lance.

[00:33:49] Well, what I think is interesting is that they loved the FBI historically has loved to use the word informant because it really discredits the person right from the get-go.

[00:33:59] So when you say ex-FBI informant, you already kind of have an unsavory tilt on it.

[00:34:03] But what did Smirnoff, was he really an informant or was he really a whistleblower when he reported the fact that this money had changed hands towards allegedly towards Hunter Biden, Joe Biden?

[00:34:15] And now here we are again.

[00:34:16] And let's face it, the FBI and the DOJ have been fully weaponized against the truth.

[00:34:21] This administration has done an amazing job of using them to stop their enemies.

[00:34:27] If you go into the story at all and you dig into the Burisma-Ukraine story and you get into a guy named Andrei Durchok and you know the history between Durchok and what he exposed about Hunter and Joe Biden,

[00:34:38] you would know that, in fact, this isn't just some random conspiracy guy that popped out of the woodwork to throw out a story that wasn't true.

[00:34:46] And allegedly it was some kind of a pay-per-play bribery scheme.

[00:34:50] The truth is it was bribery.

[00:34:52] Joe Biden and Hunter Biden did receive these funds and nobody can explain why.

[00:34:57] And there doesn't seem to be any investigation pending on it.

[00:35:00] And that's because we don't have an agency to turn to, you know, Sam.

[00:35:05] Who do we turn to to make a report that we're not going to be gone after?

[00:35:09] If we have facts that are true about Joe Biden and Hunter Biden, we reported to the FBI.

[00:35:13] Are we going to be the next ones to get charged that they're going to trump up some case against us and to make sure that we'll stop talking or to make sure we'll get incarcerated and ruin our entire lives with it?

[00:35:22] Hey, Lance, they'll do that.

[00:35:24] They'll do that even if you don't.

[00:35:27] Exactly.

[00:35:28] Yeah.

[00:35:29] I'm just making a point.

[00:35:30] You don't even got to go to that level to that.

[00:35:32] Just standing up for what we believe in and doing what we do already is enough.

[00:35:35] But your point's well taken that all this does is derail the argument, though.

[00:35:38] Look, is it about this moving literally billions of dollars in scandalous money around?

[00:35:42] Or is this really about him evading taxes?

[00:35:45] See, the evading taxes is nothing.

[00:35:47] It's a slap on the wrist.

[00:35:49] Man, you had an intern, Monica.

[00:35:50] You shouldn't have done it.

[00:35:51] We got the blue dress as proof.

[00:35:53] That's all irrelevant to the real crimes being committed.

[00:35:55] And that's what they want to do.

[00:35:56] And the way you can tell that is in the next line of the story.

[00:35:59] It says Hunter Biden is scheduled to be sentenced next month in two separate criminal cases accusing him of.

[00:36:07] And now they're off on these other cases, right?

[00:36:09] That's my point.

[00:36:11] This is nothing but a deception plan.

[00:36:13] Redirection, right?

[00:36:14] That's right.

[00:36:14] And let's face it.

[00:36:15] You know, seditious conspiracy, influence peddling, FARA violations are much more serious than a tax case and a gun charge.

[00:36:23] But let's face it.

[00:36:24] Even that gun charge, Sam, the gun is supposed to carry five years.

[00:36:28] And each bullet is supposed to carry five years when you lie on that ATF form.

[00:36:33] And I'm not telling you that I support what the ATF does because I don't really support what they do.

[00:36:36] Because I believe in the shall not be infringed rule.

[00:36:39] But at the end of the day, Hunter Biden committed that gun.

[00:36:42] And they tried to give him a complete pass until the alt media went nuts.

[00:36:47] There's no pass for the Hunter Biden laptop.

[00:36:49] There's no pass for Joe Biden or Hunter Biden in my book.

[00:36:52] And if Donald Trump gives these people a pass, I think he's doing an egregious amount of damage to the American people and the credibility of this administration walking in.

[00:37:02] These people have to face consequences.

[00:37:05] And this weaponization, going after whistleblowers, going after people that are testifying.

[00:37:11] They want to call him an informant?

[00:37:13] I'm calling, I'm saying that he's a patriotic American or a patriotic individual that wants the truth to come out.

[00:37:19] Just like Andre Durchok.

[00:37:21] Just like the fact that Miles Guo, to shut him down, what did they do?

[00:37:25] They arrested him.

[00:37:26] They arrested him and indicted him on charges that I don't believe are credible.

[00:37:30] And it's another weaponization.

[00:37:32] And I believe that was part of some kind of a narrative behind the scenes where they are negotiating with the CCP.

[00:37:37] So at the end of the day, this kind of thing has to stop.

[00:37:39] And not only does it have to stop, the people that are responsible behind doing this need to face their own criminal charges, Sam.

[00:37:48] There's no question about it.

[00:37:49] And I think the reason these stories are coming out right now is what they're really trying to do is set the stage in the lame duck session for nothing to happen.

[00:37:55] As you mentioned before, are we going to let bygones be bygones?

[00:37:58] My problem is this.

[00:38:00] They won't be bygones.

[00:38:01] The latest scandal will be a bygone.

[00:38:03] But the current and continuing scandals will continue because we didn't deal with the bygones.

[00:38:09] Right?

[00:38:10] So to me, it isn't about as much looking to the past.

[00:38:12] But you've got to solve the problems in the past and create accountability in the past for the present and in the future.

[00:38:18] I'm more interested in the present and the future.

[00:38:20] But if you're not going to solve the past or whatever, then the present and the future will just become the past by and by again.

[00:38:25] In other words, when does tomorrow come, Lance?

[00:38:28] You know, I agree with you.

[00:38:30] I want accountability and consequences from day one.

[00:38:33] I want them to walk in there with a pile of executive orders and investigations and immediately go after the individual.

[00:38:38] Because I think we have to stop this.

[00:38:40] And to stop it dead in its tracks, we have to make sure these people understand that if they violate the law, they're going to pay the price.

[00:38:47] Speaking of, I think, accountability, I don't know if you saw this, Sam.

[00:38:51] The high court suspended, and I guess this is in Kenya, suspended the government immunity and privileges for Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

[00:38:59] So they've issued a really interesting conservatory order suspending immunity and privileges that were granted to Bill and Melinda Gates under this Privileges and Immunities Act.

[00:39:09] And I think this is leading back to their operation within the health environment.

[00:39:19] I'm convinced that this is huge if it's what it really purports to be, Lance.

[00:39:25] That's the question.

[00:39:26] Well, yeah.

[00:39:27] Of course.

[00:39:27] Is this a red herring?

[00:39:29] They're kind of publicly saying that.

[00:39:30] But, you know, on the surface, that's what it'll be.

[00:39:33] And behind the scenes, they're doing everything contrary to that.

[00:39:35] You know, I don't know that.

[00:39:35] But I will say this.

[00:39:37] Hey, why would we be giving the Bill and Linda Gates Foundation, why would we be giving them immunity in the first place?

[00:39:44] Why would they deserve or need that is what my question would be.

[00:39:47] Aren't they just a philanthropic group around the world supposedly doing good for humanity everywhere?

[00:39:51] And if that's really true, they don't need immunity, do they?

[00:39:55] Well, it's interesting, you know, for people that aren't aware of it for the audience, you know, it's pretty similar to getting diplomatic status.

[00:40:02] Right.

[00:40:02] So you're basically a diplomatic official when you receive this immunity and privileges category.

[00:40:07] But I agree with you.

[00:40:08] Why do you need that?

[00:40:10] Why do you need this immunity?

[00:40:11] Why do you need absolute immunity?

[00:40:13] You only need that if you know you're going to do something that's against the law.

[00:40:16] And I don't think the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has been doing the work that they allege they're doing.

[00:40:21] There's been lots of connections to the AIDS virus and all sorts of other things that are very unsavory.

[00:40:27] And I think that needs to be a full investigation.

[00:40:29] And let's face it, even in our own country, what Gates did during the pandemic and what he's doing.

[00:40:35] Go ahead and skip the break.

[00:40:36] Lance has got some great stuff.

[00:40:37] Continue, sir.

[00:40:39] Yeah.

[00:40:39] And I think this, Sam, I think look at what Gates has been involved in.

[00:40:42] Look at his appeal product where he wants to spray vaccines on the skins of fruits and vegetables.

[00:40:49] Look at what he's doing on the mosquito release and what his plan is there.

[00:40:53] Why is Gates, a non-science guy, even involved in any of this?

[00:40:57] Why are we allowing him to do this?

[00:40:59] This is a guy that basically, in my opinion, made a not very good deal in a garage with some other people that he recognized had a value to his own benefit.

[00:41:09] And, of course, moved it into what is now Microsoft.

[00:41:13] But listen, this is the same guy that allegedly went to Epstein Island 27 times.

[00:41:18] Why is this guy given the protections that he's given?

[00:41:22] Why is he given the influence that he's given?

[00:41:24] Simply because he's rich?

[00:41:26] Doesn't seem like enough for me.

[00:41:30] Well, again, I don't even understand what the amenity is about, though.

[00:41:32] What do you need your untouchable status for?

[00:41:37] Okay, it reminds me of the vaccines, Lance.

[00:41:39] Why do we have a vaccine injury compensation fund that was passed under Ronald Reagan in, like, 1986 or whatever, where basically if anything goes wrong with vaccines, the taxpayers are on the hook, not the company that developed the vaccines in the first place.

[00:41:50] If you have accountability and transparency, then you say, look, if you create a vaccine and you claim it's safe and effective, and the government jumps on board with you and says it's safe and effective, we've done all the studies, all the rigorous whatever, then accountability should be with the company that's making those claims.

[00:42:05] The problem is the vaccine industry was on its last breath.

[00:42:08] It was on the ropes.

[00:42:10] To use a balking term, it was on the ropes.

[00:42:14] And they had to basically pass that to keep the vaccine companies in business because their vaccines were failing, and it was a disaster.

[00:42:20] Okay, well, if the same thing is true here, if Bill and Hill, I mean, if Bill and Melinda Gates are just, you know, kind benefactors or, you know, whatever you want to say of this do good around the world idea.

[00:42:35] And I say that because there's so many issues therein that are just problematic and scandalous that it's hard to even get your arms around so many things they do.

[00:42:42] But if they're really just good, honest, you know, philanthropists doing a wonderful job, why do they need this untouchable immunity in the first place?

[00:42:49] And I don't even know.

[00:42:51] They want immunity for different reasons and different cases all the time.

[00:42:54] But what for?

[00:42:55] Like if I give money to charity or help out with a soup kitchen or do this, I don't run around and look for immunity, for crying out loud.

[00:43:02] What is this all about?

[00:43:05] The vaccine case example I just provided is part of the answer.

[00:43:11] Well, I think you're right.

[00:43:12] I think you're spot on.

[00:43:13] I don't think you could have been any more accurate than you just were.

[00:43:16] You know, if you walk in, let's face it, I walk into a deal and I put the contract on the table and I said, Sam, I want to do this deal with you.

[00:43:22] But you're going to need to give me full legal immunity for everything, no matter what happens, no matter what I do, no matter what behavior I listen, no matter how much money we lose or make or where that money goes or what I do with the money.

[00:43:35] I want full legal immunity.

[00:43:37] You give me full authorization and you're never going to sue me.

[00:43:39] You're never going to take me to arbitration.

[00:43:41] You're never going to complain about anything in a public environment.

[00:43:44] Sign this right here, Sam.

[00:43:46] Now, maybe up until that point, the whole deal seemed great.

[00:43:49] But would that not trigger a massive amount of red flags in your own head that somehow I'm asking for immunity on anything that could possibly happen?

[00:44:00] I don't know.

[00:44:01] I just don't even understand it, really.

[00:44:03] I really don't.

[00:44:04] I mean, I don't get the connection, right?

[00:44:06] I mean, do you understand the connection here?

[00:44:08] Yeah, I very much do because there's one thing that you've heard me be very vocal about.

[00:44:13] I don't agree with government agencies or anyone else getting immunity, absolute immunity, qualified immunity, privileges and immunity.

[00:44:22] I don't believe it.

[00:44:23] And I don't think I agree.

[00:44:24] I agree 100 percent.

[00:44:25] I think the only immunity you have.

[00:44:29] If you're doing your job properly and you're within the scope of the law and you're carrying forward your job in an appropriate way, then you should have protection from those who – I mean, you can sue anybody for anything, right?

[00:44:39] So, I mean, there's a little bit of immunity that goes with the job as long as you're – pardon the pun – on the reservation, meaning you're doing everything you're supposed to do properly and everything else.

[00:44:47] Otherwise, it's out the window.

[00:44:49] But here's the problem.

[00:44:50] Let's just talk about the DOJ.

[00:44:52] We'll just defer away from Bill and Melinda for a minute.

[00:44:55] The DOJ, who decides that you're on the reservation?

[00:44:58] Who makes the decision that you're staying within the confines of the law?

[00:45:01] Well, the problem with the DOJ is that every agency that determines that is a DOJ agency.

[00:45:07] How is that possible?

[00:45:08] You've got the OIG, DOJ, Office of Professional Responsibility, DOJ.

[00:45:13] And what you're pointing at, Lance, is the judge, jury, and executioner mentality of having these downstream agencies become judge, jury, and executioner.

[00:45:24] In other words, there's no checks and balances as our government and our founders envision.

[00:45:27] And that's why this – oh, what's this law that just got overturned?

[00:45:30] I can't remember what it's called.

[00:45:32] Oh, shoot.

[00:45:33] It's this new law that just got overturned that let all these agencies make all these rules.

[00:45:36] And now the Supreme Court is saying, hey, you can't do that.

[00:45:39] All these downstream agencies can't make law.

[00:45:42] Oh, shoot.

[00:45:42] I'd have to look up what that's called.

[00:45:44] It just got overturned, though.

[00:45:48] Is that brutal?

[00:45:49] No.

[00:45:50] Anyway, I'd have to find the case.

[00:45:52] I'm sorry.

[00:45:52] But they just overturned it and said you just can't do that.

[00:45:55] You just can't have all these agencies just become judge during the executioner.

[00:45:58] So we're taking steps in the right direction on this.

[00:46:00] The question is how totality will it be in terms of the change?

[00:46:04] Will we really call a halt to that happening?

[00:46:06] And that's kind of the question.

[00:46:08] I don't know.

[00:46:08] And to your point, who decides all this?

[00:46:10] Who decided that Bill and Melinda get this immunity in the first place worldwide?

[00:46:20] Who negotiates and leverages that, Lance?

[00:46:23] We need to find that out, too.

[00:46:25] You know, I guess whoever they made the most amount of donations to.

[00:46:29] In this case, we're talking specifically about the government of Kenya.

[00:46:32] But they got this immunity in a blanket kind of a program across many countries.

[00:46:38] To me, it seems like they put the fund together, the foundation, and said,

[00:46:41] we want to do this kind of good around the world.

[00:46:43] But we're going to need this package of immunity while we're doing this good.

[00:46:48] Of course, now people have determined that what they were doing wasn't good

[00:46:51] and hasn't been helpful to these different nations.

[00:46:53] But, you know, I don't know.

[00:46:54] It's one of these things, Sam.

[00:46:55] I don't know where this goes, but I'm not comfortable with it.

[00:46:58] I don't really trust either Bill or Melinda.

[00:47:01] This guy went to Epstein Island allegedly 27 times.

[00:47:04] I just don't see this guy being a guy that should be trusted in any way, shape, or form.

[00:47:10] All I can tell you is it's a scandal, and I'm glad that they're starting to strip that immunity away.

[00:47:16] What is at odds with that is the immunity that they gave Donald Trump,

[00:47:19] though they've kind of expanded the presidential immunity,

[00:47:21] while at the same time they're supposed to be paring back immunity elsewhere.

[00:47:25] And I don't know where the truth in this all lies.

[00:47:27] I don't believe there should be any immunity for people outside of their scope of the job.

[00:47:31] And I agree.

[00:47:32] Who determines that?

[00:47:32] That's a real serious question that needs to be answered.

[00:47:35] But I believe we need to rely on the checks and balances our founding fathers put in place for that.

[00:47:40] We need due process of law.

[00:47:41] But most importantly, we need transparency and accountability.

[00:47:43] Because if you don't have those at the end of the day, none of the other stuff matters.

[00:47:47] There's one more story speaking of accountability.

[00:47:50] Donald, I mean, Joe Biden is an absolute thief.

[00:47:54] Lance?

[00:47:56] You know, when does the grip stop?

[00:47:58] The Ukraine grip.

[00:48:00] I'm tired of it.

[00:48:01] I don't want to be involved.

[00:48:02] I'm sorry to interrupt, Lance.

[00:48:03] Before you continue, the doctrine I'm talking about is Chevron that got overturned.

[00:48:07] Oh, yeah, the Chevron.

[00:48:08] I just – okay.

[00:48:09] So this directly relates to this.

[00:48:10] And I forgot the word because I didn't want to – I was thinking gas stations.

[00:48:13] Yeah, yeah, yeah.

[00:48:13] No, that's not right.

[00:48:14] Chevron.

[00:48:14] You're right.

[00:48:15] That's a big deal.

[00:48:16] Anyway, that's a huge deal.

[00:48:17] And I really hope that that gives the Trump administration the ability to push hard to really create checks and balances, transparency, and accountability.

[00:48:25] All right, go ahead, sir.

[00:48:26] Well, they do.

[00:48:26] And I think we need independent accountability and checks and balances.

[00:48:32] I think at the end of the day, you've got to have somebody supervising.

[00:48:34] You can't have the foxes guarding the hen house.

[00:48:36] So listen, Biden's making a last-ditch effort, another $24 billion money laundering gift for Ukraine.

[00:48:44] I guess he needs one more kicker on his way out the door, 10% for the big guy.

[00:48:49] I mean, this last-minute appeal to Congress, I just – I hope to God this does not pass.

[00:48:55] We have just wasted so much money.

[00:48:57] And our country is $36 trillion in debt.

[00:49:01] Do we really need to give a losing proposition, another $24 billion to Ukraine?

[00:49:04] My answer is a resounding no, Sam.

[00:49:08] My answer is this.

[00:49:10] Where does he really get this authority to do this, though, in a lame duck session and everything else?

[00:49:14] I mean, to me, again, this is – Joe needs to be impeached over this immediately.

[00:49:20] Now, some would say, well, he has the right to do this, Sam, because they gave him the money a long time ago, and he's just been slow walking the money.

[00:49:27] Maybe true, maybe not.

[00:49:28] But the bottom line, though, is that I don't think he has authority just to accelerate this and to do this on his own.

[00:49:36] And if he does, then I'd point to Congress and say, how dare you guys give the president that kind of latitude, right, in the first place?

[00:49:44] Well, here he is again.

[00:49:45] Look, he just gave away $4.7 billion in taxpayer dollars by unilaterally forgiving loans to Ukraine.

[00:49:52] So he just gave away another $4.7 billion.

[00:49:54] Yeah, but does he have the right just to forgive loans that – does he have the right just to forgive those loans as a single person?

[00:49:59] No.

[00:50:01] I don't think so either.

[00:50:02] I mean, more free gifts to sabotage Trump's administration.

[00:50:08] What I understand is that Elon Musk and Trump are behind the scenes trying to negotiate a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine right now as we speak.

[00:50:16] I hope they're successful.

[00:50:19] I hope so too.

[00:50:21] I think with the saver –

[00:50:23] But are we going to prosecute Joe Biden?

[00:50:26] Are we going to prosecute Joe, or is this just going to –

[00:50:31] Well, if we look at the history of what's been going on, the answer would be no.

[00:50:35] But does he need to be prosecuted?

[00:50:37] The answer would be yes.

[00:50:39] But now we've got the new guys in place.

[00:50:41] Now we've got the new guys in place that are serious, though.

[00:50:43] Are we really going to get it done this time, in your opinion?

[00:50:45] I pray the answer is yes, but predict the answer is no.

[00:50:47] What do you say?

[00:50:48] You know, I'm waiting to see where Kash Patel lands.

[00:50:53] My understanding is that Pam Bondi does have some plans for accountability, but is Joe Biden on that list?

[00:50:59] I don't know.

[00:51:00] I was feeling a lot stronger about Matt Gaetz because he's been very vocal about what he would do if he was ever in a position where he could do it.

[00:51:08] Yes.

[00:51:09] But, you know, I understand that maybe Matt Gaetz was a head fake.

[00:51:13] Maybe it was just to, you know, get the news cycle moving in that direction and then to withdraw.

[00:51:17] Where are they going to put Matt Gaetz or what is his role going to be?

[00:51:19] I have no idea.

[00:51:20] And that website you were talking about where Matt is doing those call-outs is called Cameo, by the way.

[00:51:26] Oh, yeah.

[00:51:27] And I don't mean to be rude, but it's a clown show.

[00:51:30] It's just to keep his face in the media is all it is for now.

[00:51:33] Yeah.

[00:51:33] Anyway, I don't see any value in that at all.

[00:51:36] He just got to – I wonder where he's going to land.

[00:51:38] But I predict he'll land somewhere pretty good.

[00:51:39] I can confidently tell you that.

[00:51:42] He'll land on his feet.

[00:51:43] There's no doubt.

[00:51:44] But I think this last move, I hope that basically the Congress has the gumption to just deny everything that gets submitted between now and the Trump inauguration.

[00:51:55] Because at the end of the day, we don't need to spend any more money and we sure as hell don't need to give Ukraine any more of our money.

[00:52:00] But I think that we can look back, though, and prosecute, though, if that money does transfer.

[00:52:04] Hey, Joe Biden is a flat-out thief to forgive those loans without authority.

[00:52:09] It's a criminal act and it needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

[00:52:13] And if Trump and crew don't get that done, it'll turn into instead of a Trump and crew, it'll be Trump and clowns.

[00:52:18] Because if they don't get that done, you cannot expect anything downstream positive to happen, really, with maybe rare exception.

[00:52:26] Yeah.

[00:52:27] Well –

[00:52:28] But I don't want it to be leave Hillary alone, leave Joe alone.

[00:52:32] Is that what Donald did say?

[00:52:33] After they've really tried to jail him over and over and over now, it's like leave Donald alone?

[00:52:36] I mean leave Joe alone?

[00:52:38] I pray that doesn't happen.

[00:52:40] It better not be a policy of let bygones be bygones, because I can tell you there will be literally tens of millions of Americans who are going to be exceedingly angry.

[00:52:50] And let's face it.

[00:52:51] If the rule of law doesn't apply to Washington, D.C., if equal protection of the law, equal application of the law doesn't apply to Washington, D.C., then why should we follow the law?

[00:53:00] Shouldn't Sam Bushman, Lance McIntyre, just be able to do whatever we want legally if that's the case?

[00:53:04] If the law doesn't apply equally and if the acts of justice doesn't swing both ways fairly, then what are we doing?

[00:53:12] Shouldn't you and I be able to create a giant criminal organization and just go crazy all across the nation since we're not going to have to face any consequences?

[00:53:20] Because if we did, our organization would be the most brutal on the block people.

[00:53:24] Oh, there's no doubt.

[00:53:26] But see, we don't believe in that, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:53:29] That's the fundamental difference that we're driving at.

[00:53:31] But we have got to temper justice with mercy.

[00:53:33] I get it.

[00:53:34] But we need justice.

[00:53:36] And right now, we've been basically letting these criminals go too long, and we've let secret combinations get above the people.

[00:53:42] And it's got to stop.

[00:53:44] It's got to stop.

[00:53:45] And if we don't stop it, I'm telling you right now, there will be a day when it's too late to stop.

[00:53:49] And I don't know if we've crossed that threshold or not.

[00:53:52] I pray the answer is no.

[00:53:53] I'm starting to border on the answers yes, though.

[00:53:55] Have they created so many secret combinations above the people that we can't stop them now?

[00:53:59] I pray that's not the truth.

[00:54:00] I'm hoping on this administration that we can get to the bottom of this and create transparency and accountability, because that's when the people can have absolute ability to determine the outcome.

[00:54:11] But as long as we get manipulated and there's fake news everywhere, we can't even be relied upon to have the truth to make proper decisions.

[00:54:18] And that's what this is all about.

[00:54:19] For Lance Miliacho, thank you so much, sir.

[00:54:22] Thank you, Sam.
