* Guest: Lt. Col. Allen West, chairman of the Dallas County, TX GOP, The American Constitutional Rights Union - TheACRU.org - DallasGOP.org

Sam and Allen Discuss The detailed report from the Dallas County Republican Party regarding the county and general election.

* DCRP Provides Detailed Post-Election Report to Inform Public of Alarming Problems!

* Haters Gonna Hate - Allen West.

* China stacked the deck against Augusta-made golf carts. Here's what America did about it.

US Rep. Rick W. Allen led a bipartisan, bicameral letter to Secretary of Commerce Gina M. Raimondo urging her to stand by US manufacturers.

* The world's top two golf-cart manufacturers, both based in Augusta, Ga., are praising a government finding that China is unfairly subsidizing its low-speed vehicle industry.

* The US Department of Commerce announced recently that China's government has engaged in antidumping and countervailing activities to undercut global leaders Club Car and E-Z-Go in the low-speed personal transportation vehicle (LSPTV) industry.

Antidumping is when foreign manufacturers sell goods at less-than-fair value. Countervailing is when a foreign government subsidizes manufacturers to enable them to sell goods cheaply. Additional duties often are levied to compensate for a nation's unfair trade actions. The Commerce Department will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to suspend liquidation and collect preliminary duties, in the form of cash deposits, on entries of LSPTVs from China, the department said. "Were glad to see the U.S. Department of Commerce take a stand for American manufacturers and workers," Club Car President and CEO Mark Wagner said in a statement. "The decision ... is a first step in the right direction to restore a fair marketplace for the American LSPTV industry and to help us and our hardworking employees recover from the unfair trade practices of the state-backed Chinese producers. "We are pleased that the U.S. Department of Commerce has recognized and taken decisive action against the unfair trade practices of the state-supported Chinese LSPTV industry," said Rob Scholl, president and CEO of Textron, the parent company of E-Z-Go. The announcement came just days after U.S. Rep. Rick W. Allen led a bipartisan, bicameral letter to Secretary of Commerce Gina M. Raimondo, urging her department to stand by U.S. manufacturers and workers in the LSPTV industry by ensuring that U.S. laws address trade practices viewed as unfair. "Last week's announcement from the Commerce Department is a win for American manufacturers and workers and sends a clear message that we will not tolerate discriminatory trade practices that harm U.S. producers," Allen said. "I am pleased that Secretary Raimondo heeded our letter and took decisive action to hold China accountable. The LSPTV industry is an important economic driver in the 12th District and we must take every necessary step to ensure a level playing field.

* Trump promised Jan. 6 pardons - “President Trump will make pardon decisions on a case-by-case basis,” Karoline Leavitt said in a statement.

[00:00:13] Broadcasting live from atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West.

[00:00:18] You are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show.

[00:00:23] All right.

[00:00:25] Happy to have you along, my fellow American, Sam Bushman, live on your radio.

[00:00:28] Hard-hitting news the networks refuse to use, no doubt, continues now.

[00:00:32] This is the broadcast for December the 5th in the year of our Lord, 2024.

[00:00:37] This is Hour 202, the goal always to protect life, liberty, and property.

[00:00:43] To promote God, family, and country.

[00:00:45] To do so on your radio in the traditions of our founding fathers.

[00:00:48] Yes, indeed.

[00:00:49] We use the blueprint for liberty, the supreme law of the land, the constitution for the United States of America as our guide.

[00:00:54] As you know, we reject revolution.

[00:00:56] Unless it's a Jesus revolution, then we're in because we follow the Prince of Peace.

[00:01:00] The checks and balances brilliantly put in place by the founding fathers.

[00:01:03] One of the peaceful restorative solutions we had at our fingertips.

[00:01:06] The hard-hitting, all I can tell you is rock star guests keep coming, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:01:13] Last hour, Brian Rust talking about Honest Money over at FreeWaterCoinCo.com.

[00:01:17] You have a friend in the Honest Money business.

[00:01:20] We talked all kinds of tidbits about Donald Trump and some of his selections and all those kind of things.

[00:01:27] We talked about Chip Roy from Texas highlighting,

[00:01:30] Hey, I think the GOP lawmakers are going to pretend they're supporting Donald to his face and literally stab him in the back.

[00:01:37] He says they're going to give lip service to President Trump's agenda.

[00:01:41] But behind the scenes, they're going to be stonewalling him unless we kick their butts and make them do what's right.

[00:01:46] Make them deliver is what he says.

[00:01:47] Anyway, I commend him for that.

[00:01:48] He's right as rain.

[00:01:49] That is a concern.

[00:01:50] We'll keep an eye on that ball just for you.

[00:01:52] Our next incredible guest, though, Lieutenant, or I should say, yeah, Lieutenant Colonel Allen West with us.

[00:01:59] He's the chairman of the Dallas County Texas Republicans.

[00:02:03] He's also with the American Constitutional Rights Union, the ACRU, theacru.org or DallasGOP.org.

[00:02:15] Welcome to the broadcast, Mr. West, and thanks for joining us.

[00:02:19] It's a pleasure to be with you, Sam.

[00:02:21] I pray that you had a blessed Thanksgiving, you and your listening audience, and Merry Christmas.

[00:02:25] Thank you, and we commend you, and thank you and your family, and hope you have both as well, sir.

[00:02:30] So you guys put together a detailed report from the Dallas County Republican Party regarding the county and the general election.

[00:02:41] Before we get into that report, I just want to ask you, you came on the program right before the election and said, hey, you know what?

[00:02:46] There could be some concerns with the machines.

[00:02:48] There could be concerns with all kinds of issues relating to the election.

[00:02:52] So you were warning ahead of time and concern, and you guys even had people in Texas filing with the administration saying, hey, you guys have got to stop this and help us with this.

[00:03:03] And whatever happened with that before we get into the post-election analysis?

[00:03:08] Well, everyone was into that.

[00:03:11] You're being hyperbolic.

[00:03:15] Nothing occurred.

[00:03:16] There were a lot of excuses, a lot of, you know, just pandering, things of that nature.

[00:03:22] And then, of course, as soon as the machines flipped on, the first day of early voting, what did we have?

[00:03:27] We had the poll books, the electronic poll books.

[00:03:31] They collapsed.

[00:03:32] We had problems with the express vote machines.

[00:03:35] We had spoiled ballots at nauseum, at infinitum.

[00:03:40] It was just catastrophic.

[00:03:43] And so the post-election report or assessment analysis we did, it would be very hard for someone to say that this was a well-run election and that they were certified of results when we had several polling locations where you're supposed to have a tolerance of four votes.

[00:04:01] We had places where the tolerance was way off between those people that signed the electronic books and those people that were manually signed in at many polling locations.

[00:04:11] And like I said, when you start to get up in the 100s, 200s, 300s in that differential, it's time to hit the stop button and go back and say, look, we've got a serious problem here.

[00:04:24] Why would we have that differential, though?

[00:04:26] Don't we have some local people that have some explaining to do?

[00:04:28] I mean, how can that happen?

[00:04:30] Well, yeah.

[00:04:31] And it starts with the person that's the supervisor of elections here.

[00:04:35] His name is Haider Garcia.

[00:04:37] If you want to look him up, you can see his background goes back to a country called Venezuela and working with the Hugo Chavez elections.

[00:04:45] He has been with Smartmatic, and we know that Smartmatic has some issues.

[00:04:50] But here in the state of Texas, the county commissions are allowed to select who they want to be a supervisor of elections.

[00:05:00] And when you look at what has previously happened in Houston-Harris County and up here in Dallas County,

[00:05:05] we have not had some very competent and very forthright individuals that have been chosen to be our supervisor of elections.

[00:05:13] That should be an elected position, I think.

[00:05:17] Amen.

[00:05:18] Without a doubt.

[00:05:19] And it should be a transparent position.

[00:05:22] And, you know, I'm not here to be against foreigners or whatever else.

[00:05:25] But, you know, they have, you know, you've got to be at least 35 years old,

[00:05:27] and you've got to be a natural citizen to be president.

[00:05:30] And you've got all kinds of rules for different reasons.

[00:05:32] And it's to protect the American structure and its integrity is what the goal is.

[00:05:38] So when you look at this report that you guys put together, you did so on your county basis,

[00:05:41] but you also did so on the general basis.

[00:05:43] Are you seeing stark differences between the two?

[00:05:47] Yeah, you really do.

[00:05:49] And one of the things that they just did is a little known thing is called a partial manual count,

[00:05:55] which is something that the Texas Secretary of State Office dictates.

[00:05:59] But, again, the problem is that, you know, there aren't really any standard operating procedures.

[00:06:04] And so, therefore, it's left up to the respective county elections official to determine what the procedures are.

[00:06:11] And that was one of the problems we saw back during the election itself when we had that discrepancy between the electronic poll books

[00:06:18] and with the manual sign-in that there was an arbitrary decision by Mr. Garcia to say,

[00:06:24] oh, you know, I'll just decide that we'll accept the poll books as the official count.

[00:06:30] Well, you know, where does he have that discretion to do so?

[00:06:34] And, furthermore, in the middle of the whole thing, we had to get a software update from ES&S for those poll books.

[00:06:42] No one certified.

[00:06:43] No one verified.

[00:06:44] No one talked to us about it.

[00:06:45] So there's just a cacophony of, you know, some very serious errors and mistakes that went throughout this entire process.

[00:06:54] And we need to get legislation, legislators involved.

[00:06:58] We've got to get a better Texas Secretary of State's Office election division.

[00:07:02] Because right now, Texas has 254 counties.

[00:07:06] And we have created, you know, 254 electoral system fiefdoms almost.

[00:07:13] Let me throw out kind of an analogy.

[00:07:16] And I'm hoping you could tell me if you think this analogy is fair and accurate of what you think.

[00:07:19] We talk about accountants being bean counters all the time.

[00:07:23] And accountants are specifically responsible for dollars.

[00:07:27] Every dollar counts.

[00:07:28] Every penny counts.

[00:07:30] And they're supposed to have what are called audit trails to count beans.

[00:07:34] And I know beans are just kind of a, you know, facetious statement to kind of say, hey, to count the money, to keep track of everything.

[00:07:39] And they always say if you want the truth, follow the money.

[00:07:42] In other words, follow the beans.

[00:07:43] Follow the transactions.

[00:07:44] And systems are built to prevent in accounting people from fudging the books.

[00:07:48] Now, that doesn't mean people can't fudge the books.

[00:07:50] It just means that software tries to make it hard.

[00:07:53] So let me just give you an example.

[00:07:54] Let's say that someone says, Sam, you got a million beans over here.

[00:07:58] And those million beans, I don't believe that you have a million beans.

[00:08:01] I say, yes, I do.

[00:08:02] And they say, Sam, no, you don't.

[00:08:03] I say, yes, I do.

[00:08:04] And we argue for a while.

[00:08:06] And then we come back and they say, Sam, we're going to count the beans to prove that you're right because your claim we just, you know.

[00:08:10] So I say, okay, we're going to count the beans.

[00:08:12] That's great.

[00:08:12] You know what?

[00:08:13] There's 100 boxes of beans.

[00:08:15] And out of those 100 boxes, here's what I'm going to do.

[00:08:17] I'm going to count one.

[00:08:18] So I go and I count one.

[00:08:20] And we put it on a video.

[00:08:21] And you watch me count them all.

[00:08:22] And somehow while I'm counting them, I spill some beans.

[00:08:25] And anyway, I have to go pick them all up.

[00:08:27] And anyway, so I get all done.

[00:08:29] I recount it all.

[00:08:30] And I spill the beans a couple of times.

[00:08:32] And I get done.

[00:08:33] I come back and I say, you know what?

[00:08:35] There's a million beans here.

[00:08:38] And, you know, you can kind of prove that there's close to a million beans, but not really exactly.

[00:08:42] We don't really know because I spilled some.

[00:08:43] And we're, I mean, we're not positive.

[00:08:45] We don't think we lost count.

[00:08:46] But, okay.

[00:08:47] And then I simply say, look, I told you there was 100 boxes.

[00:08:50] I counted one.

[00:08:51] And I'm just going to tell you right now that since that one's close, I'm telling you the rest are close too.

[00:08:56] And so we can't count them all.

[00:08:57] Do you think we have all day?

[00:08:59] We don't have the money for this.

[00:09:00] And so now I just simply tell you, listen, I'm certifying that based on the recount of beans, there's a million beans there.

[00:09:08] Now, if you don't believe me, what are you trying to do?

[00:09:10] Attack my character?

[00:09:11] Isn't that kind of a scenario?

[00:09:13] I mean, I know it sounds completely absurd, but isn't that really exactly what's happening?

[00:09:18] No, that's a good parallel.

[00:09:21] Because when you think about, you know, someone that comes down and says, okay, we're going to do the logic and accuracy test before we start the election.

[00:09:29] How many machines are we going to do?

[00:09:31] Ah, we're going to pick two or three.

[00:09:33] Okay.

[00:09:33] Two or three out of 1,400.

[00:09:35] And then we're going to say, hey, all the machines are certified.

[00:09:37] When you have this partial manual count after the election, how many locations are we going to pick?

[00:09:45] We're going to do three races out of this thing.

[00:09:50] Which races?

[00:09:51] I mean, why don't we do a better representation?

[00:09:54] Because we had, you know, tens of races that were going on.

[00:09:58] So, yeah, it does give you a concern that, you know, there is an elections department.

[00:10:03] This is all they're supposed to be doing.

[00:10:06] And they need to be able to show us, number one, what is your standard operating procedures?

[00:10:12] What are your processes?

[00:10:14] Because, again, we have to know that so that we can properly audit and we can properly track things.

[00:10:20] But this ad hoc, make it up on the fly, let's make a decision this way or that way,

[00:10:26] this does not help confidence in the electoral systems here in Dallas County especially.

[00:10:31] Now, some people say, hey, the results came out fine for you guys.

[00:10:34] Why don't you just shut up?

[00:10:35] No, I think we need to make sure we verify processes.

[00:10:39] And then when I say you didn't count all the beans, you spilled the beans.

[00:10:43] Then they say, well, you try to count the beans.

[00:10:45] Hang tight.

[00:10:45] Allen West with me, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:10:47] We're talking about their incredible report about the county of Dallas, Texas,

[00:10:51] and then the general election as well.

[00:13:05] Alan West with me, chairman of the Dallas County, Texas GOP.

[00:13:11] He's also with the American Constitutional Rights Union, theacru.org.

[00:13:18] Check it out.

[00:13:19] So I'm saying, you know, I couldn't count the beans.

[00:13:21] I know I spilled them.

[00:13:22] I didn't mean to.

[00:13:23] So, you know, someone's spilling the beans, right?

[00:13:25] Well, then I say, hey, you count the beans.

[00:13:27] Well, the problem is the way we're going about it.

[00:13:29] We've got all these situations where we've got so many ballots that are digital,

[00:13:33] so many ballots that are paper, ballots coming in from a gazillion sources,

[00:13:37] ballots counted at different times, even after the fact and everything else.

[00:13:40] No wonder you can't count the beans.

[00:13:42] A redneck like me goes, but wait a minute, if you vote a single day,

[00:13:47] if you vote a single day and if you have paper ballots, now the beans are big.

[00:13:50] You can't lose them as easy, right?

[00:13:52] And now you have these paper ballots.

[00:13:55] And then you divide into precincts, which, you know, I don't know if people realize,

[00:14:00] but there's probably 300,000 precincts in the United States or something.

[00:14:04] And you divide into precincts.

[00:14:08] And every precinct is about 1,000 voters, give or take, depending on, you know.

[00:14:12] And you have counters that literally count, you know, five or six counters.

[00:14:16] And you have several watchers.

[00:14:18] You know, you can have nonpartisan watchers.

[00:14:19] And you video all of it.

[00:14:21] I just don't see how hard it would be to count 1,000 pieces of paper each.

[00:14:24] And everyone's certified to the vote.

[00:14:26] And then do it, you know, under the penalty of perjury.

[00:14:29] If it's good enough for my taxes, it's certainly good enough for my ballot.

[00:14:33] And then under the penalty of perjury, they can certify that.

[00:14:35] Now we have one day, paper ballots all divided up.

[00:14:38] Each precinct can then swear to the total under the penalty of perjury.

[00:14:42] And then, hey, they can turn those numbers in.

[00:14:44] And then all you got to do is make sure those numbers are correct as they get concatenated.

[00:14:49] Am I just too much of a simpleton, Alan?

[00:14:52] Yes.

[00:14:53] You're just like me.

[00:14:54] I mean, I was a paratrooper.

[00:14:55] It's very simple.

[00:14:56] Red light means you stay on the aircraft.

[00:14:59] Green light means you can jump out of the aircraft.

[00:15:01] And what you just talked about was the simplicity of this.

[00:15:04] But this is about contracts.

[00:15:06] This is about, you know, electronic voting machine technology and companies that want to make a buck.

[00:15:12] And, you know, this whole thing about simplification.

[00:15:15] When you hear the word simplification coming from government, that means that it's not simple.

[00:15:20] So we do need to go back to precinct-level voting instead of these voting centers where, you know,

[00:15:26] you really can't track people.

[00:15:27] At least if there's voting in a precinct, everyone has a roster and they know who are registered in that precinct to vote.

[00:15:35] And that makes it easier.

[00:15:36] And, again, when you talk about the lesser amount of numbers, you don't have to worry about, you know,

[00:15:41] do we have enough ballots?

[00:15:42] Do we need to get more ballots?

[00:15:44] The other thing is that national-level elections, it should be a one-day.

[00:15:48] It should be a national holiday.

[00:15:49] I'm not a big fan of early voting, especially when you have early voting that starts a month or two before the actual election day.

[00:15:58] We've got to curtail this thing about ballots being able to come in two weeks after election, like what you saw out of California.

[00:16:05] So all of a sudden, after election day, someone thinks that they have won.

[00:16:09] The next thing you know, two weeks later, they are told that, no, you're not the winner.

[00:16:13] The ranked-choice voting thing is another thing that the left is trying to implement in the Institute.

[00:16:18] And some Republicans have stupidly joined on with this.

[00:16:21] We can't allow for ranked-choice voting.

[00:16:23] That makes it even more complex, which means it lends itself towards confusion and, therefore, chicanery.

[00:16:30] And Alaska and I think Maine are trying to get rid of ranked-choice voting.

[00:16:33] So, yes, we need to go back to how it was when my mom and dad used to go vote and I used to walk with them.

[00:16:39] It was pretty simple.

[00:16:40] And we got the results at the end of the day, at the end of that evening.

[00:16:46] I used to be, when I was a little kid, my parents literally had the voting precinct in their house.

[00:16:51] My parents had a big enough house.

[00:16:52] They had a big room.

[00:16:53] Everybody would come in.

[00:16:53] You knew everybody that came in almost with rare, rare, rare exception.

[00:16:57] And everybody wrote down that they were there.

[00:17:00] They signed in.

[00:17:01] They basically had a paper ballot.

[00:17:03] I remember all this.

[00:17:05] And it was smooth.

[00:17:05] We didn't have these problems.

[00:17:07] I don't understand why everybody can't just look at that and go, wow, that's the answer.

[00:17:12] Well, that's where the legislators have to come in.

[00:17:15] You know, we have some things down here in Texas where homeless people were allowed to register to vote.

[00:17:20] How can a homeless person be allowed to register to vote when they don't have an address?

[00:17:24] We have this other thing called the Reasonable Impediment Declaration, which you can show up and say, hey, you know,

[00:17:30] I really don't have any type of ID, but here's a utility bill that goes to a residence where I say I live, and they get an opportunity to cast a ballot.

[00:17:40] We've got to clean up this system because if this continues to perpetuate itself, again, it just lends to less and less confidence.

[00:17:48] And how interesting it is that when you look at Kamala Harris, the predominant states that she won were all states where you don't have to have voter ID.

[00:17:58] Ain't that cool?

[00:17:59] Well, I don't know.

[00:18:00] That's crazy.

[00:18:02] I mean, folks, they're just thinking it ain't that cool.

[00:18:04] I'm thinking that's just insane, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:18:07] Yep.

[00:18:08] Okay.

[00:18:08] So your report basically says, hey, there's alarming problems.

[00:18:12] Let's cover a few of those, and then let's talk about, you know what, is it just give up or is it time to double down?

[00:18:19] What are the main problems that you guys discovered in your report?

[00:18:23] Well, I think throughout the system, again, we need to go to precinct-level voting.

[00:18:27] I think that we need to look at having the paper ballots because these machines are just not trustworthy.

[00:18:34] They are failing.

[00:18:35] We need to make sure that we have standardized processes and procedures that are set down from the Texas Secretary of State's office, the election division.

[00:18:43] You cannot have these ad hoc processes and procedures that are based upon what in many cases is a partisan supervisor of elections.

[00:18:52] And that leads to another thing that needs to change.

[00:18:55] We need to have elected supervisors of elections here in the state of Texas and not just people that are appointed.

[00:19:01] Here in the county of Dallas, we don't have a single Republican on the county commission.

[00:19:06] And guess what?

[00:19:07] They went out and selected someone that will do their bidding.

[00:19:10] And I think that now we start to look at how we can file civil suits.

[00:19:14] And in some cases, there may be opportunities to file criminal suits for some of the things that have been done.

[00:19:22] What about the machine companies?

[00:19:23] You know, Smartmatic, you mentioned others.

[00:19:25] I mean, I know they've had their hostile suits against Fox and different people where they kind of have kind of backed everybody off.

[00:19:32] But there is real problems with the machines.

[00:19:35] And everybody knows it.

[00:19:36] I mean, you had a guy go into Congress and hack a machine right in front of them.

[00:19:39] Okay, this is beyond debate.

[00:19:41] All right.

[00:19:41] But the courts won't seem to take it up and deal with it and everything else.

[00:19:44] Are we going to be able to prove the truth about the voting machines or is that just going to be impossible?

[00:19:50] Well, I think that what we did throughout this entire process and we documented and you have seen those reports, we show where those machines fail.

[00:19:58] Like I said, be it in the e-poll books, be it in the scanners, the fact that they failed their logic and accuracy tests before we even got into this.

[00:20:07] They failed the hash validation test.

[00:20:10] The express votes machines that were not tabulating votes correctly.

[00:20:14] We've got all of this documented.

[00:20:16] We sent an invitation to the head of ES&S to come and address our Dallas County Republican Party executive committee.

[00:20:24] Refused to do so.

[00:20:25] So if that's the type of barrier that we have.

[00:20:28] But at least, Tavia, why should they go in and do that?

[00:20:29] As long as you're going to use their machines, they don't care.

[00:20:31] Why should they do it?

[00:20:32] You'll use them anyway, right?

[00:20:34] Well, it's because my taxpayer dollars are going for those machines.

[00:20:37] I mean, through the county.

[00:20:38] No, I know.

[00:20:39] But what I'm saying is until the county just pulls out and rejects their machines, they don't care.

[00:20:43] Well, and that's the point.

[00:20:45] I think that we need to have more supervision of this process coming from the Texas Secretary of State's office.

[00:20:52] And look, if we are in a red state like Texas, we should not allow these little leftist blue fiefdoms to be able to do the type of things that they're doing,

[00:21:01] especially when these fiefdoms are major urban population centers.

[00:21:07] Amen to that.

[00:21:07] Matt, it seems like the more the urban population center, the greater chance that there is election integrity problems, too, right?

[00:21:15] That's correct.

[00:21:16] That's what you see.

[00:21:17] I mean, you don't hear about these issues out in many of the East Texas or West Texas rural areas.

[00:21:23] What you hear about is here in Dallas County and Harris County, you know, down in San Antonio, Bexar County, Travis County, which is Austin, Texas.

[00:21:32] That's where you hear a lot of these issues.

[00:21:34] And so I would think that when we have such a strong majority in the Texas State House, the Texas State Senate, we own the governor's mansion and also the lieutenant governor, we should be able to get this thing right.

[00:21:49] In Florida, it's the same.

[00:21:50] The biggest counties are the ones that have problems.

[00:21:52] We look at Miami-Dade or whatever that.

[00:21:53] I mean, that's been the quintessential county for this problem in modern times of all time, right?

[00:21:58] Yeah.

[00:21:59] Broward and Palm Beach, I know it well because, you know, I was a member of Congress from down there.

[00:22:03] And hats off to Governor DeSantis when he came in and he got rid of people like Brenda Snipes, Susan Booker.

[00:22:11] They were the supervisor of elections in Broward County and Palm Beach County.

[00:22:15] There's another person, Gertrude Walker, who is there in St. Lucie County.

[00:22:20] She probably needs to go away as well.

[00:22:23] But we need to have strong governors that look at this issue and make sure that they provide the right type of support to the folks that are down here in these counties.

[00:22:33] Because you want to have people that come out and do poll watchers and poll workers.

[00:22:37] And you want to have people that go and become election judges.

[00:22:41] When they're out there trying to do everything that is right by Texas election law and they see the complete disregard of it,

[00:22:49] if they don't see legislators, they don't see elected officials in a Republican state that are standing up and supporting them,

[00:22:56] they're going to start to lose the desire to be poll watchers and poll workers and election judges.

[00:23:04] All right.

[00:23:05] Do you have a little bit of time to stay with me after the break?

[00:23:08] How long can you stay with me?

[00:23:11] Maybe another, what, 10 minutes or so.

[00:23:13] All right.

[00:23:14] So I don't know how familiar you are with Utah, but Utah's probably got one of the most quintessential provable vote fraud,

[00:23:21] vote scam, vote shenanigans in the country.

[00:23:24] People don't know about it, but we have a governor by the name of Governor Cox.

[00:23:28] And we have a caucus system in Utah where the caucus system, you know, they vote for everybody.

[00:23:33] They determine then if there needs to be a primary.

[00:23:35] If they get over a 60%, I think it is, then there's not a primary.

[00:23:39] So Phil Lyman won over 60%.

[00:23:41] Cox lost in the caucus.

[00:23:45] Well, then they created a new rule where they could then go get signatures.

[00:23:51] So Cox got a bunch of signatures.

[00:23:53] Well, it turns out he didn't get enough, but they claimed he got enough at the time.

[00:23:57] And then what happened is they then said, well, because he got enough signatures, we're going to have a primary anyway.

[00:24:01] But he got 60 plus percent.

[00:24:03] Phil Lyman, they shouldn't have had a primary, but they forced a primary.

[00:24:06] Then Phil Lyman lost the primary.

[00:24:08] So now on the general election was Governor Cox, who shouldn't have been there in the first place.

[00:24:12] Now internal audits show that he didn't get enough signatures.

[00:24:16] But now it's a debate about how you count the beans, Alan.

[00:24:19] Alan West with us, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:24:22] He's with Dallas, Texas, the leader of the GOP over there.

[00:24:25] We're going to talk more about this, though.

[00:24:26] So it's a debate.

[00:24:27] It's like, hey, you know, how did you count the beans?

[00:24:30] Who counted the beans?

[00:24:30] Well, we say the beans are kind of different than you do.

[00:24:32] Now there's an internal argument.

[00:24:34] Nevertheless, the governor stole the election.

[00:24:36] We'll talk about it in seconds on Liberty.

[00:24:38] Roundtable Live with Alan West.

[00:25:14] The deep state spent 50 years rigging our system.

[00:25:17] Now their economic time bomb is nearly unstoppable.

[00:26:08] The BBC's Jean McKenzie in Seoul.

[00:26:10] With the ruling party refusing to impeach the president, the opposition is eight votes short of being able to remove him from office.

[00:26:17] And it's now trying to convince just enough lawmakers to defect to their side before the vote on Saturday night.

[00:26:25] Key figures in the government are being questioned today over their role in declaring martial law.

[00:26:30] And it's becoming increasingly clear just how few people knew about the president's plan.

[00:26:36] The vice-defense minister has said he learned about it from the news.

[00:26:40] If Parliament does not vote to impeach Mr. Yoon, the question becomes whether the public will accept this.

[00:30:29] He's with the Dallas County, Texas GOP, doing a great job over there.

[00:30:36] He's also not only the chairman of the GOP,

[00:30:39] but he's with a group that I find fascinating,

[00:30:43] American Constitutional Rights Union.

[00:30:46] American Constitutional Rights Union.

[00:30:49] The website, the, or T-H-E, acru.org.

[00:30:56] Theacru.org is where you can go.

[00:30:57] They're doing a tremendous work over there.

[00:30:59] In my opinion, it's a great pattern for the nation to follow.

[00:31:03] You got 3,000 counties in the country,

[00:31:04] and boy, howdy could they all use some guidance from what they're doing in Dallas, Texas.

[00:31:09] It's absolutely refreshing, to say the least.

[00:31:12] Anyway, I digress.

[00:31:13] I was talking about Phil Lyman should be the governor of the state of Utah,

[00:31:16] but in my humble opinion, as to which I'm entitled,

[00:31:19] you can't sue me.

[00:31:20] I can think what I want.

[00:31:21] Okay, I believe that the election was stolen by Spencer Cox.

[00:31:24] So he literally circumvented this by a writing campaign.

[00:31:27] It shouldn't have gone to primary, but it did.

[00:31:30] And eventually, Phil Lyman lost because of the media,

[00:31:34] because of the big money,

[00:31:35] because of the incumbent status of the current governor.

[00:31:38] Turns out, audit committee said,

[00:31:39] well, he didn't get enough signatures.

[00:31:40] But don't worry, bean counters.

[00:31:43] I know that even in our audit,

[00:31:45] we didn't count all the beans.

[00:31:46] We counted box one out of 100,

[00:31:48] and box one seemed like it was okay.

[00:31:50] I mean, it was close.

[00:31:51] It wasn't really okay, but it was close.

[00:31:53] And when we say, well, that's not good enough,

[00:31:54] then they say, well, don't worry.

[00:31:56] There was, I know there was 100 boxes of beans,

[00:31:58] but just so you know,

[00:31:58] there's a couple of boxes of beans over here.

[00:32:00] There's really 102 boxes.

[00:32:01] We didn't need to count those extra two boxes.

[00:32:03] We could have if we needed to,

[00:32:05] but we didn't need to, so we didn't, but we could have.

[00:32:07] And so therefore, it counts anyway.

[00:32:09] That's literally what they're saying.

[00:32:10] Allen West?

[00:32:13] Yeah, and I think that's why it's so important.

[00:32:16] We stop this process by which folks are following the process.

[00:32:20] People are making up procedures as they go along,

[00:32:23] and it becomes quite situational.

[00:32:25] It's kind of like situational ethics.

[00:32:26] So it comes back to that word equity,

[00:32:29] which means some type of equality of outcomes

[00:32:32] or management of outcomes.

[00:32:34] And it seems to me that's what happened in the race up there in Utah was that,

[00:32:39] well, the outcomes didn't come out as I wanted them to,

[00:32:42] so let's go to the next step.

[00:32:44] How can we manipulate this system to try to see what we could do next?

[00:32:48] Oh, well, let's continue on,

[00:32:50] and let's just push that aside and make another exemption or exception to the rule.

[00:32:56] You know, if we do not get to the point where we have election code law that has to be followed,

[00:33:03] look what happened up there in, I think it was Bucks County, Pennsylvania,

[00:33:07] when their elections commission said,

[00:33:10] we don't care what the law says.

[00:33:12] We don't care what the Supreme Court of the state of Pennsylvania says.

[00:33:16] We're going to count these illegal ballots that we know are illegal anyhow.

[00:33:21] Why?

[00:33:22] Because it was about getting the outcome that they desired.

[00:33:25] And so this is where, again,

[00:33:27] there has to be some type of legal ramification consequence for people that are,

[00:33:33] you know, not abiding by and disavowing established election law

[00:33:38] and election code and processes and procedures.

[00:33:42] In your DCRP detailed post-election report,

[00:33:46] you point to alarming problems.

[00:33:49] I know we can't break down the report,

[00:33:51] but people can get a copy and check it out.

[00:33:52] But what's the most alarming thing that you discovered?

[00:33:54] You've been at this for a long time,

[00:33:56] so nothing really shocks you, Alan.

[00:33:57] But was there something that you discovered that you felt like was at the top of the list

[00:34:01] or that shocked you?

[00:34:03] Well,

[00:34:05] it's that thing where people know that you know that they're doing wrong,

[00:34:09] but they still go ahead and do wrong anyhow,

[00:34:10] because they believe that they can act with complete impunity.

[00:34:15] And you have elected officials and others that see this and understand

[00:34:19] and know that this is going on,

[00:34:21] and no one steps in to stop it,

[00:34:23] or even a Secretary of State's office that doesn't stop it.

[00:34:27] You know,

[00:34:27] the election here in Dallas County should have been put on the conservatorship.

[00:34:31] Someone should have come and said,

[00:34:33] hey,

[00:34:33] look,

[00:34:33] you guys at Dallas County Election Department,

[00:34:35] you're mucking this up so bad,

[00:34:38] the state's going to take it over.

[00:34:40] That's how awful that it was with all of the,

[00:34:43] you know,

[00:34:44] like I said,

[00:34:44] the continuous systemic failures that were covered up,

[00:34:48] never explained,

[00:34:49] violations of Texas election law.

[00:34:51] So again,

[00:34:52] when you tell someone,

[00:34:54] there's a train wreck coming.

[00:34:56] No,

[00:34:56] there's not going to be a train wreck.

[00:34:57] Then all of a sudden,

[00:34:58] there's a train wreck.

[00:34:59] Then you would think that some people would stop and say,

[00:35:01] there's been a train wreck.

[00:35:02] We need to do something to rectify the situation.

[00:35:04] And that was absolutely appalling,

[00:35:07] not just to me,

[00:35:08] but to voters here in Dallas County.

[00:35:11] Now I bring that up because what's fascinating to me is it's almost like

[00:35:15] you're standing there and someone's got a sunburn and their skin's all cracked

[00:35:18] and they're in pain because of the sunburn and everything else.

[00:35:21] And they're standing out in the sun in the morning and the sun's coming up.

[00:35:23] And you're like,

[00:35:23] listen,

[00:35:24] the sun's coming up.

[00:35:25] You need to get out of the sun in the night.

[00:35:26] No,

[00:35:27] you're kind of crazy.

[00:35:28] You're one of those conspiracy theorists,

[00:35:30] aren't you?

[00:35:31] You kind of think the sun's going to give me a sunburn or something.

[00:35:33] And then what they do is instead of dealing with the facts of the case,

[00:35:37] because they know they can't win on the details of the facts,

[00:35:40] what they do is,

[00:35:41] and you wrote an article about this that I want to really highlight headlines

[00:35:44] says,

[00:35:44] haters are going to hate.

[00:35:46] Alan West.

[00:35:48] What they do is they just go into like denial and hate mode.

[00:35:50] And then what they do is call us election deniers.

[00:35:53] See how that projection works.

[00:35:54] And so you can't even have a discussion about this with these people.

[00:35:57] Can you?

[00:35:59] No,

[00:35:59] you can't.

[00:36:00] It's funny how you talk about election deniers.

[00:36:02] I go back to,

[00:36:03] you know,

[00:36:04] the George Bush election against Al Gore and the response from the,

[00:36:09] from the left,

[00:36:09] Stacey Abrams out of Georgia,

[00:36:11] when she lost the gubernatorial election down there,

[00:36:14] you know,

[00:36:15] it's the hypocrisy of the left is truly laughable.

[00:36:18] But the thing is that,

[00:36:20] you know,

[00:36:20] they know that what they're offering the American people,

[00:36:23] their agenda,

[00:36:24] their policies,

[00:36:26] no one wants it.

[00:36:27] And so the only thing they can do is try to fear monger you,

[00:36:30] coerce you,

[00:36:31] intimidate you,

[00:36:32] threaten you.

[00:36:32] And ultimately it can lead to violence as well,

[00:36:35] because they hate those people that won't accept what they're trying to

[00:36:40] sell.

[00:36:41] You know,

[00:36:41] everything's fine.

[00:36:42] Don't,

[00:36:43] don't believe that,

[00:36:44] you know,

[00:36:44] the,

[00:36:44] the economy is at a wreck.

[00:36:46] Don't believe that energy prices are too high.

[00:36:50] Don't believe that the world is,

[00:36:51] is on fire.

[00:36:52] You know,

[00:36:53] everything is going great with this current administration.

[00:36:55] And I think that when Kamala Harris stood there and said on the view,

[00:37:00] you know,

[00:37:01] there's not a thing I can think of to do differently.

[00:37:04] She sealed her fate.

[00:37:05] And when she realized,

[00:37:07] and the left realized that no one was buying into what they were saying.

[00:37:10] Now,

[00:37:10] all of a sudden everyone's Hitler.

[00:37:12] Now everyone's a,

[00:37:13] you know,

[00:37:14] a visaphobe,

[00:37:15] a badaphobe.

[00:37:15] We are,

[00:37:16] you know,

[00:37:17] Nazis.

[00:37:18] You're not going to win that way.

[00:37:19] You have to convince people and get them to understand what are they voting

[00:37:22] for,

[00:37:23] not just what they're voting against.

[00:37:24] And look at that incredible turnout.

[00:37:26] Look at that coalition that Donald Trump built because he had a message.

[00:37:30] And basically it was kind of like Ronald Reagan's,

[00:37:32] you know,

[00:37:32] morning in America again.

[00:37:34] So if the left wants to ever again,

[00:37:37] get close to winning nationally,

[00:37:40] if we can clean up the electoral systems that we have,

[00:37:43] they've got to change their message.

[00:37:45] If they continue down the message of hate,

[00:37:47] which is what you continue to see them talk about post election,

[00:37:51] they're not going to win because that's all that they have.

[00:37:56] All right.

[00:37:56] It seems like they go into hate mode.

[00:37:58] It seems like we can't have a discussion.

[00:38:00] It seems like they control the courts and they control the elections right now.

[00:38:03] And I think one of the biggest things we need to do is instead of back away

[00:38:06] and say,

[00:38:07] Oh my gosh,

[00:38:07] this thing's horrible.

[00:38:08] It's so,

[00:38:09] I mean,

[00:38:09] it's so disastrous that you can feel like you want to give up,

[00:38:12] but that's what they want you to do.

[00:38:14] What we need to do is quadruple down because you know what,

[00:38:16] even though there's a big problem in elections still over the last four years,

[00:38:19] we've gained a lot of ground.

[00:38:21] We've really spread the word and educated the public to the point where now

[00:38:24] it's time to take action more than ever.

[00:38:26] And we've set the stage for that action.

[00:38:28] We've just got to finish the project.

[00:38:31] Alan,

[00:38:32] you're absolutely right.

[00:38:32] You got to stay on offense and you've got to take away their options.

[00:38:36] That's what the military teaches you.

[00:38:38] You put your opponent on the battlefield in an untenable position and you watch

[00:38:43] them implode upon themselves.

[00:38:44] And we're starting to see that happen right now with the left.

[00:38:47] As long as we can continue to say,

[00:38:50] okay,

[00:38:50] we're not going to allow these things to be manipulated through our elections.

[00:38:53] As long as we continue to deliver on the agenda that Donald Trump has

[00:38:58] presented,

[00:39:00] Republicans got to put on a big boy and big girl pants and they can't be,

[00:39:03] uh,

[00:39:03] you know,

[00:39:04] fretting over things.

[00:39:05] Uh,

[00:39:06] we,

[00:39:06] this country will continue to go in the right direction.

[00:39:09] Alan West.

[00:39:10] Thank you so much for your time,

[00:39:12] sir.

[00:39:13] My pleasure.

[00:39:14] Call upon me anytime.

[00:39:15] You betcha.

[00:39:17] Alan West,

[00:39:17] ladies and gentlemen,

[00:39:17] doing a great job leading the GOP in Dallas,

[00:39:20] Texas.

[00:39:21] You want to learn more Dallas,

[00:39:23] gop.org.

[00:39:24] You can go check that out.

[00:39:25] You can also check out his incredible work over at the American

[00:39:30] constitutional rights union,

[00:39:32] American constitutional rights union,

[00:39:35] the AC are you.

[00:39:37] So the AC are you.

[00:39:38] Dot org is the website for that.

[00:39:40] And he wrote an incredible column on there called haters are going to hate.

[00:39:44] And they are.

[00:39:45] And when you stand up for what's right,

[00:39:46] and when you have the truth,

[00:39:48] the power,

[00:39:49] meaning the hard evidence and everything else,

[00:39:51] and you really focus on these things,

[00:39:52] then I'm telling you,

[00:39:53] it goes well.

[00:39:54] And what they do is they freak out.

[00:39:56] They don't know how to handle that.

[00:39:56] So they just start hating.

[00:39:58] They just start hating.

[00:39:59] And that's kind of the problem.

[00:40:01] I look at this big battle between the sheriff in California.

[00:40:05] Okay.

[00:40:05] Okay.

[00:40:05] Guy's name is Chad Bianco.

[00:40:07] Riverside,

[00:40:08] California is the sheriff.

[00:40:09] And this battle between him and Patriot Vem Miller and Vem is literally

[00:40:14] eating the sheriff alive.

[00:40:15] Now the sheriff's getting caught in all kinds of lies.

[00:40:17] In my humble opinion,

[00:40:18] I've reached out to the sheriff to try to get accountability for it.

[00:40:21] And all he does is attack me.

[00:40:22] I don't know what's going on with that.

[00:40:24] It's just very,

[00:40:25] very strange.

[00:40:26] The,

[00:40:26] what I'm saying is the haters are going to hate.

[00:40:28] And when you literally back these people into a corner with truth,

[00:40:32] facts,

[00:40:32] evidence,

[00:40:34] I don't know what to say.

[00:40:35] They melt down.

[00:40:38] By the way,

[00:40:39] the communist Chinese are stacking the deck against us.

[00:40:41] I'll tell you about that in this segment coming up.

[00:43:04] Ladies and gentlemen,

[00:43:06] haters are going to hate.

[00:43:07] That's for sure.

[00:43:08] Right.

[00:43:08] It's Alan West and boy,

[00:43:09] how does he spot on?

[00:43:10] I mean,

[00:43:11] they literally attacked me and say I'm the nexus of anti-government hate in

[00:43:14] America.

[00:43:15] That's been reported to Congress two years in a row.

[00:43:18] I don't even understand that,

[00:43:20] man.

[00:43:20] I don't,

[00:43:20] I talk about God,

[00:43:21] family and country.

[00:43:22] Don't I talk about protecting life,

[00:43:24] liberty and property.

[00:43:25] Don't I talk about that?

[00:43:26] We're all God's children.

[00:43:27] We should treat each other like it.

[00:43:29] Aren't I the guy that has a website called call for civility.com literally

[00:43:33] issuing a clarion call.

[00:43:35] Aren't I the guy that tried to write an article back about that in 2016 and

[00:43:39] literally nobody would help help publish it for me.

[00:43:41] It just wasn't important enough to publish.

[00:43:44] Aren't I the guy that runs around and says,

[00:43:45] Hey,

[00:43:45] you know what?

[00:43:46] Follow the Prince of peace.

[00:43:47] We don't want revolution.

[00:43:48] We want peaceful restoration.

[00:43:50] Aren't I the guy that says,

[00:43:52] Hey,

[00:43:52] I love and want to support the proper rule of constitutional government.

[00:43:55] Aren't I the guy that says I don't seek for power,

[00:43:57] but I seek to pull it down.

[00:43:59] And these guys literally,

[00:44:00] okay,

[00:44:01] attack me and say that I'm anti-government.

[00:44:04] See,

[00:44:04] the haters are going to hate.

[00:44:05] That's just the reality of it all.

[00:44:08] I really appreciate Alan West for stepping up on that.

[00:44:11] All right.

[00:44:11] China stacked the deck against,

[00:44:16] Augusta made golf carts.

[00:44:18] I don't know if you saw this story,

[00:44:20] but I find it fascinating to say the least.

[00:44:22] So we're talking about golf carts,

[00:44:23] slow transportation.

[00:44:24] People love golf carts.

[00:44:25] You see them a lot in Florida and,

[00:44:26] and you know,

[00:44:27] warm climates and wherever people are hanging out and golfing and different

[00:44:30] things,

[00:44:30] you know,

[00:44:31] and stuff like that.

[00:44:32] I guess there's a U S representative by the name of Rick W.

[00:44:35] Allen.

[00:44:36] He wrote a quote,

[00:44:38] bipartisan letter to the secretary of commerce,

[00:44:41] Gina M.

[00:44:43] Ramondo,

[00:44:44] urging her to,

[00:44:46] uh,

[00:44:47] stand by us manufacturers.

[00:44:49] Uh,

[00:44:49] and I agree with that.

[00:44:51] Uh,

[00:44:51] uh,

[00:44:52] it basically says the world's two top golf cart makers,

[00:44:55] their manufacturers,

[00:44:57] if you will,

[00:44:58] they're both based in Augusta,

[00:45:01] Georgia.

[00:45:02] They're praising a government finding that China is unfairly subsidizing.

[00:45:07] It's quote,

[00:45:07] low speed vehicle industry.

[00:45:12] Um,

[00:45:13] I find this fascinating and I find it really interesting that they're

[00:45:16] discovering this.

[00:45:18] Uh,

[00:45:18] why am I so surprised?

[00:45:19] Because we're talking about right now,

[00:45:20] at least the Biden administration,

[00:45:21] right?

[00:45:22] I'm surprised that even,

[00:45:24] you know,

[00:45:24] but I guess they're forced to when a congressman digs in and when people

[00:45:27] start to push for accountability,

[00:45:29] the U S department of commerce,

[00:45:32] in fact,

[00:45:34] announced recently that China and China's government has engaged,

[00:45:40] in what's called anti-dumping and cantervailing activities that,

[00:45:46] um,

[00:45:48] undercut local leaders in this special industry.

[00:45:52] They call this,

[00:45:53] um,

[00:45:55] the low speed personal transportation vehicle industry,

[00:46:01] LSPTE.

[00:46:02] I didn't know we had an industry like that,

[00:46:04] but okay.

[00:46:05] Anyway,

[00:46:06] it's so they're saying China's dumping anti-dumping folks is when foreign

[00:46:10] manufacturers sell their goods at less than fair value.

[00:46:17] In other words,

[00:46:18] it's when they,

[00:46:19] uh,

[00:46:19] you know,

[00:46:20] sell it less.

[00:46:21] Okay.

[00:46:23] Um,

[00:46:26] countervailing is a term I haven't really heard much about,

[00:46:29] but countervailing,

[00:46:30] I guess is,

[00:46:31] is when a foreign government subsidizes manufacturers to enable them to sell

[00:46:36] goods cheaply.

[00:46:38] In other words,

[00:46:38] China would be give these manufacturers in China that are creating these golf

[00:46:42] carts.

[00:46:42] And they'd give them a bunch of money and say,

[00:46:44] listen,

[00:46:44] you know,

[00:46:45] it costs you just,

[00:46:45] I'm going to make it simple for arguments sake for discussion,

[00:46:48] cost you a hundred bucks to make a golf cart.

[00:46:51] And you know what?

[00:46:52] You need to sell the golf cart for 130 bucks to make a profit.

[00:46:54] Just say,

[00:46:56] and,

[00:46:56] um,

[00:46:56] you can't,

[00:46:58] well,

[00:46:58] we'll make it to where you can.

[00:47:00] So,

[00:47:01] you know what?

[00:47:01] Every golf cart you produce at a hundred bucks,

[00:47:03] we,

[00:47:03] the government will give you 20.

[00:47:05] Now it only costs you 80 bucks for the golf cart to create.

[00:47:08] Now you can sell the golf cart for 110.

[00:47:11] Everybody else has to sell it for 130 bucks to make a profit.

[00:47:13] Remember?

[00:47:14] But now you've,

[00:47:15] okay,

[00:47:15] that these are the terms combined that make this happen.

[00:47:18] And so it's anti-dumping is what we need.

[00:47:23] Okay.

[00:47:24] We need to call them at it.

[00:47:26] And the U S department of commerce are announcing that,

[00:47:29] Hey,

[00:47:29] this is happening.

[00:47:30] It's got to stop.

[00:47:32] So I'm not really surprised that this is happening.

[00:47:36] I'm surprised that the Biden administration,

[00:47:39] at least at this point would even admit to it and even entertain the

[00:47:43] discussion.

[00:47:44] That's what kind of shocks me.

[00:47:46] Right?

[00:47:47] Anyway,

[00:47:48] so there you have it.

[00:47:48] I think that's good news.

[00:47:50] Uh,

[00:47:50] and again,

[00:47:51] all Trump has to do is say,

[00:47:52] Hey,

[00:47:52] the more you guys subsidize your products,

[00:47:54] the more we're going to add tariffs.

[00:47:55] How much is being subsidized?

[00:47:57] Let's see if we can discover that.

[00:47:58] Whatever that is,

[00:47:59] we'll match that with tariffs coming into the United States.

[00:48:02] And so you can,

[00:48:03] you know,

[00:48:03] the rest of the world could do whatever they want to.

[00:48:05] But as soon as you stop your anti-dumping policies,

[00:48:10] as soon as you,

[00:48:11] uh,

[00:48:12] appropriately,

[00:48:13] you know,

[00:48:14] fairly deal with this,

[00:48:16] we'll do the same.

[00:48:18] But until then,

[00:48:19] we're not going to,

[00:48:20] when you do your cope countervailing,

[00:48:24] um,

[00:48:25] we're going to stop it.

[00:48:26] When you subsidize manufacturers to enable them to sell goods cheaper or

[00:48:31] cheaply,

[00:48:32] we're going to stop that.

[00:48:33] And we'll just put a tariff to stop that.

[00:48:35] If you want to play,

[00:48:36] you know,

[00:48:36] by the free market rules and let everybody compete on a fair level playing

[00:48:39] field,

[00:48:39] by all means,

[00:48:40] we're in a fair trade,

[00:48:40] not free trade.

[00:48:41] We're in fine.

[00:48:43] But if you guys continue to play those games,

[00:48:45] we're not going to play those games with you.

[00:48:46] We'll just slap a tariff on it.

[00:48:47] Call it good.

[00:48:48] Call it a day.

[00:48:50] Right.

[00:48:51] All right.

[00:48:51] Donald Trump promised January 6th.

[00:48:55] Pardons.

[00:48:57] Yes,

[00:48:57] indeed.

[00:48:57] First day is what I was told in the beginning.

[00:48:59] Right.

[00:49:00] Uh,

[00:49:01] and now we hear president Trump will make pardon decisions on a case by

[00:49:05] case basis.

[00:49:07] Karen or Caroline Levitt said in a statement of Caroline Levitt is a

[00:49:12] nice lady.

[00:49:13] I've had her on the radio with me.

[00:49:14] She does a good job and she's saying it'll be done case by case.

[00:49:16] So the reason that I'm telling you all this is not to attack Trump on

[00:49:19] this.

[00:49:19] We haven't heard much about it,

[00:49:20] but Trump's got his hands full people without,

[00:49:22] you know,

[00:49:23] all the different filling out his administration and doing all the

[00:49:25] transitional stuff.

[00:49:26] And I mean,

[00:49:27] I'm telling you,

[00:49:27] they got more on their plate than they can manage in all fairness.

[00:49:30] And so I don't think that Trump's forgot about these January 6th

[00:49:33] people.

[00:49:34] The fact that he's doing it case by case is the way to go because look,

[00:49:37] those that have committed legitimate crimes,

[00:49:40] they need to be prosecuted and account for those crimes.

[00:49:43] I'm not saying they don't,

[00:49:46] but I got an example.

[00:49:47] When our friend Casey goes into the Capitol cause he has to go to the

[00:49:50] bathroom and they say,

[00:49:51] yes,

[00:49:51] you can go in.

[00:49:52] And he goes,

[00:49:52] it goes to the bathroom,

[00:49:53] looks around for a little bit and leaves.

[00:49:55] And then he gets basically 10 days at a federal jail.

[00:49:58] And then they say,

[00:49:59] well,

[00:50:00] his,

[00:50:00] his defense says what law is he broken?

[00:50:03] And basically they say none.

[00:50:04] And then they say,

[00:50:05] well,

[00:50:05] but you were the judge says,

[00:50:07] but you were a drop of water in the stream that day.

[00:50:14] It's like what?

[00:50:16] So that's the kind of stuff we're dealing with.

[00:50:18] So you guys like that should not be in jail.

[00:50:20] In fact,

[00:50:20] the government should pay.

[00:50:21] And this is what I would urge Donald Trump to do.

[00:50:23] Not only do you need to dismiss these charges against these people and

[00:50:26] let them go,

[00:50:26] pardon them,

[00:50:27] but you need to also pardon people that have been prosecuted and maybe

[00:50:30] even write checks to people that have been wronged for this guy to be

[00:50:33] in prison for 10 days and have a prison record because he was there that

[00:50:37] day.

[00:50:38] I mean,

[00:50:38] I don't know.

[00:50:39] I'm telling you right now,

[00:50:40] this has got to stop.

[00:50:41] So anyway,

[00:50:42] Trump promised January six supporters that it'd take care of them.

[00:50:44] I pray he really does.

[00:50:46] All right.

[00:50:47] Now another Jan six story for you while we're on the topic,

[00:50:50] I might add before the end of the hour,

[00:50:53] a January six case,

[00:50:55] it was Ray Epps.

[00:50:57] You know,

[00:50:57] that's the clown that we talked about forever that literally pushed everybody to

[00:51:01] go inside the building.

[00:51:02] I mean,

[00:51:02] the guy was literally leading the charge for this.

[00:51:05] He hasn't been prosecuted with anything.

[00:51:07] Ray Epps,

[00:51:07] we've highlighted his criminal activity.

[00:51:09] He accused Fox of defaming his,

[00:51:13] of defaming him.

[00:51:15] Anyway,

[00:51:15] the case got dismissed.

[00:51:17] The judge just said,

[00:51:18] no,

[00:51:18] Tucker Carlson didn't do it.

[00:51:20] He didn't have malice.

[00:51:21] And so therefore Ray Epps accusing Fox of defaming,

[00:51:26] dismissed,

[00:51:27] gone.

[00:51:28] So that's a start.

[00:51:29] And again,

[00:51:30] I'm not surprised that happens.

[00:51:31] I'm a little surprised it happened on.

[00:51:36] I'm trying to think whose watch it is on the Biden watch.

[00:51:40] Or is it the Harris watch or what?

[00:51:41] Biden's so derelict in his duty.

[00:51:42] I'm not sure that he's even on watch,

[00:51:47] but I look at that and I just go,

[00:51:48] man,

[00:51:48] I don't know what,

[00:51:49] I don't know what to think about that.

[00:51:50] It's just crazy.

[00:51:51] So there's a lot going on folks and a lot of good things happening,

[00:51:54] even as the transition.

[00:51:55] So while we watch in the lame duck session and what we've got to prevent

[00:51:58] Biden from partying,

[00:52:00] everybody on the planet,

[00:52:01] pardoning,

[00:52:01] I'm sorry,

[00:52:02] everybody on the planet that he wants to,

[00:52:04] you know,

[00:52:04] the criminals.

[00:52:05] Um,

[00:52:05] and while the lame duck session,

[00:52:06] we've got to watch carefully to make sure they don't do bad things.

[00:52:08] There's a lot of good things happening right now that you're not being

[00:52:10] told about.

[00:52:11] I mean,

[00:52:12] look,

[00:52:12] Dallas,

[00:52:12] Texas putting together a report saying,

[00:52:14] look,

[00:52:15] the elections are just a problem.

[00:52:17] We got to keep that ball rolling folks.

[00:52:19] Um,

[00:52:20] us getting this clown,

[00:52:22] um,

[00:52:23] sheriff,

[00:52:24] Chonister,

[00:52:24] uh,

[00:52:25] to withdraw his name.

[00:52:26] Great,

[00:52:27] great work.

[00:52:28] Uh,

[00:52:28] this effort where Ray Epps tried to sue Fox to stop their reporting on

[00:52:32] what's going on.

[00:52:32] Look,

[00:52:32] Raps is a thug.

[00:52:34] How this guy's running around free.

[00:52:35] I don't know.

[00:52:36] I mean,

[00:52:37] my friend Casey literally went into the Capitol cause he's the cop said he

[00:52:40] could go in and go to the restroom.

[00:52:41] He did not a single thing wrong.

[00:52:43] Nothing.

[00:52:43] He got 10 days cause he was a drop in the stream of water that day.

[00:52:46] Right.

[00:52:46] And Ray Epps literally there's video where it's showing him

[00:52:49] literally coaxing people inside,

[00:52:51] demanding people go inside.

[00:52:52] At one point the day before people even saying that the guy's a fed,

[00:52:56] literally the guy's involved whispering in people's ears before gates or

[00:52:59] briefs and everything else,

[00:53:00] no accountability for that guy.

[00:53:02] And then that guy wants to sue Tucker Carlson for saying,

[00:53:04] Hey,

[00:53:05] this guy might be a fed.

[00:53:06] Well,

[00:53:07] the government won't be transparent about who's a fed and who's not.

[00:53:09] And how many plants they had there that day.

[00:53:11] How much was the government involved in the provocateur acts that we saw,

[00:53:16] um,

[00:53:18] in Michigan,

[00:53:20] you know,

[00:53:20] where they,

[00:53:20] they tried to do a citizen's arrest on the governor.

[00:53:22] And then they said they tried to kidnap her and all this kind of stuff.

[00:53:25] What,

[00:53:25] what about all that?

[00:53:28] So the problem is you just can't trust your government.

[00:53:32] And we need to be specifically careful folks during this lame duck session to

[00:53:36] make sure nothing bad happens and that we protect Donald Trump so that he can

[00:53:40] take,

[00:53:40] um,

[00:53:42] the reigns peaceful transfer of power and all that kind of stuff.

[00:53:45] But I'm just grateful that Ray Epps lost this case.

[00:53:48] And I know that Trump promised Jay Sixers that he will give them pardons.

[00:53:52] And I pray he delivers on that promise.

[00:53:54] And I say,

[00:53:55] I pray that we sit down and create a council to go even further.

[00:53:58] Some of these people need reparations for their wrongs and abuses.

[00:54:02] Okay.

[00:54:03] I mean,

[00:54:04] 10 days in federal prison because the cops said you could go to the restroom.

[00:54:07] You went into the building,

[00:54:09] done nothing wrong.

[00:54:10] Ray Epps walks free and our buddy Casey.

[00:54:13] Uh,

[00:54:13] I don't understand it.

[00:54:15] Our prayers are with these people.

[00:54:17] What about Stuart Rhodes,

[00:54:18] my dear friend?

[00:54:19] Now they're trying to put me in prison because I interviewed Stuart Rhodes the

[00:54:21] day before this happened.

[00:54:23] Stuart Rhodes is innocent people.

[00:54:25] And I hope Trump sees that reality check as well.

[00:54:28] Hey,

[00:54:30] Stuart Rhodes was loyal to Donald Trump.

[00:54:33] All right.

[00:54:33] Hang tight.

[00:54:34] Thanks for being alongside for the ride.
